Abstract

本发明涉及二次电池用卷绕机,是在分割成四个的卷绕机叶片的两侧边缘面上设置具有弹性的滚轮,在卷绕机上卷绕电池电极以后,使完成的电极从卷绕机脱离时,减少电极和卷绕机叶片之间的摩擦,使电极从卷绕机柔和地脱离而使电极的卷绕状态不散乱、保持完整。本发明是由位于卷芯中央的一对夹钳;卷绕在所述夹钳的外面且剖面为椭圆形态,并分割成四个形成的叶片;在所述夹钳和叶片之间结合在所述叶片内侧的机体构成的二次电池用卷绕机。所述叶片中叶片的边缘面上将具有张力的滚轮相面对地设置而构成。

二次电池用卷绕机
技术领域
本发明涉及二次电池用卷绕机,具体是,在分割成四个的卷绕机叶片的两侧边缘面上设置具有弹性的滚轮,在卷绕机上卷绕电极以后,使完成的电极从卷绕机脱离时,减少电极和卷绕机叶片之间的摩擦,使电极从卷绕机柔和地脱离而使电极的卷绕状态不散乱、保持完整。
背景技术
电池通常分为一次电池和二次电池,而二次电池(secondary battery)与不可充电的一次电池不同,可以充电和放电,因此广泛应用于便携式电话、笔记本电脑、摄影机等尖端电池设备领域。
尤其锂二次电池的启动电压为36V,比常用于电子装备电源的镍-镉电池或镍-氢电池高三倍,每单位重量的能量密度高而迅速得到普及。
所述锂二次电池将锂系氧化物作为正极活性物质使用,将碳材料作为负极活性物质使用,锂二次电池可制造形状多种,其中圆筒形、角形和袋状等形状比较普遍。
锂二次电池包括电极组件,以及收容电极组件的锂二次电池用壳、注入锂二次电池用壳内侧使锂离子移动的电解液。
电极组件夹进正极片和负极片,以及正极片和负极片之间防止短路且电解液或离子可移动的隔板组成。
之前是在卷绕机上将二次电池用电极卷绕后使电极从卷绕机脱离时,电极和卷绕机叶片之间产生摩擦,电极的卷绕状容易被破坏而导致电极的产品发生不良。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种在分割成四个的卷绕机叶片的两侧边缘面上设置具有弹性的滚轮,在卷绕机上卷绕二次电池用电极以后,使电极从卷绕机上脱离时,减少电极和卷绕机叶片之间的摩擦,使电极不散乱以完整状态从卷绕机脱离的二次电池用卷绕机。
技术方案
本发明是在分割成四个的卷绕机叶片的两侧边缘面上分别设置具有张力的滚轮,使电极从卷绕机脱离时,设置在叶片边缘面上的滚轮受到张力移动,使电极保持卷绕形态同时脱离。
有益效果
本发明的二次电池用卷绕机由卷芯的芯体以及将叶片分割成四个的卷绕机,其有益效果在于,在卷绕机两侧叶片的边缘面上设置具有弹性的滚轮,在卷绕机上卷绕电池电极以后,使电极从卷绕机脱离时,电极与卷绕机叶片之间不产生摩擦,使电极从卷绕机柔和地脱离而制造出电极的卷绕状态不散乱的产品。

下面结合图1详述本发明实施例的卷绕机。
图1是本发明实施例的卷绕装置中卷芯的透视图,图2是本发明实施例的卷绕机的剖视图,图3是显示滚轮部分的剖视图。作为包括一对夹钳7;卷绕在所述夹钳7的外面且剖面为椭圆形并分割成四个形成的叶片2,4,8,9;在所述夹钳7和叶片2,4,8,9之间结合在所述叶片内侧的机体6构成的二次电池用卷绕机,在所述叶片2,4的边缘面上将具有张力的滚轮3,5相面对设置而构成。
图3是显示本发明的叶片2,4的各滚轮3,5中如滚轮5的剖面,叶片2的边缘面上设有具有张力的滚轮5,所述滚轮5以中心轴5a为中心被可移动地设置,所述移动轴5a是支撑在托架11内的支架5b的同时所述支架5b的下部被设有弹簧5c而构成。
下面说明如上所述构成的本发明所具作用。
本发明作为将二次电池用电极卷绕而制造的卷绕机,四个叶片2,4,8,9以夹钳7为中心在一定间隔内被可移动地设置,电极被卷绕在所述叶片2,4,8,9的外周面而制成电极组件1。
所述叶片2,4,8,9的外周面上卷绕的电极的卷绕完成以后,从叶片2,4,8,9脱离而只剩下电极本身,所述的电极脱离时,叶片2,4的边缘面和电极之间相互产生摩擦,因此电极形态不是直接脱离,而是容易散乱,给产品造成瑕疵。
因此本发明如图所示,在叶片2,4边缘面上将滚轮3,5弹性设置,电极脱离时所述滚轮3,5受到张力移动,从而减少电极和叶片2,4之间的摩擦。
就是说,电极卷绕于卷绕机时,因在卷绕机的叶片2,4边缘面上凸出的滚轮3,5而使电极被卷绕同时保留稍微凸出的滚轮3,5程度的间隔。
所述滚轮3,5是如果是图3所示的滚轮5,则中心轴5a被支撑在支架5b上,所述支架5b被弹性设置在托架11内的弹簧5c上,滚轮5被施加力量时,弹簧5c压缩,滚轮5向下部弹性移动,施加到滚轮5的力量被释放以后,弹簧5c重新恢复而滚轮5回到原位。
因此被卷绕的电极被卷绕完以后,若想使电极脱离卷绕机,则在叶片2,4的边缘面上被弹簧设置的滚轮3,5被电极压住,弹簧5c压缩并移到叶片2,4的内侧而产生移动程度的空间,减少电极和叶片之间的摩擦而使电极从叶片上容易脱离。
如上所述,电极与叶片2,4无摩擦的同时从卷绕机脱离以后,被电极压住的力量会消失,因此被压缩的弹簧5c恢复,滚轮5重新向上方移动而恢复原位。

Claims (2)

1.一种二次电池用卷绕机,其特征在于,
作为由位于卷芯中央的一对夹钳(7);卷绕在所述夹钳(7)的外面的叶片,所述叶片的剖面为椭圆形态,其中,叶片被分割为第一叶片(2)、第二叶片(4)、第三叶片(8)和第四叶片(9);在所述夹钳(7)和所述叶片之间结合在所述叶片内侧的机体(6)构成的二次电池用卷绕机;
在相对设置的所述第一叶片(2)、第二叶片(4)的边缘面上,具有张力的第一滚轮(3)、第二滚轮(5)分别相面对地设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的二次电池用卷绕机,其特征在于,
所述第二滚轮(5)以中心轴(5a)为中心被可移动地设置,所述中心轴(5a)被支撑在托架
(11)内的支架(5b)上,同时所述支架(5b)的下部有弹簧(5c)被弹性设置而构成。
