本发明公开了一种海岛复合涤纶高色牢微起绒面料,包括导湿基布层、着色纤维层、耐磨导湿层,所述导湿基布层由仿天丝纤维作为经纱和亚麻纤维长丝作为纬纱采用双经缎结构编织而成,所述导湿基布层的上表面设置有着色纤维层,所述着色纤维层由内部均匀包覆有多个纳米着色微粒的彩色海岛涤纶长丝上表面单面聚圈编织而成;所述着色纤维层上表面设置有耐磨导湿层,所述耐磨导湿层由透明高弹海岛涤纶长丝作为经纱和透明低弹海岛涤纶长丝作为纬纱交叉网状平织而成,所述耐磨导湿层的上表面拉毛处理有短绒面。本发明能够使涤纶面料的色牢度得到显著提升,颜色持久稳定,穿着时尚舒适,利于市场推广。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及化纤面料的技术领域,特别是一种海岛复合涤纶高色牢微起绒面料的技术领域。
【背景技术】
涤纶纤维作为应用最广泛的化学纤维,其具有良好的成纤性能和机械性能,强度高、耐光、耐热和耐酸碱性好,具有良好的加工性和易纺性,可纯纺、混纺和交织。涤纶面料耐洗耐磨、免烫抗皱,在服装、家纺、装饰和产品用等领域被广泛应用。然而,现有的涤纶面料色牢度较差,颜色不耐水洗,因此大大制约了涤纶面料的应用与发展。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种海岛复合涤纶高色牢微起绒面料,能够使涤纶面料的色牢度得到显著提升,颜色持久稳定,穿着时尚舒适,利于市场推广。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种海岛复合涤纶高色牢微起绒面料,包括导湿基布层、着色纤维层、耐磨导湿层,所述导湿基布层由仿天丝纤维作为经纱和亚麻纤维长丝作为纬纱采用双经缎结构编织而成,所述导湿基布层的上表面设置有着色纤维层,所述着色纤维层由内部均匀包覆有多个纳米着色微粒的彩色海岛涤纶长丝上表面单面聚圈编织而成;所述着色纤维层上表面设置有耐磨导湿层,所述耐磨导湿层由透明高弹海岛涤纶长丝作为经纱和透明低弹海岛涤纶长丝作为纬纱交叉网状平织而成,所述耐磨导湿层的上表面拉毛处理有短绒面。
作为优选,所述导湿基布层、着色纤维层、耐磨导湿层之间依次通过水刺复合在一起。
作为优选,所述着色纤维层内的彩色海岛涤纶长丝表面浸涂有拒水涂层。
作为优选,所述耐磨导湿层穿插设置在着色纤维层的上表面,所述耐磨导湿层的上表面与彩色海岛涤纶长丝单面聚圈的顶部平齐。
作为优选,所述仿天丝纤维的直径为20~30um,所述亚麻纤维长丝的直径为50~60um,所述仿天丝纤维的密度为40~50根/c㎡,所述亚麻纤维长丝的密度为20~30根/c㎡。
作为优选,所述彩色海岛涤纶长丝为100D/140F的海岛涤纶丝。
作为优选,所述透明高弹海岛涤纶长丝为90D/110F的海岛涤纶丝,所述透明低弹海岛涤纶长丝为50D/20F的海岛涤纶丝。
作为优选,所述耐磨导湿层中透明高弹海岛涤纶长丝和透明低弹海岛涤纶长丝的质量份数比为2:3。
作为优选,所述导湿基布层的克重为100-120g/㎡,所述着色纤维层的克重为200-220g/㎡,所述耐磨导湿层的克重为80-90g/㎡。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将导湿基布层、着色纤维层、耐磨导湿层结合在一起,经过试验优化,能够使涤纶面料的色牢度得到显著提升,颜色持久稳定,穿着时尚舒适,利于市场推广。

1.一种海岛复合涤纶高色牢微起绒面料,其特征在于:包括导湿基布层、着色纤维层、耐磨导湿层,所述导湿基布层由仿天丝纤维作为经纱和亚麻纤维长丝作为纬纱采用双经缎结构编织而成,所述导湿基布层的上表面设置有着色纤维层,所述着色纤维层由内部均匀包覆有多个纳米着色微粒的彩色海岛涤纶长丝上表面单面聚圈编织而成;所述着色纤维层上表面设置有耐磨导湿层,所述耐磨导湿层由透明高弹海岛涤纶长丝作为经纱和透明低弹海岛涤纶长丝作为纬纱交叉网状平织而成,所述耐磨导湿层的上表面拉毛处理有短绒面。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种海岛复合涤纶高色牢微起绒面料,其特征在于:所述导湿基布层、着色纤维层、耐磨导湿层之间依次通过水刺复合在一起。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种海岛复合涤纶高色牢微起绒面料,其特征在于:所述着色纤维层内的彩色海岛涤纶长丝表面浸涂有拒水涂层。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种海岛复合涤纶高色牢微起绒面料,其特征在于:所述耐磨导湿层穿插设置在着色纤维层的上表面,所述耐磨导湿层的上表面与彩色海岛涤纶长丝单面聚圈的顶部平齐。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种海岛复合涤纶高色牢微起绒面料,其特征在于:所述仿天丝纤维的直径为20~30um,所述亚麻纤维长丝的直径为50~60um,所述仿天丝纤维的密度为40~50根/c㎡,所述亚麻纤维长丝的密度为20~30根/c㎡。
