Abstract

Description
本发明涉及车辆玻璃板,其透光率通过施加电压可变,特别地,其可在透明状态和混浊或不透明状态之间切换。
此类玻璃板——也称为PDLC玻璃(英语:smart glazing)或智能玻璃——含有PDLC层(PDLC = 聚合物分散液晶)作为活性层,其用于使该玻璃板可在透明状态和混浊或不透明状态之间切换。
所述PDLC层包含聚合物基质,其中嵌入液晶微滴,其位于两个透明导电层(电极)之间并且可以在其上施加电场。在没有电场的情况下,该液晶微滴不定向,这导致玻璃板的混浊或不透明状态。在施加电场时,该液晶微滴在同一方向上定向,并且该PDLC层变得透明。这一操作是可逆的。
PDLC玻璃例如用作建筑物的窗户。在建筑物中,通常使用多个例如6 mm的厚玻璃板。常见的是具有三个玻璃板的体系,这些玻璃板通过空腔分隔。PDLC层可以在此类玻璃板中层压在传统玻璃板和额外玻璃板之间、贴合在内部玻璃板上或改装地(retro-fit)贴合到内侧上。

通过调节更大区域中的液晶微滴或悬浮体微滴的尺寸,电晕尺寸减小。通过使用具有相当大标准偏差,即不均匀颗粒尺寸分布的液晶微滴或悬浮体微滴,电晕中的颜色之间的对比度减小,以使得颜色褪色且任选完全消失。

本发明的车辆玻璃板或PDLC层或SPD层可以可逆地在透明状态和混浊或不透明状态之间切换,即该玻璃板的光散射可以可变地调节。为此,该车辆玻璃板通过导电层与可开关的电压源连接。
在混浊或不透明状态下,透光率降低,以使得车辆玻璃板变得不透明,即不透视,或者混浊,即透视减少。

本发明的车辆玻璃板具有PDLC层或SPD层。该PDLC层包括或是聚合物基质,其中嵌入液晶微滴,其中该液晶微滴的平均尺寸为大于2 µm,其中该平均尺寸的相对标准偏差优选为大于30%。所述液晶微滴是一种或多种液晶化合物的液体微滴。所述SPD层包括或是聚合物基质,其中嵌入悬浮体微滴,在该悬浮微微滴中悬浮着光偏振颗粒,其中所述悬浮体微滴的平均尺寸为大于2 µm,其中该平均尺寸的相对标准偏差优选为大于30%。所述悬浮体微滴是悬浮液的微滴,其中悬浮着光偏振颗粒。
所述液晶微滴或悬浮体微滴的平均尺寸可以例如为最多30 µm,但是优选为不大于12 µm。在一个优选的实施方案中,所述液晶微滴或悬浮体微滴的平均尺寸为3至10 µm,更优选为4至8 µm。这在进一步减小的电晕方面是有利的。所述液晶微滴或悬浮体微滴的平均尺寸的相对标准偏差优选为大于30%和/或不大于80%。
所述平均尺寸在此基于算数平均值。作为微滴尺寸分布量度的相对标准偏差在此如常见那样是以百分率示出的算数平均值标准偏差与算数平均值的商。所述相对标准偏差也称为变异系数。
在PDLC层中的液晶微滴或在SPD层中的悬浮体微滴的平均尺寸和标准偏差在此是如下的平均尺寸和标准偏差,其通过在PDLC层或SPD层的截面的扫描电子显微镜(REM)照片中测量至少50个液晶微滴或悬浮体微滴的直径和通过计算在该照片上测量的直径和标准偏差的算术平均值测得。当照片中的微滴不是球形时,选择主轴直径(最大直径)。应注意的是,液晶微滴或悬浮体微滴是介晶液体,其在建立PDLC层或SPD层的截面时从聚合物基质流出,以使得事实上测量留在该聚合物基质中的对应于流出微滴形状和尺寸的空腔。
PDLC层的液晶微滴可以含有一种或多种液晶化合物。可以使用常见的液晶。存在商业中可得的一系列不同体系。合适液晶的实例例如描述在EP 0 564 869 A1和EP 0 598086 A1中。同样合适的例如是由Merck公司以名称MDA-00-3506销售的产品,其含有4-((4-乙基-2,6-二氟苯基)-乙炔基)-4'-丙基联苯和2-氟-4,4'-双-(反式-4-丙基环己基)-联苯的混合物。在一个优选的实施方案中,所述液晶微滴在环境温度(23°C)下是向列的。任选地,其还具有正性介电各向异性。
在一个优选实施方案中,PDLC层中的液晶微滴含量为40-70重量%,更优选50-70重量%,基于液晶微滴和聚合物基质的聚合物的总质量计。除了该液晶微滴和聚合物基质外,PDLC层可以含有其它成分,例如由玻璃或塑料的非导电材料制成的间隔件。所述间隔件优选是透明的。
所述SPD层的悬浮体微滴包含液体悬浮体的微滴,其中悬浮着光偏振颗粒。此类体系例如描述在EP 0551138 A1中。
关于聚合物基质的下列说明既适用于PDLC层的聚合物基质,也适用于SPD层的聚合物基质,除非另外说明。所述聚合物基质优选是透明的。该聚合物基质优选通过热聚合或光聚合获得。该聚合物基质可以例如由一种或多种乙烯基-或(甲基)丙烯酸酯-单体和任选乙烯基-或(甲基)丙烯酸酯-低聚物制成的聚合物、环氧树脂或氨基甲酸酯树脂形成。该聚合物基质优选是(甲基)丙烯酸酯-聚合物基质。(甲基)丙烯酸酯表示丙烯酸酯和/或甲基丙烯酸酯。乙烯基-或(甲基)丙烯酸酯-单体及其低聚物的实例是单(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、N-取代的丙烯酰胺、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、苯乙烯及其衍生物、乙烯基氯、聚酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯、环氧(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯和聚醚(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
优选地,所述聚合物基质是至少一种单官能乙烯基化合物,优选丙烯酸酯单体或甲基丙烯酸酯单体、至少一种二官能乙烯基化合物,优选二丙烯酸酯单体或二甲基丙烯酸酯单体,和任选至少一种单-、二-或多官能乙烯基低聚物,优选丙烯酸酯低聚物或甲基丙烯酸酯低聚物的聚合物。
用于制备聚合物基质的合适的单体混合物包含例如30-95重量%的至少一种单官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯-单体、1-60重量%的至少一种二官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯-单体和1-50重量%的至少一种单-、二-或多官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯-低聚物,基于所述单体和低聚物的总重量计。
已经研发了各种技术,以获得具有聚合物基质与嵌入其中的液晶微滴的PDLC层,根据所用的材料使用所述液晶微滴。所述技术包括热诱导相分离(TIPS)、溶剂诱导相分离(SIPS)和聚合诱导相分离(PIPS)。在PIPS的情况下,聚合可以通过热或光化学方式,例如通过UV辐射来诱导。PIPS通常是优选的技术。
当聚合物前体材料,例如上述单体、低聚物或树脂与液晶化合物可混溶时,可以使用聚合诱导相分离(PIPS)。在液晶和聚合物前体材料的均匀混合后,引发聚合,以诱导相分离。在聚合时,液晶在生长聚合物网络中的溶解度降低,直至在形成的基质中形成生长液晶微滴并且聚合物开始胶凝。微滴的微滴尺寸、尺寸分布和形态在微滴形成和聚合物胶凝之间的时间过程中确定。重要因素是聚合速率、材料相对浓度、温度、液晶类型和所用聚合物和各种其它物理,例如粘度、液晶在该聚合物中的溶解度。
热诱导相分离(TIPS)可以用于液晶材料和热塑性材料,其能够在高于聚合物熔点时形成均匀溶液。所述液晶在热塑性熔体中的均匀溶液在低于该热塑性材料熔点时冷却,由此导致液晶的相分离。该液晶的微滴和分布例如可以通过冷却速率和材料参数设定。
在溶剂诱导相分离(SIPS)的情况中,液晶和热塑性材料溶于溶剂中。随后的溶剂蒸发导致液晶的相分离、微滴形成和生长和聚合物胶凝。
所述PDLC层的厚度可以例如为5至40 µm,优选10至25 µm。所述SPD层的厚度可以例如为50至150 µm,优选80至110 µm。
关于导电层的下列说明既适用于布置在PDLC层的两面上的导电层,也适用于布置在SPD层的两面上的导电层,除非另外说明。所述导电层优选是透明的。所述导电层形成电极,其与PDLC层或SPD层接触,并在本发明玻璃板中如此构型,以使得其可以与电压源连接。
所述导电层可以含有透明的导电氧化物(TCO),即既良好导电也在可见光中透明的材料。实例是掺锡的氧化铟(ITO)、掺锑或掺氟的氧化锡(SnO2:F)或掺铝的氧化锌(ZnO:Al),其中优选是ITO。基于ITO的导电层可以例如具有50至200欧/方的表面电阻。
基于所述透明导电氧化物(TCO)的导电层的厚度优选为50至100 nm。已知的涂覆技术例如是通过磁场辅助的阴极溅射、蒸镀、溶胶-凝胶法或气相沉积(CVD)。
导电层还可以是金属层,优选薄层或薄层堆叠体。合适金属例如是Ag、Al、Pd、Cu、Pd、Pt、In、Mo、Au。这些金属涂层被称为TCC(透明导电涂层)。单层的常见厚度为2至50 nm。
在顶面和底面上分别具有导电层的非常多样化的PDLC层和SPD层是商业可得的。通常,PDLC层和SPD层的这两个导电层施加在由聚合物薄膜构成的基底上。该聚合物薄膜可以例如是聚酯薄膜,优选聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜。此类复合体可以用于安装到本发明车辆玻璃板中。
本发明的车辆玻璃板是复合玻璃质玻璃板,其中含有PDLC层或SPD层作为功能层。除此之外,该车辆玻璃板包含第一和第二玻璃质玻璃板,它们通过该功能层的两面上的一个或多个聚合物薄膜层压成为牢固(fest)复合体。
所述第一玻璃质玻璃板和第二玻璃质玻璃板可以由相同材料或由不同材料制成。所述玻璃板可以由无机玻璃和/或有机玻璃(聚合物)制成。在一个优选实施方案中,所述第一玻璃质玻璃板和/或第二玻璃质玻璃板含有玻璃和/或聚合物,优选平板玻璃、石英玻璃、硼硅酸盐玻璃、钠钙玻璃、碱金属铝硅酸盐玻璃、聚碳酸酯和/或聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
所述第一玻璃质玻璃板和第二玻璃质玻璃板可以具有相同厚度或不同厚度。优选地,第一玻璃质玻璃板和第二玻璃质玻璃板的厚度彼此独立地为0.4至4.0 mm,例如0.4至3.85 mm,更优选为1.6至2.5 mm。出于机械原因,外玻璃板优选比内玻璃板更厚或与其相同厚。内玻璃板是在安装到车辆中时指向车辆内室的玻璃质玻璃板,而外玻璃板指向外部。
在第一玻璃质玻璃板和PDLC层或SPD层之间和在第二玻璃质玻璃板和PDLC层或SPD层之间存在各一个或多个聚合物层。下面的说明彼此独立地基于所有所述一个或多个聚合物层,除非另外说明。通常,作为形成所述聚合物层的起始材料,使用相应的商购常见的聚合物薄膜。优选地,所述一个或多个聚合物层的至少一个含有热塑性聚合物。该一个或多个聚合物层优选是透明、无色或着色的。
所述一个或多个聚合物层可以含有例如聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯、聚氨酯、聚丙烯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚氯乙烯、聚乙酸酯树脂(Polyacetatharz)、浇注树脂、丙烯酸酯、氟代乙烯-丙烯、聚氟乙烯和/或乙烯-四氟乙烯和/或其混合物和/或共聚物作为层压层。
优选地,所述一个或多个聚合物层的至少一个含有聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯、聚氨酯和/或其混合物和/或其共聚物作为层压层,其中优选为聚乙烯醇缩丁醛。
除了上述聚合物层压层外,所述一个或多个聚合物层可以任选含有额外的具有其它功能的聚合物层,例如作为具有布置在其上和其下的导电层的PDLC层或SPD层的保护层。该保护层可以例如是聚酯层,优选聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)层。用于特定功能的聚合物层的其它实例是着色的PVB薄膜、声学薄膜和IR反射性PET薄膜或由其形成的层。如果除了所述一个或多个层压层外还含有聚合物层,最接近第一和第二玻璃质玻璃板布置的聚合物层通常是聚合物层压层。
所述一个或多个聚合物层的厚度例如分别是0.04至1.5 mm,优选0.1至1.5 mm,更优选0.3至0.9 mm,通常为0.38 mm、0.76 mm 或0.85 mm。所述层的厚度可以根据使用目的而变。在若干实施方案中,可以例如使用厚度为0.05 mm 的PET层和/或厚度为0.85 mm的声学薄膜。用作层压层的聚合物层的厚度优选为0.1至1.5 mm,更优选0.3至0.9 mm。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述车辆玻璃板以下列次序包括第一玻璃质玻璃板、作为第一聚合物层的至少一个层压层例如PVB层、作为第二聚合物层的至少一个保护层、在底面和顶面上具有两个导电层的PDLC层或在底面和顶面上具有两个导电层的SPD层、作为第二聚合物层的至少一个保护层、作为第一聚合物层的至少一个层压层例如PVB层以及第二玻璃质玻璃板。
在一个实施方案中,所述车辆玻璃板可以是着色的和/或包括至少一个经涂覆的玻璃作为第一和/或第二玻璃质玻璃板。由此,可以改进该车辆玻璃板的光学性能。着色的车辆玻璃板可以通过使用着色的玻璃质玻璃板和/或着色的聚合物层获得。在本发明的车辆玻璃板中,此时选自第一和第二玻璃质玻璃板的至少一个玻璃质玻璃板是着色的玻璃质玻璃板,和/或选自在第一玻璃质玻璃板和PDLC层或SPD层之间的一个或多个聚合物层和在第二玻璃质玻璃板和PDLC层或SPD层之间的一个或多个聚合物层的至少一个聚合物层是着色的聚合物层。对于着色聚合物层,可以例如使用着色PVB薄膜和/或IR反射性PET薄膜。经涂覆的玻璃的实例是低E玻璃(低辐射玻璃)或具有IR反射性涂层的玻璃。低E玻璃是商业可得的,并用一个或多个金属层涂覆。所述金属涂层是非常薄的,其厚度例如为大约100 nm。在使用经涂覆的玻璃质玻璃板作为第一和/或第二玻璃质玻璃板时,所述涂层优选存在于相对于车辆玻璃板而言的玻璃质玻璃板的内侧上。
应理解的是在着色的车辆玻璃板的情况下,所述玻璃板在PDLC层或SPD层的透明状态下是着色的。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述PDLC层或SPD层在侧面用胶粘密封物料和/或热塑性塑料条密封。有利的是,该胶粘密封物料和/或热塑性塑料条保护PDLC层或SPD层免于腐蚀。应理解的是在侧面是指不同于PDLC或SPD层顶面和底面的PDLC或SPD层侧面。
所述胶粘密封物料可以例如是聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)胶粘密封物料和/或以图像框架的形式制作。在图像框架技术的情况下,PDLC层或SPD层够不到所述车辆玻璃板的边缘,即其在面积方面小于第一和第二玻璃质玻璃板和聚合物层。暴露的边缘被胶粘密封物料环形密封,该胶粘密封物料具有与PDLC层或SPD层相等的厚度并且因此也充当分隔件。以此方式,所述PDLC层或SPD层在侧面被胶粘密封物料包围。
所述热塑性塑料条是没有胶粘剂的带材,其以U形的形式环形地施加在PDLC层或SPD层的侧面上,以使得该U的边位于PDLC层或SPD层的顶面和底面上。
本发明的车辆玻璃板适合于所有车辆,例如机动车、火车、船只或飞机,其中特别优选机动车。合适机动车的实例是公交车、拖拉机、载重机动车和轿车,其中特别优选轿车。
本发明还涉及车辆,其包括至少一个本发明车辆玻璃板,其中该车辆优选是机动车。合适且优选的车辆如上述。
本发明还涉及本发明玻璃板用作车辆玻璃板,优选在活动车顶中,作为玻璃顶、作为后玻璃板、作为B区中的天空边缘、挡风玻璃板或作为后方或前方侧玻璃板,优选在机动车中的用途。也可以设想用作前玻璃板。
本发明的车辆玻璃板适合于在车辆玻璃板的透明状态下减少电晕效应和任选的彩虹效应,这些效应可能在观察者透过玻璃板朝着光源如太阳的方向看时产生。
下面借助非限制性实施例并参阅所附的附图进一步阐述本发明。图1和图2a-b是示意图,这也适用于描述液晶微滴,所述微滴的尺寸和尺寸分布未示出。
图1示意性地显示了具有第一玻璃质玻璃板1、一个或多个聚合物层2和布置在PDLC层4的两面上的两个导电层3和5的本发明车辆玻璃板。PDLC层4包含聚合物基质9,其中嵌入液晶微滴8。在导电层5和第二玻璃质玻璃板7之间布置一个或多个聚合物层6。在所述本发明实施方案中,PDLC层4的液晶微滴8的平均尺寸为大于2 µm,其相对标准偏差优选为大于30%。所述一个或多个聚合物层2和6可以分别由作为层压层的至少一个PVB薄膜(其朝向第一或第二玻璃质玻璃板1、7)和作为保护层的至少一个聚酯薄膜(其朝向各自的导电层3、5)构成。特别是在第一玻璃层1的内侧上和在聚合物层2中,可以存在其它功能层,例如IR反射性层。所述导电层3、5可以是透明ITO涂层。具有SPD层的本发明车辆玻璃板具有相同的原理性构造,除了PDLC层4被具有嵌入在聚合物基质中的悬浮体微滴(其中悬浮着光偏振颗粒)的SPD层替换(enthält)。
图2a和2b显示了图1的车辆玻璃板的PDLC技术的作用原理。所述玻璃板在此通过两个导电层3和5与电压源V连接。借助开关S/S',电路可以闭合(ON模式,S')和打开(OFF模式,S)。在OH模式下,施加电场,液晶8有序取向并且入射光10几乎不散射,这导致透明PDLC层和透明玻璃板(图2b)。当关闭电流时,液晶8随机取向,以使得入射光10被散射10'并且PDLC层和玻璃板变得不透明或不透视(图2a)。该技术在SPD层的情况下在原理上相同,其中在此处悬浮体微滴均匀或任意定向。
图1、2a和2b在所示的光折射方面也是纯示意性的。各种光折射的理论如下。所述液晶微滴或悬浮体微滴通过两个不同折射率ne(在ON模式下,S')和n'(在OFF模式下,S)表征。当周围的聚合物基质的折射率np不同于液晶微滴或悬浮体微滴在OFF模式下的折射率n'时,光被折射。当折射率ne和np相一致时,光不被折射。在OFF模式下,微滴随机取向,折射率n'不同于折射率np,光被散射并且玻璃板看起来混浊或不透明。液晶分子与液晶微滴的边缘匹配。在ON模式下,微滴沿着所施加的电场的方向均匀取向,其中选择折射率ne以使得其与折射率np大致相一致,由此确保高的光透射和因此透射率。
图6a-b描绘了具有彩虹的电晕Y的示意图,即电晕和彩虹效应及其发生。显示了透过具有PDLC层12的车辆玻璃板的阳光辐射11的结果。该光在车辆玻璃板中散射,以使得观察者不仅觉察直接区域X中的阳光,而且还觉察电晕Y包括彩色的彩虹区域Z。
实施例
将四个PDLC薄膜A、B、C和D用于制造车辆玻璃板。然后在电晕效应方面研究所制成的车辆玻璃板。
在下表中显示了PDLC薄膜A、B、C和D的液晶微滴平均尺寸、标准偏差、相对标准偏差(以百分率为单位的标准偏差/平均尺寸)和最大的微滴尺寸,其在REM照片上如上所述测定。图4示意性(不按比例)显示了PDLC薄膜A的PDLC层4的微结构,其包含液晶微滴8和聚合物基质9。图5示意性(不按比例)显示了PDLC薄膜D的PDLC层4的微结构,其包含液晶微滴8和聚合物基质9。
通过PDLC薄膜A、B、C和D制造车辆玻璃板。为此形成如下布置,其以下列次序由第一玻璃质玻璃板、PVB薄膜、PDLC薄膜、PVB薄膜和第二玻璃质玻璃板构成。所述布置以常见方式在提高的温度和提高的压力下层压成复合玻璃。具有PDLC薄膜A、B、C的车辆玻璃板是对比玻璃板。具有PDLC薄膜D的车辆玻璃板是本发明的。
测试所述车辆玻璃板的电晕效应。为此,将所述车辆玻璃板通过导电层(电极)与电压源连接。所有车辆玻璃板显示了良好的电光性能以及令人满意的在OFF模式下(电压源断开)的不透明度和在ON模式下(电压源打开)的透明度,其中对于透明状态而言所需的电压相对低。
为了测试电晕效应,将强光源定位在透明状态下的车辆玻璃板的一面上。然后从该玻璃板的另一面上拍摄透过玻璃板的光源照片。照片描绘在图3a-d中。
图3a显示了具有PDLC薄膜A的车辆玻璃板的照片。该照片显示了围绕光源的非常宽且明显蓝色的环。
图3b显示了具有PDLC薄膜B的车辆玻璃板的照片。该照片显示了围绕光源的宽且蓝色的环。在该环的边缘处,颜色褪色并且变换成红棕色(彩虹效应)。
图3c显示了具有PDLC薄膜C的车辆玻璃板的照片。该照片显示了围绕光源的宽且浅蓝色的环。相比于图3b的照片,电晕的宽度是大致相当的,但是颜色较不强烈。
图3d显示了具有PDLC薄膜D的本发明车辆玻璃板的照片。该照片显示了围绕光源的白色小环。相比于图3a-c的照片,在图3d中的电晕宽度明显更小。此外,颜色之间的对比度几乎或差不多不存在,这导致白色环。
总体上可确定,在本发明车辆玻璃板的情况下,电晕效应和此外的彩虹效应相比于对比玻璃板而言显得明显更弱。由此改进该玻璃板的光学品质。

Claims (15)
1.车辆玻璃板,其以下列次序包括:
a. 第一玻璃质玻璃板(1),
b. 一个或多个聚合物层(2),
c. PDLC层(4),其包含聚合物基质(9),在所述基质中嵌入液晶微滴(8),其中在PDLC层的两个面上分别布置导电层(3、5);或SPD层,其包含聚合物基质,在所述基质中嵌入悬浮体微滴,在所述悬浮体微滴中悬浮着光偏振颗粒,其中在SPD层的两面上分别布置导电层,
d. 一个或多个聚合物层(6),和
e. 第二玻璃质玻璃板(7),
其特征在于,在PDLC层的情况下的液晶微滴或在SPD层的情况下的悬浮体微滴的平均尺寸为大于2 µm,如说明书中所示测定。
2.根据权利要求1的车辆玻璃板,其中所述液晶微滴或悬浮体微滴的平均尺寸的相对标准偏差为大于30%。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2的车辆玻璃板,其中所述液晶微滴或悬浮体微滴的平均尺寸为不大于12 µm,其中所述液晶微滴或悬浮体微滴的平均尺寸优选为3至10 µm。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项的车辆玻璃板,其中所述液晶微滴或悬浮体微滴的平均尺寸的相对标准偏差为不大于80%。
5.根据前述权利要求任一项的车辆玻璃板,其中所述液晶微滴在环境温度下是向列的并且具有正性介电各向异性。
6.根据前述权利要求任一项的车辆玻璃板,其中PDLC层中的液晶微滴含量为40-70重量%,基于液晶微滴和所述聚合物基质的聚合物的总质量计。
7.根据前述权利要求任一项的车辆玻璃板,其中所述聚合物基质由一种或多种乙烯基-或(甲基)丙烯酸酯-单体和任选的乙烯基-或(甲基)丙烯酸酯-低聚物的聚合物、环氧树脂或氨基甲酸酯树脂形成。
8.根据前述权利要求任一项的车辆玻璃板,其中所述聚合物基质由至少一种单官能乙烯基化合物,优选(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体,至少一种二官能乙烯基化合物,优选二(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体,和任选至少一种单-、二-或多官能乙烯基低聚物,优选(甲基)丙烯酸酯低聚物形成。
9.根据前述权利要求任一项的车辆玻璃板,其中所述一个或多个聚合物层(2、6)的至少一个含有聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯、聚氨酯和/或其混合物和/或其共聚物,其中优选是聚乙烯醇缩丁醛。
10.根据前述权利要求任一项的车辆玻璃板,其中所述车辆玻璃板以所述次序包括第一玻璃质玻璃板(1)、作为第一聚合物层(2)的至少一个层压层、作为第二聚合物层(2)的至少一个保护层、具有两个导电层(3、5)的PDLC层(4)或具有两个导电层的SPD层、作为第二聚合物层(6)的至少一个保护层、作为第一聚合物层(6)的至少一个层压层以及第二玻璃质玻璃板(7)。
11.根据前述权利要求任一项的车辆玻璃板,其中所述PDLC层或SPD层在侧面通过胶粘密封物料和/或热塑性塑料条密封。

14.根据权利要求1至12任一项的玻璃板用作车辆玻璃板,优选在活动车顶中,作为玻璃顶、作为后玻璃板、作为B区中的天空边缘、挡风玻璃板或作为后方或前方的侧玻璃板,优选在机动车中的用途。
15.根据权利要求14的用途,其在所述玻璃板的透明状态下用于减少电晕效应和任选用于减少彩虹效应。
