Abstract

本发明公开了一种生态环保的涤棉混纺织物抗菌防皱整理方法,包括:(1)将羧甲基壳聚糖钠盐溶于去离子水中,然后将涤棉混纺织物浸入到上述羧甲基壳聚糖钠盐溶液中,超声1‑2h;(2)再依次将交联剂、硝酸盐加入到上述溶液中,机械搅拌1‑5min,二浸二轧,轧余率75‑85%,卷堆1‑6h,预烘,焙烘即可。按本发明方法进行抗菌防皱整理所得涤棉混纺织物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌抑菌率达95%以上;褶皱回复角提高率30%以上,且容易操作,对环境友好,具有广泛的应用前景。

本申请是申请号:201710201524.0、申请日:2017-03-30、名称“一种涤棉混纺织物抗菌防皱整理方法”的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涤棉混纺织物抗菌防皱整理方法。
背景技术
涤棉混纺织物由于其既突出了棉的舒适性又保留了涤纶的风格,具有挺括、滑爽、耐穿等特点,深受广大消费者的青睐。但是涤棉混纺织物尤其是CVC织物中的棉组分含量较高,导致涤棉混纺织物的抗菌和抗皱性能较差,容易影响健康和美观。因此,对涤棉混纺织物的抗菌防皱功能性整理具有重要的意义。
目前,通常分别采用抗菌整理剂和防皱整理剂对织物进行整理获得抗菌防皱的整理效果,化学药品用量大,工序繁多。且防皱整理剂多采用N-羟甲基酰胺类树脂,存在甲醛释放的问题,影响人体健康。专利200810184879.4虽然公开了一种天然彩棉织物免烫整理工艺,但是其采用柠檬酸作为整理剂,仅限于防皱整理,不具备抗菌整理功能。专利201210251412.3虽然公开了一种棉织物的抗菌防皱整理方法,对金黄色葡萄糖球菌的杀菌率能达到100%,但是其对大肠杆菌的杀菌率在85%以下,对菌种具有选择性,不具有普适性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工艺简单,同时具有较高的抗菌性和较好的抗皱性,且无甲醛释放,生态环保的涤棉混纺织物抗菌防皱整理方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种涤棉混纺织物抗菌防皱整理方法,其特征是:将羧甲基壳聚糖钠盐溶于去离子水中,得到羧甲基壳聚糖钠盐溶液;然后将涤棉混纺织物浸入到上述羧甲基壳聚糖钠盐溶液中,超声1-2h,再依次将交联剂、硝酸盐加入到上述溶液中,机械搅拌1-5min,二浸二轧,轧余率75-85%,卷堆1-6h,预烘,焙烘;其中,羧甲基壳聚糖钠盐用量为羧甲基壳聚糖钠盐溶液质量的0.1%-5%,交联剂用量为羧甲基壳聚糖钠盐质量的5-20%,硝酸盐用量为羧甲基壳聚糖钠盐溶液质量的1-5%。
羧甲基壳聚糖钠盐的羧甲基取代度小于1。
超声时的超声频率为40KHz或60KHz。
所述交联剂为乙二醛和/或戊二醛。
所述硝酸盐为硝酸银或硝酸铜。
所述涤棉混纺织物为T/C和 CVC丝光机织物或液氨整理机织物,棉组分含量为40-80%。
所述预烘为热定型机上预烘,预烘温度80-110℃,预烘时间1-3min。
所述焙烘为热定型机上焙烘,焙烘温度130-190℃,焙烘时间30-90sec。
本发明的优点:
(1)本发明与传统抗皱抗菌整理工艺相比,不增加设备,成本低,便于工业化生产;
(2)本发明是将壳聚糖的抗菌防皱性能和金属的抗菌性相结合,在获得抗菌性能的同时提高涤棉混纺织物的抗皱性能。
(3)本发明通过羧甲基壳聚糖和交联剂的作用,得到的整理效果持久,耐洗涤性好,且无甲醛释放。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
将0.5g羧甲基取代度为0.8的羧甲基壳聚糖钠盐溶于100mL去离子水中,然后将CVC丝光织物(门幅为145cm,纱支数为32s×32s,138×70根/英寸,棉组分比例为55%)浸入上述溶液中,40KHz超声2h后,依次加入0.05g乙二醛和1.0g硝酸银,机械搅拌1min,二浸二轧,轧余率85%,卷堆5h,热定型机上80℃预烘3min,130℃焙烘90sec。
实施例2:
将0.75g羧甲基取代度为0.6的羧甲基壳聚糖钠盐溶于100mL去离子水中,然后将T/C丝光织物(门幅为145cm,纱支数为32s×32s,138×70根/英寸,棉组分比例为45%)浸入上述溶液中,60KHz超声1h后,依次加入0.05g戊二醛,0.1g硝酸铜,搅拌1min,二浸二轧,轧余率75%,卷堆2h,定型机上90预烘3min,180焙烘30sec。
整理得到织物剪成试样在恒温恒湿室(温度20℃,湿度65%)平衡24小时,待测。对整理涤棉混纺织物进行指标测试,如下:
抗皱性能测试参照AATCC66-2003标准在美国SDL公司的弹性回复仪上测试。
抗菌性能测试参照AATCC100-2012标准。使用金黄色葡萄球菌作为革兰氏阳性菌,大肠杆菌作为革兰氏阴性菌。
测试结果如表1所示。

Claims (1)

1.一种生态环保的涤棉混纺织物抗菌防皱整理方法,其特征是:将0.75g羧甲基取代度为0.6的羧甲基壳聚糖钠盐溶于100mL去离子水中,然后将T/C丝光织物浸入上述溶液中;所述T/C丝光织物的门幅为145cm,纱支数为32s×32s,138×70根/英寸,棉组分比例为45%;60KHz超声1h后,依次加入0.05g戊二醛,0.1g硝酸铜,搅拌1min,二浸二轧,轧余率75%,卷堆2h左右,定型机上90预烘3min,180焙烘30sec;
整理得到织物剪成试样在温度20℃、湿度65%的恒温恒湿室平衡24小时,待测;对整理涤棉混纺织物进行指标测试,抗皱性能测试参照AATCC66-2003标准在美国SDL公司的弹性回复仪上测试;抗菌性能测试参照AATCC100-2012标准,使用金黄色葡萄球菌作为革兰氏阳性菌,大肠杆菌作为革兰氏阴性菌。
