Abstract
本发明公开一种耐久抗静电剂,由抗静电剂A和抗静电剂B组合而成,抗静电剂A如下重量份数的组分,醋酸钾、工业白油、聚丙烯、二甲苯、对甲苯磺酸、三乙醇胺、丙酮、对苯二甲酸二甲酯、表面活性剂、引发剂、乙醇和去离子水组成,抗静电剂B如下重量份数的组分,乙醇、去离子水、2吡咯烷酮‑4‑羧酸盐、聚乙二醇、甘油和海藻酸钠,该制备方法简单易行,制备出的抗静电剂具有良好的抗静电效果,有着良好的稳定性。

技术领域
本发明属于发制品生产工艺与产品领域,具体的,涉及一种耐久抗静电剂及其制造方法。
背景技术
假发在影视作品拍摄、舞台表演中经常会用到,一些有个人需要的人群也会使用假发,正是假发使用范围的逐渐广泛,带动了发制品生产产业的快速发展。
在使用假发时,为了保持假发的清洁,需要经常性的对假发进行清洗,清洗晾干之后假发丝比较混乱,梳理较为困难,很多假发为合成纤维制作,由于假发丝之间的摩擦以及假发丝与空气之间的摩擦使假发丝带有静电,静电会对人体造成一定的影响,因此在使用假发时需要进行防静电处理。现有的假发用防静电剂防静电持续时间短,容易发粘,使假发不好打理。为了解决这一问题,现提供以下方案。
发明内容
为解决假发在使用时容易纠缠,不易梳理,以及时易产生静电而导致头发产生吸在一起的不自然感的问题,本发明提供了一种耐久抗静电剂及其制造方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种耐久抗静电剂,其特征在于,由抗静电剂A和抗静电剂B组合而成,抗静电剂A如下重量份数的组分,醋酸钾11~14份,工业白油:4~9份,聚丙烯:9~14份,二甲苯:14~21份,对甲苯磺酸:9~15份,三乙醇胺:12~16份,丙酮:5~11份,对苯二甲酸二甲酯:14~18份,表面活性剂:29~36份,引发剂:2~6份,乙醇:16~21份,去离子水:69~75份。
优选地,所述抗静电剂A剂包括如下重量份的成分:醋酸钾:13份,工业白油:6份,聚丙烯:12份,二甲苯:15份,对甲苯磺酸:13份,三乙醇胺:14份,丙酮:7份,对苯二甲酸二甲酯:16份,表面活性剂:30份,引发剂:4份,乙醇:17份,去离子水:70份。
优选地,所述引发剂选为偶氮二异丁腈,所述表面活性剂包括阳离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂。
所述阳离子表面活性剂为季铵盐1831,所述非离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醚。
所述阳离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂以重量比为1:1的比例混合形成。
同时,本发明还提供一种耐久抗静电剂制备工艺,抗静电剂A所述制备方法包括如下步骤:取搅拌机,将表面活性剂、醋酸钾、工业白油、聚丙烯、二甲苯、对甲苯磺酸、三乙醇胺及50wt%的去离子水顺序加入搅拌机,在30~40℃下搅拌1~2小时,搅拌速度100~200转/分;将丙酮、对苯二甲酸二甲酯、引发剂、乙醇及剩余去离子水加入搅拌机,升温至50~60℃,在200~300转/分的转速下搅拌1~2小时,冷却至室温,过滤,即得所述一种耐久抗静电剂A。
优选地,抗静电B各原料的重量配比是,乙醇50;去离子水30;2吡咯烷酮-4-羧酸盐3;聚乙二醇3;甘油6;海藻酸钠4。
优选地,所述抗静电剂A和所述抗静电B相互独立使用。
本发明具有如下优点:
所述抗静电剂抗静电效果好,无毒,无有害物质释放,且制备方法简单,易操作,抗静电性能好、洗涤性好,生产成本低,经济效益好,喷在假发上,不发粘,不会妨碍发丝的梳理,防静电效果好,持续时间长。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明,但实施例并不限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:
一种耐久抗静电剂,其特征在于,由抗静电剂A和抗静电剂B组合而成,抗静电剂A如下重量份数的组分,醋酸钾11~14份,工业白油:4~9份,聚丙烯:9~14份,二甲苯:14~21份,对甲苯磺酸:9~15份,三乙醇胺:12~16份,丙酮:5~11份,对苯二甲酸二甲酯:14~18份,表面活性剂:29~36份,引发剂:2~6份,乙醇:16~21份,去离子水:69~75份。
抗静电剂A剂包括如下重量份的成分:醋酸钾:13份,工业白油:6份,聚丙烯:12份,二甲苯:15份,对甲苯磺酸:13份,三乙醇胺:14份,丙酮:7份,对苯二甲酸二甲酯:16份,表面活性剂:30份,引发剂:4份,乙醇:17份,去离子水:70份。
引发剂选为偶氮二异丁腈,所述表面活性剂包括阳离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂。
阳离子表面活性剂为季铵盐1831,所述非离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醚。
阳离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂以重量比为1:1的比例混合形成。
同时,本发明还提供一种耐久抗静电剂制备工艺,抗静电剂A所述制备方法包括如下步骤:步骤一:取搅拌机,将表面活性剂、醋酸钾、工业白油、聚丙烯、二甲苯、对甲苯磺酸、三乙醇胺及50wt%的去离子水顺序加入搅拌机,步骤二:在30~40℃下搅拌1~2小时,搅拌速度100~200转/分;步骤三:将丙酮、对苯二甲酸二甲酯、引发剂、乙醇及剩余去离子水加入搅拌机,升温至50~60℃,在200~300转/分的转速下搅拌1~2小时,步骤四:冷却至室温,过滤,即得所述一种耐久抗静电剂A。
抗静电B各原料的重量配比是,乙醇50;去离子水30;2吡咯烷酮-4-羧酸盐3;聚乙二醇3;甘油6;海藻酸钠4。制备时,将2-吡咯烷酮-5-羧酸盐、聚乙二醇溶于乙醇中,再将甘油、海藻酸钠、去离子水加入混合均匀即可。
抗静电剂A和所述抗静电B相互独立使用。本发明设计合理,由抗静电剂A制成的假发,可以配合抗静电剂B使用,制作而成的抗静电剂B可以喷在由抗静电剂A制作而成的假发上,会产生更好的效果,不发粘的同时不会妨碍发丝的梳理,防静电效果好,持续时间长。

1.一种耐久抗静电剂,其特征在于,由抗静电剂A和抗静电剂B组合而成,抗静电剂A如下重量份数的组分,醋酸钾11~14份,工业白油:4~9份,聚丙烯:9~14份,二甲苯:14~21份,对甲苯磺酸:9~15份,三乙醇胺:12~16份,丙酮:5~11份,对苯二甲酸二甲酯:14~18份,表面活性剂:29~36份,引发剂:2~6份,乙醇:16~21份,去离子水:69~75份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐久抗静电剂,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂A剂包括如下重量份的成分:醋酸钾:13份,工业白油:6份,聚丙烯:12份,二甲苯:15份,对甲苯磺酸:13份,三乙醇胺:14份,丙酮:7份,对苯二甲酸二甲酯:16份,表面活性剂:30份,引发剂:4份,乙醇:17份,去离子水:70份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种耐久抗静电剂,其特征在于,所述引发剂选为偶氮二异丁腈,所述表面活性剂包括阳离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂。
所述阳离子表面活性剂为季铵盐1831,所述非离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醚。
所述阳离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂以重量比为1:1的比例混合形成。
4.一种耐久抗静电剂制备工艺,其特征在于,抗静电剂A所述制备方法包括如下步骤:取搅拌机,将表面活性剂、醋酸钾、工业白油、聚丙烯、二甲苯、对甲苯磺酸、三乙醇胺及50wt%的去离子水顺序加入搅拌机,在30~40℃下搅拌1~2小时,搅拌速度100~200转/分;将丙酮、对苯二甲酸二甲酯、引发剂、乙醇及剩余去离子水加入搅拌机,升温至50~60℃,在200~300转/分的转速下搅拌1~2小时,冷却至室温,过滤,即得所述一种耐久抗静电剂A。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐久抗静电剂,抗静电B各原料的重量配比是,
乙醇50;去离子水30;
2吡咯烷酮-4-羧酸盐3;聚乙二醇3;
甘油6;海藻酸钠4。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐久抗静电剂,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂A和所述抗静电B相互独立使用。
