一种DHA藻油磷脂酰丝氨酸压片糖果,包括如下重量份原料:
异麦芽酮糖醇150-200份,全脂奶粉100-140份,DHA藻油微囊粉80-120份,益智仁提取物40-60份,磷脂酰丝氨酸20-30份,核桃肽20-30份和硬脂酸镁1-10份。
优选的,所述异麦芽酮糖醇为60-80目。
一种所述的DHA藻油磷脂酰丝氨酸压片糖果的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(a)称取所述重量份原料并进行干燥,将水分控制在低于4%;
(b)将干燥后的所述异麦芽酮糖醇粉碎过60-80目筛;
(c)将干燥后的原料及过筛后的异麦芽酮糖醇混合均匀得到混合料;
(d)将所述步骤(c)中的混合料干燥,将水分控制在2.5%~3.5%;
(e)将所述步骤(d)中干燥后的混合料压片即得到所需糖果。

异麦芽酮糖醇175份,全脂奶粉120份,DHA藻油微囊粉100份,益智仁提取物50份,磷脂酰丝氨酸25份,核桃肽25份和硬脂酸镁5份。所述异麦芽酮糖醇为60目。
DHA藻油能够降低心血管患病风险,降低血液甘油三酯水平和甘油三酯与HDL-胆固醇的比例,抑制高密度脂蛋白胆固醇中度升高,降低血压和静息心率。
核桃蛋白肽具有一定的抗氧化能力,随着核桃蛋白肽浓度的增加,其还原能力、羟自由基的清除能力和超氧阴离子清除能力增大。
磷脂酰丝氨酸的营养食品为抑制大脑衰老提供了一种新工具,研究发现,单纯DHA的增加对神经2A细胞不能起到保护作用,而当DHA与磷脂酰丝氨酸结合后才能对2A细胞发挥保护功能,只有两者相互协调才能起到较理想的效果。因此本发明利用DHA与磷脂酰丝氨酸的协同作用,对神经系统起到保护作用。同时,磷脂酰丝氨酸还具有抗抑郁和抗压抑的作用。
益智仁包括挥发油、萜类、黄酮类化合物和庚烷类衍生物等,具有强心、抗癌、抗过敏、抗衰老、镇静和镇痛等多方面药理作用。
