Description

本发明涉及一种生产具有管形基体的热交换元件的方法和装置及相应的带翅管,基体的横断面具有比其高度大的宽度并且在基体表面设置有增大热交换面积的翅。
这种带翅管及其生产方法和装置已由欧洲专利申请921192274所公开,在该申请中,翅片沿型材纵向安置在基体型材的各相对的宽面上,总是先将翅片从一个辊子上取下;在安置之前用一个成形装置将其折叠或制成波形;在压到基体型材的表面上以后,至少在几个接触位置使其与基体型材相连;同时基体型材与翅片一起沿基体型材纵向相对一个固定装置连续运动。
在这种已知的方法中,对由封闭管构成的基体的尺寸精度有很高要求,因为必须保证在放置折叠的或波浪形的翅片时,在固定过程中是无间隙接触,由于折叠的或波浪形的翅片的刚度很高,所以使翅片变形以适应具有较大公差的基体是不可能的。由于这个原因,在已知的方法中只能使用高精度昂贵的管形基体型材。
本发明的目的在于,进一步发展已知的方法和附属的装置,以及由此生产的翅片管,以便能够用低成本的基体构成具有较大宽度和较小高度的支承翅片的管。
就本发明的方法而言,完成上述目的的解决方案是基体型材为沿一条纵线开口的型材,在纵边接合在一起并且相互连接成一根闭合管之前,在该型材的每个宽面上固定一块翅片。
本发明的方法的优点在于,通过使用在与刚性的翅片连接之前沿一条纵线开口的型材,不仅可以使用低价的带材原材料,而且在翅片与基体接合时,基体型材的宽面能够适应各翅片的轮廓。以这种方式可以在预先设置的连接位置无问题地使将要相互连接的部分无间隙接触,而且与点固定或线固定无关。因此,按照本发明的方法不仅生产的成本低,而且还使翅片固定到基体上的质量较高且较稳定。
按照本发明的方法的另一个特征在于,在翅片与开口基体型材固定的区域,基体型材从内侧得到支承,所以提高了顺序固定的可靠性。
当根据本发明所述方法的另一特征将基体型材的一个纵边的端面与另一纵边的突出的侧面连接起来时,即可特别简单、可靠地将开口的原始型材连接成一根管。按照本发明,最终可以将一条纵边的超过两条纵边连接线的部分去掉。
实施本发明这种方法的装置的特征在于,一个在基体型材内部在固定装置区域安置的支承芯通过一个从基体型材的分开的纵边之间伸出的凸缘被夹持。这种支承芯用作支座以支承连接过程中的压紧力。所以可以保证翅片与基体型材间的持久连接。只有使用原来开口的型材才能使用这种支承芯。在一个优选的实施例中,支承芯设置若干在相对运动方向上延伸的支承面和在这些支承面之间延伸的凹处,所以由于相对运动产生的摩擦力可以减少到不可避免的程度。
虽然DE-OS4039292和4039293公开了生产带翅热交换元件的方法和装置,但在这些热交换元件中管形基体由半管构成,在将翅片固定后才将半管相互焊接起来。因此,需要将半管的纵边在它们的端面相互焊接。由于这种半管不可避免存在公差,以及在焊接翅片后产生不可避免的翘曲,所以在实际中当热交换元件较长时,要花费很高的费用才能实施半管的这种焊接。
按照本发明的用于生产具有管形基体的热交换元件的带翅管,基体的横断面具有比其高度大的宽度,并且在基体的宽面上设置有增大热交换面积的折叠的或波浪形的翅片,翅片至少在几个接触位置与基体连接,其特征在于,基体由原来开口的型材构成,型材的纵边相互连成一闭合的型材。按照本发明的另一个特征,纵边可以通过钎焊,熔焊或粘接相互连接。
附图描绘了本发明的装置和本发明的带翅管的一个实施例。

图3是沿图2中Ⅲ-Ⅲ线剖开的另一个断面;
图4是基体的一个可供选择的实施例的边缘区域的横断面。
图1至3展示3基体型材1,它由带钢弯曲而成,并沿一条纵线开口,从图2所示的横断面可看得最清楚。基体型材1的横断面的宽度比其高度大。
在基体型材1相对设置的各宽面上设有一翅片2,该翅片2首先从带辊上被取下,然后或将其折叠或将其制成如实施例所示的波浪形。这两块翅片2即可以先后也可以如本实施例那样同时安置到基体型材1的宽面上,并且将两块翅片一起连续地送入一固定装置,此固定装置在图1和2中用箭头3象征性地表示。这里,固定装置可以是焊接装置的激光束,用该激光束将翅片2点焊在开口的基体型材1的相应侧面上。相应的焊点4在图2中示出。
因为将翅片2与基体型材1连接的前提条件是翅片2无间隙地置于基体型材1上,所以在翅片2上需施加一个压紧力,也就是说,在放上翅片2的基体型材1相对于用箭头3表示的固定装置运动时,施加一个压紧力。在图2和3所示的实施例中,可以看到压紧齿5。按照图3,压紧齿5与波浪形的翅片2相嵌接,并且压紧齿本身由压紧辊6加载,压紧辊6支承在压簧7上。在本实施例中用箭头3象征性地表示的固定装置是固定的,因此压紧齿5与基体型材1及翅片2一起连续运动。按照图2,仅有上面的压紧辊6由压簧7加载,下面的压紧辊6在固定轨道8上运行。
通过使基体型材1在固定装置区域沿一条纵线开口,可以使此基体型材1的两宽面与翅片2相适应,该翅片2由于被折叠或被制成波浪形而具有很高的刚性,故其不能处于适应基体型材1误差的位置。
为了实现这种适应和产生一个与压紧齿5施加到翅片2上的压紧力相反的力,在开口的基体型材1内设置一个支承芯9,见图1或图2其凸缘9a从基体型材1的开口边中伸出。用夹具10将支承芯9的凸缘9a固定夹住。沿一条纵线开口的基体型材1可以以这种方式相对于固定的支承芯9运动。
如图1和2所示,支承芯9具有在相对运动方向延伸的若干支承面9b和在这些支承面9b之间延伸的凹处9c。支承面9b仅在翅片2的将与基体型材1连接的区域内延伸。这样,在有足够支承的情况下布置凹片9c即可将基体型材1的内部与支承芯9的上表面间的摩擦减至最小。
一旦翅片2固定在开口的基体型材1的宽面上,则基体型材1的纵边将接合在一起并且相互连成一个闭合的管。这种在图1中用箭头11象征性表示的连接还可通过激光束实现。在本实施例中,一条纵边1a的端面与另一条纵边的突出的侧边1b连接。因此,纵边的不可避免的变型对将要焊接的焊缝没有不利影响。一个可供选择的边缘延伸的实施形式在图4中示出。在这种可供选择的实施形式中,突出的侧面1b相对其所属的基体型材1的宽面弯曲一个锐角。
在基体型材1的纵边连接后并且由此连接产生一个闭合管之后,紧接着将侧面1b的突出部分去掉。这通过图1所示的切割圆盘12象征性地表示。

Claims (8)

1、生产具有管形基体的热交换元件的方法,基体的横断面具有比其高度大的宽度并且在基体表面设置有增大热交换面积的翅,其中各有一块翅片(2)沿型材纵向安置到基体型材(1)的相对的宽面上,翅片(2)总是被从一个辊子上取下并且在安置之前用一个成形装置折叠或制成波浪形,在压到基体型材(1)的表面上以后至少在几个接触位置与基体型材(1)连接,同时基体型材(1)与翅片(2)一起沿基体型材(1)的纵向相对一个固定装置连续运动,其特征在于:
基体型材(1)为沿一条纵线开口的型材,在纵边(1a,1b)接合在一起并且相互连接成一根闭合管之前,在该型材的每个宽面上固定一块翅片(2)。
2、按照权利要求1的方法,其特征在于:在翅片(2)与开口基体型材(1)固定的区域从内侧支承基体型材(1)。
3、按照权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于,基体型材(1)的一条纵边(1a)的端面与另一条纵边的突出的侧面(1b)连接。
4、按照权利要求3的方法,其特征在于:将侧面(1b)超出两条纵边(1a)的连接线的部分去掉。
5、实施权利要求1至4中至少一个所述方法的装置,其特征在于:一个在基体型材(1)内设置于固定装置区域中的支承芯(2),通过一个从基体型材(1)的分开的纵边(1a、1b)之间伸出凸缘(9a)夹持住支承芯(9)。
6、按照权利要求5的装置,其特征在于:支承芯(9)上设有若干在相对运动方向延伸的支承面(9b)和在这些面(9b)之间延伸的凹处(9c)。
7、用于生产具有管形基体的热交换元件的带翅管,基体的横断面具有比其高度大的宽度并且在基体的宽面上设置有增大热交换面积的折叠的或成波浪形的翅片(2),翅片(2)至少在几个接触位置与基体连接,其特征在于:基体由原来开口的型材(1)构成,型材(1)的纵边(1a、1b)相互连接而构一闭合的型材。
8、按照权利要求7的带翅管,其特征在于:纵边可以通过钎焊、熔焊或粘接相互连接。
