A central controller is arranged on the outer cover (4); the central controller has a plurality of realization modes, including the realization of inputting a control program to the singlechip; the control program comprises a preset motor control program, an electric heating program, a water inlet program and other control programs of the electric cooker; the central controller receives control signals of various sensors and outputs control instructions; the central controller controls the opening and closing of the motor, the water pump and the water valve through a relay; the motor driver is connected with the central controller and is used for providing control voltage for the motor (7); the motor (7) is arranged on the pot cover plate (3), and the motor (7) is a stepping motor or a servo motor; the motor (7) is connected with a motor relay, and the motor relay is connected with a central controller.
The lower end of the stirring body (5) is provided with a stirrer (19), and the stirrer (19) is positioned inside the pot liner (2) and used for stirring food materials inside the pot liner (2); the stirrer (19) comprises a supporting rod and a stirring sheet (23); the upper end of the supporting rod is connected with the lower end of the moving rice bin, and the lower end of the supporting rod is connected with the stirring sheet (23); during stirring, the rice bin is moved to rotate to drive the stirring sheet (23) to carry out spiral stirring on the food materials in the pot liner; in order to ensure that the stirrer (19) can naturally droop when the pot cover plate (3) is opened so as not to influence the taking and the placing of the pot liner (2), the lower end of the moving rice bin (5) is provided with a stirring movable connecting piece, and the stirrer (19) is connected with the moving rice bin (5) through the stirring movable connecting piece; the stirrer (19) can rotate to a drooping state relative to the pot cover plate (3) through the stirring movable connecting piece when the pot cover plate (3) is opened, so that the pot container (2) is not prevented from being taken and placed, and the stirrer (19) can rotate to the drooping state to stir food materials in the pot container (2) after the pot cover plate (3) is covered; the working process of the stirrer (19) is as follows: when the stirrer (19) stirs, the central controller sends a stirring instruction, the motor relay is closed, the motor driver outputs control voltage to the motor (7), the motor (7) drives the stirring body (5) to spirally rotate downwards along the inner wall of the fixed body (6) after rotating, the rice bin (5) is moved to drive the stirrer (19) to spirally rotate downwards, and food materials in the pot container (2) are spirally stirred; when the stirrer (19) descends to a preset position, the motor (7) rotates reversely to drive the stirring body (5) to rotate upwards in a spiral manner to drive the stirrer (19) to stir upwards in a spiral manner, and when the stirrer (19) ascends to the preset position, the motor (7) rotates reversely to drive the stirrer (19) to stir downwards in a spiral manner; the stirring body (5) repeatedly rotates up and down spirally in such a way to drive the stirrer (19) to repeatedly stir up and down spirally; after the stirring is finished, the motor (7) drives the stirring body (5) to move upwards so as to drive the stirrer (19) to return to the position where the stirring is carried out, the motor relay is powered off, and the stirring work is finished.
A food material throwing mechanism is arranged on a cylinder with a bottom and a smooth outer wall, or a cylinder with a bottom and a plugging body and a smooth outer wall, or a cylinder with a plugging body and a thread; a food material adding port (9) is arranged at the upper end opening of the cylindrical stirring body (5) and food materials are put into the stirring body (5); the lower end of the stirring body (5) is provided with a food material feeding opening (10); the food material feeding port (10) is blocked by the fixed body (6) at ordinary times, and food materials can be placed into the stirring body (5); when the food material throwing port is opened, throwing food materials outwards; the process that the cylindrical stirring body (5) puts food materials into the pot container (2) is as follows: the central controller sends a food material throwing instruction, the motor driver outputs control voltage to the motor (7), the motor (7) rotates to drive the stirring body (5) to rotate, and when the food material throwing port (10) is opened, food materials are thrown into the inner part of the pot liner; after the food material is put in, the motor (7) drives the stirring body (5) to return to the initial position.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, an automatic stirring electric rice cooker comprises an electric rice cooker main body and a stirring mechanism; the electric cooker main body comprises a lower shell 1, a cooker cover plate 3 and an outer cover 4; the lower shell 1 is positioned at the lower part of the electric cooker main body, and the upper part of the lower shell 1 is provided with a cooker cover; a pot container 2 is arranged below the pot cover, and the pot container 2 is positioned inside the lower shell 1; the stirring mechanism comprises a stirring body 5, a fixed body 6, a power mechanism and a stirrer; the fixing body 6 is in a round tube shape or a cylindrical shape, and the side wall of the lower port of the fixing body 6 is connected with the pot cover plate 3; the stirring body 5 is arranged in the fixed body 6, the stirring body 5 is in a round bar shape, a round tube shape or a cylindrical shape, and the round tube-shaped stirring body 5 can add water into the pot container; the cylindrical stirring body 5 can throw food materials into the pot liner; the stirring body 5 is driven by the power mechanism to spirally rotate up and down in the fixed body 6 to drive the stirrer to complete stirring in the pot container 2.
The upper surface of the pot cover plate 3 is also provided with a pot cover plate air outlet, a pot cover plate air outlet pipe and a temperature sensor; an optional inner cover can be arranged below the pot cover plate 3, and a pot liner sealing ring is arranged on the optional inner cover; the outer cover 4 is also provided with an operation panel, an outer cover air outlet and a movable cover, and the movable cover can be opened to directly add food materials and water into the cylindrical stirring body 5 in the outer cover 4; the space between the lower shell 1 and the pot container 2 is a container cavity, and the bottom of the container cavity is provided with a temperature limiting and protecting device.
The first embodiment,
As shown in fig. 2-1, the structure of the stirring mechanism in the power wall driving mode of the stirring body with the smooth round rod on the outer wall is schematically illustrated.
The stirring body (5) of the round rod with the smooth outer wall is arranged inside the fixing body (6) of the round pipe with the upper end and the lower end being opened and the inner wall being smooth, and the stirring body (5) is in smooth contact with the fixing body (6) to form a virtual sliding bearing; the stirring mechanism driven by the power wall in a spiral stirring mode comprises a stirring body (5), a fixed body (6), a power wall (12), a stirrer (19) and a power mechanism; the outer wall of the fixed body is provided with an external thread (11); a power wall (12) is arranged outside the fixed body, and the power wall (12) is a circular tube with openings at the upper end and the lower end; the inner wall of the power wall (12) is provided with an internal thread (13), and the internal thread (13) of the power wall is meshed with the external thread (11) of the fixed body; gear teeth are arranged on the outer wall of the power wall (12), are straight gear teeth or inclined gear teeth, and are meshed with the power gear (8); an upper port of the power wall (12) is provided with an annular sheet (14), and the edge of the annular sheet (14) is connected with the upper port of the power wall (12); the ring opening of the ring-shaped sheet (14) is fixedly sleeved at the upper end of the stirring body; the lower end of the power wall (12) is separated from the pan cover plate (3); the working process of the power wall driven spiral stirring mode is as follows: the central controller sends out a stirring instruction, the motor (7) drives the power gear (8) to rotate, the power gear (8) drives the power wall (12) to rotate, the stirring body (5) is driven to rotate downwards to rotate spirally, and the stirrer (19) is driven to rotate spirally downwards to stir; when the stirrer (19) rotates downwards to a set moving distance, the motor (7) drives the power gear (8) to rotate reversely, and drives the power wall (12) to rotate reversely; the stirring body (5) is driven to rotate in a reverse spiral way, and the stirrer (19) is driven to rotate in a reverse spiral way for stirring; when the stirrer (19) rotates in a reverse spiral way to a set moving distance, the motor (7) drives the power gear (8) to rotate in a reverse direction again, and drives the power wall (12) to rotate in a reverse direction again; the stirring body (5) is driven to rotate reversely again, and the stirrer (19) is driven to rotate reversely again for stirring; after the stirring is repeated to and fro to the set stirring times, the central controller sends out a stirring stopping instruction, the motor (7) drives the stirrer (19) to return to the initial position, the motor (7) stops working, and the stirring is finished.
Example II,
As shown in fig. 2-2, the automatic electric stirring cooker of the disk horizontal driving type, which is a round bar stirring body with a smooth outer wall, is different from the first embodiment in that: the stirring mechanism driven by the wheel disc in a horizontal stirring mode comprises a stirring body (5), a fixed body (6), the wheel disc (20), a stirrer (19) and a power mechanism; a wheel disc (20) is arranged at the upper end of the stirring body (5); the wheel disc (20) is a disc with a central hole, and the central hole of the wheel disc (20) is inserted into the upper end of the stirring body (5) and is connected with the stirring body (5); the outer wall of the wheel disc (20) is provided with gear teeth which are vertical racks or helical racks, and the gear teeth are meshed with the power gear (8); the working process of stirring the food materials horizontally by the wheel disc is as follows: the central controller sends a stirring instruction, the motor (7) rotates, the power gear (8) drives the wheel disc (20) to rotate, the stirring body (5) is driven to rotate in a single direction, the stirrer (19) is driven to stir in the single direction, or the stirrer (19) is driven to rotate back and forth to stir, after the stirring times are reached, the central controller sends a stirring stopping instruction, the motor (7) stops working and stops stirring, and stirring is completed.
Example III,
As shown in fig. 2-3, the difference between the automatic electric stirring cooker of the power section driving mode of the stirring body with the round rod with the smooth outer wall and the first embodiment is that: the stirring mechanism driven by the power section in a horizontal stirring mode comprises a stirring body (5), a fixed body (6), a stirrer (19) and a power mechanism; the upper end of the outer wall of the stirring body (5) is provided with a power section (15), and the lower end of the outer wall is provided with an outer smooth section (17); gear teeth are arranged on the power section (15), are straight gear teeth or inclined gear teeth, and are meshed with the power gear (8); the stirring process of the horizontal stirring mode driven by the power section is as follows: the central controller sends out a stirring instruction, the motor (7) rotates, the power gear (8) drives the smooth section (17) of the stirring body to horizontally rotate, and the stirrer (19) is driven to horizontally rotate for stirring; stirring in a single direction or back and forth; when the stirring reaches the set times, the central controller sends out a stirring stopping instruction, the motor (7) stops working, and the stirring is finished.
Example four,
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the difference between the automatic electric stirring cooker of the first embodiment and the automatic electric stirring cooker of the first embodiment is that: the stirring mechanism of the horizontal stirring mode driven by the wheel disc and the rotating rod comprises a stirring body (5), a fixed body (6), the wheel disc (20), the rotating rod (22), a stirrer (19) and a power mechanism; the upper end of the stirring body (5) is connected with the center of the wheel disc (20); the wheel disc (20) is a disc with a central hole, gear teeth are arranged on the periphery of the disc and are straight gear teeth or oblique gear teeth; a rotating rod (22) parallel to the stirring body (5) is arranged beside the wheel disc (20); gear teeth are arranged on the periphery of the rotating rod (22); the gear teeth on the rotating rod (22) are meshed with the gear teeth of the wheel disc (20); bearings are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the rotating rod (22), and the bearings at the upper end and the lower end are respectively arranged on the outer cover (4) or the pot cover plate (3); an electric motor (7) is arranged beside the rotating rod (22), and the electric motor (7) is fixed on the pan cover plate (3); the gear teeth on the rotating rod (22) are meshed with the power gear (8); the horizontal stirring mode working process driven by the wheel disc and the rotating rod is as follows: the central controller sends a stirring instruction, the motor (7) rotates to drive the rotating rod (22) to rotate, the wheel disc (20) is driven to rotate to drive the stirring body (5) to rotate, and the stirrer (19) is driven to rotate to carry out horizontal stirring; the stirrer (19) is used for unidirectional stirring or back-and-forth stirring; when the stirrer (19) reaches the set stirring times, the central controller sends out a stirring stopping command, the motor (7) stops working, and the stirring is completed.

The electric cooker is also provided with an electric heating mechanism, the electric heating mechanism comprises an electric heater and a power supply control device, the electric heater comprises an electromagnetic heater, an electric heating disc and an electric heating wire, and the electric heater is arranged at the bottom or the periphery of the container cavity; the power supply control device is used for accessing, controlling and distributing the commercial power supply, and also comprises an alternating current-direct current transformer and a voltage stabilizing device.
