The quick-drying water-based color modifier comprises, by mass, 5.3-6.2 parts of water-based resin, and preferably 5.5-6.0 parts of water-based resin. In the invention, the solid content of the water-based resin is preferably 40-45%, and the water-based resin preferably comprises water-soluble acrylic resin; the invention has no special requirement on the source of the water-based resin, and the water-based resin is a commercial product, and in the embodiment of the invention, the water-based resin is NeoCryl XK-12 of Inssman company.

Based on the mass parts of the water-based resin, the quick-drying water-based color modifier provided by the invention comprises 0.30-0.42 part of wetting agent, preferably 0.32-0.41 part, and more preferably 0.35-4.00 parts. In the invention, the wetting agent preferably comprises an acrylic wetting agent, the wetting agent has no special requirement, and the wetting agent can be a commercially available product, and in the embodiment of the invention, the wetting agent is TEGO245 from TEGO company or Dynol604 from Air Products company.
In the invention, the wetting agent can reduce the surface tension of a paint film, so that the color modifier and the color concentrate can be effectively spread on the surface of a wood material, and the drying time is shortened.
Based on the mass parts of the water-based resin, the quick-drying water-based color modifier provided by the invention comprises 89.12-91.51 parts of ethanol, preferably 90.3-91.2 parts, and more preferably 90.5 parts. In the invention, the ethanol has low boiling point and can be quickly volatilized, so that the drying speed of the coated color modifier is accelerated, and the drying time is shortened.
The water-based color modifier provided by the invention ensures the normal performance of the color modifier under the combined action of all components, reduces the time for drying and improves the coating efficiency.
Based on the mass parts of the water-based resin, the quick-drying water-based color modifier provided by the invention comprises 0-0.25 part of an antiseptic and mildew-proof agent, and preferably 0.15-0.2 part. In the present invention, the preservative and mildew inhibitor preferably comprises a cason preservative and mildew inhibitor. The antiseptic and mildew-proof agent has no special requirement on the source, and is a commercially available product, the antiseptic and mildew-proof agent in the embodiment of the invention is kasong, the card is preferably a mixture of methylisothiazolinone and methylchloroisothiazolinone, and the mass ratio of the methylisothiazolinone to the methylchloroisothiazolinone is 3: 1.

After the mixed solution is obtained, the mixed solution and the residual ethanol are subjected to secondary mixing and then are filtered, so that the quick-drying type water-based color modifier is obtained. In the present invention, the second mixing is preferably performed by stirring; the rotating speed of the stirring is preferably 380-420 r/min, and more preferably 410 r/min; the stirring time is preferably 4-8 min, more preferably 5min, and the stirring is preferably mechanical stirring. In the invention, the particulate matters in the solution are removed by filtration, so that the color modifier can be uniformly coated on the base material, and the coating effect is improved. In the invention, the residual ethanol plays a role in diluting the solution, so that the content of the ethanol in the solution is improved, and the drying speed of the color modifier is accelerated.

Example 1
