Abstract
本发明公开了一种双层遮阳帘及其制备方法,所述遮阳帘用于对光线进行遮挡,所述遮阳帘为双层结构,所述遮阳帘包括面料层与复合层,所述面料层为弹性面料结构,所述面料层与所述复合层贴合,所述复合层为复合膜结构,所述复合层能够与所述面料层相配合,实现不同遮光率的遮阳效果。本发明采用不同透光率的面料层与复合层,对面料层与复合层采用热熔胶进行复合粘接,形成的遮阳帘可根据面料层与复合层的透光率达到不同的遮阳效果,从而适用于不同人群,进而提高车内人员的乘坐舒适性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于遮阳帘技术领域,尤其涉及一种双层遮阳帘及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们的经济水平不断提高,使得汽车消费正逐年增加,消费者对于汽车的舒适性能也越来越重视,因此,提高汽车的舒适性能已经成为各大汽车厂商赢得市场的主要因素之一。
汽车天窗,通常安装于汽车的顶部,天窗的存在,能够有效地提高车内的空气流通率,为车内人员带来舒适的享受,同时天窗的存在,也可以获得开阔的视野,使车内人员能够得到更佳的享受,为了避免阳光直射进入车内,通常需要在天窗上安装遮阳帘,而传统的遮阳帘通常遮阳效果较差,容易在长时间的阳光暴晒下出现软化现象,无法将光线全部遮住,影响遮阳效果。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种双层遮阳帘及其制备方法,用于对光线进行遮挡,遮挡效果好,并且结构简单、质量可靠,适合推广使用。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种双层遮阳帘,所述遮阳帘用于对光线进行遮挡,所述遮阳帘为双层结构,所述遮阳帘包括面料层与复合层,所述面料层为弹性面料结构,所述面料层与所述复合层贴合,所述复合层为复合膜结构,所述复合层能够与所述面料层相配合,实现不同遮光率的遮阳效果。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述面料层为涤纶面料。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述复合层为TPU材料膜或TPE材料膜。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述面料层与所述复合层采用热熔胶进行粘接,所述热熔胶使用时的温度为40℃~120℃。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述热熔胶在使用时,还会配合使用增粘剂、粘度调节剂以及抗氧剂。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述热熔胶为EVA热熔胶。
本发明还公开了一种双层遮阳帘的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、根据实际需求选用不同遮光率的面料层与复合层;
S2、采用热熔胶将面料层与复合层进行复合。
本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明具备以下有益效果:
本发明采用不同透光率的面料层与复合层,对面料层与复合层采用热熔胶进行复合粘接,形成的遮阳帘可根据面料层与复合层的透光率达到不同的遮阳效果,从而适用于不同人群,进而提高车内人员的乘坐舒适性。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示,一种双层遮阳帘,所述遮阳帘用于对光线进行遮挡,所述遮阳帘为双层结构,所述遮阳帘包括面料层1与复合层2,所述面料层1为弹性面料结构,所述面料层1与所述复合层2贴合,所述复合层2为复合膜结构,所述复合层2能够与所述面料层1相配合,实现不同遮光率的遮阳效果。
在本实施例中,面料层1采用涤纶面料,由于涤纶面料具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力,因此,其坚牢耐用、抗皱免烫,故而采用涤纶面料能够大大提高汽车内乘坐人员的舒适性。
在本实施例中,复合层2采用TPU材料膜或TPE材料膜,不仅能够起到遮阳作用,还能使复合层2在使用过程中具有耐磨、耐油、弹性好等特点,增强复合层2的实用性。
具体地,所述面料层1为涤纶面料。
具体而言,所述复合层2为TPU材料膜或TPE材料膜。
进一步地,所述面料层1与所述复合层2采用热熔胶3进行粘接,所述热熔胶3使用时的温度为40℃~120℃。
具体地,所述热熔胶3在使用时,还会配合使用增粘剂、粘度调节剂以及抗氧剂。
具体而言,所述热熔胶3为EVA热熔胶3。
一种双层遮阳帘的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、根据实际需求选用不同遮光率的面料层与复合层;
S2、采用热熔胶将面料层与复合层进行复合。
总而言之,本发明采用不同透光率的面料层1与复合层2,对面料层1与复合层2采用热熔胶3进行复合粘接,形成的遮阳帘可根据面料层1与复合层2的透光率达到不同的遮阳效果,从而适用于不同人群,进而提高车内人员的乘坐舒适性。

1.一种双层遮阳帘,其特征在于,所述遮阳帘用于对光线进行遮挡,所述遮阳帘为双层结构,所述遮阳帘包括面料层与复合层,所述面料层为弹性面料结构,所述面料层与所述复合层贴合,所述复合层为复合膜结构,所述复合层能够与所述面料层相配合,实现不同遮光率的遮阳效果。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层遮阳帘,其特征在于,所述面料层为涤纶面料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层遮阳帘,其特征在于,所述复合层为TPU材料膜或TPE材料膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层遮阳帘,其特征在于,所述面料层与所述复合层采用热熔胶进行粘接,所述热熔胶使用时的温度为40℃~120℃。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种双层遮阳帘,其特征在于,所述热熔胶在使用时,还会配合使用增粘剂、粘度调节剂以及抗氧剂。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种双层遮阳帘,其特征在于,所述热熔胶为EVA热熔胶。
7.一种双层遮阳帘的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、根据实际需求选用不同遮光率的面料层与复合层;
S2、采用热熔胶将面料层与复合层进行复合。
