Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保挂面箱板纸的染色方法。在浆料中添加染料,所述染料包括以下重量份数的原料:山梨醇50‑60份、枸橼酸钠4‑8份、柠檬酸1‑3份、改性淀粉10‑15份、阿拉伯胶2‑6份、日落黄10‑15份和分散剂5‑9份。本发明的染色方法通过对浆料进行染色,使得得到的挂面箱板纸的亮度符合成品纸的指标,通过添加染料的方式进行染色,工艺流程简单,染料的各原料协同作用,提高了浆料的亮度,柠檬酸改变了浆料的酸碱度,日落黄改善了浆料的亮度,枸橼酸钠和阿拉伯胶改善了染料的粘性,染料的各原料均绿色环保,适合长期生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保挂面箱板纸的染色方法,属于造纸技术领域。
背景技术
随着国民生活水平的提高,人们对美的追求不断提升,包装材料本身的美观也已经成为不可或缺的组成部分。因此,客户对箱板纸外观颜色的要求越来越高,成纸颜色自然成为一项重要的技术指标。箱板纸生产大多都在浆内进行染色,配用精密的计量泵输送系统,将原料或稀释液的形式连续添加。同时配以先进的在线颜色自动检测控制系统,实现对颜色的数据化控制。两种颜色给人以视觉上的差别就形成了色差。在箱板纸生产过程中一旦出现色差,对产品质量的影响是很大的。因此,箱板纸调色是十分关键的生产工艺。
为降低成本,追求利润的最大化,原料全挂面用的木浆正逐渐被废纸浆所取代。用废纸挂面,在调色过程中,其亮度和色调比较难掌控,需要通过不断优化工艺来实现稳定的产品品质。亮度即L值,是指颜色的明暗程度;而色调则表示该颜色属于哪种颜色,在三维色空间中具体用a值和b值表示。国内目前的工艺进行染色后染料用量大,浆料对染料留着低,大部分染料流失到白水中,造成白水处理困难,增加对环境污染,同时由于不同离子的染料在干燥部会发生中和反应,纸面染色不均,染色效果差,造成客户投诉多,市场反应差。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种环保挂面箱板纸的染色方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种环保挂面箱板纸的染色方法,在浆料中添加染料,所述染料包括以下重量份数的原料:山梨醇50-60份、枸橼酸钠4-8份、柠檬酸1-3份、改性淀粉10-15份、阿拉伯胶2-6份、日落黄10-15份和分散剂5-9份。
所述的一种环保挂面箱板纸的染色方法,所述改性淀粉是通过以下步骤获得的:将淀粉置于水中,加热至60-80℃,搅拌后加入乙醇,停止加热,充分搅拌后加入环氧树脂和聚乙烯醇,置于超声装置中超声,得到改性淀粉。
所述的一种环保挂面箱板纸的染色方法,以淀粉重量份数为10份计,其余各原料的重量份数分别为:水20-30份、乙醇10-15份、环氧树脂10-15份和聚乙烯醇5-10份。
所述的一种环保挂面箱板纸的染色方法,所述浆料是通过以下步骤获得的:将废纸经过破碎后初筛,初筛之后进行分级,将长纤维浆和短纤维浆分开,取短纤维浆。
所述的一种环保挂面箱板纸的染色方法,所述分散剂为聚乙二醇、糊精、硬脂酰胺和硬脂酸镁的混合物。
所述的一种环保挂面箱板纸的染色方法,所述分散剂各原料以重量份数计分别为:聚乙二醇10-15份、糊精1-3份、硬脂酰胺1-3份和硬脂酸镁5-8份。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明的染色方法通过对浆料进行染色,使得得到的挂面箱板纸的亮度符合成品纸的指标,通过添加染料的方式进行染色,工艺流程简单,染料的各原料协同作用,提高了浆料的亮度,柠檬酸改变了浆料的酸碱度,日落黄改善了浆料的亮度,枸橼酸钠和阿拉伯胶改善了染料的粘性,染料的各原料均绿色环保,适合长期生产。
通过添加改性淀粉,染料具有良好的附着性,能够与浆料充分接触,通过环氧树脂改性能后的淀粉具有良好的粘结性能,适用于浆料。
采用废纸制成浆料,环保,符合可持续性发展的要求。
以聚乙二醇、糊精、硬脂酰胺和硬脂酸镁的混合物作为分散剂,分散效果好,适用于浆料,同时,绿色环保。

下面对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种环保挂面箱板纸的染色方法,在浆料中添加染料,所述染料包括以下重量份数的原料:山梨醇50份、枸橼酸钠8份、柠檬酸1份、改性淀粉15份、阿拉伯胶2份、日落黄15份和分散剂5份。
所述改性淀粉是通过以下步骤获得的:将淀粉置于水中,加热至60-80℃,搅拌后加入乙醇,停止加热,充分搅拌后加入环氧树脂和聚乙烯醇,置于超声装置中超声,得到改性淀粉。以淀粉重量份数为10份计,其余各原料的重量份数分别为:水30份、乙醇10份、环氧树脂15份和聚乙烯醇5份。
所述浆料是通过以下步骤获得的:将废纸经过破碎后初筛,初筛之后进行分级,将长纤维浆和短纤维浆分开,取短纤维浆。
所述分散剂为聚乙二醇、糊精、硬脂酰胺和硬脂酸镁的混合物。所述分散剂各原料以重量份数计分别为:聚乙二醇15份、糊精3份、硬脂酰胺1份和硬脂酸镁8份。
实施例2

所述改性淀粉是通过以下步骤获得的:将淀粉置于水中,加热至60-80℃,搅拌后加入乙醇,停止加热,充分搅拌后加入环氧树脂和聚乙烯醇,置于超声装置中超声,得到改性淀粉。以淀粉重量份数为10份计,其余各原料的重量份数分别为:水28份、乙醇14份、环氧树脂12份和聚乙烯醇6份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保挂面箱板纸的染色方法,其特征是,所述改性淀粉是通过以下步骤获得的:将淀粉置于水中,加热至60-80℃,搅拌后加入乙醇,停止加热,充分搅拌后加入环氧树脂和聚乙烯醇,置于超声装置中超声,得到改性淀粉。
