Abstract

Description

控制用于车辆的进入授权和/或驾驶授权的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的控制用于车辆的进入授权和/或驾驶授权的方法。
背景技术
现有技术已揭示过控制用于车辆的进入授权和/或驾驶授权的方法。例如在DE 102014 207 809 A1中描述过一种用于防止车辆盗窃的安全系统,其中使用终端设备,例如智能手机来打开和关闭车辆,具体方式是操纵终端设备上的按键。可以在车辆外部安装声传感器来停用车辆中的安全级,该传感器用于输入敲击标识。在正确地输入敲击标识的情况下,接通或断开安全级。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供相对现有技术而言有所改进的控制用于车辆的进入授权和/或驾驶授权的方法。
本发明用以达成上述目的的解决方案为权利要求1所述的特征。
本发明的有利技术方案参阅从属权利要求。
在控制用于车辆的进入授权和/或驾驶授权的方法中,在所述移动通信单元处于相对车辆的预设距离内的情况下,在移动通信单元与车辆侧的控制单元之间建立无线连接,其中所述移动通信单元为了开通进入授权和/或驾驶授权将授权数据发送至所述车辆侧的控制单元,所述车辆侧的控制单元接收所述授权数据并且进行检验,且其中在成功授权所述授权数据的情况下,借助所述车辆侧的控制单元开通所述进入授权和/或驾驶授权。
移动通信单元特别是指针对车辆的同样作为一键启动系统(Keyless-Go-System)而为人所知的无钥匙进入授权系统和驾驶授权系统的远程控制。也就是说,移动通信单元使得车辆的使用者能够通过打开一或数个汽车车门以经过授权的方式进入汽车,并且同样能够例如借助车辆中的启动按钮来无钥匙启动车辆的驱动电动机。移动通信单元例如为智能手机或平板电脑。
根据本发明,只有在移动通信单元与车辆侧的控制单元之间建立连接后,在移动通信单元上输入预设的或可预设的敲击手势并且被这个移动通信单元检测到的情况下,移动通信单元才会发送授权数据。
所述方法可以防止车辆的无钥匙进入授权与驾驶授权系统受到所谓的中继攻击(Relay-Attack)(其同样作为“中继站攻击”(Relay Station Attacks)而为人所知),在中继攻击中,借助两个中继站将车辆侧的控制单元与移动通信单元之间的通信的有效范围增大至盗用所需的程度。此外,借助所述方法,在打开和/或启动车辆时针对使用者而言的舒适度相对现有技术得到改进。其中,所述移动通信单元优选处于车辆的使用者处的任意位置上。

唯一的图1示出用于实施控制用于未详细绘示的车辆的进入授权和/或驾驶授权的方法的装置1的实施例的方框图。
装置1为车辆的无钥匙进入授权与驾驶授权系统的组成部分。也就是说,装置1允许车辆的使用者通过打开一或数个汽车车门进入汽车,并且有利地同样允许其例如借助车辆中的启动按钮来无钥匙启动车辆的驱动电动机,该启动按钮同样称为启停键。进入授权与驾驶授权系统同样作为所谓的一键启动系统(Keyless-Go-System)而为人所知。
装置1包括移动通信单元1.1,其例如集成在移动终端设备,例如智能手机或平板电脑中,或者集成在车钥匙中。此外,装置1包括车辆侧的控制单元1.2,其布置在车辆中或车辆上。
移动通信单元1.1包括一定数目的天线单元1.1.1、1.1.2,其中例如构建有用于接收车辆侧的控制单元1.2所发出的低频唤醒信号W的接收天线单元1.1.1。其中,在移动通信单元1.1在预设的距离内与车辆连接时接收唤醒信号W。在移动通信单元1.1接收唤醒信号W时,在移动通信单元1.1与车辆侧的控制单元1.2之间建立连接。
发送天线单元1.1.2适于发送授权数据B,为开通进入授权和/或驾驶授权,将这些授权数据以高频识别信号的形式发送至车辆侧的控制单元1.2。在此过程中,车辆侧的控制单元1.2对授权数据B进行检验,并且在成功地授权授权数据B的情况下,给予开通进入授权和/或驾驶授权。
移动通信单元1.1还包括分析单元1.1.3,其与天线单元1.1.1、1.1.2耦合,以便分析接收到的唤醒信号W以及/或者生成待发送的授权数据B。借助分析单元1.1.3也可以控制车辆功能,例如打开和关闭电动机操纵的车辆的车门和车盖/后备箱盖、启动和停用车辆的驱动电动机,以及启动和停用照明单元和其他信号单元。为此,移动通信单元1.1包括一定数目的未详细绘示的操作元件,例如与分析单元1.1.3耦合的按键。此外,装置1在门把手中具有未详细绘示的传感器,这些传感器能够无钥匙地打开和关闭汽车车门。
移动通信单元1.1,特别是接收天线单元1.1.1通常处于持续的接收准备状态。其中,持续的接收准备状态带来所谓的中继攻击(Relay Attack)的风险,在中继攻击中,借助两个中继站将车辆侧的控制单元1.2与移动通信单元1.1之间的通信的有效范围增大至盗用所需的程度。
为了改进装置1的安全性,进而为了防止车辆盗窃,根据本发明,只有在接收到唤醒信号W后以及在车辆侧的控制单元1.2与移动通信单元1.1之间建立连接后,将预设的敲击手势应用至移动通信单元1.1并且被这个移动通信单元检测到的情况下,才发送授权资料B。也就是说,使用者例如用手指敲击移动通信单元1.1的壳体上预设的敲击标识。为此,移动通信单元1.1可以保留在使用者的任意位置上,例如裤子口袋中。敲击手势可以由车辆制造商预设,并且由使用者个性化地更改。在移动通信单元1.1检测到敲击手势的情况下,借助分析单元1.1.3开通授权数据B的发送。
为了检测敲击手势,移动通信单元1.1包括与分析单元1.1.3耦合的加速度传感器1.1.4。作为替代或补充方案,移动通信单元1.1包括同样与移动通信单元1.1耦合的声传感器1.1.5,例如麦克风。
借助所述方法,可以可靠地防止车辆的无钥匙进入与驾驶授权系统受到中继攻击。这样就能显著减小车辆的盗窃危险。此外,在打开和启动车辆时针对汽车的使用者而言的舒适度相对现有技术得到改进。

Claims (3)

1.一种控制用于车辆的进入授权和/或驾驶授权的方法,其中
在移动通信单元(1.1)处于相对所述车辆的预设距离内的情况下,在移动通信单元(1.1)与车辆侧的控制单元(1.2)之间建立无线连接,
所述移动通信单元(1.1)为了开通所述进入授权和/或驾驶授权将授权数据(B)发送至所述车辆侧的控制单元(1.2),所述车辆侧的控制单元(1.2)接收所述授权数据(B)并且进行检验,以及
在成功授权所述授权数据(B)的情况下,借助所述车辆侧的控制单元(2)开通所述进入授权和/或驾驶授权,
其特征在于,
只有在所述移动通信单元(1.1)与所述车辆侧的控制单元(1.2)之间建立连接后,在所述移动通信单元(1.1)上输入预设的或可预设的敲击手势并且被所述移动通信单元检测到的情况下,所述移动通信单元(1.1)才会发送授权数据(B)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,
其特征在于,
借助所述移动通信单元(1.1)的加速度传感器(1.1.4)来检测所述敲击手势。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,
其特征在于,
借助所述移动通信单元(1.1)的声传感器(1.1.5)来检测所述敲击手势。
