Abstract

本发明公开了一种家电透明包装膜,具有三层结构,依次为外层、中层和内层。外层包括茂金属低密度聚乙烯、双峰茂金属聚乙烯、热塑性弹性体(POE)、功能母粒;中层包括茂金属低密度聚乙烯、苯乙烯‑丁二烯共聚物、或丙烯基弹性体;内层包括茂金属低密度聚乙烯、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物、乙烯‑辛稀共聚物、功能母粒。本发明的家电透明包装膜具有高回弹、高韧性、抗老化、耐热耐寒、防潮防尘、美观、内容物可视、易回收和低成本等特点。

Description

一种家电透明包装膜
技术领域
本发明涉及包装膜的技术领域,尤其涉及一种采用苯乙烯-丁二烯、热塑性弹性体组成物等原料通过共挤吹膜成形得到高回弹透明性能的家电透明包装膜。
背景技术
目前国内家电市场绝大部分采用纸箱包装,由于防潮防水性差,扫描难、效率低无法实现自动化包装、成本高、不环保。针对上述情况,今年来已逐渐出现了一些采用薄膜包装材料的包装方式,采用薄膜包装可解决传统纸箱包装的缺陷。但是,现有包装家电的薄膜都是采用单一的原料聚乙烯组成,其原料均为不同密度的聚乙烯,在性能上依然存在一定的缺陷,如薄膜不具较高的韧性,弹力不足,容易刺穿和抗老化不足等,依然需要对该薄膜进行一定的改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种家电透明包装膜,该家电透明包装膜具有透明度好、方便回收、可自动化生产、防潮防水、可扫码、回弹力高、高韧性、极佳抗穿刺性、抗老化、效率高、生产成本低等优点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种家电透明包装膜,有三层结构组成,依次为外层、中层和内层,各层的组分组成如下:
—所述的外层由重量百分比为10%-59.5%的茂金属低密度聚乙烯、重量百分比为20%-60%的双峰茂金属聚乙烯、重量百分比为10%-50%的热塑性弹性体(POE)、重量百分比0.5%-10%的功能母粒组成;
—所述的中层由重量百分比为10%-60%的茂金属低密度聚乙烯、重量百分比为的20%-70%苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物、重量百分比为20%-60%的丙烯基弹性体组成;
—所述的内层由重量百分比20%-74%的茂金属低密度聚乙烯、重量百分比为10%-55%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、重量百分比为15%-60%的乙烯-辛稀共聚物、重量百分比为1%-15%的功能母粒组成。
进一步的,所述的外层和内层的功能母粒包括二氧化硅、碳酸钙、高岭土、滑石粉、硅藻土、云母粉、长石、沸石、硅酸盐类、芥酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、表面活性剂、二氟乙烯和六氟丙烯共聚、氟聚物、光稳定剂、抗氧化剂、抗静电剂、抗紫外母粒。
进一步的,所述的外层、中层和内层的茂金属低密度聚乙烯为用茂金属催化剂生产的己稀和辛稀中的一种,熔指为0.2-3.5g/min,密度为0.90-0.920g/cm3
进一步的,所述的热塑性弹性体(POE)熔指为1-3.8g/10min;密度为0.870-0.910g/cm3
进一步的,所述的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物的醋酸乙烯含量为6-28%,熔指0.3-1.8g/cm3
进一步的,所述的丙烯基弹性体熔指为0.5-3.6g/10min;密度为0.861-0.880g/cm3
进一步的,所述的双峰茂金属聚乙烯熔指为0.2-2.0g/10min;密度为0.91-0.930g/cm3
进一步的,所述的乙烯-辛稀共聚物的熔指为0.6-3.0g/10min;密度为0.880-0.912g/cm3
进一步的,所述的外层、中层和内层之间各层材料的重量百分比分别为:外层10%-40%,中层30%-80%,内层为10%-40%。
综上所述,本发明的家电透明包装膜具有透明度好、方便回收、可自动化生产、防潮防水、可扫码、回弹力高、高韧性、极佳抗穿刺性、抗老化、效率高、生产成本低等优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例1所描述的一种家电透明包装膜,具有三层结构,分别为外层、中层和内层,三层材料之间的重量百分比分别为:外层30%,中层40%,内层为30%;各层由如下组分组成:
外层的各组分及重量百分比:
中层的各组分及重量百分比:
茂金属低密度聚乙烯: 10%
苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物: 50%
丙烯基弹性体: 40%
内层的各组分及重量百分比:
制备此家电透明膜的方法是:将各层的原料分别加入外层挤出机、中层挤出机、内层挤出机进行熔融塑化后输出,将各挤出机输出的材料输送至模头,挤出吹膜并形成三层的融合,在经过风冷冷却,即可得到家电透明包装膜;其中挤出机的和模头的温度压力如下表1。

实施例2
本实施例2是在实施例1的基础上进行改变,具有为外层、中层和内层之间的重量百分比不同,其各层的组分等相同,具体如下:本实施例2的外层、中层和内层的各层材料的重量百分比分别为:外层20%,中层60%,内层为20%。
实施例3
本实施例3所描述的一种家电透明包装膜,具有三层结构,分别为外层、中层和内层,三层材料之间的重量百分比分别为:外层25%,中层50%,内层为25%;各层由如下组分组成:

茂金属低密度聚乙烯: 30%
苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物: 20%
丙烯基弹性体: 50%
内层的各组分及重量百分比:

本实施例4是在实施例3的基础上进行改变,具有为外层、中层和内层之间的重量百分比不同,其各层的组分等相同,具体如下:本实施例4的外层、中层和内层的各层材料的重量百分比分别为:外层15%,中层70%,内层为15%。
实施例5
本实施例5所描述的一种家电透明包装膜,具有三层结构,分别为外层、中层和内层,三层材料之间的重量百分比分别为:外层25%,中层45%,内层为30%;各层由如下组分组成:

中层的各组分及重量百分比:
茂金属低密度聚乙烯: 40%
苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物: 35%
丙烯基弹性体: 25%
内层的各组分及重量百分比:
制备此家电透明膜的方法是:将各层的原料分别加入外层挤出机、中层挤出机、内层挤出机进行熔融塑化后输出,将各挤出机输出的材料输送至模头,挤出吹膜并形成三层的融合,在经过风冷冷却,即可得到家电透明包装膜;其中挤出机的和模头的温度压力如下表3。

实施例6
本实施例6是在实施例5的基础上进行改变,具有为外层、中层和内层之间的重量百分比不同,其各层的组分等相同,具体如下:本实施例6的外层、中层和内层的各层材料的重量百分比分别为:外层15%,中层65%,内层为20%。

从表4中可得出实施例1-6的薄膜的回弹率都在50%以上,对家电都有很好的包装效果和保护性。

Claims (9)

1.一种家电透明包装膜,有三层结构组成,依次为外层、中层和内层,其特征在于:
—所述的外层由重量百分比为10%-59.5%的茂金属低密度聚乙烯、重量百分比为20%-60%的双峰茂金属聚乙烯、重量百分比为10%-50%的热塑性弹性体、重量百分比0.5%-10%的功能母粒组成;
—所述的中层由重量百分比为10%-60%的茂金属低密度聚乙烯、重量百分比为的20%-70%苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物、重量百分比为20%-60%的丙烯基弹性体组成;
—所述的内层由重量百分比20%-74%的茂金属低密度聚乙烯、重量百分比为10%-55%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、重量百分比为15%-60%的乙烯-辛稀共聚物、重量百分比为1%-15%的功能母粒组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种家电透明包装膜,其特征在于:所述的外层和内层的功能母粒包括二氧化硅、碳酸钙、高岭土、滑石粉、硅藻土、云母粉、长石、沸石、硅酸盐类、芥酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、表面活性剂、二氟乙烯和六氟丙烯共聚、氟聚物、光稳定剂、抗氧化剂、抗静电剂、抗紫外母粒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种家电透明包装膜,其特征在于:所述的外层、中层和内层的茂金属低密度聚乙烯为用茂金属催化剂生产的己稀和辛稀中的一种,熔指为0.2-3.5g/min,密度为0.90-0.920g/cm3
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种家电透明包装膜,其特征在于:所述的热塑性弹性体(POE)熔指为1-3.8g/10min;密度为0.870-0.910g/cm3
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种家电透明包装膜,其特征在于:所述的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物的醋酸乙烯含量为6-28%,熔指0.3-1.8g/cm3
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种家电透明包装膜,其特征在于:所述的丙烯基弹性体熔指为0.5-3.6g/10min;密度为0.861-0.880g/cm3
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种家电透明包装膜,其特征在于:所述的双峰茂金属聚乙烯熔指为0.2-2.0g/10min;密度为0.91-0.930g/cm3
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种家电透明包装膜,其特征在于:所述的乙烯-辛稀共聚物的熔指为0.6-3.0g/10min;密度为0.880-0.912g/cm3
9.根据权利要求1至8任意一项所述的一种家电透明包装膜,其特征在于:所述的外层、中层和内层之间各层材料的重量百分比分别为:外层10%-40%,中层30%-80%,内层为10%-40%。
