Abstract
一种磁性纳米线的制备方法,制备方法如下:一、配制金属离子溶液、碱溶液和水溶性还原剂溶液;二、将金属离子溶液、碱溶液和水溶性还原剂溶液混合,装入反应釜,于磁场热处理炉中反应;三、洗涤、干燥,即得到磁性纳米线。本发明解决了现有的Fe3O4纳米线和尖晶石型铁酸盐纳米线的制备方法操作复杂、成本高、纳米线产率低的问题。制备方法操作简单,不污染环境,成本低,制备的磁性纳米线产率为95.6~99.9%。应用于磁性材料领域。

技术领域
本发明属于纳米线制备技术领域,具体涉及一种磁性纳米线的制备方法。
背景技术
现有的纳米线种类很多,磁性纳米线作为纳米材料的成员之一因其优异的磁学性能而得到广泛的应用。其中磁性Fe3O4纳米线和尖晶石型铁酸盐纳米线在磁性记录介质、光催化、磁流体、颜料染料等许多领域都有重要的应用价值。目前磁性Fe3O4纳米线和尖晶石型铁酸盐纳米线的制备方法中,溶胶-凝胶法和采用磁场辅助的水热方法所获得的纳米线产率较低,纳米线直径范围较广,且产物中常含有大量的纳米颗粒,品质较差。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术存在的问题和不足,提供一种磁性纳米线的制备方法。
本发明的一种磁性纳米线的制备方法,按以下步骤进行:一、用蒸馏水、三氯化铁和二价金属氯化物配制金属离子总浓度为0.01~0.5mol/L的金属离子溶液,其中三氯化铁与二价金属氯化物的质量比为2∶1,将氢氧化钠或氨水加入到蒸馏水中配制浓度为0.5~5mol/L的碱溶液,将硫代硫酸钠、硼氢化钠或水合肼加入到蒸馏水中配制浓度为0.2~2mol/L的水溶性还原剂溶液;二、将金属离子溶液、碱溶液和水溶性还原剂溶液进行混合,将混合溶液装入密封反应釜,然后置于磁场热处理炉中反应2~10h,磁场强度为0.1~0.4T,反应温度为120~200℃,得反应产物;三、将反应产物在室温下先用蒸馏水洗涤4~6次,再用无水乙醇洗涤1~2次,然后在50~60℃干燥1~10h,即得到磁性纳米线;其中步骤一所述的二价金属氯化物为二氯化铁、氯化锰、氯化锌、氯化钴、氯化镍中的任意一种;步骤二中碱溶液与金属离子溶液的摩尔比为1~5∶1,水溶性还原剂溶液与金属离子溶液的摩尔比为1~10∶1;制备的磁性纳米线为Fe3O4纳米线、MnFe2O4纳米线、ZnFe2O4纳米线、CoFe2O4纳米线或NiFe2O4纳米线。
本发明的方法利用外加磁场诱导磁性纳米线的生长,无特殊温度要求,避免了能源浪费;操作简单,不使用毒害性的表面活性剂和昂贵的原材料,保护了环境,节约了成本。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。
本实施方式按以下步骤进行:一、用蒸馏水、三氯化铁和二价金属氯化物配制金属离子总浓度为0.01~0.5mol/L的金属离子溶液,其中三氯化铁与二价金属氯化物的质量比为2∶1,将氢氧化钠或氨水加入到蒸馏水中配制浓度为0.5~5mol/L的碱溶液,将硫代硫酸钠、硼氢化钠或水合肼加入到蒸馏水中配制浓度为0.2~2mol/L的水溶性还原剂溶液;二、将金属离子溶液、碱溶液和水溶性还原剂溶液进行混合,将混合溶液装入密封反应釜,然后置于磁场热处理炉中反应2~10h,磁场强度为0.1~0.4T,反应温度为120~200℃,得反应产物;三、将反应产物在室温下先用蒸馏水洗涤4~6次,再用无水乙醇洗涤1~2次,然后在50~60℃干燥1~10h,即得到磁性纳米线;其中步骤一所述的二价金属氯化物为二氯化铁、氯化锰、氯化锌、氯化钴、氯化镍中的任意一种;步骤二中碱溶液与金属离子溶液的摩尔比为1~5∶1,水溶性还原剂溶液与金属离子溶液的摩尔比为1~10∶1;制备的磁性纳米线为Fe3O4纳米线、MnFe2O4纳米线、ZnFe2O4纳米线、CoFe2O4纳米线或NiFe2O4纳米线。
具体地,本实施方式步骤一所使用的三氯化铁、二氯化铁、氯化锰、氯化锌、氯化钴、氯化镍、氢氧化钠、氨水、硫代硫酸钠、硼氢化钠和水合肼为市场销售的分析纯化学试剂。

1.一种磁性纳米线的制备方法,其特征在于磁性纳米线的制备方法,按以下步骤进行:一、用蒸馏水、三氯化铁和二价金属氯化物配制金属离子总浓度为0.01~0.5mol/L的金属离子溶液,其中三氯化铁与二价金属氯化物的质量比为2∶1,将氢氧化钠或氨水加入到蒸馏水中配制浓度为0.5~5mol/L的碱溶液,将硫代硫酸钠、硼氢化钠或水合肼加入到蒸馏水中配制浓度为0.2~2mol/L的水溶性还原剂溶液;二、将金属离子溶液、碱溶液和水溶性还原剂溶液进行混合,将混合溶液装入密封反应釜,然后置于磁场热处理炉中反应2~10h,磁场强度为0.1~0.4T,反应温度为120~200℃,得反应产物;三、将反应产物在室温下先用蒸馏水洗涤4~6次,再用无水乙醇洗涤1~2次,然后在50~60℃干燥1~10h,即得到磁性纳米线;其中步骤一所述的二价金属氯化物为二氯化铁、氯化锰、氯化锌、氯化钴、氯化镍中的任意一种;步骤二中碱溶液与金属离子溶液的摩尔比为1~5∶1,水溶性还原剂溶液与金属离子溶液的摩尔比为1~10∶1;制备的磁性纳米线为Fe3O4纳米线、MnFe2O4纳米线、ZnFe2O4纳米线、CoFe2O4纳米线或NiFe2O4纳米线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁性纳米线的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤一中配制浓度为1~4mol/L的碱溶液。
