本发明涉及乳猪开口饲料技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有抗病功能的易消化乳猪开口饲料。
背景技术
乳猪开口饲料是指在乳猪刚刚断奶时用于喂养乳猪的饲料,乳猪在刚刚开始食用饲料时通常会出现厌食的情况,导致乳猪不能正常的生长,因此,生产商通常会为了使乳猪正常进食,在乳猪饲料中添加一些不利于乳猪后期健康生长的添加剂。
现有的乳猪开口饲料中大多为添加抗生素和动物血浆蛋白粉产品,通常会对乳猪造成耐药性、免疫力被抑制、同源性疾病难以控制等问题,另外,抗生素在饲料、食品中残留,以及血浆蛋白粉会造成的动物性病毒疾病,比如流行性腹泻、传染性胃肠炎、非洲猪瘟等,这样的饲料只能对乳猪前期进食具有促进作用,在后期生长过程中很容易生病,甚至死亡,降低了乳猪的存活率,从而降低了养殖户的收益。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种具有抗病功能的易消化乳猪开口饲料,解决现有的乳猪开口饲料在乳猪食用之后会对乳猪造成耐药性、免疫力被抑制、同源性疾病难以控制,从而导致乳猪在后期生长过程中容易生病,甚至死亡的问题。
本发明提供的技术方案是一种具有抗病功能的易消化乳猪开口饲料,以重量份数计,包括以下组分:膨化大米粉10-15份,大米粉15-25份,膨化大豆粉10-15份,发酵豆粕粉3-5份,全脂奶粉10-15份,甜乳清粉10-15份,大豆浓缩蛋白粉3-5份,酵母水解物3-5份,进口蒸汽鱼粉3-5份,乳化油脂粉2-5份,乳酸钙1-1.5份,磷酸二氢钙0.5-1份,复合氨基酸1-1.5份,复合有机矿物质元素0.2-0.5份,复合维生素0.03-0.05份,抗病营养源原料0.2-0.5份。
通过上述技术方案,本申请的乳猪开口饲料在制作过程中,通过在配方原料中加入本发明中特制抗病营养源原料,抗病营养源原料中含有的中草药成分富含多种营养元素和有效的活性成分,与乳猪饲料中的其他成分具有协同的作用,不仅能兴奋动物胃肠道、促进消化腺分泌、提高乳猪的生长速度,同时能促进血红蛋白、血清蛋白的合成,改善蛋白质代谢,促进体内免疫细胞以及免疫因子的生成,提高免疫力,提高乳猪抗菌抗病毒的能力,而且能清除氧化应激机体代谢产生的自由基,增强体内抗氧化能力,改善肉质品质。
使用本申请中的乳猪开口饲料饲养的乳猪与使用传统的乳猪开口饲料饲养的乳猪相比,本申请中的乳猪开口饲料饲养的乳猪耐药性更强,免疫力更好,出现同源性病毒性疾病的概率更小。

(1)按重量比将板蓝根、杜仲叶、杨树花、松针粉、酵母粉、山楂、黄芪、当归、红糖、木寡糖35%、磷酸氢钙、赖氨酸98.5%、一水硫酸亚铁混合均匀后加入到提取罐中,在提取罐中添加1300份的水,用蒸汽煮沸2.5小时,得到提取液和残留的药渣混合物,冷却;
(2)将0.5份菌种、0.5份酶制剂、60份玉米粉混合均匀,得到初混物;
(3)将步骤(2)中制得的初混物放入步骤(1)中冷却之后的提取液和残留药渣混合物中,搅拌均匀,放入发酵池中;
(4)用覆膜盖好并密封发酵池,利用地热保持发酵温度,在无氧和恒温条件下进行发酵,每2天放一次气,发酵5天;
(5)5天后取出发酵料,低温烘干并粉碎,即得到抗病营养源原料。

基于上述阐述,本申请技术方案与现有技术相比,其有益效果在于:(1)与使用传统的乳猪开口饲料饲养的乳猪相比,本申请中的乳猪开口饲料饲养的乳猪耐药性更强,免疫力更好,出现同源性病毒性疾病的概率更小。(2)本申请在乳猪开口饲料中加入含有的中草药成分富含多种营养元素和有效的活性成分的抗病营养源原料,与乳猪饲料中的其他成分具有协同的作用,不仅能兴奋动物胃肠道、促进消化腺分泌、提高乳猪的生长速度,同时能促进血红蛋白、血清蛋白的合成,改善蛋白质代谢,促进体内免疫细胞以及免疫因子的生成,提高免疫力,提高乳猪抗菌抗病毒的能力,而且能清除氧化应激机体代谢产生的自由基,增强体内抗氧化能力,改善肉质品质。(3)本申请的乳猪开口饲料中不含有任何对乳猪生长有害的添加剂,食品安全性高,便于推广,且乳猪在食用之后出现腹泻的情况降低了很多。

实施例1
一种具有抗病功能的易消化乳猪开口饲料,以重量份数计,包括以下组分:膨化大米粉10份,大米粉15份,膨化大豆粉10份,发酵豆粕粉3份,全脂奶粉10份,甜乳清粉10份,大豆浓缩蛋白粉3份,酵母水解物3份,进口蒸汽鱼粉3份,乳化油脂粉2份,乳酸钙1份,磷酸二氢钙0.5份,复合氨基酸1份,复合有机矿物质元素0.2份,复合维生素0.03份,抗病营养源原料0.2份。
其中抗病营养原料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量比将板蓝根、杜仲叶、杨树花、松针粉、酵母粉、山楂、黄芪、当归、红糖、木寡糖35%、磷酸氢钙、赖氨酸98.5%、一水硫酸亚铁混合均匀后加入到提取罐中,在提取罐中添加1300份的水,用蒸汽煮沸2.5小时,得到提取液和残留的药渣混合物,冷却;
(2)将0.5份菌种、0.5份酶制剂、60份玉米粉混合均匀,得到初混物;
(3)将步骤(2)中制得的初混物放入步骤(1)中冷却之后的提取液和残留药渣混合物中,搅拌均匀,放入发酵池中;
(4)用覆膜盖好并密封发酵池,利用地热保持发酵温度,在无氧和恒温条件下进行发酵,每2天放一次气,发酵5天;
(5)5天后取出发酵料,低温烘干并粉碎,即得到抗病营养源原料。
试验检测:随机抽取100投试验猪,试验猪为21天断奶猪仔,每天定时给试验猪食用本申请中的乳猪开口饲料。

其中抗病营养原料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量比将板蓝根、杜仲叶、杨树花、松针粉、酵母粉、山楂、黄芪、当归、红糖、木寡糖35%、磷酸氢钙、赖氨酸98.5%、一水硫酸亚铁混合均匀后加入到提取罐中,在提取罐中添加1300份的水,用蒸汽煮沸2.5小时,得到提取液和残留的药渣混合物,冷却;

其中抗病营养原料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量比将板蓝根、杜仲叶、杨树花、松针粉、酵母粉、山楂、黄芪、当归、红糖、木寡糖35%、磷酸氢钙、赖氨酸98.5%、一水硫酸亚铁混合均匀后加入到提取罐中,在提取罐中添加1300份的水,用蒸汽煮沸2.5小时,得到提取液和残留的药渣混合物,冷却;
(2)将0.5份菌种、0.5份酶制剂、60份玉米粉混合均匀,得到初混物;
(3)将步骤(2)中制得的初混物放入步骤(1)中冷却之后的提取液和残留药渣混合物中,搅拌均匀,放入发酵池中;
(4)用覆膜盖好并密封发酵池,利用地热保持发酵温度,在无氧和恒温条件下进行发酵,每2天放一次气,发酵5天;

其中抗病营养原料的制备方法包括以下步骤:

通过以上实施例和对比例可以看出,断奶的乳猪在食用本申请中的开口饲料时,日增重量大于对比例中食用现有的乳猪开口饲料的日增重量,即食用本申请中配置的饲料的乳猪长得更快;食用本申请中开口饲料的乳猪的料肉比小于食用现有的开口饲料的料肉比,说明乳猪在增加同样的重量的情况下,消耗本申请中的开口饲料比消耗现有的开口饲料的量少;食用本申请中的开口饲料的乳猪在成长期间的腹泻率小于食用现有的开口饲料的乳猪的腹泻率,说明食用本申请中的乳猪具有更强的免疫能力,降低了同源性病毒性疾病的发生概率,提高了乳猪的存活率。

1.一种具有抗病功能的易消化乳猪开口饲料,其特征在于:以重量份数计,包括以下组分:膨化大米粉10-15份,大米粉15-25份,膨化大豆粉10-15份,发酵豆粕粉3-5份,全脂奶粉10-15份,甜乳清粉10-15份,大豆浓缩蛋白粉3-5份,酵母水解物3-5份,进口蒸汽鱼粉3-5份,乳化油脂粉2-5份,乳酸钙1-1.5份,磷酸二氢钙0.5-1份,复合氨基酸1-1.5份,复合有机矿物质元素0.2-0.5份,复合维生素0.03-0.05份,抗病营养源原料0.2-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗病功能的易消化乳猪开口饲料,其特征在于:以重量份数计,包括以下组分:膨化大米粉12-14份,大米粉18-22份,膨化大豆粉12-14份,发酵豆粕粉3.5-4.5份,全脂奶粉12-14份,甜乳清粉12-14份,大豆浓缩蛋白粉3.5-4.5份,酵母水解物3.5-4.5份,进口蒸汽鱼粉3.5-4.5份,乳化油脂粉3-4份,乳酸钙1.2-1.4份,磷酸二氢钙0.6-0.8份,复合氨基酸1.2-1.4份,复合有机矿物质元素0.3-0.4份,复合维生素0.04-0.05份,抗病营养源原料0.3-0.4份。
3.根据权利要求1-2任意一项所述的一种具有抗病功能的易消化乳猪开口饲料,其特征在于:以重量份数计,包括以下组分:膨化大米粉13份,大米粉20份,膨化大豆粉13份,发酵豆粕粉4份,全脂奶粉13份,甜乳清粉13份,大豆浓缩蛋白粉4份,酵母水解物4份,进口蒸汽鱼粉4份,乳化油脂粉3.5份,乳酸钙1.3份,磷酸二氢钙0.7份,复合氨基酸1.3份,复合有机矿物质元素0.35份,复合维生素0.045份,抗病营养源原料0.3份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种具有抗病功能的易消化乳猪开口饲料,其特征在于:所述抗病营养原料的成分包括板蓝根、杨树花、杜仲叶、黄芪、山楂、当归、松针粉、酵母粉、玉米粉、红糖、木寡糖35%、一水硫酸亚铁、磷酸二氢钙、赖氨酸98.5%、菌种、酶制剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有抗病功能的易消化乳猪开口饲料,其特征在于:所述菌种为酵母菌、乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌、丝状真菌中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有抗病功能的易消化乳猪开口饲料,其特征在于:所述酶制剂为木聚糖酶、纤维素酶、果胶酶、β-葡聚糖酶中的任意一种。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有抗病功能的易消化乳猪开口饲料,其特征在于:所述抗病营养原料的成分的重量份数为:板蓝根100份、杜仲叶300份、杨树花100份、松针粉100份、酵母粉100份、山楂80份、黄芪80份、当归70份、红糖30份、木寡糖35%3份、磷酸二氢钙10份、赖氨酸98.5%5份、一水硫酸亚铁0.5份、菌种0.5份、酶制剂0.5份,玉米粉60份。
8.一种权利要求1-4所述的具有抗病功能的易消化乳猪开口饲料,其特征在于:所述抗病营养原料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量比将板蓝根、杜仲叶、杨树花、松针粉、酵母粉、山楂、黄芪、当归、红糖、木寡糖35%、磷酸氢钙、赖氨酸98.5%、一水硫酸亚铁混合均匀后加入到提取罐中,在提取罐中添加1300份的水,用蒸汽煮沸2.5小时,得到提取液和残留的药渣混合物,冷却;
(2)将0.5份菌种、0.5份酶制剂、60份玉米粉混合均匀,得到初混物;
(3)将步骤(2)中制得的初混物放入步骤(1)中冷却之后的提取液和残留药渣混合物中,搅拌均匀,放入发酵池中;
(4)用覆膜盖好并密封发酵池,利用地热保持发酵温度,在无氧和恒温条件下进行发酵,每2天放一次气,发酵5天;
(5)5天后取出发酵料,低温烘干并粉碎,即得到抗病营养源原料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种具有抗病功能的易消化乳猪开口饲料,其特征在于:步骤(4)中所述的发酵温度为28-30℃。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种具有抗病功能的易消化乳猪开口饲料,其特征在于:所述板蓝根、、杜仲叶、杨树花、黄芪、山楂、当归、松针粉在使用之前全部经过超微粉碎。
