本发明涉及包装材料领域,具体涉及到绝缘漆铝箔。
背景技术
绝缘漆铝箔通常使用在电子元器件的包装领域,可以防止静电对电子元器件破坏:静电吸附灰尘,改变线路间的阻抗,影响产品的功能与寿命;因电场或电流破坏元件的绝缘或导体,使元件不能工作(完全破坏);因瞬间的电场或电流产生的热,元件受伤,虽然仍能工作,但工作寿命缩短。
但是铝箔本身的抗撕裂强度比较低,在搬运的过程中极易导致铝箔做成的包装材料被撕破,进而达不到给电子元器件绝缘的目的,造成电子元器件在被销售之前就发生损坏的状况。

其中所述强化层采用纱线编织而成,且以平纹组织为基体,在所述平纹组织的经线方向上间隔铺有方平组织和重平组织,在所述平纹组织的纬线方向上间隔铺有方平组织和重平组织,相邻的四个组织之间形成十字形的格栅。
进一步的,所述强化层与本体之间通过热压复合在一起。
进一步的,所述保护膜通过压敏胶粘合在强化层上方。
进一步的,所述强化层采用高强度合股纱线编织而成,所述高强度合股纱线由多根单纱加捻而成,所述单纱由高强度复合纤维加捻而成。
进一步的,所述合股纱线由单纱以加捻角度3°~10°进行合股加捻,形成倍捻结构。
进一步的,所述高强度复合纤维由以下质量份数的原料制成:环氧树脂30-40份、纳米碳纤维7-10份、芳纶纤维12-25份、乙二醇酯纤维7-13份、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维6-11份、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维8-13份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯纤维9-16份和凯夫拉纤维5-10份、聚苯硫醚纤维12-16份、聚醚醚酮纤维4-8份其中的一种纤维。

(三)有益效果
(1)本发明在铝箔的表面上覆盖一层强化层,大大提高了铝箔的强度,而强化层由纱线编织而成,面料的抗撕裂程度本身比铝箔要强,而且强化层采用的组织结构是以平纹组织为基础,间隔铺设方平组织和重平组织,使得强化层上的平纹组织形成格栅形状,因为平纹组织是以经纬组织点以1:1比例交替出现的一种基本组织,由经纱和纬纱一上一下相间交织而成,所以在拉扯时不会发生位移,容易定形,而方平组织和重平组织的组织点比较少,比较松散,容易发生位移,所以抗撕裂强度高,强化层以平纹组织为脉络,以方平组织和重平组织为填充块,使得强化层既能够具有一定的形状能与铝箔贴合,又能为铝箔提供比较强大的抗撕裂强度。
(2)本发明在强化层上面覆盖一层保护膜,保护膜能够让水汽出来,而防止水珠进入,防止强化层长时间受潮而腐蚀,最终可能使得强化层的纱线断裂,导致起不到为铝箔本体提供抗撕裂强度的目的;同时,虽然铝箔会自动在其表面生成一层氧化层,防止进一步的氧化,但是高温会破坏氧化层,让铝箔进一步氧化,而保护膜能够阻隔氧气进入,防止铝箔氧化。
(3)本发明强化层编织用的合股纱的合股加捻角度为3°~10°,所以能够保持良好的拉伸强度,另外由于几乎不会出现各单股纱长度不齐的问题,所以对各单股纱或各基础丝的张力均等,能够准确无误地实现设计强度。单纱经合股加捻构成合股纱,即使合股纱受到弯曲时,作用于各单纱上的轴向张力是均等的,另外,由于是形状稳定的结构,所以在包装一些结构不规则的电子元器件时不容易形状走样。

因为平纹组织是以经纬组织点以1:1比例交替出现的一种基本组织,由经纱和纬纱一上一下相间交织而成,所以在拉扯时不会发生位移,容易定形,而方平组织和重平组织的组织点比较少,比较松散,在拉扯的时候容易发生滑移,纱线与纱线之间的摩擦力会大大减小,所以抗撕裂强度高,强化层以平纹组织为脉络,以方平组织和重平组织为填充块,使得强化层既能够具有一定的形状能与铝箔贴合,又能为铝箔提供比较强大的抗撕裂强度。
为了防止强化层被撕扯断裂,强化层采用高强度合股纱线编织而成,高强度合股纱线由多根单纱加捻而成,单纱由高强度复合纤维加捻而成。
高强度复合纤维由以下质量份数的原料制成:环氧树脂30-40份、纳米碳纤维7-10份、芳纶纤维12-25份、乙二醇酯纤维7-13份、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维6-11份、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维8-13份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯纤维9-16份和凯夫拉纤维5-10份、聚苯硫醚纤维12-16份、聚醚醚酮纤维4-8份其中的一种纤维。
为了增加强化层的变形力,使得铝箔在缠绕包装的时候,强化层能随着铝箔的变形而变形,避免强化层太硬挺而阻碍了铝箔的弯折缠绕,高强度复合纤维中加入了弹性改良剂。
为了能够增加保护膜的变形力和强度,保护膜由防水隔氧膜和弹性基层构成,防水隔氧膜热压在弹性基层上,弹性基层由混纺纱线以罗纹组织编织而成,混纺纱线由涤纶纤维和锦纶纤维混纺而成,涤纶和锦纶混纺可以进行优势互补,耐磨,吸湿,牢固强,有一定的弹性,表面具有一定的光滑度,能够与防水隔氧膜更好的贴合,弹性基层也能防止保护膜容易被钩破。
防水隔氧膜以多壁碳纳米管、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物为原料,采用纵向氧化切割多壁碳纳米管法制得氧化石墨烯纳米带,然后利用γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷对其进行改性得到功能化氧化石墨烯纳米带;以乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物为基体,与功能化氧化石墨烯纳米带混合制得糊状液体后,经涂覆成膜工艺制得的功能化氧化石墨烯纳米带/乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物复合薄膜。
为了让强化层在受到拉扯时,其张力比较均匀,间隔铺设方平组织和重平组织,方平组织在纬线和经线方向上均延伸了组织点,所以比较结构比较稳定,而重平组织只单单在经线方向或者纬线方向上延伸了组织点,结构相对不稳定,在拉扯时候滑移比较厉害,所以两种组织结构中和既能使得强化层结构稳定,又能产生比较大的抗撕裂强度。
3/3的方平组织既能使得经纬线保持组织结构的稳定,重平组织是3/3纬重平组织或者3/3经重平组织,能在保持组织结构稳定的前提下,又使得经纬线产生极大的位移。
综上所述,上述实施方式并非是本发明的限制性实施方式,凡本领域的技术人员在本发明的实质内容的基础上所进行的修饰或者等效变形,均在本发明的技术范畴。
Claims (10)
1.绝缘漆铝箔,其特征在于:包括本体,强化层,设置在本体上方,保护膜,设置在强化层上方,其中所述强化层采用纱线编织而成,且以平纹组织为基体,在所述平纹组织的经线方向上间隔铺有方平组织和重平组织,在所述平纹组织的纬线方向上间隔铺有方平组织和重平组织,相邻的四个组织之间形成十字形的格栅。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝缘漆铝箔,其特征在于,所述强化层与本体之间通过热压复合在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝缘漆铝箔,其特征在于,所述保护膜通过压敏胶粘合在强化层上方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝缘漆铝箔,其特征在于,所述强化层采用高强度合股纱线编织而成,所述高强度合股纱线由多根单纱加捻而成,所述单纱由高强度复合纤维加捻而成。
5.根据权利要4所述的一种绝缘漆铝箔,其特征在于,所述合股纱线由单纱以加捻角度3°~10°进行合股加捻,形成倍捻结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘漆铝箔,其特征在于,所述高强度复合纤维由以下质量份数的原料制成:环氧树脂30-40份、纳米碳纤维7-10份、芳纶纤维12-25份、乙二醇酯纤维7-13份、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维6-11份、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维8-13份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯纤维9-16份和凯夫拉纤维5-10份、聚苯硫醚纤维12-16份、聚醚醚酮纤维4-8份其中的一种纤维。
7.根据权利要求6所述的绝缘漆铝箔,其特征在于,所述高强度复合纤维中还加入弹性改良剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘漆铝箔,其特征在于,所述方平组织是3/3方平组织,所述重平组织是3/3纬重平组织。
9.根据权利要求8所述的绝缘漆铝箔,其特征在于,所述高强度合股纱线外部包覆一层光滑膜,所述光滑膜由树脂材料做成。
10.根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的绝缘漆铝箔,其特征在于,所述保护膜由防水隔氧膜和弹性基层构成,所述防水隔氧膜热压在所述弹性基层上。
