本发明涉及一种车用线路连接器,包括连接器公座和插头连接器,所述的连接器公座中设有多个端子,所述的插头连接器一端与连接器公座中的端子连接,另一端可与FPC或FFC扁平线缆连接,所述的插头连接器包括壳体(1)和连接端子(3),其中壳体(1)内部开设有贯通连接器壳体(1)两侧的扁平通道;连接端子(3)为一体成型结构,包括中部连杆(33)和位于中部连杆(33)两端的对配端(31)和尾端(32),多条连接端子(3)平行固定于所述的扁平通道中,所述的对配端(31)与连接器公座中的端子连接,所述的尾端(32)与FPC或FFC扁平线缆连接。与现有技术相比,本发明具有结构简单、拆卸安装方便、结构轻薄和连接稳固可靠等优点。

一种车用线路连接器及车用线路连接方法
技术领域
本发明涉及车用连接器领域,尤其是涉及一种车用线路连接器及车用线路连接方法。
背景技术
目前汽车车身上信号采集与电源输出连接器组件需使用护套线束对接进行信号输出,该护套线束需使用端子与导线进行铆接,然后将铆接后的线束插入护套中形成一个护套线束组件;护套线束的工艺生产复杂,体积和重量都比较大,占用车身较大的空间。而当前车身连接器的发展方向是轻薄化、微型化、复杂环境的适配性以及安装简易性,目前的护套线束组件形式的车用连接器已经不符合车身设计的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供车用线路连接器及车用线路连接方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种车用线路连接器,包括连接器公座和插头连接器,所述的连接器公座中设有多个端子,所述的插头连接器一端与连接器公座中的端子连接,另一端可与FPC或FFC扁平线缆连接,所述的插头连接器包括壳体和连接端子,其中壳体内部开设有贯通连接器壳体两侧的扁平通道;连接端子为一体成型结构,包括中部连杆和位于中部连杆两端的对配端和尾端,多条连接端子平行固定于所述的扁平通道中,所述的对配端与连接器公座中的端子连接,所述的尾端与FPC或FFC扁平线缆连接。
进一步地,所述的对配端包括管状接头和向管径向内凸的弹性压片,连接器公座中的端子穿套于管状接头中,并被弹性压片上的凸起部夹持。
进一步地,所述的尾端为具有分叉的夹状结构,分叉上设有两个对应的凸起,所述的凸起夹持于FPC或FFC扁平线缆厚度方向的两侧。
进一步地,所述的对配端和尾端均为弹性金属。
进一步地,所述的扁平通道靠近尾端一侧设有固定盖板,所述的固定盖板设于FPC或FFC扁平线缆压于连接器壳体上方,所述的固定盖板两侧设有卡扣,固定盖板两侧的卡扣扣合于壳体的上表面,并将FPC或FFC扁平线缆向下压紧。
进一步地,所述的固定盖板的宽度大于等于FPC或FFC扁平线缆的宽度。
进一步地,所述的扁平通道内壁上平行设有多条沟槽或凹陷,所述的连接端子表面设有对应的凸条或者凸起,使得将连接端子进行限位。
进一步地,所述的壳体还包括设于扁平通道出口端固定框架,固定盖板设于该固定框架上,尾端成排固定于固定框架。
一种车用线路连接方法,将车身上信号采集线或电源线与连接器公座连接,将待连接FPC扁平电缆卡接于FPC连接器中,最后将FPC连接器的母端插入连接器公座。
进一步地,所述的FPC连接器中并排固定有多个连接端子,所述的连接端子的两端均具有弹性触点,将FPC扁平电缆上的金手指卡接于尾端中,并通过两侧具有卡扣的固定盖板将FPC扁平电缆压紧于壳体表面上。
与现有技术相比,本发明安装时直接将FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit:柔性印刷电路)、FFC(Flexible Flat Cable:柔性扁平电缆)等扁平柔软线缆插入连接器中,扣合固定盖锁定扁平线缆即完成该组件,整体连接器结构简单,操作方便,组件装配效率高,可实现较高的经济价值。
此外,该连接器结构组件比现有的护套线束组件体积更小,重量不到常规线束的一半,车身上采用此类型组件,可以很好的提升整车的轻量化指标,符合当前车用连接器的更新换代方向。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例
车用线路连接器包括连接器公座和插头连接器,所述的连接器公座中设有多个端子,所述的插头连接器一端与连接器公座中的端子连接,另一端可与FPC或FFC扁平线缆6连接,所述的插头连接器包括壳体1和连接端子3,参见图1与图2。
壳体1部分:参见图1,其内部开设有贯通连接器壳体1两侧的扁平通道,该扁平通道内壁上平行设有多条沟槽或凹陷,所述的连接端子3表面设有对应的凸条或者凸起,使得将连接端子3进行限位。所述的固定盖板4的宽度大于等于FPC或FFC扁平线缆6的宽度。所述的壳体1还包括设于扁平通道出口端固定框架2,固定盖板设于该固定框架2上,尾端32成排固定于固定框架2。
连接端子3部分:参见图2与图3,连接端子3为一体成型结构,包括中部连杆33和位于中部连杆33两端的对配端31和尾端32,多条连接端子3平行固定于所述的扁平通道中,所述的对配端31与连接器公座中的端子连接,所述的尾端32与FPC或FFC扁平线缆6连接。所述的对配端31包括管状接头311和向管径向内凸的弹性压片312,连接器公座中的端子穿套于管状接头311中,参见图4,并被弹性压片312上的凸起部夹持。所述的尾端32为具有分叉的夹状结构,分叉上设有两个对应的凸起321,所述的凸起321夹持于FPC或FFC扁平线缆6厚度方向的两侧,参见图5。所述的对配端31和尾端32均为弹性金属。所述的扁平通道靠近尾端32一侧设有固定盖板4,所述的固定盖板4设于FPC或FFC扁平线缆6压于连接器壳体1上方,具体的为固定框架2上方,所述的固定盖板4两侧设有卡扣41,固定盖板4两侧的卡扣41扣合于壳体1的上表面,并将FPC或FFC扁平线缆6向下压紧。
在具体使用过程中:将车身上信号采集线或电源线与连接器公座连接,使得连接器公座上每个端子均接入线路,之后将将待连接FPC扁平电缆卡接于FPC连接器中,具体的使得并排固定的多个连接端子的凸起321夹持于FPC或FFC扁平线缆6厚度方向两侧的金手指上,通过两侧具有卡扣的固定盖板4将FPC扁平电缆压紧于固定框架2表面上,最后将FPC连接器的母端插入连接器公座,即可完成线路的连接。而当进行线路连接的拆除或维修时,仅需用撬棒撬开固定盖板4两侧的卡扣,即可将固定盖板4打开,之后将FPC或FFC扁平线缆6抽出即可完成。

Claims (8)

1.一种车用线路连接器,其特征在于,包括连接器公座和插头连接器,所述的连接器公座中设有多个端子,所述的插头连接器一端与连接器公座中的端子连接,另一端可与FPC或FFC扁平线缆(6)连接,所述的插头连接器包括:
壳体(1):内部开设有贯通连接器壳体(1)两侧的扁平通道;
连接端子(3):一体成型结构,包括中部的连杆(33)和位于连杆(33)两端的对配端(31)和尾端(32),多条连接端子(3)平行固定于所述的扁平通道中,所述的对配端(31)与连接器公座中的端子连接,所述的尾端(32)与FPC或FFC扁平线缆(6)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用线路连接器,其特征在于,所述的对配端(31)包括管状接头(311)和向管径向内凸的弹性压片(312),连接器公座中的端子穿套于管状接头(311)中,并被弹性压片(312)上的凸起部夹持。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种车用线路连接器,其特征在于,所述的尾端(32)为具有分叉的夹状结构,分叉上设有两个对应的凸起(321),所述的凸起(321)夹持于FPC或FFC扁平线缆(6)厚度方向的两侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种车用线路连接器,其特征在于,所述的对配端(31)和尾端(32)均为弹性金属。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用线路连接器,其特征在于,所述的扁平通道靠近尾端(32)一侧设有固定盖板(4),所述的固定盖板(4)设于FPC或FFC扁平线缆(6)压于连接器壳体(1)上方,所述的固定盖板(4)两侧设有卡扣,固定盖板(4)两侧的卡扣扣合于壳体(1)的上表面,并将FPC或FFC扁平线缆(6)向下压紧。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种车用线路连接器,其特征在于,所述的固定盖板(4)的宽度大于等于FPC或FFC扁平线缆(6)的宽度。
7.一种车用线路连接方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将车身上信号采集线或电源线与连接器公座连接,将待连接FPC扁平电缆卡接于FPC连接器中,最后将FPC连接器的母端插入连接器公座。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种车用线路连接方法,其特征在于,所述的FPC连接器中并排固定有多个连接端子,所述的连接端子的两端均具有弹性触点,将FPC扁平电缆上的金手指卡接于尾端(32)中,并通过两侧具有卡扣的固定盖板(4)将FPC扁平电缆压紧于壳体(1)表面上。
