It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present application are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of an oiling platform of the present application, and the oiling platform 100 of the present embodiment includes a worktable 11, a spraying mechanism 12, a tray assembly 13, and a driving mechanism 14.
Wherein, the spraying mechanism 12, the tray assembly 13 and the driving mechanism 14 are all arranged on the worktable 11. The working platform 11, which is a load-bearing member of the entire oiling platform 100, is generally made of steel and has a certain strength. In this embodiment, the working platform 11 includes a square platform 111, a supporting frame 112, and a moving wheel 113 disposed at the bottom of the supporting frame, the moving wheel 113 may be a lockable universal wheel or a lockable one-way wheel, and the lockable design enables the working platform 11 to be stably located on the ground.
The spraying mechanism 12 sprays the workpieces 200 to be oiled, which are borne on the tray assembly 13, and the driving mechanism 14 can drive the tray assembly 13 to move relative to the spraying mechanism 12, so that the spraying mechanism 12 can spray different parts of the workpieces 200 to be oiled, and then, the spraying of a single workpiece is realized.
As shown in fig. 2, specifically, the spraying mechanism 12 includes a spraying member 121, a fixing column 122 and an adjusting beam 123, the fixing column 122 is fixed on the worktable 11, one end of the adjusting beam 123 is adjustably disposed on the fixing column 122 in the horizontal direction X, the adjusting beam 123 is connected with the fixing column 122 by a protrusion-groove structure, the protrusion of the fixing column 122 can move in the groove of the adjusting beam 123, and thus the adjusting beam 123 can be adjusted in the horizontal direction X relative to the fixing column 122.
The spraying piece 121 is arranged at the other end of the adjusting beam 123 in a vertically adjustable manner, and the spraying piece 121 is vertically inserted into the adjusting beam 123 and can be vertically adjusted in the insertion hole of the adjusting beam 123, so that the adjusting of the adjusting beam 123 in the vertical direction Y is realized. In other embodiments, the spraying member 121 may also be vertically fixed and inserted onto an insert plate, and the insert plate may be vertically adjusted relative to the adjusting beam 123, so as to adjust the spraying member 121 relative to the adjusting beam 123 in the vertical direction Y.
The spraying mechanism 12 in this embodiment includes two spraying members 121 disposed oppositely, and when spraying, the two spraying members 121 can perform double-sided spraying on the workpiece 200 to be oiled disposed therebetween. If only one side is needed for spraying, only one spraying piece 121 can be arranged. Further, in the present embodiment, six spraying members 121 with the same structure and size are provided, and the six spraying members 121 are respectively arranged in an upper row and a lower row, that is, 3 spraying members 121 above or below are all arranged, in other embodiments, other numbers of spraying members 121 may also be provided, and the spraying members 121 may also be arranged in other manners, for example, in a triangular manner.
As shown in fig. 1, when the adjusting beam 123 is adjusted in the horizontal direction X, the horizontal distance between the spraying member 121 and the workpiece 200 to be oiled can be adjusted, thereby adjusting the size of the spraying area of the workpiece 200 to be oiled. For example, when the area to be sprayed in the workpiece 200 to be oiled is small, the adjusting beam 123 is horizontally adjusted, so that one of the six three pairs of spraying pieces 121 is used for spraying; if the area to be sprayed is large, the adjusting beam 123 is horizontally adjusted, so that more spraying pieces 121 on the adjusting beam 123 are used for spraying, that is, two pairs of the three pairs of spraying pieces 121 are used for spraying, or three pairs of spraying pieces are used for spraying.
When the thickness difference of the workpiece 200 to be oiled is large, the spraying piece 121 can be adjusted in the vertical direction Y, so that the spraying distance between the spraying piece 121 and the workpiece 200 to be oiled is adjusted, and the spraying effect is ensured.

The second driving member 142 drives the second tray 132 to rotate, and if the workpiece 200 to be oiled carried on the second tray 132 is disc-shaped, the second tray 132 is rotated to spray the periphery of the workpiece 200 to be oiled. The second tray 132 includes at least two suction cups 1321, and the suction cups 1321 are used for sucking the workpiece 200 to be oiled onto the second tray 132, so that the workpiece 200 to be oiled is fixedly carried on the second tray 132. The height of the suction cup 1321 is designed to be small enough in this embodiment to prevent the atomized oil from penetrating into the center area of the workpiece to be oiled during the oiling process. The suction cup 1321 on the tray assembly 12 is easily released, facilitating replacement and position shifting, and at the same time, the suction cup 1321 itself has a certain softness, and after the second tray 132 is connected and the workpiece 200 to be oiled, the collision force of the workpiece to be oiled can be buffered when the workpiece 300 to be oiled collides with other parts.
The second tray 132 is detachably disposed on the first tray 131 to select a second tray of a different shape or size according to the requirements of an actual oiling area, and the second driving member 142 may also drive the second tray 132 to move in a vertical direction.
To sum up, the first driving member 141 and the second driving member 142 can drive the tray assembly 13 to rotate horizontally, vertically and horizontally, and since the spraying mechanism 12 is fixedly disposed on the worktable 11, the workpiece 200 to be oiled, which is disposed on the second tray 132, can move relative to the spraying mechanism 12, thereby realizing spraying of different parts of the workpiece 200 to be oiled.

In this embodiment, the voltage output by the high voltage electrostatic power supply 33 is 0-100 KV, the stable working voltage range is 50-80 KV, and the working current is below 10 mA. The oil supply system 32 comprises an oil coating pump station, a heating oil tank and an oil return tank, wherein the oil coating pump station provides quantitative anti-rust oil and large-oil-amount knife beam flushing oil for the spraying mechanism 312; the heating oil tank reheats the rust preventive oil and provides circulating heating oil for the spraying mechanism 312; the rust preventive oil accumulated at the bottom of the oiling platform 31 flows into the oil return tank by gravity and is automatically drawn back to an oiling pump station. The oiling machine of the embodiment can realize oiling on a single workpiece.
