the water adding mode of the internal water source is that water is added into the pot liner under the cooperation of the moving rice bin, the rice bin fixing body and the power mechanism, and water is filled in the moving rice bin; the process of adding water into the pot liner by the way of adding water from the internal water source comprises the following steps: the central controller sends a water adding instruction, the motor drives the moving rice bin to rotate, the motor stops working after the food material feeding port is opened, the food material feeding port is kept open, water in the moving rice bin enters the inner part of the pot container from the food material feeding port, when the water adding time reaches the set water adding time, the central controller sends a return instruction, the motor drives the moving rice bin to return to the initial position, and the water adding to the inner part of the pot container is completed;

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, a cylindrical automatic rice-adding electric rice cooker comprises an electric rice cooker main body and a food material throwing mechanism; the electric cooker main body comprises a lower shell 1 and a cooker cover; the lower shell 1 is positioned at the lower part of the electric cooker main body, and the upper part of the lower shell 1 is provided with a cooker cover; a pot container 2 is arranged below the pot cover, and the pot container 2 is positioned inside the lower shell 1.
The pot cover comprises a pot cover plate 3 and an outer cover 4, the pot cover plate 3 is positioned at the lower end of the pot cover, and the outer cover 4 is arranged above the pot cover plate 3; a food material throwing mechanism is arranged in the outer cover 4; the food material throwing mechanism comprises a moving rice bin 5, a rice bin fixing body 6 and a power mechanism; the rice bin fixing body 6 is cylindrical, and the side wall of the lower port of the rice bin fixing body 6 is connected with the pot cover plate 3; the movable rice bin 5 is arranged inside the rice bin fixing body 6, the movable rice bin 5 is cylindrical, and the movable rice bin 5 is used for adding food materials into the movable rice bin, containing the food materials and throwing the food materials outwards; the power mechanism comprises a motor 7, a power gear 8 and a motor driver; the motor driver is connected with the motor 7 through an electric wire; the output shaft of the motor 7 is connected with a power gear 8; the power gear 8 is in transmission connection with the moving rice bin 5, and the moving rice bin 5 is driven by the power mechanism to rotate spirally up and down in the rice bin fixing body 6, so that food materials are thrown into the pot container 2.
The rice bin fixing body 6 is a cylinder with openings at the upper end and the lower end and smooth inner wall, or a cylinder with openings at the upper end and the lower end and threads on the inner wall, or a cylinder with openings at the upper end and the lower end and a middle plugging body 19 at the lower end, or a cylinder with openings at the upper end and the lower end and an inner convex ring 20 at the inner wall of the lower end.
The movable rice bin 5 is a cylinder with a bottom and a smooth outer wall with an opening at the upper end, or a cylinder with a thread on the outer wall with an opening at the upper end, or a cylinder with openings at the upper and lower ends and a plugging body 19 in the middle of the lower end opening, or a cylinder with openings at the upper and lower ends.
The upper surface of the pot cover plate 3 is also provided with a pot cover plate air outlet, a pot cover plate air outlet pipe and a temperature sensor; an optional inner cover can be arranged below the pot cover plate 3, and a pot liner sealing ring is arranged on the optional inner cover; the outer cover 4 is also provided with an operation panel, an outer cover air outlet and a movable cover, and the movable cover can be opened to directly add food materials and water into the moving rice bin 5 in the outer cover 4; the space between the lower shell 1 and the pot container 2 is a container cavity, and the bottom of the container cavity is provided with a temperature limiting and protecting device.
The first embodiment,
As shown in fig. 2, a moving rice bin 5 with a bottom cylinder with an opening at the upper end and a smooth outer wall is arranged inside a rice bin fixing body 6 with a cylinder with openings at the upper end and the lower end and a smooth inner wall; an opening at the upper end of the sports rice bin is a food material adding port 9 for placing food materials into the sports rice bin; a horizontal food material throwing opening A10 is formed on the side surface of the lower end of the moving rice bin and is used for throwing food materials outwards; the moving rice bin is smoothly contacted with the rice bin fixing body; the outer wall of the rice bin fixing body is provided with an external thread 11; the outside of the rice bin fixing body is provided with a power wall 12, and the power wall 12 is a cylinder with openings at the upper end and the lower end; the inner wall of the power wall 12 is provided with an internal thread 13, and the internal thread 13 of the power wall is meshed with the external thread 11 of the rice bin fixing body; the outer wall of the power wall 12 is provided with gear teeth which are straight gear teeth or inclined gear teeth, and the gear teeth are meshed with the power gear 8. An upper port of the power wall 12 is provided with an annular sheet 14, and the edge of the annular sheet 14 is connected with the upper port of the power wall 12; the ring opening of the ring-shaped piece 14 is sleeved at the upper end of the moving rice bin; the lower end of the power wall 12 is separated from the pot cover plate 3; the working process of throwing food materials outwards from the sports rice bin is as follows: when the moving rice bin is used for throwing food materials, the motor 7 drives the power gear 8 to rotate, the power gear 8 is meshed with the gear teeth to drive the power wall 12 to rotate, the power wall 12 rotates downwards spirally along the outer wall of the rice bin fixing body to drive the moving rice bin to rotate downwards in the rice bin fixing body, and a food material throwing opening A10 formed in the moving rice bin also rotates downwards along with the moving rice bin; when the food material throwing opening A10 is exposed from the lower end opening of the rice bin fixing body, moving the rice bin to throw food materials outwards;
a food material throwing power-assisted mechanism is arranged in the moving rice bin 5 and provides power for the food material throwing from the moving rice bin; the food material throwing power-assisted mechanism comprises a shaft rod 23, a blocking piece 24, a blocking piece 25 and a fixed support rod 26;
one end of the shaft lever 23 is vertically connected with the bottom center of the moving rice bin; a rotating opening is formed in the blocking piece 24, the other end of the shaft rod 23 penetrates out of the rotating opening and is connected with a blocking piece 25, and the blocking piece 24 is sleeved on the outer side of the shaft rod 23 through the rotating opening; the shaft rod 23 can freely rotate in the rotating port, and the shaft rod 23 and the baffle 25 can bear the tensile force in the vertical direction; one end of the blocking piece 24 is connected with a fixed supporting rod 26 or both ends of the blocking piece 24 are connected with fixed supporting rods 26, and the other end of each fixed supporting rod 26 extends upwards to move the rice bin and then is connected with the outer cover 4; the fixed supporting rod 26 is a telescopic rod, and the fixed supporting rod 26 can be shortened or extended along with the ascending or descending of the moving rice bin; the working process of the food material throwing assisting mechanism is as follows: when the moving rice bin throws the food materials outwards, the power mechanism drives the moving rice bin to rotate downwards in the rice bin fixing body, and the food materials in the moving rice bin rotate along with the moving rice bin; the fixed support rod 26 of the food material throwing assisting mechanism moves downwards along with the moving rice bin and extends but does not rotate, and the blocking piece 24 is fixed by the fixed support rod 26 and does not rotate, so that the food material rotating inside the moving rice bin can be blocked; when the food material feeding port A10 at the bottom of the moving rice bin moves downwards and is exposed out of the lower port of the rice bin fixing body, the food material feeding port A10 is opened, the blocking piece 24 sweeps the food material out of the food material feeding port A10, and the food material enters the inner part of the pot container 2; the moving rice bin carries out food material throwing through continuous back and forth rotation.
The lower end of the moving rice bin 5 is provided with a stirrer 27, and the stirrer 27 is positioned inside the pot liner 2 and used for stirring food materials inside the pot liner 2; the stirrer 27 comprises a supporting rod and a stirring sheet 28; the upper end of the supporting rod is connected with the lower end of the moving rice bin, and the lower end of the supporting rod is connected with the stirring sheet 28; when in stirring, the rice bin is moved to drive the stirring sheet 28 to repeatedly rotate back and forth to spirally stir the food materials in the pot liner;
the cooker cover is provided with a water inlet mechanism which has the function of feeding water into the electric cooker; the water inlet mechanism comprises a water inlet 30, a water inlet flow sensor and a water inlet valve; the water inlet 30 is arranged on the outer cover 4 and is positioned above the moving rice bin 5, and the water inlet 30 is connected with a water inlet pipe outside the electric rice cooker; the water inlet valve is arranged on a water inlet pipe outside the electric cooker and is connected with the central controller; the water inlet flow sensor is arranged at the water inlet 30 and is connected with the central controller; a water source outside the electric cooker flows into the electric cooker from the water inlet 30 through the water inlet pipe, the water inlet flow sensor sends a water flow signal to the central controller, and the central controller controls the inflow water quantity by controlling the opening and closing of the water inlet valve; the mode of adding water into the pot container 2 is an external water source water adding mode or an internal water source water adding mode; the external water source water adding mode is that the water is added into the pot container 2 under the cooperation of the water inlet mechanism, the moving rice bin 5, the rice bin fixing body 6 and the power mechanism; the process of adding water into the pot container 2 by an external water source adding water mode is as follows: the central controller sends a water adding instruction, the motor 7 drives the moving rice bin 5 to rotate, the motor 7 stops working after the food material feeding opening is opened, the food material feeding opening is kept opened, and a water source outside the electric cooker enters the moving rice bin 5 from the water inlet 30 through the water inlet pipe and then enters the inner part of the cooker liner 2 through the food material feeding opening; after the water amount in the boiler liner 2 reaches the set water amount, the water flow sensor sends a water adding completion signal, the central controller sends a water adding stopping instruction, and the water inlet valve is closed to stop adding water; then the central controller sends a return instruction, the motor 7 drives the moving rice bin 5 to return to the initial position, and water is added into the inner part of the pot container 2;
the water adding mode of the internal water source is that water is added into the pot container 2 under the cooperation of the moving rice bin 5, the rice bin fixing body 6 and the power mechanism, and water is filled in the moving rice bin 5; the process of adding water into the pot container 2 by the way of adding water from the internal water source comprises the following steps: the central controller sends a water adding instruction, the motor 7 drives the moving rice bin 5 to rotate, the motor 7 stops working after the food material feeding opening is opened, the food material feeding opening is kept open, water in the moving rice bin 5 enters the inner part of the pot container 2 from the food material feeding opening, when the water adding time reaches the set water adding time, the central controller sends a return instruction, the motor 7 drives the moving rice bin 5 to return to the initial position, and the water adding to the inner part of the pot container 2 is completed.
Example II,
A drum type automatic rice adding electric rice cooker is different from the first embodiment in that:
