The working principle of the invention is as follows:

In the working process, the side tongues of the paper box are turned inwards by a certain angle after passing through the second side tongue folding mechanism, and when the paper box is continuously conveyed rightwards until contacting the side tongue pressing strips, the side tongues are further turned inwards to a final box closing state (as shown in fig. 14) under the blocking action of the side tongue pressing strips; meanwhile, the big tongue of the paper box is lifted upwards for a certain angle along the tongue lifting bent rod and limited by the lug folding inclined plate (at the moment, the big tongue is positioned between the tongue lifting bent rod and the lug folding inclined plate). When the paper box passes through the ear folding openings of the ear folding sloping plates, the second inserting pieces just cross the ear folding openings and fold the ears of the paper box inwards (as shown in figure 15). In order to avoid damage caused when the side tongue is contacted with the side tongue pressing strip, the left side of the side tongue pressing strip is set to be in a transitional arc shape.
As shown in fig. 10, the side folding tongue transmission mechanism is disposed between the big folding tongue mechanism and the side folding tongue mechanism, so that the big folding tongue mechanism drives the side folding tongue mechanism to move. The folding side tongue transmission mechanism comprises a first transmission rod 61, a second transmission rod 62, a transmission guide rail 66, a first chute plate 64, a second chute plate 65 and a slide block linkage plate 63. The transmission guide rail is fixed below the workbench; the first sliding groove plate and the second sliding groove plate are slidably positioned on the transmission guide rail through a sliding block and are fixedly connected into a whole through a sliding block linkage plate; one end of the first transmission rod is fixedly connected with the second rotating shaft, and the other end of the first transmission rod is hinged with the second transmission rod; the other end of the second transmission rod is fixedly connected with the sliding block linkage plate, so that the second rotating shaft indirectly drives the first sliding groove plate and the second sliding groove plate to move. The upper parts of the first sliding chute plate and the second sliding chute plate are both provided with sliding chutes 67, and the tamping screws can be slidably positioned in the sliding chutes to drive the rocker arms to swing; the first sliding groove plate penetrates through the workbench upwards and then is in sliding fit with a tucking screw in the second folding side tongue mechanism; the second sliding groove plate penetrates through the workbench upwards and then is in sliding fit with the plugging screw of the first folding side tongue mechanism.
The belt conveyor, the pushing motor and the tongue folding motor are respectively and electrically connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) (not shown) so as to ensure the working cooperation of all the mechanisms.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
before work, the paper boxes are conveyed horizontally and intermittently along the X direction by the paper box conveying mechanism; the material is conveyed into the material channel by the feeding mechanism; the tongue folding motor drives the second rotating shaft to rotate through the four-connecting-rod structure and simultaneously drives the first inserting piece and the second inserting piece on the inserting piece mounting plate to do reciprocating circular motion; the second rotating shaft drives the first sliding chute plate and the second sliding chute plate to slide along the transmission guide rail through the first transmission rod and the second transmission rod, and the sliding chutes of the first sliding chute plate and the second sliding chute plate are in sliding fit with the tucking screws fixed on the rocker arms, so that the folding lateral tongue oscillating bars in the first folding lateral tongue mechanism and the second folding lateral tongue mechanism are driven to swing back and forth within a certain angle.
In operation, the condition of the carton is as shown in figure 12. When the paper box passes through the first side tongue folding mechanism, the large tongue of the paper box is folded downwards along the tongue pressing bending rod, and the two side tongues of the paper box are folded outwards under the action of the side tongue folding swing rod in the first side tongue folding mechanism, so that the paper box is in a box opening state (as shown in figure 13) and materials can smoothly enter the paper box. When the paper box passes through the material channel, the material pushing rod pushes the material in the material channel into the paper box under the driving of the material pushing motor, then the paper box is continuously conveyed rightwards, and meanwhile, the material pushing rod is reset. When the paper box passes through the second folding lateral tongue mechanism, the two lateral tongues are folded inwards by a certain angle under the action of a lateral tongue folding swing rod in the second folding lateral tongue mechanism. When the paper box passes through the tongue folding auxiliary mechanism, the two side tongues are further turned inwards under the action of the side tongue pressing strips (as shown in fig. 14), and meanwhile, the large tongue of the paper box is lifted upwards for a certain angle along the tongue lifting bent rod and is limited by the lug folding inclined plate. When the paper box passes through the ear folding openings of the ear folding sloping plates, the second inserting pieces just cross the ear folding openings and fold the ears of the paper box inwards to realize ear folding (as shown in fig. 15). When the paper box passes through the first inserting sheet, the first inserting sheet pushes the big tongue to move forwards, so that the ears are inserted into the paper box (as shown in fig. 16), and the covering and sealing of the paper box are realized, and the packaging work is completed.
It should be noted that the operation objects of the mechanisms in the above description are paper boxes with one end closed (which have been processed in advance-folded and closed) and the other end opened; the pretreatment can also be carried out on the device provided by the invention, or a set of device similar to the device provided by the invention is added before the device (the feeding mechanism, the material pushing mechanism and the first folding lateral tongue mechanism are deleted in the device, and the stations are advanced by about two). Thereby completing the packaging of the entire carton.
Finally, it should be noted that the above-mentioned list is only a specific embodiment of the present invention. Obviously, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and many modifications are possible, such as changing the installation position of the motor, changing the shape of the parts, changing the transmission manner, and the like. All modifications which can be derived or suggested by a person skilled in the art from the disclosure of the present invention are to be considered within the scope of the invention.

Claims (4)

1. An automatic packaging device for paper boxes comprises a workbench (8) and a paper box conveying mechanism arranged along one side edge of the workbench; the method is characterized in that: the workbench is provided with a feeding mechanism (1) which is arranged in parallel with the paper box conveying mechanism and used for conveying materials (9), a material pushing mechanism (2) which receives the materials and pushes the materials into the paper box, a first side tongue folding mechanism (3A) which is used for turning over the side tongue of the paper box outwards so that the materials can enter the paper box, a second side tongue folding mechanism (3B) which is used for turning over the side tongue of the paper box inwards so as to package the paper box, a big tongue folding mechanism (4) which is used for turning over the big tongue and the ear inwards so as to cover and seal the mouth, a tongue folding auxiliary mechanism (5) which limits the big tongue and is matched with the big tongue folding mechanism to work, and a side tongue folding transmission mechanism (6) which is driven by the big tongue folding mechanism to drive the first side tongue folding mechanism and the second side tongue folding mechanism to move; the first folding side tongue mechanism and the second folding side tongue mechanism have the same structure; the first folding side tongue mechanism, the pushing mechanism, the second folding side tongue mechanism, the tongue folding auxiliary mechanism and the large tongue folding mechanism are sequentially arranged from left to right;
the paper box conveying mechanism and the feeding mechanism are both horizontally arranged belt conveyors; the pushing mechanism comprises a material channel (28) arranged at the outlet of the belt conveyor and used for receiving materials, a pushing rod (210) which is slidably positioned in the material channel through a sliding rail pair so as to push the materials, and a pushing motor (22) for driving the pushing rod to move through a connecting rod assembly;
a material pushing groove (281) which is convenient for a material pushing rod to extend into the material channel is formed in the bottom surface of the material channel; two sides of the material pushing groove are provided with slopes (282) which are beneficial to automatic centering of materials; a tongue pressing bending rod (29) which extends leftwards to force the big tongue to turn downwards is arranged at the outlet of the material channel;
the connecting rod assembly comprises a connecting rod mounting plate (21) fixed below the workbench for supporting the material pushing motor, a first connecting rod (23) driven by the material pushing motor, a third connecting rod (25) hinged on the connecting rod mounting plate, a second connecting rod (24) with one end hinged with the first connecting rod and the other end hinged in the middle of the third connecting rod, a fourth connecting rod (26) hinged with the other end of the third connecting rod, and a fifth connecting rod (27) with one end hinged with the fourth connecting rod and the other end fixedly connected with the material pushing rod after penetrating through the workbench;
the first folding side tongue mechanism and the second folding side tongue mechanism respectively comprise a folding side tongue mounting frame (31) fixed on the workbench, a folding side tongue rotating shaft (34) rotatably positioned on the folding side tongue mounting frame through a bearing with a seat, a rocker arm (35) fixed at one end of the folding side tongue rotating shaft and connected with the folding side tongue transmission mechanism in a matching way, and a folding side tongue swinging rod (32) fixed at the other end of the folding side tongue rotating shaft and used for folding the folding side tongue; the folding side tongue swing rod in the first folding side tongue mechanism is positioned between the two side tongues so as to fold the side tongues outwards; a folding lateral tongue swing rod in the second folding lateral tongue mechanism is positioned outside the lateral tongue so as to fold the lateral tongue inwards to a certain angle;
the side tongue folding transmission mechanism comprises a transmission guide rail (66) fixed below the workbench, a first sliding groove plate (64) and a second sliding groove plate (65) which penetrate through the workbench upwards and are positioned on the transmission guide rail in a sliding manner, a sliding block linkage plate (63) which connects the first sliding groove plate and the second sliding groove plate into a whole, a second transmission rod (62) hinged with the sliding block linkage plate, and a first transmission rod (61) with one end hinged with the second transmission rod and the other end fixedly connected with the second rotating shaft;
the upper parts of the first sliding chute plate and the second sliding chute plate are both provided with sliding chutes (67); the rocker arm is provided with a tamping screw (36) which can be slidably positioned in the chute to drive the rocker arm to swing; the belt conveyor, the pushing motor and the tongue folding motor are respectively and electrically connected with the PLC to ensure the working cooperation of all the mechanisms.

An automatic packaging apparatus for cartons as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the big tongue folding mechanism comprises a first rotating shaft (42) and a second rotating shaft (410) which are respectively and rotatably positioned on the workbench through a bearing seat, and a tongue folding motor (41) driving the first rotating shaft to rotate; the first rotating shaft drives the second rotating shaft to rotate through the four-bar structure.

An automatic packaging apparatus for a carton as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the four-bar linkage structure comprises a first crank (44) fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft, a second crank (48) fixedly connected with the second rotating shaft and an inserting piece mounting rod (46) with two ends respectively hinged with the first crank and the second crank; the inserting piece mounting rod is fixedly provided with a first inserting piece (45) and a second inserting piece (47) which are respectively folded to form a big tongue and an ear; the second inserting sheet is positioned at the left side of the first inserting sheet; the bottom of the second inserting piece is flush with the bottom of the ear; the bottom of the first inserting piece is lower than that of the second inserting piece so as to ensure that the first inserting piece pushes the large tongue to be folded inwards.

An automatic packaging apparatus for a carton as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the tongue folding auxiliary mechanism comprises a tongue folding auxiliary mounting frame (51) fixed on the workbench, a tongue lifting bending rod (54) fixed on the tongue folding auxiliary mounting frame to force the large tongue to be folded upwards by a certain angle, a lug folding inclined plate (52) obliquely fixed on the tongue folding auxiliary mounting frame and matched with the tongue lifting bending rod to limit the large tongue, and a side tongue pressing strip (53) fixed on the tongue folding auxiliary mounting frame to further fold the side tongue inwards; the ear folding inclined plate is provided with an ear folding opening (521) located on the motion trail of the second inserting piece so as to ensure that the second inserting piece crosses the ear folding opening to fold the ear.
