Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly coating for a green building wall, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-130 parts of base material, 40-60 parts of pigment, 30-50 parts of sodium carbonate, 60-85 parts of trigger, 20-35 parts of protective adhesive and 50-65 parts of solvent; the preparation method comprises the following steps: pouring the base material and the pigment together, stirring at a rotating speed of 50-60r/min, adding the solvent at a constant speed in the stirring process, and continuously stirring after the solvent is completely added to obtain a primary material; after the primary material is subjected to the first ultrasonic vibration, adding sodium carbonate and protective glue into the primary material, continuously stirring, then performing the second ultrasonic vibration, and standing for 2.8 hours to obtain a quasi-coating; and stirring the quasi-coating, adding a trigger, and standing for 1.2h to prepare the environment-friendly coating for the green building wall. The environment-friendly coating for the green building wall has the advantages that the micropores formed inside the environment-friendly coating are beneficial to adsorbing external harmful gases and suspended particles; the whole viscosity of the coating is high, which is beneficial to protecting the micropores in the coating; the preparation method of the environment-friendly coating is simple and low in cost.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an environment-friendly coating, in particular to an environment-friendly coating for a green building wall and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Paint (paint), which we commonly speak of as paint, is but one such. The coating is a liquid or solid material which can form a film under certain conditions and has the functions of protection, decoration or other special functions (insulation, rust prevention, mildew prevention, heat resistance and the like) when being coated on the surface of an object. Since the early coatings mostly used vegetable oils as the main raw material, they were also called paints. Synthetic resins have now replaced vegetable oils and are known as coatings. The coating is not liquid, and powder coating is a large category of coating. The paint belongs to organic chemical high molecular material, and the formed coating film belongs to high molecular compound type. According to the modern popular classification of chemical products, the coating belongs to fine chemical products. Modern coatings are gradually becoming a multifunctional engineering material, an important industry in the chemical industry. The main functions are four points: protecting, decorating and masking the defects and other special functions of the product, and improving the value of the product.

As a still further scheme of the invention: the trigger is mixed acid added with carbonic acid and phosphoric acid according to the mass ratio of 1-3: 2-5.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the trigger is mixed acid added with carbonic acid and phosphoric acid according to the mass ratio of 2: 3.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the protective glue is gelatin.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the environment-friendly coating for the green building wall, which comprises the following steps:
1) pouring the base material and the pigment together, stirring at a rotating speed of 50-60r/min, adding the solvent at a constant speed in the stirring process, and continuously stirring for 30-40min after the solvent is completely added to obtain a primary material;
2) after the primary material is subjected to the first ultrasonic vibration, adding sodium carbonate and protective glue into the primary material, continuously stirring for 30min, then performing the second ultrasonic vibration, and standing for 2.8h to obtain a quasi-coating;
3) and stirring the quasi-coating, adding a trigger, and standing for 1.2h to prepare the environment-friendly coating for the green building wall.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the first stirring speed in the step 1) is 58 r/min.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the second stirring time in the step 1) is 25 min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, carbon dioxide gas released by the action of the sodium carbonate and the trigger enables the interior of the coating to form countless micropores, which is beneficial to adsorbing external harmful gas and suspended harmful particles;
2. the protective adhesive can improve the viscosity of the whole coating and is beneficial to protecting micropores in the coating;
3. the preparation method of the environment-friendly coating is simple and low in cost.

Wherein the trigger is mixed acid added with carbonic acid and phosphoric acid according to the mass ratio of 3: 5; the protective glue is gelatin.
Example 3
In the embodiment of the invention, the environment-friendly coating for the green building wall comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 95 parts of base material, 45 parts of pigment, 37 parts of sodium carbonate, 70 parts of trigger, 25 parts of protective adhesive and 55 parts of solvent.

In the embodiment of the invention, the environment-friendly coating for the green building wall comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 120 parts of base material, 57 parts of pigment, 45 parts of sodium carbonate, 80 parts of trigger, 30 parts of protective adhesive and 62 parts of solvent.

In the embodiment of the invention, the environment-friendly coating for the green building wall comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of base material, 50 parts of pigment, 40 parts of sodium carbonate, 76 parts of trigger, 28 parts of protective adhesive and 58 parts of solvent.

The materials prepared in the examples 1 to 5 and the comparative examples 1 to 4 are subjected to experimental tests by setting up an experimental device according to the national standard QB-T2761-2006 method for measuring the purification effect of indoor air purification products. After 24 hours, the formaldehyde concentration (mg/cubic meter) in each sample chamber was measured separately and the clearance was calculated. The initial concentration of formaldehyde and benzene in each sample chamber was 0.900mg/m3PM2.5 value of 110. mu.g/m3. The results are given in Table 3 below.

The environment-friendly coating for the green building wall is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-130 parts of base material, 40-60 parts of pigment, 30-50 parts of sodium carbonate, 60-85 parts of trigger, 20-35 parts of protective glue and 50-65 parts of solvent, wherein the trigger is mixed acid added by carbonic acid and phosphoric acid according to the mass ratio of 1-3:2-5, and the protective glue is gelatin.

The environment-friendly coating for the green building wall as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 95-120 parts of base material, 45-57 parts of pigment, 37-45 parts of sodium carbonate, 70-80 parts of trigger, 25-30 parts of protective adhesive and 55-62 parts of solvent.

1) pouring the base material and the pigment together, stirring at a rotating speed of 50-60r/min, adding the solvent at a constant speed in the stirring process, and continuously stirring for 30-40min after the solvent is completely added to obtain a primary material;
2) after the primary material is subjected to the first ultrasonic vibration, adding sodium carbonate and protective glue into the primary material, continuously stirring for 30min, then performing the second ultrasonic vibration, and standing for 2.8h to obtain a quasi-coating;
3) and stirring the quasi-coating, adding a trigger, and standing for 1.2h to prepare the environment-friendly coating for the green building wall.
