Abstract

本发明公开了一种DHA藻油磷脂酰丝氨酸压片糖果及其制备方法,所述糖果包括如下重量份原料:异麦芽酮糖醇150‑200份,全脂奶粉100‑140份,DHA藻油微囊粉80‑120份,益智仁提取物40‑60份,磷脂酰丝氨酸20‑30份,核桃肽20‑30份和硬脂酸镁1‑10份。由于本发明的糖果富含DHA藻油和磷脂酰丝氨酸,通过两者的协同作用能够对神经系统起到有效的保护作用;以异麦芽酮糖醇和全脂奶粉为主要原料,不会使糖果太甜而对人体造成负担;益智仁和核桃蛋白肽的抗氧化能力和抗癌能力能对人体内起到清洁作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及糖果制备工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种DHA藻油磷脂酰丝氨酸压片糖果及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人民经济的高速发展,人们生活节奏和膳食结构也发生了很大的变化,生活节奏快,膳食单调化,特别是上班一族一天二顿或三顿在外面凑合着吃盒饭或便餐,这样时间一长身体就会出现营养不良或缺少一些微量元素而产生疾病,影响工作,影响健康,严重者甚至危及生命,因此需要提供一种食用方便且能为人体快速提供有益成分的糖果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能为人体快速提供有益成分的DHA藻油磷脂酰丝氨酸压片糖果及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种DHA藻油磷脂酰丝氨酸压片糖果,包括如下重量份原料:
异麦芽酮糖醇150-200份,全脂奶粉100-140份,DHA藻油微囊粉80-120份,益智仁提取物40-60份,磷脂酰丝氨酸20-30份,核桃肽20-30份和硬脂酸镁1-10份。
优选的,所述异麦芽酮糖醇为60-80目。
一种所述的DHA藻油磷脂酰丝氨酸压片糖果的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(a)称取所述重量份原料并进行干燥,将水分控制在低于4%;
(b)将干燥后的所述异麦芽酮糖醇粉碎过60-80目筛;
(c)将干燥后的原料及过筛后的异麦芽酮糖醇混合均匀得到混合料;
(d)将所述步骤(c)中的混合料干燥,将水分控制在2.5%~3.5%;
(e)将所述步骤(d)中干燥后的混合料压片即得到所需糖果。
采用上述技术方案,由于本发明的糖果富含DHA藻油和磷脂酰丝氨酸,通过两者的协同作用能够对神经系统起到有效的保护作用;以异麦芽酮糖醇和全脂奶粉为主要原料,不会使糖果太甜而对人体造成负担;益智仁和核桃蛋白肽的抗氧化能力和抗癌能力能对人体内起到清洁作用。

下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
实施例1
一种DHA藻油磷脂酰丝氨酸压片糖果,包括如下重量份原料:
异麦芽酮糖醇175份,全脂奶粉120份,DHA藻油微囊粉100份,益智仁提取物50份,磷脂酰丝氨酸25份,核桃肽25份和硬脂酸镁5份。所述异麦芽酮糖醇为60目。
DHA藻油能够降低心血管患病风险,降低血液甘油三酯水平和甘油三酯与HDL-胆固醇的比例,抑制高密度脂蛋白胆固醇中度升高,降低血压和静息心率。
核桃蛋白肽具有一定的抗氧化能力,随着核桃蛋白肽浓度的增加,其还原能力、羟自由基的清除能力和超氧阴离子清除能力增大。
磷脂酰丝氨酸的营养食品为抑制大脑衰老提供了一种新工具,研究发现,单纯DHA的增加对神经2A细胞不能起到保护作用,而当DHA与磷脂酰丝氨酸结合后才能对2A细胞发挥保护功能,只有两者相互协调才能起到较理想的效果。因此本发明利用DHA与磷脂酰丝氨酸的协同作用,对神经系统起到保护作用。同时,磷脂酰丝氨酸还具有抗抑郁和抗压抑的作用。
益智仁包括挥发油、萜类、黄酮类化合物和庚烷类衍生物等,具有强心、抗癌、抗过敏、抗衰老、镇静和镇痛等多方面药理作用。
实施例2
一种DHA藻油磷脂酰丝氨酸压片糖果,包括如下重量份原料:
异麦芽酮糖醇150份,全脂奶粉100份,DHA藻油微囊粉80份,益智仁提取物40份,磷脂酰丝氨酸20份,核桃肽20份和硬脂酸镁1份。所述异麦芽酮糖醇为80目。
实施例3
一种DHA藻油磷脂酰丝氨酸压片糖果,包括如下重量份原料:
异麦芽酮糖醇200份,全脂奶粉140份,DHA藻油微囊粉120份,益智仁提取物60份,磷脂酰丝氨酸30份,核桃肽30份和硬脂酸镁10份。所述异麦芽酮糖醇为60目。
实施例4
一种所述的DHA藻油磷脂酰丝氨酸压片糖果的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(a)称取所述重量份原料并进行干燥,将水分控制在低于4%;
(b)将干燥后的所述异麦芽酮糖醇粉碎过60-80目筛;
(c)将干燥后的原料及过筛后的异麦芽酮糖醇混合均匀得到混合料;
(d)将所述步骤(c)中的混合料干燥,将水分控制在2.5%~3.5%;
(e)将所述步骤(d)中干燥后的混合料压片即得到所需糖果。
将通过所述方法制备得到的糖果进行测试,以下为各项测试结果:

1.一种DHA藻油磷脂酰丝氨酸压片糖果,其特征在于:包括如下重量份原料:
异麦芽酮糖醇150-200份,全脂奶粉100-140份,DHA藻油微囊粉80-120份,益智仁提取物40-60份,磷脂酰丝氨酸20-30份,核桃肽20-30份和硬脂酸镁1-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的DHA藻油磷脂酰丝氨酸压片糖果,其特征在于:所述异麦芽酮糖醇为60-80目。
3.一种如权利要求1-2所述的DHA藻油磷脂酰丝氨酸压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(a)称取所述重量份原料并进行干燥,将水分控制在低于4%;
(b)将干燥后的所述异麦芽酮糖醇粉碎过60-80目筛;
(c)将干燥后的原料及过筛后的异麦芽酮糖醇混合均匀得到混合料;
(d)将所述步骤(c)中的混合料干燥,将水分控制在2.5%~3.5%;
(e)将所述步骤(d)中干燥后的混合料压片即得到所需糖果。
