技术领域
本发明属于面料技术领域,涉及一种用于制作伞面的布料,特别是一种具有夜光功能的雨伞布及其制作方法。
背景技术
雨伞用的布料主要有3种,成本从低到高依次为:涤纶,PG布,尼龙。绦纶布的特点是:颜色较艳丽,把雨伞面料放在手上搓揉后,折痕明显,不容易还原。布料在搓动的时候,会感觉到有阻力,搓的时候会有沙沙的声音。在涤纶上涂上一层银胶,就是我们通常所说的银胶伞,银胶布防紫外线的功能是比较好的,但使用时间长后,折叠的地方银胶容易脱离。在涤纶上涂上一层银光粉,就是我们通常所说的珠光布伞,珠光布的色彩比较艳丽,深得女士喜爱,但防太阳紫外线效果不够理想。PG布又叫喷起布,高密碰击布是一种新型布料。PG有以下特点:颜色呈哑光,暗色。布料手感像棉布一样,阻光性较好,PG布成本比较高,但防紫外线功能,质量的稳定程度,色彩的档次都比较理想,是比较好的雨伞布,一般PG布只用在高档的雨伞中。尼龙布也是雨伞面料中高档的一个品种,这种雨布色泽艳丽,摸在手上的感觉有如丝绸,用手来回搓动,阻力很小。但这种布有一个弱点,受空气湿度影响较大,伞布收缩较严重,有时甚至会影响到伞面的正常开合。所以在我们常用的雨伞面料中,不是特别多。
传统的涤纶面料的防水技术,一般是通过加入化学防水助剂防水,但在使用的过程中,随着时间的推移,尤其后天洗涤中的揉搓和机洗,导致加入的化学防水助剂脱落或弱化,从而使布料使用寿命仅至半程时,防水性能消失。再者现有的伞布的结构单一、作用单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种通过多层复合,并增设褶皱结构配合调整加工工艺,以实现多项功能、提升性能的具有夜光功能的雨伞布及其制作方法。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:具有夜光功能的雨伞布,包括基布层,所述基布层的顶面贴覆防水层,所述基布层与防水层之间涂覆有胶层,所述防水层具有位于下方的夜光基底层,所述夜光基底层通过方平组织形成,所述夜光基底层上呈间隔设置褶皱部,所述褶皱部通过方平组织形成,所述褶皱部的截面呈等腰三角形,所述等腰三角形的底角与夜光基底层相连,所述等腰三角形底角的角度范围是40°~65°,所述等腰三角形的顶角具有圆弧状的顶点,所述顶点的弧度范围是0.3rad~0.8rad,所述褶皱部上设置紫外线反射膜,所述基布层的底面贴覆内衬层,所述基布层与内衬层之间涂覆有胶层,所述内衬层的底面上涂覆夜光膜,所述夜光膜上分布若干颗粒状凸起。
本具有夜光功能的雨伞布通过多层布层相结合以实现多项作用效果。通过防水层上形成的褶皱部,一来增加表面的粗糙程度,并配合紫外线反射膜共同作用,以增强对阳光的反射、吸收效果;二来避免下落至伞面的水滴四溅,使水滴在褶皱中被收纳,进一步顺着褶皱的路线被导向排出。通过防水层的夜光基底层在白天吸收外界光能,在夜晚发光,该发光状态由褶皱部的间隔空隙露出,以在夜间打伞提醒周遭环境注意行人提升安全。通过基布层提供布面的整体支撑强度,避免造成折痕。通过内衬层增加布面的结构厚度。通过内衬层底面的夜光膜在夜晚发光,同时利用颗粒状凸起提升夜光药剂浓度,一来在夜间为伞下提供微弱光源,二来利用凸起形成星光效果。
在上述的具有夜光功能的雨伞布中,所述褶皱部通过其截面的三角形结构形成横向弹性伸缩余量,弹性伸缩余量的范围是1mm~1.5mm。
在上述的具有夜光功能的雨伞布中,所述褶皱部的高度范围是1mm~3mm。
在上述的具有夜光功能的雨伞布中,所述内衬层通过平纹组织形成,所述内衬层的厚度为0.05mm~0.08mm。
在上述的具有夜光功能的雨伞布中,所述内衬层的顶面上涂覆有隔热膜。利用内衬层里侧的隔热膜实现阻挡热量渗透的作用。
在上述的具有夜光功能的雨伞布中,所述基布层通过平纹组织形成,所述基布层的厚度为0.2mm~0.4mm。
雨伞布的制作方法,包括以下制作步骤:
A、基布层的制作:
(1)采用尼龙纤维线形成经纱和纬纱,经纱与纬纱按照1﹕1的质量比,按照单面平纹组织进行经纬编织;
(2)编织完毕后顺次进行碱减量处理、清洗处理、及热定型处理;
B、防水层的制作:
a、夜光基底层的制作:
(1)原料选择:选用65D以下的超细旦DTY涤纶丝为主原料,在主原料中加入夜光纤维进行混纺,夜光纤维由质量百分比为90%~97%的纺丝原料与3%~10%的夜光材料组成,纺丝原料为聚酯或聚丙烯或聚酰胺,夜光纤维中加入25%~35%的无机透明彩色料组成彩色夜光纤维;
(2)整浆并工序;
(3)织造工序:利用10—16片综框的多臂机进行织造,经向紧度≥80%,纬向紧度≥40%;
b、褶皱部的制作:
(1)热压成型:将平面布层放置在热压机内进行热压形成间隔的褶皱状;
c、后处理:
(1)染色工序;
(2)经过含有紫外线反射剂溶液浸泡形成紫外线反射膜;
(3)清水定型;
C、内衬层的制作:
(1)采用涤纶纤维线形成经纱和纬纱,经纱与纬纱按照1﹕1的质量比,按照单面平纹组织进行经纬编织;
(2)在内衬层的顶面上涂覆隔热涂料形成隔热膜;
(3)在内衬层的底面上涂覆夜光涂料形成夜光膜,其中夜光涂料中含有夜光药剂颗粒;
(4)然后顺次进行清洗处理、及热定型处理;
D、多层整合处理:
由下至上顺次为内衬层、基布层、防水层设置,相邻层之间涂覆粘胶,经过热压形成一体。
面料的防水功能通过物理方法实现的原理是:常规雨滴直径0.1-7MM,用超细旦纤维做经纬原料,可以织造成高密纤维织物,按常规超细旦纤维的分级而言,超细旦丝最高单丝纤度为0.4D,直径不超过0.06MM,就超细旦纤维的紧度而言,微纤间间隙不大于直径,即0.06MM,而且面料紧度愈大,微纤间隙愈小,使得雨滴落到衣服的瞬间无法通过面料,自然滑落下来。本发明选用65D以下的超细旦DTY原料,经向紧度≥80%,纬向紧度≥40%(视组织纹理而定),组织结构采用10-16片综框来完成,采用10—16片的综框,原因有二,其一是经向紧度大的面料经丝密度也大,必须多综片以达到经丝适度均衡分配的目的,其二是方便制作有助于防水的荷叶突结构组织,如变化破斜纹或泥地组织。
在上述的制作方法中,在步骤B中a项的(3)织造工序中,布体表面每个经组织点的周围四个浮长均在2-4之间,且至少有两个浮长不相同,每个织物组织循环中至少有一个荷叶突结构组织,所述荷叶突结构组织是指周围四个浮长中最大浮长和最小浮长的浮长差最大的相邻经组织点的聚集。
模拟荷叶表面微细突起拒水原理,在平展的布面上断续突出有规律的组织高点,方便滴落其上的雨水通过自身重力作用,迅速脱离布面,以达到良好的拒水效果,这种结构的存在可以进一步增强防水效果。
在上述的制作方法中,在步骤B中c项的(1)染色工序中,将染化料溶液从常温进行加温,使得升温速度为1.5℃/分钟,升到最高温度130℃,保温60分钟,然后再以2℃/分钟的速度进行降温至常温。
在上述的制作方法中,在步骤B中a项的(1)原料选择中,所述超细旦DTY涤纶丝为150D/288F、150D/144F、100D/144F或者100D/96F。
与现有技术相比,本具有夜光功能的雨伞布及其制作方法一方面通过布体结构层的改进设置,另一方面通过对应布体加工工艺的调整,以实现多层复合结构布料。在材料方面选用超细旦纤维,并加入夜光纤维实现夜晚发光效果,另外设置纺织方式及纺织形态特性;在结构方面采用多层复合,并配合褶皱形态。既形成良好的挡雨排水效果,又实现遮阳隔热效果。

本具有夜光功能的雨伞布通过多层布层相结合以实现多项作用效果。通过防水层3上形成的褶皱部4,一来增加表面的粗糙程度,并配合紫外线反射膜共同作用,以增强对阳光的反射、吸收效果;二来避免下落至伞面的水滴四溅,使水滴在褶皱中被收纳,进一步顺着褶皱的路线被导向排出。通过防水层3的夜光基底层在白天吸收外界光能,在夜晚发光,该发光状态由褶皱部4的间隔空隙露出,以在夜间打伞提醒周遭环境注意行人提升安全。通过基布层2提供布面的整体支撑强度,避免造成折痕。通过内衬层1增加布面的结构厚度。通过内衬层1底面的夜光膜在夜晚发光,同时利用颗粒状凸起提升夜光药剂浓度,一来在夜间为伞下提供微弱光源,二来利用凸起形成星光效果。
褶皱部4通过其截面的三角形结构形成横向弹性伸缩余量,弹性伸缩余量的范围是1mm~1.5mm。
褶皱部4的高度范围是1mm~3mm。
内衬层1通过平纹组织形成,内衬层1的厚度为0.05mm~0.08mm。
内衬层1的顶面上涂覆有隔热膜。利用内衬层1里侧的隔热膜实现阻挡热量渗透的作用。
基布层2通过平纹组织形成,基布层2的厚度为0.2mm~0.4mm。
雨伞布的制作方法,包括以下制作步骤:
A、基布层2的制作:
(1)采用尼龙纤维线形成经纱和纬纱,经纱与纬纱按照1﹕1的质量比,按照单面平纹组织进行经纬编织;
(2)编织完毕后顺次进行碱减量处理、清洗处理、及热定型处理;
B、防水层3的制作:
a、夜光基底层的制作:
(1)原料选择:选用65D以下的超细旦DTY涤纶丝为主原料,在主原料中加入夜光纤维进行混纺,夜光纤维由质量百分比为90%~97%的纺丝原料与3%~10%的夜光材料组成,纺丝原料为聚酯或聚丙烯或聚酰胺,夜光纤维中加入25%~35%的无机透明彩色料组成彩色夜光纤维;
(2)整浆并工序;
(3)织造工序:利用10—16片综框的多臂机进行织造,经向紧度≥80%,纬向紧度≥40%;
b、褶皱部4的制作:
(1)热压成型:将平面布层放置在热压机内进行热压形成间隔的褶皱状;
c、后处理:
(1)染色工序;
(2)经过含有紫外线反射剂溶液浸泡形成紫外线反射膜;
(3)清水定型;
C、内衬层1的制作:
(1)采用涤纶纤维线形成经纱和纬纱,经纱与纬纱按照1﹕1的质量比,按照单面平纹组织进行经纬编织;
(2)在内衬层1的顶面上涂覆隔热涂料形成隔热膜;
(3)在内衬层1的底面上涂覆夜光涂料形成夜光膜,其中夜光涂料中含有夜光药剂颗粒;
(4)然后顺次进行清洗处理、及热定型处理;
D、多层整合处理:
由下至上顺次为内衬层1、基布层2、防水层3设置,相邻层之间涂覆粘胶,经过热压形成一体。
面料的防水功能通过物理方法实现的原理是:常规雨滴直径0.1-7MM,用超细旦纤维做经纬原料,可以织造成高密纤维织物,按常规超细旦纤维的分级而言,超细旦丝最高单丝纤度为0.4D,直径不超过0.06MM,就超细旦纤维的紧度而言,微纤间间隙不大于直径,即0.06MM,而且面料紧度愈大,微纤间隙愈小,使得雨滴落到衣服的瞬间无法通过面料,自然滑落下来。本发明选用65D以下的超细旦DTY原料,经向紧度≥80%,纬向紧度≥40%(视组织纹理而定),组织结构采用10-16片综框来完成,采用10—16片的综框,原因有二,其一是经向紧度大的面料经丝密度也大,必须多综片以达到经丝适度均衡分配的目的,其二是方便制作有助于防水的荷叶突结构组织,如变化破斜纹或泥地组织。
在步骤B中a项的(3)织造工序中,布体表面每个经组织点的周围四个浮长均在2-4之间,且至少有两个浮长不相同,每个织物组织循环中至少有一个荷叶突结构组织,荷叶突结构组织是指周围四个浮长中最大浮长和最小浮长的浮长差最大的相邻经组织点的聚集。
模拟荷叶表面微细突起拒水原理,在平展的布面上断续突出有规律的组织高点,方便滴落其上的雨水通过自身重力作用,迅速脱离布面,以达到良好的拒水效果,这种结构的存在可以进一步增强防水效果。
在步骤B中c项的(1)染色工序中,将染化料溶液从常温进行加温,使得升温速度为1.5℃/分钟,升到最高温度130℃,保温60分钟,然后再以2℃/分钟的速度进行降温至常温。
在步骤B中a项的(1)原料选择中,超细旦DTY涤纶丝为150D/288F、150D/144F、100D/144F或者100D/96F。
本具有夜光功能的雨伞布及其制作方法一方面通过布体结构层的改进设置,另一方面通过对应布体加工工艺的调整,以实现多层复合结构布料。在材料方面选用超细旦纤维,并加入夜光纤维实现夜晚发光效果,另外设置纺织方式及纺织形态特性;在结构方面采用多层复合,并配合褶皱形态。既形成良好的挡雨排水效果,又实现遮阳隔热效果。
本文中所描述的具体实施例仅仅是对本发明精神作举例说明。本发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的具体实施例做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,但并不会偏离本发明的精神或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。
尽管本文较多地使用了内衬层1;基布层2;防水层3;褶皱部4等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本发明的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。

Claims (4)

1.具有夜光功能的雨伞布的制作方法,具有夜光功能的雨伞布,包括基布层,所述基布层的顶面贴覆防水层,所述基布层与防水层之间涂覆有胶层,所述防水层具有位于下方的夜光基底层,所述夜光基底层通过方平组织形成,所述夜光基底层上呈间隔设置褶皱部,所述褶皱部通过方平组织形成,所述褶皱部的截面呈等腰三角形,所述等腰三角形的底角与夜光基底层相连,所述等腰三角形底角的角度范围是40°~65°,所述等腰三角形的顶角具有圆弧状的顶点,所述顶点的弧度范围是0.3rad~0.8rad,所述褶皱部上设置紫外线反射膜,所述基布层的底面贴覆内衬层,所述基布层与内衬层之间涂覆有胶层,所述内衬层的底面上涂覆夜光膜,所述夜光膜上分布若干颗粒状凸起;所述褶皱部通过其截面的三角形结构形成横向弹性伸缩余量,弹性伸缩余量的范围是1mm~1.5mm;所述褶皱部的高度范围是1mm~3mm;所述内衬层通过平纹组织形成,所述内衬层的厚度为0.05mm~0.08mm;所述内衬层的顶面上涂覆有隔热膜;所述基布层通过平纹组织形成,所述基布层的厚度为0.2mm~0.4mm;其特征在于,该制作方法包括以下制作步骤:
A、基布层的制作:
(1)采用尼龙纤维线形成经纱和纬纱,经纱与纬纱按照1﹕1的质量比,按照单面平纹组织进行经纬编织;
(2)编织完毕后顺次进行碱减量处理、清洗处理、及热定型处理;
B、防水层的制作:
a、夜光基底层的制作:

由下至上顺次为内衬层、基布层、防水层设置,相邻层之间涂覆粘胶,经过热压形成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有夜光功能的雨伞布的制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤B中a项的(3)织造工序中,布体表面每个经组织点的周围四个浮长均在2-4之间,且至少有两个浮长不相同,每个织物组织循环中至少有一个荷叶突结构组织,所述荷叶突结构组织是指周围四个浮长中最大浮长和最小浮长的浮长差最大的相邻经组织点的聚集。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有夜光功能的雨伞布的制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤B中c项的(1)染色工序中,将染化料溶液从常温进行加温,使得升温速度为1.5℃/分钟,升到最高温度130℃,保温60分钟,然后再以2℃/分钟的速度进行降温至常温。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤B中a项的(1)原料选择中,所述超细旦DTY涤纶丝为150D/288F、150D/144F、100D/144F或者100D/96F。
