本发明属于生物发酵饲料领域,具体涉及一种中药菌制剂发酵饲料及其制备方法,包括以下重量份数的原料:中药菌制剂1‑5份;发酵底物100‑150份;余甘子叶15‑25份;百香果皮20‑30份;火龙果皮20‑35份和水40‑50份。该发酵饲料采用中药菌制剂进行发酵得到,中药菌制剂能促进粗饲料的快速转化,提高消化利用率,并有效的分解饲料中的真菌毒素,降低蚊、蝇、蛆的繁殖,发酵得到的饲料含有很多的活性益生菌菌体、各种酶、各级代谢产物、蛋白质分解产物、活性小肽、氨基酸、抑菌物质、免疫增强因子、促生长因子等,能够提高动物免疫力,提高动物的抗病能力。

背景技术
食品安全已成为一个世界性的挑战和全球重要的公共卫生问题,动物源食品的安全是全世界关注的焦点,而抗生素和化学药物残留问题是影响动物源食品安全的重要因素之一。饲用抗生素虽能预防动物下痢等动物疫病,促进动物生长,提高养殖业经济效益,但是动物长期、过量或违规使用饲用抗生素后,导致养殖产品药物残留,通过食物链被人体吸收产生严重不良后果,同时引起耐药菌株扩散,对动物、人和生态环境造成危害,引起动物菌群失调,严重破坏了微生物菌群的生态平衡,抑制动物的免疫力,继发二次感染。
近年来,抗生素大量使用引起的一系列问题引起人们的高度重视,为了改变这种现状,人们开始寻求和研究安全、有效并能替代抗生素的饲料添加剂。利用益生菌发酵技术可以促进粗饲料的快速转化,提高消化利用率,发酵产生的菌体蛋白、酶、氨基酸和一些小肽等可进一步加强动物机体的免疫功能,并且发酵饲料所含的大量有益菌可以有效调节动物肠道菌群平衡,提高机体免疫力,另外发酵料本身适口性好,可以提高动物采食量,促进动物的生长。基于这些优点,益生菌发酵饲料成为替代饲用抗生素的一种可行的替代品。
中药多数以天然植物为原料,中药含有生物碱、多糖、甙类、氨基酸、挥发油等物质,容易被动物机体吸收利用,具有促进动物生长发育、提高饲料利用率、改善畜禽产品质量、增强动物免疫功能等作用,毒副作用甚微,几乎无残留、无抗药性、不污染环境,是抗生素的良好替代品,在养殖业上受到广泛重视,其促进动物生长、预防和治疗动物疾病的研究与应用报道很多。但由于中草药饲料添加剂的应用和研究存在用药成分复杂、含量低、适口性差、效果不稳定、用量大且难以掌握等问题,阻碍了中草药饲料添加剂的规模化推广应用。
中药与益生菌复合使用,可起到相辅相成的作用,较常规化学或抗生素类药物饲料剂还具有使用方便、无药物残留、无停药期等优势,因此将中药与益生菌复合使用用于发酵饲料从而防治动物疫病,具有广阔的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种中药菌制剂发酵饲料及其制备方法。该发酵饲料采用中药菌制剂进行发酵得到,中药菌制剂能促进粗饲料的快速转化,提高消化利用率,并有效的分解饲料中的真菌毒素,降低蚊、蝇、蛆的繁殖,发酵得到的饲料含有很多的活性益生菌菌体、各种酶、各级代谢产物、蛋白质分解产物、活性小肽、氨基酸、抑菌物质、免疫增强因子、促生长因子等,能够提高动物免疫力,提高动物的抗病能力。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种中药菌制剂发酵饲料,包括以下重量份数的原料:
中药菌制剂1-5份;发酵底物100-150份;余甘子叶15-25份;百香果皮20-30份;火龙果皮20-35份;水 40-50份;
所述的中药菌制剂的制备方法为:将混合菌种接种于灭菌过的加有中药提取液的培养基中进行培养发酵,混合菌种与培养基的重量比例为1-2:10-15,调节培养基pH为7.0,培养温度为28-32℃,培养1-2个月,得到中药菌制剂;其中所述的培养基的组成成分为:牛肉膏1.5g,蛋白胨1.3g,淀粉2-4 g;红糖3-5 g;柠檬酸钠0.13-0.15g;磷酸氢二钾0.2g;FeSO4·7H2O 0.01 g;NH4NO3 1-1.5 g;NaCl 0.4 g;中药提取液 45-50 mL和水100-110mL;
所述的发酵底物为禽畜,水产养殖饲料的原料,该发酵底物包括玉米粉、米糠、豆麸、淀粉和麸皮中的两种或两种以上。所述的豆麸为豆类、花生、茶籽、向日葵、棕榈等供食品榨油后的植物种子留下的残余物;所述的培养基和发酵底物中的淀粉为各种薯类、谷类淀粉,包括马铃薯、木薯、红薯、玉米、大米、麦子、淮山、小米、各种野生植物谷类、野生薯类等的淀粉。
养殖饲料的原料也还包括氨基酸、蛋白质和微量元素的辅助禽畜,水产成长的原料,例如含有鱼粉、骨粉、矿物细粉以及动物皮毛、内脏的分解物、不含重金属的肉类下脚类,食品工业废等,根据需要时相应加入。
上述的中药菌制剂发酵饲料,所述的中药菌制剂的制备方法中所述的混合菌种由以下重量份数的菌种组成:产朊假丝酵母1-3份;酒曲4-8份;嗜酸乳杆菌3-5份和放线菌3-5份。
上述的中药菌制剂发酵饲料,所述的中药菌制剂的制备方法中所述的中药提取液的提取方法为:按重量份数取桃金娘3-7份、柴胡2-6份;鸡骨草4-7份;万寿果3-5份;白头翁4-8份和绞股蓝4-7份备用,将上述药材混合粉碎后,加入药材7-8重量倍的水,加热至沸腾,并且持续沸腾35-40分钟,过滤取滤液;滤渣继续加入5-6重量倍的水,加热至沸腾,并且持续沸腾25-30分钟,过滤取滤液与第一次的滤液混合;得到中药提取液。
上述的中药菌制剂发酵饲料,所述发酵饲料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数将发酵底物与余甘子叶、百香果皮以及火龙果皮混合粉碎后蒸汽消毒,得到发酵料;
(2)在发酵料中加入中药菌制剂和水,混合搅拌均匀后在28-35℃条件下发酵3-5天,即得。
本发明制备中药菌制剂中所用的混合菌种中,其中产朊假丝酵母(Candida utilis)又叫产朊圆酵母或食用圆酵母,产朊假丝酵母本身含有丰富的酶类、如单胃蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶及植酸酶等,这些酶类可以将淀粉、纤维素水解成小分子糖、氨基酸、醇类等易被消化和吸收的低分子物质。产朊假丝酵母能调节动物肠道微生态平衡,提高饲料消化率,增强动物机体免疫力。此外,由于产朊假丝酵母细胞富含维生素B和蛋白质,还能提供动物所需的部分营养物质;其主要功效为:1、全面改善反刍动物的生产性能和健康水平,增加养殖的效益; 2、增加饲料的适口性,提高粗料的采食量,降低酸中毒的风险;3、强化瘤胃功能,提高日粮的转换效率,提高奶产量和乳脂率;4、改善母牛的繁殖性能,减少空怀天数;降低内毒素,减少产后代谢疾病的几率; 5、抵御各类应激对畜群产生的影响,维护畜群健康,稳定生产性能。
所述的酒曲是在经过强烈蒸煮的白米中,移入曲霉的分生孢子,然后保温,在米粒上生长出的菌丝。酒曲是糖化菌及酵母制剂,酒曲上生长有大量的微生物,还有微生物所分泌的酶(淀粉酶、糖化酶和蛋白酶等),酶具有生物催化作用,可以加速将谷物中的淀粉,蛋白质等转变成糖、氨基酸。糖分在酵母菌的酶的作用下,分解成乙醇,即酒精。
嗜酸乳杆菌(拉丁学名Lactobacillus acidophilus)不仅在胃中,它还是人体小肠内的主要益生菌,是人体和动物肠道中的重要微生物,具有维持肠道菌群平衡、促进动物对营养物质的吸收,提高动物机体免疫力等功能。嗜酸乳杆菌能够调整肠道菌群平衡,抑制肠道不良微生物的增殖。嗜酸乳杆菌对致病微生物具有拈抗作用。嗜酸乳杆菌能分泌抗生物素类物质(嗜酸乳菌素(acidolin)、嗜酸杆菌素(acidophilin)、乳酸菌素(1aetocidon)),对肠道致病菌产生的拮抗作用。
放线菌(Actinomycete)是一类主要呈菌丝状生长和以孢子繁殖的陆生性较强大的原核生物。放线菌能产生各种抗生物质、维生素以及酶,可以直接抑制病原菌,它能提前获取有害霉菌和细菌增值所需要的基质,从而抑制它们的增值,并创造出其他有益微生物增值的生存环境,放线菌对难分解的物质如木质素、纤维素、甲壳素等具有降解作用,并容易被动植物吸收,增强动植物对各种病害的抵抗力和免疫力。
本发明采用由产朊假丝酵母、酒曲、嗜酸乳杆菌和放线菌组成的混合菌种对中药提取液进行发酵,由于微生物的生长代谢具有强大的分解转化能力,能将许多不能直接吸收利用的大分子有效活性物质降解为小分子活性物质,从而易于机体对有效成分的吸收和利用,而且微生物在生长过程中会产生各种各样的生物活性物质,也会形成丰富多样的次生代谢产物,它们有些本身就是功效良好的药物;或以中药中的有效成分为前体,经微生物的代谢可以形成新的化合物或微生物的次生代谢产物和中药中的成分发生反应形成新的化合物。
中药的某些物质对微生物的生长和代谢具有促进或抑制作用,微生物为了适应特殊生长环境改变自身的代谢途径,产生新的代谢产物,与中药成分发生协同作用,达到提高药效、改变药性及产生新的治疗效果等作用;而且在中药发酵过程中,微生物可将药材中的有毒成分分解,或对药材中的毒性成分结构进行修饰,降低毒性。本发明采用混合菌种对中药提取液进行发酵能对中药提取液中的有效组分活性物质最大限度的提取、利用,而且所选的混合菌种是对动物机体有益的菌种,经过发酵后,提高了中药药效、消除中药毒副作用、改变中药药性,有效成分更容易被动物吸收,大大提高了中药的治疗效果,从而有效的防治动物疫病的发生。
进一步的,本发明将经过发酵后得到的中药菌制剂进行发酵饲料,经过发酵后得到的中药菌制剂是一种含有中药活性成分、菌种及其代谢产物等物质的中药菌制剂,采用该中药菌制剂进行发酵饲料,中药菌制剂中的微生物菌能把动物不能吸收的高分子碳水化合物转化成可吸收利用的低分子碳水化合物,微生物菌还能大量吸收动物难以利用的有机氮、无机氮使之转化成动物便于利用的多种菌体蛋白质;该微生物菌在饲料发酵过程中,还能抑制病原菌和腐败菌的生长,从而提高饲料品质,提高饲料的转化效率,改善饲料的口感,使饲料变得松脆酥软,增加适口性,同时降低原料中抗营养因子及有害微生物的含量,降低饲养成本,降低动物患病发生率,促进动物的生长。而且发酵后的饲料中所含的大量有益菌可以有效调节动物肠道菌群平衡,提高机体免疫力。
本发明中所用到的中药提取液是从桃金娘、柴胡、鸡骨草、万寿果、白头翁和绞股蓝中提取得到的。其中,本发明所用的桃金娘(Rhodomyrtus tomentosa (Ait.)Hassk.)别名山稔、岗稔、稔子等,以根、叶和果入药。以广西的玉林市、南宁市各县的药材最好;秋季挖根,洗净,切片,晒干。功能主治,根:祛风活络,收敛止泻;用于急、慢性肠胃炎,胃痛,消化不良,肝炎,痢疾,风湿性关节炎,腰肌劳损,功能性子宫出血,脱肛;外用治烧烫伤。叶:收敛止泻,止血。用于急性胃肠炎,消化不良,痢疾:外用治外伤出血。根:祛风活络,收敛止泻;用于急、慢性肠胃炎,胃痛,消化不良,肝炎,痢疾,风湿性关节炎,腰肌劳损,功能性子宫出血,脱肛;外用治烧烫伤。可用来治疗牛劳役过度、猪肠炎、猪牛风湿软脚、牛阉割后出血不止、犊牛白痢、仔猪白痢等疾病。
柴胡为伞形科植物柴胡Bupleurum chinense DC.或狭叶柴胡Bupleurumscorzonerifolium Willd.的干燥根。其成分主要含柴胡皂苷,甾醇,挥发油,脂肪油和多糖等。用于感冒发热、寒热往来、疟疾、肝郁气滞、胸肋胀痛、脱肛、子宫脱落、月经不调。柴胡粗皂苷有明显的抑制胃液分泌的功效,使胃蛋白酶活性减低,溃疡系数减少。柴胡具有很明显的解热降温的作用,对伤寒、副伤寒疫苗、大肠杆菌液、发酵牛奶、酵母等所致发热有明显解热作用,且能使动物正常体温下降;柴胡粗皂苷、皂苷元A有明显的镇静作用。柴胡的提取物和柴胡的多糖具有很好的免疫增强的功效。
鸡骨草,为豆科植物广州相思子Abrus cantoniensis Hance的干燥全株。分布于广西、广东等地,尤其是广西玉林市、钦州市的最好,广西民间常用于治疗肝炎的草药。甘、微苦,凉。化学成分:全草含相思子碱胆碱、甾醇化合物、黄酮类、氨基酸、糖类。常用于湿热黄疽,胁肋不舒,胃脘胀痛,乳痈肿痛。鸡骨草的功效与作用:1.促进消化,鸡骨草能提高肠胃的消化能力,促进肠胃功能正常运作。2.清热利湿,鸡骨草性味甘、苦、凉,有清热利湿的作用,主要用来治疗黄疸性肝炎,风湿骨痛、慢性肝炎、乳腺炎、治黄疸肝炎、瘰疬等病症。3.散瘀止痛,鸡骨草归心、肺、肝、胃、肾经,有散瘀止痛的作用,可以治疗跌打瘀痛,乳痛,胃脘胀痛,胁肋不舒等病症。4.护肝,鸡骨草能减轻肝脏所受的伤害。鸡骨草主治黄疸型肝炎,小便刺痛,胃脘痛,风湿骨节疼痛,跌打瘀血肿痛,乳痈,同时,它富含粗皂甙对四氯化碳所致肝损伤有显著保护效果,具有清热利湿,散瘀止痛的功能。5.预防肝硬化,鸡骨草能有效预防肝硬化。对于肝硬化腹水,肝炎后肝硬化失代偿期,常见腹水,肝掌,蜘蛛痣,白蛋白,球蛋白比例倒置等疾病,鸡骨草有一定的缓和作用。
万寿果,亦称拐枣,为鼠李科植物枳椇(学名:Hovenia acerba Lindl.)带有肉质果柄的果实或种子。于果熟时采集晒干,碾碎果壳收种子。万寿果止渴除烦,消湿热,解酒毒。用于中酒毒、烦渴呕逆、二便不利。万寿果的保健功能是对舒筋活络,提神醒脑、壮胃健脾,降低血压、血脂、血粘,预防癌症,抗击癌症等都有很好的作用,枳椇含有大量的葡萄糖、苹果酸钙,有较强的利尿作用,能促进乙醇的分解和排出,显著降低乙醇在血液中的浓度,并能消除乙醇在体内产生的自由基,阻止过氧化酯质的形成,从而减轻乙醇对肝组织的损伤,避免酒精中毒导致各种代谢异常,诱发各种疾病。万寿果含硒量高,是天然的富硒水果,而硒具有很强的抗氧化能力和防癌抗癌作用以及天然的排毒解毒功效,能调节和提高人体的免疫能力,维持心血管系统的正常结构和功能,对延年益寿有很好的功效。
白头翁(学名:Pycnonotus sinensis),为毛莨科多年生草本植物白头翁的干燥根。性味:苦、寒。归经:入胃、大肠经。功能:凉血、清热、解毒。主治:热毒血痢,温疟,血衄,痔疮出血等症;治阿米巴痢疾有特效。临床应用:主要用于治疗阿米巴痢疾,即湿热毒痢,大便有脓血或纯血,腹痛,肛门灼热,里急后生,兼有发热。治细菌性痢疾也有效。可单用,更常是配秦皮、黄连、黄柏同用,方如白头翁汤。
绞股蓝为葫芦科绞股蓝属植物绞股蓝(Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Thunb.)Makino,以根状茎、叶子入药。广西的大瑶山(金秀、龙胜、兴安、巴马等县的药材最好);性味:微甘;性凉。归经:归肺;脾;肾经。功效:益气健脾,化痰止咳,清热解毒。功效分类:补虚药;化痰药;清热药。主治:体虚乏力;虚劳失精;白细胞减少症;高脂血症;病毒性肝炎;慢性胃肠炎;慢性气管炎。绞股蓝能保护肾上腺和胸腺及内分泌器官随年龄的增长而不致萎缩,维持内分泌系统的机能,并具有降血糖和改善糖代谢作用。
本发明微生物菌群发酵牛羊饲料的方法所用的原料中还含有由桃金娘、板蓝根、血竭、桔梗、柴胡、山楂以及甘草组成的中草药成分,在发酵饲料中加入中草药成分能够提高生牛羊抗应激的能力和对疾病的抵抗力,降低生牛羊血液中胆固醇水平;有健脾消食,解毒杀虫的效果,能明显降低牛羊的感冒、痢疾腹痛、传染性胃肠炎等疾病的发生,抑菌、抗病毒,增强抗病力,经过发酵后的中草药内的有效成分能够使得牛羊更易吸收,可显著提高动物免疫能力,提高饲料转化率。
本发明从桃金娘、柴胡、鸡骨草、万寿果、白头翁和绞股蓝中提取得到中药提取液,这些中药有清热解毒、益气健脾等作用,能够提高机体的免疫能力,将中药提取液进行发酵,发酵过程中,中药的化学成分能够促进有益菌的增值,而微生物菌对中药代谢有促进作用,中药许多成分经过微生物菌反应、代谢后由无活性的前体物质转化成具有治疗作用的有效成分,使中药毒性成分降低,减轻对机体的损伤,最终抑制清除病原微生物,提高机体免疫水平,达到防病治病的目的。而且经过发酵后得到的中药菌制剂是一种含有中药活性成分、菌种及其代谢产物等物质的中药菌制剂,用以发酵饲料后,发酵饲料中含有中草药成分,有健脾消食,解毒杀虫的效果,能明显降低动物的痢疾、感冒、等疾病的发生,抑菌、抗病毒,增强抗病力,经过发酵后的中草药内的有效成分更易被吸收,可显著提高动物免疫能力,提高动物的对疾病的抵抗力。
本发明中所用的百香果皮是百香果(学名:Passiflora edulis Sims)成熟果实的果皮,目前各县各地百香果栽培十分普遍,百香果皮中含有大量天然的果胶,它能加快人体内脂肪和胆固醇的代谢,而且能增加血管弹性,促进胰岛素分泌,平时经常食用百香果皮,可以稳定血压和血糖,也能减少高血压与高血糖发生。百香果皮中的果胶具有优良的口感,具有低糖、低热量的性能,适合糖尿病和高血压人群食用。百香果皮不仅可以减轻哮喘、化痰止咳,常饮还有消除青春痘、消除痔疮、消除肠胃炎等。百香果皮含有花色苷类色素,具有抗氧化活性,可以延缓衰老,排毒养颜。百香果果皮可以活血强身、降脂降压、滋阴补肾、消除疲劳增强免疫力等作用。
余甘子(Phyllanthus emblica Linn.)是大戟科、叶下珠属木本植物。余甘子的果实、根、茎和叶均可入药,余甘子叶是中药余甘子的重要药用部位,具有清热解毒、利湿消肿、去湿利尿的功效。余甘子适应性广、生命力强,广泛分布在广西境内,特别是南宁市、玉林市、钦州市,资源非常丰富,叶子部位在全株植物中占有较大比重,资源丰富。余甘子叶水煎服能治水肿、皮肤湿疹、毒蛇咬伤,余甘子鲜叶水煎,代茶冲冰糖以治高血压。
火龙果皮是火龙果(拉丁学名:Hylocereus undulatus Britt)果实的果皮,火龙果皮含有丰富的碳水化合物、蛋白质及花青素和甜菜红素,以及多种维生素。 1、火龙果皮含有甜菜红素的色素,具有抗氧化、抗自由基、抗衰老的作用,还能提高对脑细胞变性的预防,抑制痴呆症的发生。2、火龙果的皮含有非常珍贵的花青素,这是一种强力的抗氧化剂,强于胡萝卜素10倍以上,能够保护人体免受有害物质自由基的损伤,能预防多种与自由基有关的疾病。另外还能增强血管弹性,降低血压,保护动脉血管内壁。3、火龙果皮还含有浓度很高的维生素A、B1、B2、B3、C及钙、磷、铁等矿物质,为最佳的天然维生素来源。4、火龙果皮还有明目、降火的作用,可以促进视网膜细胞中的视紫质再生,改善视力,还能抑制炎症和过敏,改善关节的柔韧性,预防关节炎。
本发明在制备发酵饲料时将百香果皮、余甘子叶、火龙果皮作为原料进行发酵,不仅使资源得到充分的利用,而且经过微生物菌发酵后,这些原料中所含的粗纤维可以降解,粗蛋白可以提高,其营养价值得到了更进一步提高,可用来喂养动物,适口性更好,而且这些原料本身对提高机体免疫力有很好的作用,用来制备饲料后,可起到防治动物疫病的作用。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明制备得到的中药菌制剂具有中药的功效,并提高了中药的治疗效果,具有疫病防控的功能,又有添加剂的营养成分,能提高饲料营养成分的消化率和吸收率,促进畜禽生产性能的发挥。采用该中药菌制剂发酵处理得到的饲料,适口性好,且通过饲料中含有的产朊假丝酵母、嗜酸乳杆菌等有益菌的作用,能显著降低肠道中大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌数量,增加肠道有益微生物,改善机体的微生物环境,减少肠胃疾病、巴氏杆菌疾病等动物疫病的发生,有效的提高动物的免疫力,从而减少预防性药物的使用。本发明制备得到的中药菌制剂可以直接与任何禽畜,水产养殖饲料原料等混合发酵3-5天即可喂养禽畜牧业,水产品。
2、本发明提供的一种中药菌制剂发酵饲料及其制备方法,该发酵饲料采用中药菌制剂进行发酵得到,中药菌制剂能促进粗饲料的快速转化,提高消化利用率,并有效的分解饲料中的真菌毒素,降低蚊、蝇、蛆的繁殖,降低有害气体的排放,改善畜禽饲养环境。发酵得到的饲料含有很多的活性益生菌菌体、各种酶、各级代谢产物、蛋白质分解产物、活性小肽、氨基酸、抑菌物质、免疫增强因子、促生长因子等,可以有效调节动物肠道菌群平衡,提高机体免疫力,提高动物的抗病能力。而且采用本发明的饲料喂养畜禽,具有绿色安全、无药物残留的特点,而且在整个养殖过程中,无需使用抗生素等药物,采用本发明制备的饲料养殖畜禽能够提高和改善禽畜,水产产品品质,提高屠宰率(出肉率),降低脱水率;使禽畜水产品更合适冰冻加工和熟化等深加工,养殖出来的畜禽肉质色泽好,口感清香鲜嫩。本发明制备得到的发酵饲料对养殖行业企业,在降低成本和提高效率效益方面,都有显著效果。
3、本发明采用中药菌制剂发酵饲料的过程是常温发酵,中药菌制剂存放期间也一直保持常温,这是中药菌制剂与市面上的生物制剂完全不同的地方,而且经河南省濮阳市田草综合养殖有限公司和广东良果农牧科技有限公司多年试验验证,在南北温差从零下10℃低温至35℃高温下,经过中药菌制剂发酵得到的饲料常温贮存,保质期长达9个月,保质期长。本发明发酵制备得到的饲料可用于鸡、鸭、兔、牛、羊等畜禽的养殖也可用于水产生物如白虾等的养殖,可直接喂养或者与其它饲料混合后一起喂养。
4、经过将本发明制备得到的发酵饲料进行喂养鸡,经过长时间的实践发现,在整个养鸡的过程中,不用抗生素,养的鸡健壮、免疫力强,减少了疾病的发生,提高了鸡的存活率,养大的鸡,肉质好、口感好,脱水率比采用普通饲料养殖的低,鸡肉经过冷冻几个月后,再用于做白切鸡、肉质细腻、营养丰富,口感和活鸡没区别,鸡肉含水份少,加工过程没有出现破皮,色泽和活宰的没有区别,采用本发明制备得到的饲料养殖鸡提高和改善了鸡肉的品质。而且采用本发明制备的饲料喂养鸡,鸡拉出的粪便没有臭味,可进一步加工成饲料用于喂鱼等。
经过将本发明制备得到的发酵饲料进行喂养兔子,在其他条件相同的情况下,采用添加本发明发酵饲料进行喂养的兔子生病率、死亡率明显降低,而且相比之下得到的兔子血清中白蛋白含量增加,说明机体的新陈代谢功能得以提高,而血清总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白等指标降低,可以改善家兔肉质和口感。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种中药菌制剂发酵饲料,包括以下重量份数的原料:
中药菌制剂1份;发酵底物100份;余甘子叶15份;百香果皮20份;火龙果皮20份;水 40份;所述的发酵底物为玉米粉和米糠。
所述的中药菌制剂的制备方法为:将混合菌种接种于灭菌过的加有中药提取液的培养基中进行培养发酵,混合菌种与培养基的重量比例为1:10,调节培养基pH为7.0,培养温度为28-32℃,培养1个月,得到中药菌制剂;其中所述的培养基的组成成分为:牛肉膏1.5g,蛋白胨1.3g,玉米淀粉2g;红糖3 g;柠檬酸钠0.13g;磷酸氢二钾0.2g;FeSO4·7H2O0.01 g;NH4NO3 1 g;NaCl 0.4 g;中药提取液 45 mL和水100mL;所述的混合菌种由以下重量份数的菌种组成:产朊假丝酵母1份;酒曲8份;嗜酸乳杆菌3份和放线菌5份。
所述的中药提取液的提取方法为:按重量份数取桃金娘3份、柴胡6份;鸡骨草4份;万寿果5份;白头翁4份和绞股蓝7份备用,将上述药材混合粉碎后,加入药材7重量倍的水,加热至沸腾,并且持续沸腾35分钟,过滤取滤液;滤渣继续加入5重量倍的水,加热至沸腾,并且持续沸腾25分钟,过滤取滤液与第一次的滤液混合;得到中药提取液。
上述的中药菌制剂发酵饲料,所述发酵饲料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数将发酵底物与余甘子叶、百香果皮以及火龙果皮混合粉碎后蒸汽消毒,得到发酵料;
(2)在发酵料中加入中药菌制剂和水,混合搅拌均匀后在28-35℃条件下发酵3天,即得。
实施例2
一种中药菌制剂发酵饲料,包括以下重量份数的原料:
中药菌制剂3份;发酵底物130份;余甘子叶20份;百香果皮25份;火龙果皮30份;水 45份;所述的发酵底物为马铃薯淀粉、米糠和豆粕。
所述的中药菌制剂的制备方法为:将混合菌种接种于灭菌过的加有中药提取液的培养基中进行培养发酵,混合菌种与培养基的重量比例为1.5:13,调节培养基pH为7.0,培养温度为28-32℃,培养1.5个月,得到中药菌制剂;其中所述的培养基的组成成分为:牛肉膏1.5g,蛋白胨1.3g,马铃薯淀粉3 g;红糖4 g;柠檬酸钠0.14g;磷酸氢二钾0.2g;FeSO4·7H2O 0.01 g;NH4NO3 1.3 g;NaCl 0.4 g;中药提取液 48 mL和水105mL;所述的混合菌种由以下重量份数的菌种组成:产朊假丝酵母2份;酒曲6份;嗜酸乳杆菌4份和放线菌4份。
所述的中药提取液的提取方法为:按重量份数取桃金娘5份、柴胡4份;鸡骨草5份;万寿果4份;白头翁5份和绞股蓝6份备用,将上述药材混合粉碎后,加入药材7.5重量倍的水,加热至沸腾,并且持续沸腾37分钟,过滤取滤液;滤渣继续加入5.5重量倍的水,加热至沸腾,并且持续沸腾28分钟,过滤取滤液与第一次的滤液混合;得到中药提取液。
上述的中药菌制剂发酵饲料,所述发酵饲料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数将发酵底物与余甘子叶、百香果皮以及火龙果皮混合粉碎后蒸汽消毒,得到发酵料;
(2)在发酵料中加入中药菌制剂和水,混合搅拌均匀后在28-35℃条件下发酵4天,即得。
实施例3
一种中药菌制剂发酵饲料,包括以下重量份数的原料:
中药菌制剂5份;发酵底物150份;余甘子叶25份;百香果皮30份;火龙果皮35份;水50份;所述的发酵底物为玉米粉、米糠、花生粕和麸皮。
所述的中药菌制剂的制备方法为:将混合菌种接种于灭菌过的加有中药提取液的培养基中进行培养发酵,混合菌种与培养基的重量比例为2:15,调节培养基pH为7.0,培养温度为28-32℃,培养2个月,得到中药菌制剂;其中所述的培养基的组成成分为:牛肉膏1.5g,蛋白胨1.3g,红薯淀粉4 g;红糖5 g;柠檬酸钠0.15g;磷酸氢二钾0.2g;FeSO4·7H2O0.01 g;NH4NO3 1.5 g;NaCl 0.4 g;中药提取液50 mL和水110mL;所述的混合菌种由以下重量份数的菌种组成:产朊假丝酵母3份;酒曲4份;嗜酸乳杆菌5份和放线菌3份。
所述的中药提取液的提取方法为:按重量份数取桃金娘7份、柴胡2份;鸡骨草7份;万寿果3份;白头翁8份和绞股蓝4份备用,将上述药材混合粉碎后,加入药材8重量倍的水,加热至沸腾,并且持续沸腾40分钟,过滤取滤液;滤渣继续加入6重量倍的水,加热至沸腾,并且持续沸腾30分钟,过滤取滤液与第一次的滤液混合;得到中药提取液。
上述的中药菌制剂发酵饲料,所述发酵饲料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数将发酵底物与余甘子叶、百香果皮以及火龙果皮混合粉碎后蒸汽消毒,得到发酵料;
(2)在发酵料中加入中药菌制剂和水,混合搅拌均匀后在28-35℃条件下发酵5天,即得。
实施例4
一种中药菌制剂发酵饲料,包括以下重量份数的原料:
中药菌制剂4份;发酵底物120份;余甘子叶22份;百香果皮7份;火龙果皮25份;水 44份;所述的发酵底物为鸡养殖所喂饲的饲料原料。
所述的中药菌制剂的制备方法为:将混合菌种接种于灭菌过的加有中药提取液的培养基中进行培养发酵,混合菌种与培养基的重量比例为1:11,调节培养基pH为7.0,培养温度为28-32℃,培养1个月,得到中药菌制剂;其中所述的培养基的组成成分为:牛肉膏1.5g,蛋白胨1.3g,玉米淀粉2 g;红糖5 g;柠檬酸钠0.13g;磷酸氢二钾0.2g;FeSO4·7H2O0.01 g;NH4NO3 1.5 g;NaCl 0.4 g;中药提取液50 mL和水110mL;所述的混合菌种由以下重量份数的菌种组成:产朊假丝酵母2份;酒曲5份;嗜酸乳杆菌4份和放线菌3份。
所述的中药提取液的制备方法为:按重量份数取桃金娘6份、柴胡3份;鸡骨草5份;万寿果4份;白头翁6份和绞股蓝7份备用,将上述药材混合粉碎后,加入药材8重量倍的水,加热至沸腾,并且持续沸腾35分钟,过滤取滤液;滤渣继续加入5重量倍的水,加热至沸腾,并且持续沸腾25分钟,过滤取滤液与第一次的滤液混合;得到中药提取液。
上述的中药菌制剂发酵饲料,所述发酵饲料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数将发酵底物与余甘子叶、百香果皮以及火龙果皮混合粉碎后蒸汽消毒,得到发酵料;
(2)在发酵料中加入中药菌制剂和水,混合搅拌均匀后在28-35℃条件下发酵5天,即得,该制备得到的发酵饲料用于喂养鸡。
应用效果
分别采用本发明制备得到的饲料与普通基础饲料进行喂养家兔,具体试验情况如下:
1、试验材料
将70~80日龄生长发育健康、体重相近的德国大白兔50只分成两组,每组25只,一组为试验组,一组为对照组;
在其他饲养管理条件相同的情况下,对照组饲喂基础日粮(玉米25%+豆粕25%+米糠20%+麦麸20%+花生壳10%),试验组饲喂本发明实施例3制备得到的饲料。
试验期45 d;
2、实验结果
①对家兔死亡、腹泻的影响
试验组家兔腹泻数为1只,对照组家兔腹泻数为5只,试验组家兔死亡数为0,对照组家兔死亡数为3只,说明饲喂本发明制备得到的饲料可以降低家兔腹泻的发生,同时降低死亡率。
②对血液理化指标的影响
分别采取试验组和对照组的兔子的血清进行检测,检测结果如下表1所示:
上述可见,经过将本发明制备得到的发酵饲料进行喂养兔子,在其他条件相同的情况下,采用本发明发酵饲料进行喂养的兔子生病率、死亡率明显降低,而且相比之下经过喂饲本发明饲料得到的兔子血清中白蛋白含量增加,说明机体的新陈代谢功能得以提高,而血清总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白等指标降低,可以改善家兔肉质和口感。从上述试验结果中可见,本发明的饲料可以提高动物的免疫力,降低动物的发病率和死亡率,提高和改善肉质。
Claims (5)
1.一种中药菌制剂发酵饲料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
中药菌制剂1-5份;发酵底物100-150份;余甘子叶15-25份;百香果皮20-30份;火龙果皮20-35份和水40-50份;
所述的中药菌制剂的制备方法为:将混合菌种接种于灭菌过的加有中药提取液的培养基中进行培养发酵,混合菌种与培养基的重量比例为1-2:10-15,调节培养基pH为7.0,培养温度为28-32℃,培养1-2个月,得到中药菌制剂;其中所述的培养基的组成成分为:牛肉膏1.5g,蛋白胨1.3g,淀粉2-4 g;红糖3-5 g;柠檬酸钠0.13-0.15g;磷酸氢二钾0.2g;FeSO4·7H2O 0.01 g;NH4NO3 1-1.5 g;NaCl 0.4 g;中药提取液 45-50 mL和水100-110mL。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药菌制剂发酵饲料,其特征在于,所述的发酵底物为禽畜,水产养殖饲料的原料,该发酵底物包括玉米粉、米糠、豆麸、淀粉和麸皮中的两种或两种以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中药菌制剂发酵饲料,其特征在于,所述的中药菌制剂的制备方法中所述的混合菌种由以下重量份数的菌种组成:产朊假丝酵母1-3份;酒曲4-8份;嗜酸乳杆菌3-5份和放线菌3-5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的中药菌制剂发酵饲料,其特征在于,所述的中药菌制剂的制备方法中所述的中药提取液的提取方法为:按重量份数取桃金娘3-7份、柴胡2-6份;鸡骨草4-7份;万寿果3-5份;白头翁4-8份和绞股蓝4-7份备用,将上述药材混合粉碎后,加入药材7-8重量倍的水,加热至沸腾,并且持续沸腾35-40分钟,过滤取滤液;滤渣继续加入5-6重量倍的水,加热至沸腾,并且持续沸腾25-30分钟,过滤取滤液与第一次的滤液混合;得到中药提取液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的中药菌制剂发酵饲料,其特征在于,所述发酵饲料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数将发酵底物与余甘子叶、百香果皮以及火龙果皮混合粉碎后蒸汽消毒,得到发酵料;
(2)在发酵料中加入中药菌制剂和水,混合搅拌均匀后在28-35℃条件下发酵3-5天,即得。
