本发明涉及脱模纸及使用这种脱模纸制备合成革的方法。
发明背景
作为制备合成革的方法,一直以来使用着各种方法,如有染色的方法、用雕刻辊筒涂布机或刮刀涂布机处理的方法,使用脱模纸的方法等。其中,使用脱模纸的方法是要予先备有脱模纸,在脱模纸的具有脱模性的一面上形成所希望的凹凸图案,在该脱模纸的脱模层上涂布合成革的原料树脂,干燥、固化后剥离。采用这种脱模纸制备合成革的方法所必须准备的,脱模纸的数量要与赋予合成革凹凸图样的种类相对应。
近年来,伴随着合成革用途的多样化,其制造向着多品种小批量的方向发展,虽然通过准备带有多种凹凸图样的脱模纸可以满足多品种化的要求,但是,使用以前的脱模纸的话,需要更换每种图样的脱模纸,因此,制造时的准备时间增加,原料的使用率下降,难于与小批量生产相适应。另外,虽然可以考虑预先准备2种以上的已形成了凹凸图案的脱模纸以满足小批量生产的需要,但是,这时有难以满足多品种化要求的问题。其次,在生产多品种小批量的合成革时,还希望降低脱模纸的成本,然而,如果用以前的在基材上带有凹凸图案脱模层的脱模纸的话,则其生产成本的降低是有一定限度的。
本发明鉴于这种情况,提供按所需各种凹凸图样的量形成的脱模纸和使用这种脱模纸便于准备多品种小批量的、而且成本可降低的合成革的方法。
发明的公开
为了达到这一目的,本发明的脱模纸做成由以基材和脱模层形成的层合体为基础的脱模纸和在该基础脱模纸的基材面的一侧叠合可剥离的图样印刷纸所构成的结构,前述的图样印刷纸由基材薄板和在该基材薄板的一个面上设置的所希望的图案的凸状影像层所构成。
如上所述,在本发明中,是将具有所希望的凸状影像层的图样印刷纸贴合到基础脱模纸的基材面的一侧做成脱模纸的,所以无论使用哪种图样印刷纸时,都可反复使用基础脱模纸,通过将2种以上的图样印刷纸按画面顺序叠合到基础脱模纸上使用,就可形成多种凹凸的图样。
另外,本发明的合成革的制备方法,是将所希望的图样印刷纸叠合到可剥离的基础脱模纸的基材面的一侧,通过在这种脱模纸的脱模层上涂布合成革用的树脂,形成树脂层,在该树脂层上形成与前述图样印刷纸的凸状影像层相对应的凹凸图样,再将衬布与前述的树脂层贴合后,把树脂层从脱模纸上剥离下来,制成带有所希望的凹凸图样的合成革,在制备带不同凹凸图样的合成革时,前述基础脱模纸可直接拿来反复使用,只要将图样印刷纸换成带有所希望的凸状影像层的其它的图样印刷纸就构成了本发明的新的脱模纸,使用这种脱模纸,经过前述的操作过程,就能制造合成革了。
还有,本发明的合成革的制造方法,是将可剥离的几种有不同凸状影像层的图样印刷纸按画面顺序叠合到基础脱模纸的基材面一侧,使用这种脱模纸来制造的。
根据本发明,脱模纸是由基材和脱模层的层合体基础脱模纸与叠合到该基础脱模纸的基材面一侧的可剥离的图样印刷纸所构成的,将图样印刷纸在基材薄板的一个面上设计所希望的凸状影像层的图案,再将所希望的图样印刷纸与基础脱模纸的基材面叠合,则随时可制得与所希望的凹凸图样对应的脱模纸,另外,通过将2种以上的图样印刷纸按画面顺序与基础脱模纸叠合后使用,则可以由一张脱模纸形成多种凹凸图样,再有,无论使用哪种图样印刷纸,基础脱模纸都可反复使用,所以,在制备合成革要做几种凹凸图样时,与使用以前的脱模纸相比,制作成本可大幅度降低,因此,例如能与合成革的多品种小批量的生产相适应。

发明的优选实施方案
下面,参照图例说明本发明的实施情况。
图1是本发明中一种脱模纸的断面示意图。图1中,脱模纸1是由基础脱模纸2和与该基础脱模纸2叠合的图样印刷纸5所形成的。基础脱模纸2是基材3和脱模层4的层合体。另外,图样印刷纸5,在图例中是由3种图样印刷纸5a、5b、5c所构成,各种图样印刷纸5a、5b、5c在基材薄板6上形成了图案不同的凸状影像层7a、7b、7c。而且,可从图样印刷纸5中任意选择图样印刷纸叠合到基础脱模纸2的基材3侧。图例中,图样印刷纸5a叠合在基础脱模纸2上。
另外,如图2所示,本发明中的脱模纸1中,也可将图样印刷纸5a的凸状影像层7a侧叠合到基础脱模纸2的基材3侧上。
构成基础脱模纸2的基材3可以使用牛皮纸,不含磨木浆的纸等纸张、塑料薄膜、金属箔、织物、无纺布等或它们的层合体。基材3的厚度,可考虑使用的材料等情况及根据后述的图样印刷纸5a、5b、5c的凸状影像层7a、7b、7c相对应的凹凸图案在脱模层4的表面上形成的厚度来设定,如设定在50~200μm的范围内为佳。另外,为了提高基材3和脱模层4之间的粘接性,在基材3的形成脱模层4的一侧的面上进行预加热或电晕放电等处理为好。
构成基础脱模纸2的脱模层4,可以使用人们熟知的丙烯酸类树脂、聚乙烯类树脂、聚丙烯类树脂、聚甲基戊烯类树脂、硅树脂、醇酸类树脂等热塑性树脂,可以考虑与合成革用的树脂的剥离性,进行选择。脱模层4的形成可以用辊涂、凹版涂布、挤出涂布等方式将上述树脂涂布到基材3上的方法,也可采用由粘合剂层压或热熔融层压等薄膜层压等的方法。这种脱模层4的厚度可做到3~100μm、最好做到5~50μm左右。
另外,构成图样印刷纸5a、5b、5c的基材薄板6可以使用牛皮纸、不含磨木浆的纸等纸、塑料薄膜、金属箔、织物、无纺布等或者它们的层压体。而且,基材薄板6的厚度,可以考虑所使用的材料等以及如后述的与凸状影像层7a、7b、7c相对应的凹凸图案在脱模层4的表面上形成的厚度来设定,如,设定在5~100μm左右的范围内比较好。还有,如图2所示,使图样印刷纸5a的凸状影像层7a一侧与脱模纸2的基材3叠合,制成脱模纸1的时候,可以不考虑在脱模层4的表面上形成的凹凸图案,设定基材薄板6的厚度。
构成图样印刷纸5a、5b、5c的凸状影像层7a、7b、7c可用油墨或涂料组成物形成。使用的油墨和涂料组成物,根据需要可在漆料中添加颜料等着色剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、蜡、润滑剂、干燥剂、助干燥剂、固化剂、增稠剂、分散剂、填充剂等人们熟知的添加剂,用溶剂,稀释剂等进行的充分混练。
作为漆料可以使用如:亚麻仁油、大豆油、合成干性油等各种油脂类、松香、钴钯、达马、固化松香、松香酯、聚合松香等天然及加工树脂类、松香改性酚树脂、酚树脂、马来酸树脂、醇酸树脂、石油类树脂、乙烯类树脂、丙烯酸类树脂、聚酰胺类树脂、环氧类树脂、氨基醇酸类树脂等合成树脂类、硝基纤维素、乙基纤维素等的纤维素衍生物、氯化橡胶、环化橡胶等橡胶衍生物、胶、酪蛋白、糊精、玉米蛋白等。
另外,在所使用的油墨和涂料组成物中也可添加发泡剂。作为发泡剂可列举如:碳酸氢钠、碳酸铵、硼氢化钠,硅氧烷氢化物等的无机发泡剂、偶氮甲酰胺、偶氮二异丁腈、二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、p-甲苯磺酰基酰肼、4,4′-羟基联苯磺酰基酰肼等有机发泡剂、还有将气体或低沸点有机溶剂包在合成树脂胶囊中的微型气球(或微球)等。
用上述的油墨和涂料组成物形成的凸影像层7a、7b、7c可用胶印印刷、凹印印刷、凸印刷、丝网印刷、转印印刷、静电印刷等印刷方法、辊涂、刮刀涂布、雕刻辊筒涂布、喷涂等其它的涂布法,用笔以外的描绘法来制做。凸状影像层7a、7b、7c的厚度可设定在5μm~1mm、最好设定在5~100μm的范围内。另外,凸状影像层7a、7b、7c的厚度也可以呈带台阶状的有层次的状态。
上述的基础脱模纸2和从图样印刷纸5(5a、5b、5c)中选择的图样印刷纸叠合的方法并没有特别的限制。因此,用如辊筒夹持压着的方法,使带静电,通过静电作用使其叠合的方法,由粘合剂进行暂时粘结的方法等,无论哪种都可以。
另外,与基础脱模纸2叠合的印刷图样纸的数量没有限制,如图3所示那样,在长条状的基础脱模纸2上顺次叠上比其短的图样印刷纸5a、5b、5c,做成脱模纸1也可以。将脱模纸1做成这种结构,则由一张脱模纸就可形成1至3种凹凸图样。其次,这时,通过适当设定各图样印刷纸5a、5b、5c的长度,就可形成与所需量对应的凹凸图样。
在上述实例中,构成图样印刷纸5的图样印刷纸虽然只有5a、5b、5c三种,但是,本发明中,构成图样印刷纸的种类并无限制。
使用本发明中的脱模纸制造合成革时,首先,将所希望的图样印刷纸与基础脱模纸叠合做成本发明的脱模纸,接着,在该脱模纸的脱模层上涂布合成革用的树脂。图4是表示这种状态的断面图。在图4所示的例子中,在基础脱模纸2上叠合图样印刷纸5a,构成脱模纸1,在脱模层4的表面上形成了与图样印刷纸5a的凸状影像层7a相对应的凹凸图案。因此,在脱模层4上涂布的树脂层11上就能形成与凸状影像层7a相对应的凹凸图样。然后,将衬布(例如织物、无纺布等)与其贴合,再将树脂层11干燥冷却后,剥离就可制得合成革。在制造相同凹凸图样的合成革时,使用过的脱模纸可直接再次使用。另外,制造凹凸图样不同的合成革时,可将图样印刷纸5a从基础脱模纸2上剥离下来,再叠合上所希望的图样印刷纸,构成新的脱模纸,用它可以制造合成革。
这样,采用本发明中的合成革的制造方法,无论使用哪种图样印刷纸时,基础脱模纸均可反复使用,因此,需要多种凹凸图样时,与使用以前的脱模纸来制造合成革的方法相比,脱模纸需要的成本可削减,制造成本可降低,与此同时,能与合成革的多品种小批量的生产相适应。
以下,列举具体的实例,更详细地说明本发明。
在作为基材的不含磨木浆的纸(王子制纸(株)制、纸重=125g/m2)上,挤压涂布聚丙烯类树脂(チツソ(株)制),形成脱模层(厚度30μm),制得基础脱模纸。
再在作为基材薄板的牛皮纸上,将下述组成的油墨组成物用版深为30~100μm的凹版印上规定的图案,形成凸状影像层(厚度3~15μm),制得图样印刷纸A。
(油墨组成物)
·丙烯酸类树脂              …70重量份
·底质颜料                  …10重量份
·水                        …20重量份
另外,除了使用不同图案的凹版外,其余与上述上样,可制得图样印刷纸B。
接着,用上述形成的基础脱模纸和2种图样印刷纸A、B组成的脱模纸制造合成革。即,首先,在基础脱模纸的基材侧叠合图样印刷纸A的凸状影像层侧,制成脱模纸,然后,在该脱模纸的脱模层上用刮刀涂布法涂布(间隙250μm)固体成分为30%的合成革表皮用的聚氨酯树脂组成物,干燥后,用刮刀涂布法涂布聚氨酯树脂粘合剂,干燥,再在该粘合剂面上贴合衬布、干燥,熟化后,从脱模纸上剥离,就可制得带有与图样印刷纸A的凸状影像层相对应的凹凸图样的合成革。
然后,从基础脱模纸上剥下图样印刷纸A,将图样印刷纸B的基材薄板一侧与基础脱模纸的基材侧叠合,做成脱模纸,在该脱模纸的脱模层上,用辊涂法涂布含有发泡剂的聚氯乙烯糊,用干燥箱加热后,压上衬布,干燥冷却后,从脱模纸上剥下,就制得具有与图样印刷纸B的凸状影像层对应的凹凸图样的合成革。
工业上使用的可能性
本发明的脱模纸可做成与所希望的凹凸图样相对应的脱模纸,本发明的合成革的制造方法很容易制造多品种小批量的合成革,适合工业上使用。

Claims (3)

1.一种脱模纸,其特征在于它是由基材与脱模层的层合体的基础脱模纸和在该基础脱模纸的基材面侧叠合可剥离的图样印刷纸构成,前述的图样印刷纸具有基材薄板和在该基材薄板的一个面上,按所希望的图案设置的凸状影像层。
2.一种合成革的制造方法,其特征是,在基础脱模纸的基材面侧叠合可剥离的所希望的图样印刷纸的权利要求1的脱模纸的脱模层上,通过涂布合成革用的树脂,形成树脂层,在该树脂层上形成了与前述图样印刷纸的凸状影像层对应的凹凸图样,在前述树脂层上贴合衬布后,通过将树脂层从脱模纸上剥下,制得具有所希望的凹凸图样的合成革,制备具有不同凹凸图样的合成革时,前述的基础脱模纸,只要将图样印刷纸更换成具有所希望的凹凸状影像层的其它的图样印刷纸,直接反复使用,构成权利要求1所述的新的脱模纸,使用该脱模纸,经过前述操作,就制得合成革。
3.权利要求2所述的合成革的制造方法,其特征是使用权利要求1所述的脱模纸,该脱模纸是在基础脱模纸的基材面侧按面顺次叠合可剥离的凸状影像层不同的多种图样印刷纸而形成的。
