Abstract

本发明属于海洋食品机械加工领域,具体涉及一种可变形状大小的海带块切割装置。该装置包括驱动电缸、球型连接器、刀板、刀体、刀板旋转销、刀板旋转槽、弹簧销、送料伺服电机、弹簧、弹簧槽、机架、传送带、旋转槽顶丝、旋转槽架和托料盘。机架前、后共两个;刀板下表面与刀体固定连接,刀板旋转销在刀板旋转槽中的旋转带动刀体在水平方向‑30°~+30°间旋转,前、后两个刀体依次切割,从而改变海带切块的四边形;驱动电缸提供动力由球型连接器驱动刀板上下运动,带动刀体往复运动完成对海带的切块;通过调整送料伺服电机的转速改变传送带的送料速度,改变海带切块的大小。本发明自动化程度高,节约空间和大量人力,适合在海产品加工领域推广使用。

技术领域
本发明属于海洋食品机械加工领域,具体涉及一种可变形状大小的海带块切割装置。
背景技术
目前,国内消费者在饮食的消费上越来越注重餐桌的便利性,尤其是针对食品加工企业,高质高效的食品加工设备越来越被广泛的应用。我国海带的年产量约占海水养殖总产量的60%,大约二十万吨左右。随着商品化、熟食化的日益发展,其自动化切割已成为重要的加工环节。由于海带在食用前,尤其是吃火锅前需要对其切割成规则块状,目前,国内的海带加工企业和餐饮业仍然依靠人工将海带切割成块状,国内还没有一款对不同形状大小海带块切割加工的专用设备。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术中上述的不足,提供了一种可变形状大小的海带块切割装置。
可变形状大小的海带块切割装置与海带切块工艺完全不同,可变形状大小的海带块切割装置可以根据餐饮行业不同的需求切出形状可变、大小可变的海带块,鉴于已有技术存在的空白,本发明是要提供一种针对海带块可变形状大小切割生产效率高的专用设备。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
一种可变形状大小的海带块切割装置,包括驱动电缸1、球型连接器2、刀板3、刀体4、刀板旋转销5、刀板旋转槽6、弹簧销7、送料伺服电机8、弹簧9、弹簧槽10、机架11、传送带12、旋转槽顶丝13、旋转槽架14和托料盘15;
所述机架11为门字形框架,前、后共两个,机架11顶端设有通孔,两侧内部分别设有上下两个弹簧槽10;弹簧槽10内设弹簧9,弹簧9一端固定在弹簧槽10内,另一端与弹簧销7连接;所述弹簧销7安装在旋转槽架14两端,带动旋转槽架14在弹簧9的作用下沿弹簧槽10上下往复运动;所述旋转槽架14上设有刀板旋转槽6,刀板旋转槽6为水平方向60°的圆弧形槽;所述刀板旋转销5一端置于刀板旋转槽6中,通过旋转槽顶丝13与旋转槽架14连接,另一端固定在刀板3侧面;所述刀板3下表面与刀体4固定连接,刀板旋转销5在刀板旋转槽6中的旋转带动刀体4在水平方向-30°~+30°间旋转,前、后两个刀体4依次切割,从而改变海带切块的四边形形状;确定刀体4的旋转角度后,旋紧旋转槽顶丝13,实现对刀体4的周向定位;刀板3上端安装有球形连接器2;
所述驱动电缸1为推杆式电缸,底端固定在机架11上,驱动电缸1的推杆穿过机架11顶端的通孔,推杆底端与球形连接器2螺纹连接;驱动电缸1提供动力由球型连接器2驱动刀板3上下运动,从而带动刀体4沿弹簧槽10上下往复运动完成对海带的切块;
所述传送带12从两个机架11中间穿过,两端绕在送料伺服电机8上,通过调整送料伺服电机8的转速改变传送带12的送料速度,从而改变海带切块的大小;送料伺服电机8安装在机架11上;在刀体4对应传送带12的下方设有托料盘15,托料盘15与机架11连接,用来支撑在传送带12上刀体4切割海带的垂直切割力。
本发明的有益效果为:自动化程度高,只需配套两个电缸,节约空间和大量人力,工作效率高,制造成本低,适合在海产品加工领域推广使用。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件、具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能解释为对本发明的限制。
一种可变形状大小的海带块切割装置,包括驱动电缸1、球型连接器2、刀板3、刀体4、刀板旋转销5、刀板旋转槽6、弹簧销7、送料伺服电机8、弹簧9、弹簧槽10、机架11、传送带12、旋转槽顶丝13、旋转槽架14和托料盘15;
所述机架11为门字形框架,前、后共两个,机架11顶端设有通孔,两侧内部分别设有上下两个弹簧槽10;弹簧槽10内设弹簧9,弹簧9一端固定在弹簧槽10内,另一端与弹簧销7连接;所述弹簧销7安装在旋转槽架14两端,带动旋转槽架14在弹簧9的作用下沿弹簧槽10上下往复运动;所述旋转槽架14上设有刀板旋转槽6,刀板旋转槽6为水平方向60°的圆弧形槽;所述刀板旋转销5一端置于刀板旋转槽6中,通过旋转槽顶丝13与旋转槽架14连接,另一端固定在刀板3侧面;所述刀板3下表面与刀体4固定连接,刀板旋转销5在刀板旋转槽6中的旋转带动刀体4在水平方向-30°~+30°间旋转,前、后两个刀体4依次切割,从而改变海带切块的四边形形状;确定刀体4的旋转角度后,旋紧旋转槽顶丝13,实现对刀体4的周向定位;刀板3上端安装有球形连接器2;
所述驱动电缸1为推杆式电缸,底端固定在机架11上,驱动电缸1的推杆穿过机架11顶端的通孔,推杆底端与球形连接器2螺纹连接;驱动电缸1提供动力由球型连接器2驱动刀板3上下运动,从而带动刀体4沿弹簧槽10上下往复运动完成对海带的切块;
所述传送带12从两个机架11中间穿过,两端绕在送料伺服电机8上,通过调整送料伺服电机8的转速改变传送带12的送料速度,从而改变海带切块的大小;送料伺服电机8安装在机架11上;在刀体4对应传送带12的下方设有托料盘15,托料盘15与机架11连接,用来支撑在传送带12上刀体4切割海带的垂直切割力;
使用时,通过刀板旋转销5调整刀体4旋转角度,由旋转槽顶丝13固定;将带切割大海带放在传送带12上,由送料伺服电机8驱动传送带12有右向左(如图2、3所示)输送海带至托料盘15处,驱动电缸1驱动刀板3带动刀体4沿弹簧槽10(如图1所示)向下切割海带,如图2、3所示,同理,左侧刀体同右侧刀体结构和切割方式相同,通过改变送料伺服电机8的传送速度,从而改变海带块的形状大小,以此循环操作。
通过调整前、后刀体的角度改变海带块的形状,通过调整输送速度控制海带块的体积大小。

Claims (1)

1.一种可变形状大小的海带块切割装置,其特征在于,所述的可变形状大小的海带块切割装置包括驱动电缸(1)、球型连接器(2)、刀板(3)、刀体(4)、刀板旋转销(5)、刀板旋转槽(6)、弹簧销(7)、送料伺服电机(8)、弹簧(9)、弹簧槽(10)、机架(11)、传送带(12)、旋转槽顶丝(13)、旋转槽架(14)和托料盘(15);
所述机架(11)为门字形框架,前、后共两个,机架(11)顶端设有通孔,两侧内部分别设有上下两个弹簧槽(10);弹簧槽(10)内设弹簧(9),弹簧(9)一端固定在弹簧槽(10)内,另一端与弹簧销(7)连接;所述弹簧销(7)安装在旋转槽架(14)两端,带动旋转槽架(14)在弹簧(9)的作用下沿弹簧槽(10)上下往复运动;所述旋转槽架(14)上设有刀板旋转槽(6),刀板旋转槽(6)为水平方向60°的圆弧形槽;所述刀板旋转销(5)一端置于刀板旋转槽(6)中,通过旋转槽顶丝(13)与旋转槽架(14)连接,另一端固定在刀板(3)侧面;所述刀板(3)下表面与刀体(4)固定连接,刀板旋转销(5)在刀板旋转槽(6)中的旋转带动刀体(4)在水平方向-30°~+30°间旋转,前、后两个刀体(4)依次切割,从而改变海带切块的四边形形状;确定刀体(4)的旋转角度后,旋紧旋转槽顶丝(13),实现对刀体(4)的周向定位;刀板(3)上端安装有球形连接器(2);
所述驱动电缸(1)为推杆式电缸,底端固定在机架(11)上,驱动电缸(1)的推杆穿过机架(11)顶端的通孔,推杆底端与球形连接器(2)螺纹连接;驱动电缸(1)提供动力由球型连接器(2)驱动刀板(3)上下运动,从而带动刀体(4)沿弹簧槽(10)上下往复运动完成对海带的切块;
所述传送带(12)从两个机架(11)中间穿过,两端绕在送料伺服电机(8)上,通过调整送料伺服电机(8)的转速改变传送带(12)的送料速度,从而改变海带切块的大小;送料伺服电机(8)安装在机架(11)上;在刀体(4)对应传送带(12)的下方设有托料盘(15),托料盘(15)与机架(11)连接,用来支撑在传送带(12)上刀体(4)切割海带时的垂直切割力。
