Abstract

本发明公开了一种无纺布母粒填料的制备方法,其中填料主要由以下重量百分比的原料配制而成:轻质碳酸钙15‑20%、重质碳酸钙45‑50%、分散剂2‑3%、改性剂3‑3.5%、水25‑30%,且通过颗粒微细或超细化研磨、颗粒结晶形态化研磨,改变颗粒结晶形态,有效提升了无纺布的拉丝、织网的物理性能与拉伸抗断补强性。

无纺布母粒填料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无纺布母粒填料的制备方法,属于重钙无机粉体表面处理技术领域。
背景技术
无纺布填充母粒一般由填料、偶联剂、分散剂、树脂等四部分组成,其中填料碳酸钙主要起改性增能和降低成本作用。影响无纺布填充母粒成膜拉丝的因素很多,但最关键是碳酸钙填料的粒径分布和表面功能改性技术。早在80年代初,日本、英国、美国等发达国家就碳酸钙无机填料在聚合物纤维中的应用已广泛研发,成功应用于皮革、橡胶、塑料、无纺布等行业。90年代初由于我国聚丙烯(PP)纺粘非织布行业迅速发展,PP树脂原料的用量不断扩大、能源耗量大幅上升,开始考虑用资源丰富、价格低廉的碳酸钙无机填料加入PP材料中。由于碳酸钙粉体是亲水性无机化合物,其表面有亲水疏油的羟基,使得碳酸钙与有机聚合物亲和性差,直接应用效果差。解决碳酸钙粉体与有机高分子材料的相溶性、分散性,增大比表面积和补强功能性是关键核心技术。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种无纺布母粒填料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种无纺布母粒填料,主要由以下重量百分比的原料配制而成:轻质碳酸钙15-20%、重质碳酸钙45-50%、分散剂2-3%、改性剂3-3.5%、水25-30%。
优选地,上述分散剂为聚丙烯乙酸。
优选地,上述改性剂由钛酸酯和胶质改性剂按照重量比为3:4构成。
上述无纺布母粒填料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)混匀:按配方比例,将轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、分散剂、水按比例混合搅拌30-45min;
(2)颗粒微细或超细化研磨:将经过步骤(1)处理的浆钙先缓冲25-30min,然后用隔膜泵泵入湿法磨机中研磨,湿法磨机内配套有球形磨珠,研磨至轻质碳酸钙与重质碳酸钙颗粒粒径小于2μm的质量份数为55—60%;
(3)颗粒结晶形态化研磨:将经过步骤(2)处理得到的合格浆钙,再次泵入湿法磨机中进行研磨,且该湿法研磨机中级配的是圆柱形和椭圆形研磨球,研磨时间为25-30min;
(4)改性:将经过步骤(3)处理得到的颗粒浆钙泵入高速分散桶中,高速分散的转速为2000-3000转/min,在高速分散的同时加入钛酸脂、胶质改性剂,利用高速分散的冲击力、线切力和剪切力将改性剂包覆在碳酸钙颗粒表面;
(5)后处理:将经过步骤(4)处理的且经检测为合格质量标准的产品进行脱水、烘干、分级,其中烘干的温度为180-250℃且烘干至水分含量≤2-3%,得成品。
优选地,上述步骤(2)中,研磨温度控制53-55℃,给料流量为3.5—4T/n,研磨频率控制在800—1000转/min。
优选地,上述(3)中,研磨时间为25-30min,研磨温度为50-55℃,频率为600-800转/min,给料流量为3.5-4T/n。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备的有益效果是:
1、本发明的填料采用轻质碳酸钙与重质碳酸钙按比混合,使最终制备的填料具有轻钙和重钙个性优势,有效提升了无纺布的拉丝、织网的物理性能与拉伸抗断补强性;
2、通过研磨,改变颗粒结晶形态,颗粒微细或超细化,增大比表面、获得补强功能;
3、采用胶质改性剂和钛酸脂混合的改性剂,对碳酸钙颗粒进行表面活性处理,以增强键结合能力,使本申请的填料具有亲水亲油两极性,从无机向有机过渡,从而达到吸水量下降、吸油量增加的目的,有效改善制品的加工性能和物理力学性能,以及在合成树脂中的分散性能。
具体实施方式
现在结合具体实施例,来对本发明作进一步的阐述。
实施例一
本实施例的无纺布母粒填料,由以下重量百分比的原料配制而成:轻质碳酸钙15%、重质碳酸钙50%、聚丙烯乙酸分散剂3%、改性剂3.5%、水28.5%,其中改性剂由钛酸酯和XI-101胶质改性剂按照重量比为3:4构成。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)混匀:按配方比例,将轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、分散剂、水按比例混合搅拌30min,搅拌后的浆钙固含量为65%-70%、粘度为80Pcs、pH值为9-10;
(2)颗粒微细或超细化研磨:将经过步骤(1)处理的浆钙先缓冲25min,然后用隔膜泵泵入湿法磨机中研磨,湿法磨机内配套有球形磨珠,研磨至轻质碳酸钙颗粒的粒径、重质碳酸钙颗粒的粒径分别小于2μm的质量份数均为55%,研磨温度控制55℃,给料流量为3.5T/n,研磨频率控制在1000转/min;
(3)颗粒结晶形态化研磨:将经过步骤(2)处理得到的合格浆钙,再次泵入湿法磨机中进行研磨,且该湿法研磨机中级配的是按任意重量比混合的圆柱形和椭圆形研磨球,研磨时间为25min,研磨温度为55℃,频率为800转/min,给料流量为3.5T/n;
(4)改性:将经过步骤(3)处理得到的结晶形态规则的颗粒浆钙泵入高速分散桶中,高速分散的转速为3000转/min,在高速分散的同时加入钛酸脂、胶质改性剂XI-101,利用高速分散剂的冲击力、线切力和剪切力将改性剂包覆在碳酸钙颗粒表面;
(5)后处理:将经过步骤(4)处理的且经检测为合格质量标准的产品进行脱水、烘干、分级还原成粉状,其中烘干的温度为180-200℃且烘干至水分含量≤3%,得成品。
产品质量合格检验标准是:①碳酸钙含量(以干基计)W%≥96;②蓝光白度/度≥93;③细度D97/μm:9;④比表面积/(cm²/g)≥16000;⑤活化度/%≥90;⑥吸油值/(g/100g)≤20;⑦105℃挥发物/%≤0.3;⑧盐酸不容物/%≤0.5;⑨铅(Pb)w/%≤0.0010;⑩晶体结构:纤维针形。
实施例二
本实施例的无纺布母粒填料,由以下重量百分比的原料配制而成:轻质碳酸钙20%、重质碳酸钙45%、聚丙烯乙酸分散剂2%、改性剂3%、水30%,其中改性剂由钛酸酯和胶质改性剂按照重量比为3:4构成。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)混匀:按配方比例,将轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、聚丙烯乙酸分散剂、水按比例混合搅拌45min,搅拌后的浆钙固含量为65%-70%、粘度为80Pcs、pH值为9-10;
(2)颗粒微细或超细化研磨:将经过步骤(1)处理的浆钙先缓冲30min,然后用隔膜泵泵入湿法磨机中研磨,湿法磨机内配套有球形磨珠,研磨至轻质碳酸钙颗粒的粒径、重质碳酸钙颗粒的粒径分别小于2μm的质量份数均为60%,研磨温度控制55℃,给料流量为4T/n,研磨频率控制在800转/min;
(3)颗粒结晶形态化研磨:将经过步骤(2)处理得到的合格浆钙,再次泵入湿法磨机中进行研磨,且该湿法研磨机中级配的是圆柱形和椭圆形研磨球,研磨时间为30min,研磨温度为50℃,频率为600转/min,给料流量为4T/n;
(4)改性:将经过步骤(3)处理得到的结晶形态规则的颗粒浆钙泵入高速分散桶中,高速分散的转速为2000转/min,在高速分散的同时加入钛酸脂、胶质改性剂XI-101,利用高速分散剂的冲击力、线切力和剪切力将改性剂包覆在碳酸钙颗粒表面;
(5)后处理:将经过步骤(4)处理的且经检测为合格质量标准的产品进行脱水、烘干、分级还原成粉状,其中烘干的温度为180-250℃且烘干至水分含量≤3%,得成品。
产品质量合格检验标准是:①碳酸钙含量(以干基计)W%≥96;②蓝光白度/度≥93;③细度D97/μm:9;④比表面积/(cm²/g)≥16000;⑤活化度/%≥90;⑥吸油值/(g/100g)≤20;⑦105℃挥发物/%≤0.3;⑧盐酸不容物/%≤0.5;⑨铅(Pb)w/%≤0.0010;⑩晶体结构:纤维针形。

Claims (4)

1.无纺布母粒填料的制备方法,其特征在于,其填料配方主要由以下重量百分比的原料配制而成:轻质碳酸钙15-20%、重质碳酸钙45-50%、分散剂2-3%、改性剂3-3.5%、水25-30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布母粒填料的制备方法,其特征在于,上述分散剂为聚丙烯乙酸。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的无纺布母粒填料的制备方法,其特征在于,上述改性剂由钛酸酯和胶质改性剂按照重量比为3:4复配而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的无纺布母粒填料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)混匀:按配方比例,将轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、分散剂、水按比例混合搅拌30-45min;
(2)颗粒微细或超细化研磨:将经过步骤(1)处理的浆钙先缓冲25-30min,然后用隔膜泵泵入湿法磨机中研磨,湿法磨机内配套有球形磨珠,研磨至轻质碳酸钙与重质碳酸钙颗粒粒径小于2μm的质量份数为55—60%;
(3)颗粒结晶形态化研磨:将经过步骤(2)处理得到的合格浆钙,再次泵入湿法磨机中进行研磨,且该湿法研磨机中级配的是圆柱形和椭圆形研磨球,研磨时间为25-30min;
(4)改性:将经过步骤(3)处理得到的颗粒浆钙泵入高速分散桶中,高速分散的转速为2000-3000转/min,在高速分散的同时加入钛酸脂、胶质改性剂,利用高速分散的冲击力、线切力和剪切力将改性剂包覆在碳酸钙颗粒表面;
(5)后处理:将经过步骤(4)处理的且经检测为合格质量标准的产品进行脱水、烘干、分级,其中烘干的温度为180-250℃且烘干至水分含量≤2-3%,得成品。
