技术领域
本发明涉及磁性材料领域,尤其涉及一种柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
用于印刷行业的磁性膜片材料,因为结合了可印刷和磁性功能,给广告、装修等行业的产品带来了升级换代,相应的印刷耗材要能适合UV、溶剂、弱溶剂的印刷方式。但是随着印刷业latex印刷的出现,对印刷耗材提出了更高的要求,因为latex油墨的固化温度较常规的UV、溶剂、弱溶剂的固化温度要高,印刷耗材必须适应这种耐温要求,同时确保印刷质量均匀、不出现晕墨的现象、不为迁就耐温而损失柔性,或者因为油墨固化温度的提升失去材料的平整性。常规的解决办法之一是在PET膜片上涂敷吸墨材料形成可印刷层,但是单凭通过涂敷的方式是无法做到吸墨层均匀且印刷层质量稳定的。
授权公告号CN203046385U,一种高平整度广告喷绘布,包括由上到下顺次设置的PVC膜层、第一黑色浆料层、PET膜层、第二黑色浆料层和PVC底膜层;所述PET膜层与PVC面膜层通过第一黑色浆料层热熔贴合,所述PET膜层与PVC底膜层通过第二黑色浆料层热熔贴合,该技术方案虽然解决了材料的平整性和均匀性,提高了印刷质量问题,但是很明显,所述材料缺乏磁性功能,柔性欠佳。
授权公告号CN204037108U,一种可被磁吸的复合胶片,包括可喷绘PVC膜层,其特征在于:所述可喷绘PVC膜层一侧表面连结有PET膜层,所述PET膜层另一侧表面连结有含超细铁粉的PVC膜层。该技术方案解决了胶片的挺度,张贴过程中不易发生弯曲或翻转,可以受磁张贴。但是该技术方案同时存在了以下的不足,超细铁粉的PVC膜层用的PVC粘接剂,该粘接剂磁粉填充量低,导致产品磁性能低,机械强度高,这些都导致了产品更挺括和更刚性,但使用时磁吸附力不高,柔性不足;超细铁粉的PVC膜层局限了只有软磁的受磁功能,即被磁体吸附的功能,缺乏永磁的磁吸功能,或者缺乏同时具备受磁、磁吸的双性磁功能。
授权公告号207954913,一种广告喷绘材料结构,包括表层、中层和底层三层结构,通过热压进行层状贴合,表层采用有附着力且光面透明的PVC胶贴;中层采用抗紫外线照射的,可进行丝网印刷、柯式印刷或电脑喷绘及刻字的白底PVC胶贴,底层采用热传导性能、表面平整的PET透明裱底胶片。该技术方案采用了PET材料和PVC材料,不仅具有抗紫外线能力强、热性能优异、收缩度小等优点,极强的附着力,同样是缺乏磁性能。
以上可见PET膜在现有印刷材料技术中通常只是作为膜片材料的支撑成分,作为骨架材料,充分利用的是它的力学性能,实现产品的挺括度,印刷耗材现有技术中也有不乏PVC膜片和PET膜片联合使用,利用PET的热性能和力学性能的例子,但是一般都是解决耐候性的问题,同时满足机械力学性能和热性能,而为了满足latex印刷的,需要满足的瞬间高温的考验,通常的办法都是增加产品整体厚度特别是PET膜片的厚度来满足温度升高带来的挑战,考虑的都是PET膜片必须具备必要的厚度,惯性思维导致没有进行更薄的尝试。本技术方案采用了逆向思维,采用更薄的PET膜片,对总厚度不能太厚的印刷材料来说,为磁性能和曲挠性留下更大的厚度空间和磁性能空间,同时产品的柔性和磁性都取得了预想不到的技术效果。
本发明提供一种柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料,依次由紧密连结的可印刷的PVC膜层、PET膜层、磁性层组成,其特征为:所述PET膜片为透明的,PET膜片层的厚度为0.005-0.08mm。
所述除磁性层,为磁性材料为填充料的改性高分子聚合物层。
所述磁性材料为填充料的改性高分子聚合物层为永磁磁粉、软磁磁粉中的至少一种为填充料的改性高分子聚合物层。
所述软磁材料为纯铁、低碳钢、铁硅系合金、铁铝系合金、铁硅铝系合金、镍铁系合金、铁钴系合金、软磁铁氧体、非晶软磁合金、微晶纳米晶软磁合金及含有部分杂质的上述材料中的至少一种。
所述永磁材料为铝镍钴永磁合金、永磁铁氧体、稀土永磁材料中的至少一种。
所述磁性材料填充料形貌为片状。
所述磁性层粘结剂为CPE、NBR、HNBR、PVC、PE、PP、POE、EVA、EAA、EEA、TPE、TPU、SEBS、SBS、IR、IIR、CR、EPDM、NR、EVA 乳液、VAE 乳液、丙苯乳液、硅丙乳液、纯丙乳液、醋丙乳液、聚氨酯乳液中的至少一种的磁性层。
所述可印刷PVC膜片层的厚度为0.05-0.20mm,所述磁性层的厚度为0.10-1.0mm。
所述紧密连结的方式为:可印刷PVC膜层与PET膜层的紧密连结方式为固化胶、不干胶、热熔胶贴合; PET膜层与磁性层的紧密连结方式为涂敷、流延、丝印或者固化胶、不干胶、热熔胶贴合中的一种。
所述磁性层的另外一侧可以由里往外依次设置同样紧密连结的PET膜片层和可印刷PVC层。
所述磁性层另外一侧可以设置uv保护层。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)磁性层的制备:把磁性粉体、粘接剂、助剂按一定配比配料、混料、成型,成型方式包括压延、流延、涂敷、挤出。
2)覆合:可印刷PVC膜片与PET膜片使用固化胶贴合,等到完全固化后,再将PVC/PET复合膜PET面与磁性层使用固化胶贴合。
本发明的有益效果:
本技术方案PET膜厚度范围只有0.005-0.08mm,同比相同结构的产品,更薄,保证了产品的柔性,降低材料成本的同时,为磁性层提供了厚度空间,从而使产品的磁性能得以更好的发挥,更好地满足印刷材料的厚度要求。
本技术方案通过利用PET膜片的耐温性和力学性能,虽然更薄了,但依然能保证柔性膜片磁性材料Latex印刷,不因为需要更高的油墨固化温度,导致产品因印刷温度的提高,产品变软变形影响印刷质量。
本技术方案具体实施例采用CPE为粘接剂,较PVC,含粉量高,磁性膜有更多的柔性,可以达到更高的磁性能和磁吸力。
本技术方案通过可印刷PVC膜片解决单纯涂敷方式吸墨层的不均匀问题。
本技术方案通用性强,还适合弱溶剂、溶剂、UV的固化方式,适合数码印刷、喷绘、胶印等印刷方式。

如图1所示,一种柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料由紧密相连的可印刷的PVC膜层、PET膜层、磁性层组成;所述PET膜片层为透明的、厚度为0.01mm;所述磁性层,粘接剂为CPE、片状永磁异性铁氧体磁粉为填料的改性高分子聚合物层;所述可印刷的PVC膜层与PET膜层的紧密连结方式为固化胶贴合;PET膜层与磁性层的紧密相连方式固化胶贴合;所述可印刷PVC膜片层的厚度为0.08mm,磁性层的厚度为0.30mm,所述柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料的总厚度为0.39mm。
所述一种柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:

以上成品取3m*1m尺寸,任取10片过Latex印刷,检测印刷质量和平整度。
以上成品线性多极充磁,磁距为1.5mm,测量与面积10cm2、厚度5mm的圆铁板(软磁体)的吸力,结果汇总记录如下表:
本实施例结论:尽管PET膜层厚度只有0.01mm,一样可以完成Latex印刷,且本实施例产品曲挠性好,具备吸附软磁和双性磁(见实施例2)功能。
实施例2:
如图1所示,一种柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料由紧密相连的可印刷的PVC膜层、PET膜层、磁性层组成;所述PET膜片层为透明的、厚度为0.04mm;所述磁性层,粘接剂为CPE,片状永磁异性铁氧体磁粉和片状软磁铁硅铝粉为填充料的改性高分子聚合物层;所述可印刷PVC膜片层与PET膜层的紧密相连的方式为固化胶贴合;PET膜层与磁性层的紧密相连方式固化胶贴合;PVC膜片层的厚度为0.08mm,所述磁性层的厚度为0.6mm,所述柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料的总厚度为0.72mm。
所述一种柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1.磁性层的制作:按以下比例配料、混料、压延成型;

2.覆合:厚度0.04mm的PET膜片通过固化胶与可印刷PVC膜贴合,等到完全固化后,再将PVC/PET复合膜PET面与磁胶使用固化胶贴合。
以上成品裁切成片材3m*1m大小,任取10片过Latex喷绘,检测印刷质量和平整度。
以上成品线性多极充磁,磁距为1.5mm,测量与面积10cm2,厚度5mm的圆铁板(软磁体)的吸力、和实施例1的互吸、磁性能,结果记录如下表。
备注:
吸力波动百分比=(最大值-最小值)*100/最大值(下同)
磁胶对吸错磁路吸力是指:以上制得充磁成品,一片磁胶的N极和另一片实施例1的磁胶的S极完全对应后加以旋转,记录所测最小值。
磁胶完全对磁路吸力是指:以上制得充磁成品,一片磁胶的N极和另一片实施例1的磁胶的S极完全对应,因此,两片磁胶的吸附力最大。
实施例2的数据记录
实施例2磁性能的检测
本实施例结论:尽管PET膜片的厚度只有0.04mm,一样可以完成Latex完成印刷,而且本实施例产品曲挠性好,实现更全面的磁性能,有导磁率,可以受磁和可以磁吸,即可以吸附软磁、永磁、自吸。
实施例3:
如图1所示,一种柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料由紧密相连的可印刷的PVC膜层、PET膜层、磁性层组成;所述PET膜片层为透明的、厚度为0.005mm;所述磁性层,粘接剂为CPE,片状铁硅铝软磁为填充料的改性高分子聚合物层;所述可印刷PVC膜层与PET膜层的紧密连结的方式为固化胶贴合; PET膜层与磁性层的紧密连结方式固化胶贴合;PVC膜片层的厚度为0.08mm,所述磁性层的厚度为0.30mm,所述柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料的总厚度为0.385mm。
所述一种柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1.磁性层的制作:按比例配料、混料、压延成型;

以上成品裁切成片材3m*1m纸大小,任取10片过Latex印刷,检测印刷质量和平整度。
检测导磁率,结果汇总记录如下:
本实施例结论:虽然PET膜片层的厚度只有0.005mm,但产品依然可以完成Latex印刷,且本实施例产品曲挠性好,可以作受磁体,即被永磁吸附。
Claims (9)
1.一种柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料,依次由紧密连结的可印刷的PVC膜层、PET膜层、磁性层组成,其特征为:所述PET膜片为透明的,PET膜片层的厚度为0.005-0.08mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料,其特征在于:所述磁性层,为磁性材料为填充料的柔性改性高分子聚合物层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料,其特征在于:所述磁性材料为填充料的改性高分子聚合物层为永磁磁粉、软磁磁粉中的至少一种为填充料的改性高分子聚合物层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料,其特征在于:所述磁性材料填充料形貌为片状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料,其特征在于:所述可印刷PVC膜片层的厚度为0.05-0.20mm,所述磁性层的厚度为0.10-1.0mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料,其特征在于:所述紧密连结的方式为:可印刷PVC膜层与PET膜层的紧密连结方式为固化胶、不干胶、热熔胶贴合;PET膜层与磁性层的紧密连结方式为涂敷、流延、丝印或者固化胶、不干胶、热熔胶贴合中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料,其特征在于:所述磁性层的另外一侧可以依次由里往外设置同样紧密连结的PET膜片层和可印刷PVC层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料,其特征在于:所述磁性层另外一侧可以设置uv保护层。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性耐温可印刷磁性膜片材料,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下步骤:
磁性层的制备:把磁性粉体、粘接剂、助剂按一定配比配料、混料、成型,成型方式包括压延、流延、涂敷、挤出;
覆合:可印刷PVC膜片与PET膜片使用固化胶贴合,等到完全固化后,再将PVC/PET复合膜PET面与磁性层使用固化胶贴合。
