Abstract
本发明具体涉及一种芳纶绳芯输送带,包括上覆盖层、上粘合层、中间层、下粘合层和下覆盖层,中间层包括芯胶和芳纶绳,芯胶包裹住芳纶绳,芳纶绳均匀的排布在中间层;芳纶绳由1组绳芯和6组绳股组成,其排列方式为1+6,合股方式为左向或右向,捻度为50±5转/米,绳芯为棉线,绳股为芳纶和棉线的合股线;上粘合层中设有纤维布,纤维布是由涤纶丝做经线和纬线编织而成;上覆盖层上设置有无纺布。本发明的输送带采用棉线和芳纶进行合股的芳纶绳做骨架材料,提高了织物整芯输送带的强力,避免出现芳纶绳与芯胶分离;本发明的输送带的上粘合层中设置有纤维帆布,增加了输送带的横向拉伸强度,避免出现横向撕裂现象。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于输送带领域,具体涉及一种芳纶绳芯输送带。
背景技术
目前,我国煤矿井下使用的阻燃输送带主要有两种:一种是煤矿用阻燃钢丝绳芯输送带,一种是煤矿用织物整芯阻燃输送带。阻燃钢丝绳芯输送带,以钢丝绳为经向骨架材料,耐化学腐蚀性差,自重大,耗能高,纵向易撕裂。织物整芯阻燃输送带主要采用由涤纶与棉纱的合股线为经线和纬线编织而成的整体带芯,与钢丝绳芯输送带相比,重量轻、抗撕裂性能好,但强力小。
芳纶是目前使用的有机纤维中强力最高的,且具有耐高温、防火阻燃、密度小、收缩率低、耐磨耗、耐化学腐蚀等优点,是制备高强力输送带的理想骨架材料。无锡宝通带业股份有限公司(201210396203.8)公开了一种节能型高强力芳纶输送带,由骨架层、粘合胶和上、下覆盖胶叠层结构构成,其骨架层为1-5层芳纶帆布,芳纶帆布之间用粘合胶进行层间粘合。但由于输送带层数越多越容易出现脱层问题,使用寿命也越短。现有的芳纶输送带均采用芳纶帆布做骨架材料,输送带的层数较多,很容易出现脱层问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的输送带强力低、易撕裂和易脱层的问题,本发明提供了一种芳纶绳芯输送带。本发明要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案实现:
一种芳纶绳芯橡胶输送带,包括上覆盖层、上粘合层、中间层、下粘合层和下覆盖层,所述中间层设置在输送带的中间位置,所述上粘合层位于所述中间层和上覆盖层之间,所述下粘合层位于所述中间层和下覆盖层之间;
所述中间层包括芯胶和芳纶绳,所述芯胶包裹住所述芳纶绳,所述芳纶绳均匀的排布在所述中间层;
所述芳纶绳由1组绳芯和6组绳股组成,其排列方式为1+6,合股方式为左向或右向,捻度为50±5转/米,所述绳芯为棉线,所述绳股为芳纶和棉线的合股线;
所述上粘合层中设有纤维布,所述纤维布是由涤纶丝做经线和纬线编织而成;
所述上覆盖层设置在所述上粘合层的上面,所述上覆盖层上设置有无纺布。
优选地,上述的芳纶绳芯橡胶输送带还包括边胶层,所述边胶层设置在输送带宽度方向的两端,夹装在所述上覆盖层和下覆盖层之间。
优选地,上述边胶层内添加芳纶短纤维。
优选地,上述边胶层为弧形结构。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的输送带采用芳纶绳做骨架材料,与普通织物整芯阻燃输送带相比,提高了织物整芯输送带的强力;
2、本发明的芳纶绳用棉线和芳纶进行合股,在芳纶绳中增加棉线使芳纶绳与芯胶的粘合强度增加,避免出现芳纶绳与芯胶分离;
3、本发明的输送带的上粘合层中设置有纤维帆布,增加了输送带的横向拉伸强度,避免出现横向撕裂现象。

为进一步阐述本发明达成预定目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及实施例对本发明的具体实施方式、结构特征及其功效,详细说明如下。
实施例1:
一种芳纶绳芯橡胶输送带,如图1,包括上覆盖层1、上粘合层2、中间层3、下粘合层4和下覆盖层5,中间层3设置在输送带的中间位置,上粘合层2位于中间层3和上覆盖层1之间,下粘合层4位于中间层3和下覆盖层5之间;
中间层3包括芯胶31和芳纶绳32,芯胶31包裹住芳纶绳32,芳纶绳32均匀的排布在中间层3,与普通织物整芯输送带相比,提高了输送带的强力;
芳纶绳32由1组绳芯和6组绳股组成,其排列方式为1+6,合股方式为左向或右向,捻度为50±5转/米,绳芯为棉线,绳股为芳纶和棉线的合股线,与芯胶的粘合强度增加,避免出现芳纶绳与芯胶分离;
上粘合层2中设有纤维布,纤维布是由涤纶丝做经线和纬线编织而成,纤维布增加了输送带的横向拉伸强度,避免出现横向撕裂现象;
上覆盖层1设置在上粘合层2的上面,上覆盖层1上设置有无纺布,生产过程中可以防止输送带表面产生气泡。
本发明的芳纶绳芯橡胶输送带,还包括边胶层6,边胶层6设置在输送带宽度方向的两端,夹装在上覆盖层1和下覆盖层5之间,边胶层6内添加芳纶短纤维,增加边胶层的强度,边胶层6为弧形结构,保护边胶层,减少磨损。

1.一种芳纶绳芯橡胶输送带,其特征在于,包括上覆盖层(1)、上粘合层(2)、中间层(3)、下粘合层(4)和下覆盖层(5),所述中间层(3)设置在输送带的中间位置,所述上粘合层(2)位于所述中间层(3)和上覆盖层(1)之间,所述下粘合层(4)位于所述中间层(3)和下覆盖层(5)之间;
所述中间层(3)包括芯胶(31)和芳纶绳(32),所述芯胶(31)包裹住所述芳纶绳(32),所述芳纶绳(32)均匀的排布在所述中间层(3);
所述芳纶绳(32)由1组绳芯和6组绳股组成,其排列方式为1+6,合股方式为左向或右向,捻度为50±5转/米,所述绳芯为棉线,所述绳股为芳纶和棉线的合股线;
所述上粘合层(2)中设有纤维布,所述纤维布是由涤纶丝做经线和纬线编织而成;
所述上覆盖层(1)设置在所述上粘合层(2)的上面,所述上覆盖层(1)上设置有无纺布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的芳纶绳芯橡胶输送带,其特征在于,还包括边胶层(6),所述边胶层(6)设置在输送带宽度方向的两端,夹装在所述上覆盖层(1)和下覆盖层(5)之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的芳纶绳芯橡胶输送带,其特征在于,所述边胶层(6)内添加芳纶短纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的芳纶绳芯橡胶输送带,其特征在于,所述边胶层(6)为弧形结构。
