a self-flame-retardant waterborne polyurethane industrial wood paint comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 parts of base material emulsion, 8 parts of film forming additive, 0.3 part of wetting and leveling agent, 0.1-0.6 part of wetting and dispersing agent, 0.08 part of preservative, 0.5 part of surface additive wax emulsion, 0.5 part of associative polyurethane thickener, 0.3 part of defoaming agent and 9.5 parts of deionized water.
The preparation method of the self-flame-retardant waterborne polyurethane industrial wood paint comprises the following steps: adding 80kg of water-based propylene polyurethane emulsion into a dispersion tank, stirring and adding 8kg of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether at the rotating speed of 400 revolutions per minute, continuously stirring and stirring for 10 minutes, adding 0.1kg of nitrocellulose and 0.2kg of polyaluminium salt, increasing the rotating speed to about 800 revolutions per minute, mixing and dispersing at a high speed for 20-30 minutes, then reducing the rotating speed to about 500 revolutions per minute, adding 0.08kg of calcium propionate, mixing and dispersing for 10-20 minutes, adding 2kg of paraffin and 9.5kg of deionized water, stirring for 10 minutes at 400 revolutions per minute, finally filtering, inspecting and packaging to obtain the finished product

1. A self-flame-retardant waterborne polyurethane industrial wood paint is characterized in that: comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 75-80 parts of base material emulsion, 6-10 parts of film forming additive, 0.2-0.8 part of nano negative ion, 0.1-0.5 part of wetting and leveling agent, 0.1-0.6 part of wetting dispersant, 0.05-0.2 part of preservative, 0.1-1 part of surface additive wax emulsion, 0.1-1 part of associative polyurethane thickener, 0.2-1 part of defoaming agent and 6-15 parts of deionized water.
2. The self-flame-retardant waterborne polyurethane industrial wood paint according to claim 1, wherein: the base material emulsion is one or more of pure acrylic emulsion, aqueous polyurethane emulsion, aqueous acrylic resin, aqueous polyurethane dispersion and aqueous acrylic polyurethane emulsion.
3. The self-flame-retardant waterborne polyurethane industrial wood paint according to claim 1, wherein: the film-forming assistant is one or two of N-methyl pyrrolidone, propyl phenyl ether and ethylene glycol butyl ether.

The self-flame-retardant waterborne polyurethane industrial wood paint according to claim 1, wherein: the wetting and leveling agent is one or more of polyacrylic acid aluminum salt, polydimethylsiloxane, polyether polyester modified organic siloxane, alkyl modified organic siloxane and nitrocellulose.
5. The self-flame-retardant waterborne polyurethane industrial wood paint according to claim 1, wherein: the preservative is one or more of sodium diacetate, sodium lactate, natamycin and calcium propionate.
6. The self-flame-retardant waterborne polyurethane industrial wood paint according to claim 1, wherein: the surface additive wax emulsion is one or two of paraffin, polyethylene wax emulsion and polytetrafluoroethylene wax emulsion.
7. The self-flame-retardant waterborne polyurethane industrial wood paint according to claim 1, wherein: the associative polyurethane thickener is one of hydrophobically modified hydroxyethyl cellulose and nonionic hydrophobically modified ethylene oxide polyurethane copolymer.
8. The self-flame-retardant waterborne polyurethane industrial wood paint according to claim 1, wherein: the paint also comprises an antifreezing agent, an ultraviolet absorbent and pigment and filler, wherein the antifreezing agent is ethylene glycol or propylene glycol; the pigment and the filler are dispersed to the fineness of not more than 30 mu m.
