Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于停泊船的装置，特别是用于与石油和天然气的开采相关的操作，其中，相关的船在船头部分安装有停泊装置，并且其中包括位于海底的锚装置，以及至少一个锚定链，用于使锚装置与船上的停泊装置相连接。
在海洋石油和天然气的开采时，经常有一个问题即在一定条件下，重要的操作比较困难，经常涉及的问题包括流体的传输，这种传输或者发生在停泊的两艘船之间，或者发生在与海底的锚装置连接的管线和停泊的船之间。在变化和恶劣的天气情况下，由于风、浪和海流的影响，在这种停泊和实施这些操作时会出现巨大的应力和作用力。这种应力首先能够导致操作中断，在最坏的情况下，能够引起破坏，例如失控的石油排放。显然，在这种情况下，根据本发明的装置也可以用于与石油和天然气开采有关的操作以外的其它类型的海上作业。
在已知的用于相应目的停泊背景下，本发明包括新颖的和具体的特征，在权利要求书中就此进行了详细描述。
在通过本发明得到的优点中，特别强调，提到的挑战性操作能够在恶劣的气候下进行，与以前已知的方法和装置相比，在大多数情况下具有较高的安全性和合理性。在这方面，特别应当注意到，按照本发明的装置在停泊和可能的流体传输时可以为弹性或柔性形式，其包括按照在操作过程中出现的应力或作用力调整整个装置。

在附图的图1中，海底用1表示，海面用2表示，并且还示出了按照本发明的总体装置，以及与操作有关的涉及停泊位置的总体配置。在此，首先涉及船10，其通常为运油船；在海底1的锚3；为6和8两部分的锚定链；在锚定链的中间部分安装有一个浮标体7，也称做锚定链浮标。船10在船头用常用方式安装有一个停泊装置11，在此没有示出更确切的详细情况。
至此，所描述的按照本发明的装置，足以达到船10所需要的停泊要求，并且在这方面，该装置包括上述介绍中已经提到的优点。这种停泊装置的重要特征是锚链浮标7，其最好位于或安装在整个锚链6，8的中间部分。显然，浮标7不必精确地连接到整个锚链长度的正中间，但是为了达到所需要的效果，浮标的位置离在锚定装置3的锚链6的下端的距离与离在停泊装置11的锚链的上端的距离最好合适。
应当选择浮标7的大小，以便在大多数情况或压力下，相邻的锚链部分6和8之间能够保持相当显著的不同夹角。因此，锚链部分6通常将从锚3向上延伸，与锚链部分8从浮标7出来的角度相比，锚链部分6与垂直方向呈明显较小的夹角，当船10被风、浪或海流强烈作用时，锚链6，8比例如图1中示出的要紧，因此浮标7被拉向水的深处，并且锚链部分6和8的夹角能够基本接近180°。在另一种相反的极端情况下，当停泊力最小时，如果锚链部分的长度比水的深度大，浮标7可以浮出海面2。
当操作在靠近海岸或近海进行时，很可能出现后一种情况，例如在运油船的尾端或类似的地方。当在不平静的水域，例如，深海操作和安装时，作为一个标准，浮标7将完全位于海面以下。这对于浮标及整个装置是很好的位置，因为，当浮标位于深水时，较少受到海面出现的风和波浪的影响。浮标7在各种情况下都在海面以下还有一个重要作用，这样能够保证锚链部分6从锚3向上拉紧，以便没有一部分锚链躺在海底1。
也有一些情况，浮标装置包括一个以上的浮标，但是仍然这样安装，即在整个锚链的中间部分提供相对有限的偏向部分。这种浮标或浮标装置的主要目的，是在锚链上提供集中的浮力，这样能够使整个停泊装置具有柔性或可弯曲的性能，以减少动态负荷的影响。
除了上面描述的单纯停泊作用外，这种装置还包括在锚装置3和船10之间传输流体的作用，例如装载生产碳氢化合物。因此，在图1中，示出了一个相对柔软的软管9，其向上延伸到船10的船头部分，在此提供一个合适的连接装置，其能够与停泊装置11很好地连接。这种装置可以具有已知的样式。在软管9的下部示出了浮力元件9A，在这种情况下提供了三个，但是根据所需要的软管9的形状，浮力元件的数目和大小当然能够变化。浮力元件9A的主要目的是，确保软管9的下部通常一直从海底1抬起。如图1所示，软管9在水中从锚链6，8的下面通过是非常有利的。这样，避免了该装置两个主要部分的任何接触，特别是，这样软管9不被锚链6，8的任何零件损坏。
上面所提到的流体传输主要用于运油船的装载，也可能用于卸载，在同时申请的国际专利申请PCT/NO/000202(我方卷号：INT6152L)中进行了更详细的讨论。
图2和3更详细地示出了可能的和优选的锚3的样式及相关设备，特别是在锚3顶部的旋转装置5。按照本发明，该部分最好为吸锚，其最好为已知的式样，并且适宜于插进实际海底1下面的松软物质内，以便得到强的锚定效果。因此，在图2和3示出的例子中，吸锚3为一个向下开口的圆柱形。
在锚3的顶部中心，示出了一个固定好的承载元件13，其支撑着实际旋转装置5。该装置有一个带弯管的上部连接元件19，软管9的下端与其连接，例如，通过法兰连接。如图3更详细地示出的那样，下部旋转部分18用于连接两个链部件6A和6B。链部件或部分6A和6B形成所谓吊索的下端，吊索在6C(图1)有一个顶点，以便吊索作为一个整体具有等腰三角形的形状，其底线由臂15A，15B形成。它们从下部旋转元件上悬在两侧，并且能够与旋转部分一起围绕整个锚的中心轴线与旋转装置一起旋转。臂15A和15B有一个共同的水平轴线15C，并且链部分6A和6B分别与15A和15B的外端连接，以便围绕轴线15C枢轴旋转。臂15A，15B的重要目的是，根据经由锚定链6，8传递的来自船10的停泊力的方向，为旋转装置围绕中心垂直轴线旋转运动提供一个足够的扭矩。旋转元件18和19在旋转时是一体的。
在上面描述的装置中，除了围绕垂直轴线旋转外，也可能围绕水平轴线，即轴线15C，做枢轴或关节旋转。除了上面提到的多少具有一些柔性的吊索外，还能够安装一个比较刚性的轭状元件，其与锚装置作为整体安装在一起。在吊索和刚性轭的情况下，常用的连接装置和方法都能够用作锚定链的下端。在此，还存在相对永久连接的问题，或一个能够相对容易松开的连接，例如其能够通过ROV操纵。“链止动”型装置有这种可拆卸紧固的可能性，其能够自锁，并且众所周知其本身还能够允许操纵或操作。
正如从图2中详细看到的那样，软管9的方向从旋转装置5向外并且向上，与锚定链部分6A相比，与水平方向的夹角较小。除了如图3所示的软管9从链部分6A和6B的中心出来，软管9通过与锚定链的任何部分接触而造成损坏的危险很小。
作为一个可能性，但不是优选的情况，在此以9X示出了软管的方向，从旋转装置5的中心直接向上，这就意味着，在水中这种软管有较高的地方，将不得不跨过或通过锚定链6，8。通常这不是一个有利的方法。于是，图2示出了一个与锚装置3连接的、用于供应例如开采的流体，比如碳氢化合物的管线14，即，用于旋转装置5的静止承载元件13。
在此描述的系统能够用于，例如，在150-300米深的水中操作。在优选实施例中，例如，在200米深的水中总锚定链的两部分6和8通常分别为160米和200米。
此外，显然在本发明的框架内能够进行各种改进和变化。因此，当说锚3是永久锚时，并不意味着，例如，吸锚或重力锚安装好后必须永久留在海底1。众所周知，即使这种在海底相对固定的装置也能够通过合适的手段和设备移动。在此，永久锚装置表示一个比通常用船携带的，并且能够通过其常用绞锚机投入或拖出的常用锚更持久的锚。
如上面描述的该装置的锚装置的安装方法，按照本发明其优点在于，锚悬吊在锚定链或线的端部；锚定链或线位于相关船上的常用绞锚机或卷扬机上，用于使锚降低到海底预定点。
在图1中示出了吊索的一个顶点6C，其在参考图2和3中也做了解释，但是，显然，顶点6C的位置可以有很大变化，并且顶点可以邻近或者在浮标体或浮标7上。在图2中，当从旋转装置5上出来的软管(以9X表示)靠近垂直方向时，在水中较高的部分，在吊索上可以临时允许软管跨过或通过两部分6A和6B之间的锚定链6。当相对固定好时，这种跨越也可以发生在浮标7附近，在此，软管在这种情况下也可以在该位置悬吊在浮标上。
如上所述，除了吊索作为锚定链的一个延长部分外，在此描述的装置以及相关的锚装置还可以安装一个轭或类似的结构，如在上面提到的、同时提出的国际专利申请中示出的和描述的那样。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于使船停泊的装置，特别是用于与石油和天然气的开采有关的操作中，其中，所涉及的船(10)最好在其船头部分安装有停泊装置(11)，并且其中包括：位于海底(1)的锚装置(3)，以及至少一个锚定链(6，8)，用于将所述锚装置(3)连接到船(10)上的所述停泊装置(11)上，
其特征在于，
永久安装的锚装置安全地搁置在海底，其上安装了用于所述锚定链(6)的旋转装置(5，18)，并且
在锚定链(6，8)的中间部分连接一个完全被浸没的浮标体(7)。
2.按照权利要求1的装置，
其特征在于，锚定链(6，8)的下部(6)设计成具有一个与所述旋转装置(5，18)连接的吊索(6A，6B，6C)。
3.按照权利要求2的装置，
其特征在于，所述旋转装置(5，18)上有两个具有外端的悬臂(15A，15B)，所述吊索的链(6A，6B)固定在外端，并且最好可以围绕臂的轴线(15C)枢轴转动。
4.一种安装在海底的装置上、一般用于使轮船或其他船只永久停泊的锚，特别是用于与在海上开采石油和天然气有关的活动，并且最好依靠抽吸作用、重力或在海底打桩，
其特征在于，旋转装置(5)安装有连接元件(15A，15B)，用于与至少一个来自船上的锚定链(6A，6B)连接，其中所述旋转装置的旋转轴线在海底(1)大体是垂直的。
5.一种如权利要求4的锚在权利要求1、2或3的装置中的安装方法，其特征在于，所述锚悬吊在锚定链或线的端部，锚定链或线位于相关船上的常用绞锚机或卷扬机上，用于使锚降低到海底预定点。
