Abstract

一种侦测心律异常的方法,其处理器执行以下步骤:a.在一时间区间内连续量测脉波,得到一脉波序列以及与该脉波序列相对应的一脉波时间间隔序列;b.计算该脉波时间间隔序列中的单一脉波时间间隔与该脉波时间间隔序列平均值之差的绝对值,当该绝对值大于或等于该脉波时间间隔序列平均值的15%至25%时,判定为异常脉波。该侦测心率异常的装置可利用非侵入方式,侦测出异常脉波、心律不齐、心房颤动、病窦症候群等异常的情形,并可将其应用于血压计或穿戴式装置,便于用户能自主检测。
