Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于纺织浆料的添加剂及其制备方法,上述用于纺织浆料的添加剂,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:3甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯2030份、欧芹酚甲醚510份、聚乙烯醇58份、聚乙酸乙烯酯58份、偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯23份、3亚甲基6(1甲乙基)环巳烯14份、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯12份、偏磷酸钠0.81.4份、5羟甲基2呋喃甲醛0.81.2份、过硫酸钾0.50.8份、甲氧苄氨嘧啶0.50.8份和4胍基丁酸0.20.6份。本发明还提供了一种用于纺织浆料的添加剂的制备方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织材料领域,特别涉及一种用于纺织浆料的添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
纤维材料中,常含有亲水性基团-OH 和-NH2 等,其导电率仍然较低,易发生电荷的蓄存,因此在使用过程中容易产生静电现象。
现有技术中,有多种抗螨、防蚊、抗菌等类似功能的面料,大多是通过浸轧处理,把药物跟浸轧使用的常规助剂混匀后一起使用,以使面料具有特殊功能,但经过该方法处理后的面料的药效难以长期保持,并易经过多次洗涤后丧失。
发明内容
针对上述的需求,本发明特别提供了一种用于纺织浆料的添加剂及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种用于纺织浆料的添加剂,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯 20-30份,
欧芹酚甲醚5-10份,
聚乙烯醇 5-8份,
聚乙酸乙烯酯 5-8份,
偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯 2-3份,
3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯 1-4份,
十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯 1-2份,
偏磷酸钠 0.8-1.4份,
5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛 0.8-1.2份,
过硫酸钾 0.5-0.8份,
甲氧苄氨嘧啶 0.5-0.8份,
4-胍基丁酸 0.2-0.6份。
所述组分还包括三甲铵乙酸盐0-1重量份。
所述组分还包括偏硅酸三甲酯0-1重量份。
一种用于纺织浆料的添加剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯20-30重量份、欧芹酚甲醚5-10重量份、聚乙烯醇5-8重量份、聚乙酸乙烯酯5-8重量份、偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯2-3重量份、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯1-4重量份、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯1-2重量份、5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛0.8-1.2重量份、过硫酸钾0.5-0.8重量份、甲氧苄氨嘧啶0.5-0.8重量份、三甲铵乙酸盐0-1重量份和偏硅酸三甲酯0-1重量份,在50-60℃下搅拌均匀;
(2)缓慢加入偏磷酸钠0.8-1.4重量份和4-胍基丁酸0.2-0.6重量份,超声5-15分钟,得到用于纺织浆料的添加剂。
所述超声的温度为40-50℃。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
(1)本发明制得的用于纺织浆料的添加剂以3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯为主要原料,通过加入欧芹酚甲醚、聚乙烯醇、聚乙酸乙烯酯、偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯、偏磷酸钠、5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛、过硫酸钾、甲氧苄氨嘧啶和4-胍基丁酸,制得的用于纺织浆料的添加剂具有抗静电性能和良好的相容性,对纤维的柔顺性有良好的改善作用。
(2)本发明制得的用于纺织浆料的添加剂具有良好的抗菌性和抑菌性。
(3)本发明的用于纺织浆料的添加剂,其制备方法简单,易于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
(1)称取3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯20kg、欧芹酚甲醚5kg、聚乙烯醇5kg、聚乙酸乙烯酯5kg、偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯2kg、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯1kg、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯1kg、5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛0.8kg、过硫酸钾0.5kg和甲氧苄氨嘧啶0.5kg,在50℃下搅拌均匀;
(2)缓慢加入偏磷酸钠0.8kg和4-胍基丁酸0.2kg,40℃下超声5分钟,得到用于纺织浆料的添加剂。
制得用于纺织浆料的添加剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
(1)称取3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯20kg、欧芹酚甲醚5kg、聚乙烯醇5kg、聚乙酸乙烯酯5kg、偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯2kg、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯1kg、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯1kg、5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛0.8kg、过硫酸钾0.5kg、甲氧苄氨嘧啶0.5kg、三甲铵乙酸盐1kg和偏硅酸三甲酯1kg,在50℃下搅拌均匀;
(2)缓慢加入偏磷酸钠0.8kg和4-胍基丁酸0.2kg,40℃下超声5分钟,得到用于纺织浆料的添加剂。
制得用于纺织浆料的添加剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
(1)称取3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯30kg、欧芹酚甲醚10kg、聚乙烯醇8kg、聚乙酸乙烯酯8kg、偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯3kg、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯4kg、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯2kg、5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛1.2kg、过硫酸钾0.8kg、甲氧苄氨嘧啶0.8kg、三甲铵乙酸盐1kg和偏硅酸三甲酯1kg,在60℃下搅拌均匀;
(2)缓慢加入偏磷酸钠1.4kg和4-胍基丁酸0.6kg,50℃下超声15分钟,得到用于纺织浆料的添加剂。
制得用于纺织浆料的添加剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例4
(1)称取3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯30kg、欧芹酚甲醚10kg、聚乙烯醇8kg、聚乙酸乙烯酯8kg、偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯3kg、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯4kg、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯2kg、5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛0.8kg、过硫酸钾0.8kg、甲氧苄氨嘧啶0.5kg、三甲铵乙酸盐1kg和偏硅酸三甲酯1kg,在60℃下搅拌均匀;
(2)缓慢加入偏磷酸钠1.4kg和4-胍基丁酸0.6kg,50℃下超声15分钟,得到用于纺织浆料的添加剂。
制得用于纺织浆料的添加剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例5
(1)称取3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯25kg、欧芹酚甲醚8kg、聚乙烯醇7kg、聚乙酸乙烯酯7kg、偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯2.5kg、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯2kg、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯1.5kg、5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛1kg、过硫酸钾0.6kg、甲氧苄氨嘧啶0.6kg、三甲铵乙酸盐0.5kg和偏硅酸三甲酯0.5kg,在55℃下搅拌均匀;
(2)缓慢加入偏磷酸钠1kg和4-胍基丁酸0.4kg,450℃下超声10分钟,得到用于纺织浆料的添加剂。
制得用于纺织浆料的添加剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例1
(1)称取3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯30kg、欧芹酚甲醚10kg、聚乙烯醇8kg、聚乙酸乙烯酯8kg、偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯3kg、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯4kg、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯2kg、5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛1.2kg、过硫酸钾0.8kg、甲氧苄氨嘧啶0.8kg、三甲铵乙酸盐1kg和偏硅酸三甲酯1kg,在60℃下搅拌均匀;
(2)缓慢加入4-胍基丁酸0.6kg,50℃下超声15分钟,得到用于纺织浆料的添加剂。
制得用于纺织浆料的添加剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例2
(1)称取3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯30kg、聚乙烯醇8kg、聚乙酸乙烯酯8kg、偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯3kg、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯4kg、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯2kg、5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛1.2kg、过硫酸钾0.8kg、甲氧苄氨嘧啶0.8kg、三甲铵乙酸盐1kg和偏硅酸三甲酯1kg,在60℃下搅拌均匀;
(2)缓慢加入偏磷酸钠1.4kg和4-胍基丁酸0.6kg,50℃下超声15分钟,得到用于纺织浆料的添加剂。
制得用于纺织浆料的添加剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例3
(1)称取3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯30kg、欧芹酚甲醚10kg、聚乙烯醇8kg、聚乙酸乙烯酯8kg、偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯3kg、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯4kg、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯2kg、过硫酸钾0.8kg、三甲铵乙酸盐1kg和偏硅酸三甲酯1kg,在60℃下搅拌均匀;
(2)缓慢加入偏磷酸钠1.4kg和4-胍基丁酸0.6kg,50℃下超声15分钟,得到用于纺织浆料的添加剂。
制得用于纺织浆料的添加剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
将本发明中实施例1-5和对比例1-3的添加剂以0.8wt%的比例加入天然棉纤维的浆料中,制得的织物的性能测试结果具体如表1所示。

Claims (5)
1.一种用于纺织浆料的添加剂,其特征在于,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯 20-30份,
欧芹酚甲醚 5-10份,
聚乙烯醇 5-8份,
聚乙酸乙烯酯 5-8份,
偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯 2-3份,
3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯 1-4份,
十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯 1-2份,
偏磷酸钠 0.8-1.4份,
5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛 0.8-1.2份,
过硫酸钾 0.5-0.8份,
甲氧苄氨嘧啶 0.5-0.8份,
4-胍基丁酸 0.2-0.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于纺织浆料的添加剂,其特征在于,所述组分还包括三甲铵乙酸盐0-1重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述用于纺织浆料的添加剂,其特征在于,所述组分还包括偏硅酸三甲酯0-1重量份。
4.一种用于纺织浆料的添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取3-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯20-30重量份、欧芹酚甲醚5-10重量份、聚乙烯醇5-8重量份、聚乙酸乙烯酯5-8重量份、偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯2-3重量份、3-亚甲基-6(1-甲乙基)-环巳烯1-4重量份、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯1-2重量份、5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛0.8-1.2重量份、过硫酸钾0.5-0.8重量份、甲氧苄氨嘧啶0.5-0.8重量份、三甲铵乙酸盐0-1重量份和偏硅酸三甲酯0-1重量份,在50-60℃下搅拌均匀;
(2)缓慢加入偏磷酸钠0.8-1.4重量份和4-胍基丁酸0.2-0.6重量份,超声5-15分钟,得到用于纺织浆料的添加剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于纺织浆料的添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述超声的温度为40-50℃。
