Abstract
本发明提供了一种防水材料用经编衬纬布及其制备方法,材料的主要成分为:改性高强度玻璃纤维和涤纶纤维,既降低了重量,也控制了成本;采用镁、铝纳米材料改性高强度玻璃纤维,不但有利于增强防水材料的强度,而且在发生火灾时可以生成部分镁铝尖晶石结构,有非常好的防火、阻燃效果;采用放渗膜、流延膜和经编衬纬布的结构,防渗效果好;加入防水聚氨酯胶黏剂,增加防渗透效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料领域,特别是涉及一种防水材料用经编衬纬布及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术已经公开了多种具有防渗功能的防渗土工膜或者建筑防水材料。
例如,中国专利201020624171.9公开了一种土工膜,其由第一防渗层与第二防渗层组成,第一防渗层与第二防渗层结合在一起;其中,第一防渗层采用高密度聚乙烯制成,第二防渗层采用线性低密度聚乙烯制成。
中国专利201020270874.6公开了一种防渗土工布,主要用于坝体防渗。其包括无纺布层和塑料层,无纺布层和塑料层紧密复合在一起,其中无纺布层为针刺无纺布层。
中国专利200310112092.4公开一种纤维编织层加强的土工膜,该膜包括上膜层与下膜层,上膜层与下膜层为同一或不同材质,在上膜层与下膜层中间夹有与上膜层和/或下膜层的材质相同或不同的芯层,该发明的土工膜包括一层或多层的芯层,而芯层包括至少一层由纤维材料双向交叉地编织而成的编织层,每层编织层的两面分别粘接着其它芯层或上膜层或下膜层。这种产品只适用于农用和水产养殖方面,对于市场广阔的建筑防水材料市场,还有多指标未能满足要求,一定程度限制了其应用。
中国专利200910192703.8公开了一种防渗土工膜及其制造方法,其芯层一侧的流延膜的外侧还覆合有一层由流延膜在处于熔体状态时粘合的已成形的薄膜。该防渗土工膜通过在其芯层一侧流延涂覆的流延膜处于熔体状态时,在其外侧再粘合另一层已成形的薄膜而制成。制得的防渗土工膜,芯层一侧的膜层由流延而成的流延膜与其外侧紧密结合的已成形的薄膜构成。
中国专利200620164865.2公开了一种防水抗渗土工膜,其包括土工膜和经编机织布。其通过在双层土工膜之间敷设经编机织布复合而成。
中国专利201210462323.2公开了一种建筑防水材料及其制备方法,该材料采用LDPE材料来制造流延膜,比传统的LDPE材料的抗撕裂强度强5-6倍以上,防渗漏效果好。
但是目前防水材料市场上对材料的强度越来越高,以上产品的强度已经无法达到要求,故有必要加入高强度的玻璃纤维材料来提高其强度。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种防水材料用经编衬纬布及其制备方法。
一种防水材料用经编衬纬布,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
改性高强度玻璃纤维 8-15%
涤纶长丝85-92%。
一种防水材料用经编衬纬布的制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
A、将异丙醇铝和乙醇镁加入乙醇中,再加入丙酮,搅拌均匀;
B、缓慢加入质量分数为50%的乙醇溶液,搅拌6-8小时,得到溶液胶;
C、将溶液胶缓慢加入到质量分数为15%的乙酸乙烯树脂溶液中,高速搅拌4-6小时;
D、将以上溶液作为纺丝溶液,采用静电纺丝工艺,将其负载在高强度玻璃纤维上;
E、400-600℃高温煅烧2-3小时,得到改性高强度玻璃纤维;
F、将改性高强度玻璃纤维与涤纶长丝采用经编工艺,得到经编衬纬布。
优选的,所述的步骤A中,异丙醇铝和乙醇镁的物质的量之比为2:1。
优选的,所述的步骤F中,所述的经编工艺,采用四梳栉编织:第一梳栉满穿涤纶长丝,采用多针经平组织;第二梳栉满穿涤纶长丝,采用经平组织;第三梳栉1穿5空涤纶单丝与改性高强度玻璃纤维的加捻丝,采用变化衬纬组织;第四梳栉满穿涤纶长丝,采用经平组织。
优选的,所述的经编衬纬布应用于防水材料,防水材料的制备过程,包括以下步骤:将经编衬纬布的两侧涂抹聚氨酯胶黏剂;将以低密度聚乙烯膜为主要原料形成的流延膜贴附在经编衬纬布两侧并烘干;最后在流延膜的外侧再使用聚氨酯胶黏剂分别贴附一层防渗膜。
以上的防水材料从上到下依次为防渗膜、流延膜、经编衬纬布、流延膜和防渗膜。
本发明所提供的一种防水材料用经编衬纬布及其制备方法,具有如下优点:
1、采用改性高强度玻璃纤维和涤纶长丝,并采用合适的经编工艺制备经编衬纬布,既保证了经编衬纬布的强度,还控制了成本;
2、采用镁、铝纳米材料改性高强度玻璃纤维,不但有利于增强防水材料的强度,而且在发生火灾时可以生成部分镁铝尖晶石结构,有非常好的防火、阻燃效果;
3、采用放渗膜、流延膜和经编衬纬布的结构,防渗效果好;
4、加入防水聚氨酯胶黏剂,增加防渗透效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种防水材料用经编衬纬布,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
改性高强度玻璃纤维 10%
涤纶纤维 90%。
一种防水材料用经编衬纬布的制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
A、将2mol异丙醇铝和1mol乙醇镁加入乙醇中,再加入50g丙酮,搅拌均匀;
B、缓慢加入250g质量分数为50%的乙醇溶液,搅拌7小时,得到溶液胶;
C、将溶液胶缓慢加入到500g质量分数为15%的乙酸乙烯树脂溶液中,高速搅拌5小时;
D、将以上溶液作为纺丝溶液,采用静电纺丝工艺,将其负载在高强度玻璃纤维上;
E、550℃高温煅烧2.5小时,得到改性高强度玻璃纤维;
F、将改性高强度玻璃纤维与涤纶长丝采用经编工艺,得到经编衬纬布。
所述的步骤F中,所述的经编工艺,采用四梳栉编织:第一梳栉满穿涤纶长丝,采用多针经平组织;第二梳栉满穿涤纶长丝,采用经平组织;第三梳栉1穿5空涤纶单丝与改性高强度玻璃纤维的加捻丝,采用变化衬纬组织;第四梳栉满穿涤纶长丝,采用经平组织。
所述的经编衬纬布应用于防水材料,防水材料的制备过程,包括以下步骤:将经编衬纬布的两侧涂抹聚氨酯胶黏剂;将以低密度聚乙烯膜为主要原料形成的流延膜贴附在经编衬纬布两侧并烘干;最后在流延膜的外侧再使用聚氨酯胶黏剂分别贴附一层防渗膜。
实施例2

所述的经编衬纬布应用于防水材料,防水材料的制备过程,包括以下步骤:将经编衬纬布的两侧涂抹聚氨酯胶黏剂;将以低密度聚乙烯膜为主要原料形成的流延膜贴附在经编衬纬布两侧并烘干;最后在流延膜的外侧再使用聚氨酯胶黏剂分别贴附一层防渗膜。
实施例3
一种防水材料用经编衬纬布,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
改性高强度玻璃纤维 15%
涤纶纤维 85%。
一种防水材料用经编衬纬布的制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:

所述的经编衬纬布应用于防水材料,防水材料的制备过程,包括以下步骤:将经编衬纬布的两侧涂抹聚氨酯胶黏剂;将以低密度聚乙烯膜为主要原料形成的流延膜贴附在经编衬纬布两侧并烘干;最后在流延膜的外侧再使用聚氨酯胶黏剂分别贴附一层防渗膜。

1.一种防水材料用经编衬纬布的制备方法,其特征在于,按照下述步骤进行:
A、将异丙醇铝和乙醇镁加入乙醇中,再加入丙酮,搅拌均匀;
B、缓慢加入质量分数为50%的乙醇溶液,搅拌6-8小时,得到溶液胶;
C、将溶液胶缓慢加入到质量分数为15%的乙酸乙烯树脂溶液中,高速搅拌4-6小时;
D、将以上溶液作为纺丝溶液,采用静电纺丝工艺,将其负载在高强度玻璃纤维上;
E、400-600℃高温煅烧2-3小时,得到改性高强度玻璃纤维;
F、将改性高强度玻璃纤维与涤纶长丝采用经编工艺,得到经编衬纬布。
2.如权利要求1所述的防水材料用经编衬纬布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤A中,异丙醇铝和乙醇镁的物质的量之比为2:1。
3.如权利要求1所述的防水材料用经编衬纬布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤F中,所述的经编工艺,采用四梳栉编织:第一梳栉满穿涤纶长丝,采用多针经平组织;第二梳栉满穿涤纶长丝,采用经平组织;第三梳栉1穿5空涤纶单丝与改性高强度玻璃纤维的加捻丝,采用变化衬纬组织;第四梳栉满穿涤纶长丝,采用经平组织。
4.如权利要求1-3所述的防水材料用经编衬纬布的制备方法制得的防水材料用经编衬纬布,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
改性高强度玻璃纤维 8-15%
涤纶长丝85-92%。
5.如权利要求4所述的防水材料用经编衬纬布,其特征在于,所述的经编衬纬布应用于防水材料,所述的防水材料的制备过程,包括以下步骤:将经编衬纬布的两侧涂抹聚氨酯胶黏剂;将以低密度聚乙烯膜为主要原料形成的流延膜贴附在经编衬纬布两侧并烘干;最后在流延膜的外侧再使用聚氨酯胶黏剂分别贴附一层防渗膜。
