本发明公开了一种甲壳素止血、止痛棉的制备方法,包括下列步骤:(1)选用新鲜甲壳素,充分洗净后离心脱水,晒干备用;(2)脱钙;(3)脱蛋白质;(4)脱乙酰;(5)烘干后冷却,粉碎,筛去不成棉花状的粉沫;(6)杀菌后包装。本发明提供一种新颖的甲壳素止血、止痛棉,由于本品分子量高(低的被筛分去)止血、止痛效果特别显著。

一种甲壳素止血、止痛棉的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种甲壳素止血、止痛棉的制备方法。
背景技术
甲壳素止血、止痛的技术已被广泛应用,但都是粉沫状,或加工成甲壳素海棉,甲壳素人造皮肤及甲壳素纤维,这些都已见并大量生产,经过加工的这些产品均已变为较小的分子量,效果不理想,粉状产品效果虽然很好,但使用时不大方便,在使用过程中容易散落。
甲壳素止血、止痛棉使用方法,效果十分显著,一般不太大的伤口,1-2分钟便可止血、止痛,伤口深或长的也只要4-5分钟即可止血、止痛,特别对青少年的外伤更明显,愈后不留疤痕或疤痕很淡,几个月后会完全消失。
目前尚未见有这种甲壳素止血、止痛棉的报道。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种甲壳素止血、止痛棉的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明提供的一种甲壳素止血、止痛棉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
(1)选用新鲜甲壳素,充分洗净后离心脱水,晒干备用;
(2)脱钙:用低浓度HCL,浓度不大于5%,温度应不低于25℃,因此选择秋冬季为宜,最大限度保护甲壳质少降解或不降解。
(3)脱蛋白质:充分水洗后离心脱水,然后在70℃温度下用质量百分数是2%的NaOH溶液脱蛋白质4-6小时,充分搅拌;
(4)脱乙酰:充分水洗后用离心机脱水,在质量百分数是25%的NaOH溶液中脱乙酰,温度控制在80℃,使脱乙酰度达到40-45%,然后水洗至中性,离心脱水,低温烘干;
(5)烘干后冷却,粉碎,筛去不成棉花状的粉沫;
(6)杀菌后包装。
进一步的,步骤(5)烘干后冷却后,加入瓜尔胶,甲壳素和瓜尔胶的质量比为10:0.5-3。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供一种新颖的甲壳素止血、止痛棉,由于本品分子量高(低的被筛分去)止血、止痛效果特别显著。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供一种甲壳素止血、止痛棉的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)选用新鲜甲壳素,充分洗净后离心脱水,晒干备用;
(2)脱钙:用低浓度HCL,浓度不大于5%,温度应不低于25℃,因此选择秋冬季为宜,最大限度保护甲壳质少降解或不降解。
(3)脱蛋白质:充分水洗后离心脱水,然后在70℃温度下用质量百分数是2%的NaOH溶液脱蛋白质4-6小时,充分搅拌;

步骤(5)烘干后冷却后,加入瓜尔胶,甲壳素和瓜尔胶的质量比为10:0.5-3。
实施例2 应用实例
(1):某妇女不慎从楼梯上跌下来,右腿胫骨面被撕裂,伤口长达15cm,用此甲壳棉后2-3分(按压)即止血,同时止痛。(据伤者口述,开始时疼痛剧烈,上了止血棉后逐渐减轻,也不知道何时不痛,但时间不会超过5分钟);
(2):在实验室里于某不小心被浓碱(NaOH)烧伤,开始还无知觉,发现疼痛后已烧伤,立即用水冲洗干净,也不用双氧水消毒(来不及),直接用甲壳棉摁上,第二天发现完全好了,既不见甲壳棉,也未疤痕;
(3):张某骑自行车右手肘部擦伤10´8创面,去医院一星期未愈,后来用双氧水消毒后摁上甲壳棉,仍用纱布包扎,经过30小时后准备重新换药,发现伤口已好,甲壳棉也不见了(被吸收了)。

Claims (2)

1.一种甲壳素止血、止痛棉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
(1)选用新鲜甲壳素,充分洗净后离心脱水,晒干备用;
(2)脱钙:用低浓度HCL,浓度不大于5%,温度应不低于25℃,因此选择秋冬季为宜,最大限度保护甲壳质少降解或不降解;
(3)脱蛋白质:充分水洗后离心脱水,然后在70℃温度下用质量百分数是2%的NaOH溶液脱蛋白质4-6小时,充分搅拌;
(4)脱乙酰:充分水洗后用离心机脱水,在质量百分数是25%的NaOH溶液中脱乙酰,温度控制在80℃,使脱乙酰度达到40-45%,然后水洗至中性,离心脱水,低温烘干;

2.根据权利要求1所述的甲壳素止血、止痛棉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)烘干后冷却后,加入瓜尔胶,甲壳素和瓜尔胶的质量比为10:0.5-3。
