一种智能化的物联网肉类追溯系统的设计。本系统主要采用物联网技术进行系统架构的开发,并通过无线射频识别技术进行系统功能的开发,同时通过互联网技术与数据库技术实现系统追溯信息的传输与存储,其系统的主要功能有肉类商品的信息识别、采集、存储与追溯等,可以对肉类商品的质量进行监控,还可以为消费者用户提供质量追溯的途径,同时用户可以通过互联网对不良商家进行投诉。

一种智能化的物联网肉类追溯系统的设计,采用无线射频识别技术进行肉类质量信息的识别、采集,其技术领域涉及计算机技术、数据库技术、无线射频识别技术、物联网技术、互联网技术等。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,人们对于肉类的需求越来越多,同时也出现不少的食品安全事故,通过传统的食品监管手段是无法对食品产生的各个环节进行监控的,本系统采用智能化的无线射频技术与物联网技术对系统的结构与功能进行开发,可以实时的对肉类的屠宰、加工、运输、销售以及餐饮等各个环节的肉类质量信息进行采集与监控,并为消费者提供质量追溯的信息通道。
发明内容
系统的模块设计可以分为信息识别与采集模块、信息传输模块、消费者追溯模块等几个部分:
1.信息识别与采集模块,该模块主要通过无线射频技术对肉类商品各个环节的信息进行识别与采集,具有远距离感应与识别的功能;
2. 信息传输模块,该模块主要通过物联网技术对肉类的采集信息进行加密与解析的操作,同时可以通过物联网进行数据信息的即时传输;
3.消费者追溯模块,该模块主要供消费者用户进行肉类质量信息的追溯,消费者可以通过PC端对肉类质量的追溯信息进行查询与浏览。
系统的结构设计可以分为生猪屠宰环节追溯子系统、肉类批发环节追溯子系统、“直营配送”环节追溯子系统、标准化农贸市场环节追溯子系统、餐饮消费环节追溯子系统等几个部分:
1. 生猪屠宰环节追溯子系统,该部分主要对生猪的检疫、检验、进厂、屠宰以及出厂等信息进行记录与统计,同时通过电子标签进行存储,并通过系统进行信息的管理;
2. 肉类批发环节追溯子系统,该部分主要对批发市场肉类商品的进场、检测、交易、结算等信息进行存贮,同时通过电子标签来进行该环节信息的存储与管理;
3. “直营配送”环节追溯子系统,该部分主要对肉类商品的物流运输以及质量检测信息进行记录与存储,并通过电子标签实现该环节质量信息的存储,配合无线射频技术进行识别与追溯;
4. 标准化农贸市场环节追溯子系统,该部分主要对肉类商品的销售质量信息进行记录,并存储进电子标签内,并为消费者提供信息追溯的功能;
5. 餐饮消费环节追溯子系统,该部分主要对餐饮与餐厅的肉类商品的质量信息进行统计与存储,并为消费者提供该环节的质量追溯功能。

1.一种智能化的物联网肉类追溯系统的设计,其特征在于:系统针对肉类商品的质量监管与信息追溯的问题进行开发,通过分析系统的开发与功能环境,并分析了用户与系统的功能需求,结合了物联网技术进行系统架构的开发,可以确定系统的主要设计为系统的模块设计与系统的结构设计等两个部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述,系统的模块设计可以分为信息识别与采集模块、信息传输模块、消费者追溯模块等几个部分,该设计主要实现了肉类质量信息的采集、识别、传输与追溯等基本功能。
3.根据权利要求1所述,系统的结构设计可以分为生猪屠宰环节追溯子系统、肉类批发环节追溯子系统、“直营配送”环节追溯子系统、标准化农贸市场环节追溯子系统、餐饮消费环节追溯子系统等几个部分,该设计主要实现了生猪的屠宰、肉类的销售、配送、餐饮等全过程的质量监控与信息追溯的功能。
