Abstract

本发明涉及一种遮阳、遮光、防紫外线阳伞面料及其制备方法,伞面由里层和表层组成,其中里层为聚酯织物层,外层为TPU或PU膜。制备:将经纱、纬纱交织得到聚酯织物层;将TPU膜或PU膜与聚酯织物层进行层压复合,即得。本发明采用普通涤纶长丝与黑色涤纶低弹丝进行织造作为伞面里面,再在伞面里层上层压复合TPU或PU膜作为伞面的外层(表层),具有工艺简单,遮光、遮阳、防紫外线性好,同时手感更加柔和、舒适,伞面美观大方,具有较高推广及使用价值。

一种遮阳、遮光、防紫外线阳伞面料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于伞面料及其制备领域,特别涉及一种遮阳、遮光、防紫外线阳伞面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
为了防止紫外线对皮肤的伤害,一把具有防紫外线功能的遮阳伞通常成为人们的选择。夏天到了,各种防晒用品已开始在市场上走俏,遮阳伞自然也在其中。艳阳高照,流动于大街小巷五颜六色的遮阳伞,成为街头一道亮丽风景线。遮阳伞种类繁多,根据面料遮光率的不同,遮阳伞防紫外线效果也不尽相同。
目前防紫外线的技术手段共有三种:一种是在面料纺织时混入陶瓷微粒以反射紫外线,达到防紫外线的作用。第二种是利用覆膜贴合技术将紫外线隔离剂贴合在面料上,较为常见的就是这种被称为银胶面料的遮阳伞。这种遮阳伞有一定的缺陷,因为涂的胶层比较厚,长期使用或是潮湿了以后,容易磨损发黑,影响外观和降低紫外线的防护功能。第三种则是市场上防护效果最好的一种,就是将面料在制伞过程中浸染紫外线吸收剂,或在面料表面涂抹紫外线吸收剂。这种伞面的优点是具有较好的防紫外线功能,而不会改变织物本身的手感和外观。但是不同面料本身却会制约这种吸收剂防紫外线功能的发挥。所以在选择这种遮阳伞的时候,可以从三个方面来判断它防紫外线性能的高低。
一是关注织物纤维本身的抗紫外线性能。实验证明,在没有经过处理的纤维中,以涤纶纤维的抗紫外线性能为最好,涤纶纤维分子结构中的苯环具有吸收紫外线的作用,化学纤维中锦纶也就是尼龙胶中的人造棉、人造丝等等,抗紫外线性能都不如涤纶。所以,应该尽量选择以涤纶纤维为原材料的防紫外线遮阳伞。
二是关注面料的组织结构。面料的厚度、紧密度对其抗紫外线性能都有一定的影响。织物越厚,抗紫外线性能越好,并且织物越紧密,档光能力越强,紫外线透过越小。针织物通常比机织物疏松,所以防护效果不如机织物,机织物中平纹织物的缝隙大于斜纹,斜纹大于缎纹,所以平纹的防护效果比较差。
三是需要关注的就是织物的颜色。根据测试结果显示,织物的颜色越深,紫外线透过率越小,防紫外线性能越好。所以在选择遮阳伞的时候,要充分考虑织物的厚度、紧密度和颜色。
为了迎合消费者的心里,现有市售的遮光、遮阳、抗紫外线伞面一般经过上涂覆有PU底胶层,PU底胶层上涂覆有抗紫外线层,PU底胶层的上表面嵌有多个“几”字形橡胶件,橡胶件的顶端嵌入到抗紫外线层中。并对伞面布进行2次高温重轧光,然后涂底胶,四次升温和四次降温进行烘焙,然后再进行涂覆2次面胶,每一次涂覆都四次升温和四次降温进行烘焙等工序。工艺路线长,操作过程复杂,伞面质量不高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种遮阳、遮光、防紫外线阳伞面料及其制备方法,具有工艺简单,遮光、遮阳、防紫外线性好,同时手感更加柔和、舒适,伞面美观大方,具有较高推广及使用价值。
本发明的一种遮阳、遮光、防紫外线阳伞面料,伞面由里层和表层组成,其中里层为聚酯织物层,外层为TPU或PU膜。
表层为防泼水、防风、耐磨薄膜层,里层为遮光、防紫外线层面料。
所述聚酯织物层由经纱与纬纱交织而成,其中经纱为50-85D/30-300F的涤纶长丝,纬纱为150-300D/30-300F涤纶黑色低弹丝;经丝密度为65-120牙,纬丝密度为55-90牙。
所述TPU或PU薄膜为20-35g/m2
本发明的一种遮阳、遮光、防紫外线阳伞面料的制备方法,包括:
(1)将经纱、纬纱交织得到聚酯织物层;
(2)将TPU膜或PU膜与聚酯织物层进行层压复合,即得遮阳、遮光、防紫外线阳伞面料。
所述步骤(2)中层压复合为复合压力为5-6MPa、复合温度为70-85℃,车速8-20m/min。
本发明的遮阳、遮光、防紫外线阳伞面料用于遮阳、遮光、防紫外线阳伞,其中防紫外线、遮阳阳伞主要由伞骨架和伞面两部分组成。其中,阳伞骨架的结构和材料与现有阳伞相同。
本发明防紫外线伞面由2个基本层组成,其中表层为防泼水、防风、耐磨的PU膜、TPU薄膜层,里层为遮光、防紫外线层面料。与遮光的聚酯织物贴合的PU膜、TPU膜具有良好的韧性和弹性,既能保证伞面的强度,又能保证制得的织物柔软透气,还具有耐低温、抗震动和抗冲击等性能。更重要的是,PU膜、TPU膜中基本不含溶剂及游离TDI,对环境友好且对人体无伤害。事实证明,性能优异的织物复合膜使伞面更加耐用,足以应对多种天气环境。
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的伞面布经过多次涂层处理才能达到遮阳、遮光、防紫外线的效果,不仅涂层厚重、手感不佳,外光蜡感、低档,阳伞收放不顺畅,而且随着使用时间的推延,存在抗紫外线的效果会逐步减弱,不够稳定等问题。本发明包括防紫外线、遮阳伞面布制备,防雨淋、防风薄膜复合工序。
本发明中防紫外线性能按GB/T18830-2009纺织品-防紫外线性能的评定;防水性能测定标准参照AATCC-22。
有益效果
本发明采用普通涤纶长丝与黑色涤纶低弹丝进行织造作为伞面里面,再在伞面里层上层压复合TPU或PU膜作为伞面的外层(表层),具有工艺简单,遮光、遮阳、防紫外线性好,同时手感更加柔和、舒适,伞面美观大方,具有较高推广及使用价值。

实施例1
第一步,制备遮阳、遮光、防紫外线伞面面料。伞面面料有里层和表层组成,分别按下面工艺制备:
伞面里层:经纱为50D/65F的涤纶长丝,纬纱为150D/144F涤纶黑色低弹丝;经丝密度为72牙,纬丝密度为88牙。
伞面表层通过层压复合工艺制备:上述里层聚酯伞面绸:TPU 25g/m2,复合压力为5MPa、复合温度为80℃,车速10m/min。
第二步,按传统工艺采用钢结构制成遮光、遮阳、防紫外线阳伞。测试防紫外线、防水性能,其结果见表1。

实施例2
第一步,制备遮阳、遮光、防紫外线伞面面料。伞面面料有里层和表层组成,分别按下面工艺制备:
伞面里层:经纱为85D/288F的涤纶长丝,纬纱为220D/288F涤纶黑色低弹丝;经丝密度为78牙,纬丝密度为82牙。
伞面表层通过层压复合工艺制备:上述工艺织成的里层聚酯伞面绸:PU 25g/m2,复合压力为5MPa、复合温度为80℃,车速10m/min。
第二步,按传统工艺采用钢结构制成遮光、遮阳、防紫外线阳伞。测试防紫外线、防水性能,其结果见表2。

实施例3
第一步,制备遮阳、遮光、防紫外线伞面面料。伞面面料有里层和表层组成,分别按下面工艺制备:
伞面里层面料:经纱为78D/144F的涤纶长丝,纬纱为220D/288F涤纶黑色低弹丝;经丝密度为67牙,纬丝密度为76牙。
伞面表层通过层压复合工艺制备:上述工艺织成的里层聚酯伞面绸:TPU 30g/m2,复合压力为5MPa、复合温度为80℃,车速15m/min。
第二步,按传统工艺采用钢结构制成遮光、遮阳、防紫外线阳伞。测试防紫外线、防水性能,其结果见表3。

实施例4
第一步,制备遮阳、遮光、防紫外线伞面面料。伞面面料有里层和表层组成,分别按下面工艺制备:
伞面里层面料:经纱为50D/72F的涤纶长丝,纬纱为150D/144F涤纶黑色低弹丝;经丝密度为79牙,纬丝密度为85牙。
伞面表层通过层压复合工艺制备:上述工艺织成的里层聚酯伞面绸:PU25g/m2,复合压力为5MPa、复合温度为80℃,车速12m/min。
第二步,按传统工艺采用钢结构制成遮光、遮阳、防紫外线阳伞。测试防紫外线、防水性能,其结果见表4。

Claims (5)

1.一种遮阳、遮光、防紫外线阳伞面料,其特征在于:伞面由里层和表层组成,其中里层为聚酯织物层,外层为TPU或PU膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种遮阳、遮光、防紫外线阳伞面料,其特征在于:所述聚酯织物层由经纱与纬纱交织而成,其中经纱为50-85D/30-300F的涤纶长丝,纬纱为150-300D/30-300F涤纶黑色低弹丝;经丝密度为65-120牙,纬丝密度为55-90牙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种遮阳、遮光、防紫外线阳伞面料,其特征在于:所述TPU或PU薄膜为20-35g/m2
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的遮阳、遮光、防紫外线阳伞面料的制备方法,包括:
(1)将经纱、纬纱交织得到聚酯织物层;
(2)将TPU膜或PU膜与聚酯织物层进行层压复合,即得遮阳、遮光、防紫外线阳伞面料。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种遮阳、遮光、防紫外线阳伞面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中层压复合为复合压力为5-6MPa、复合温度为70-85℃,车速8-20m/min。
