The second step is that the electric magnetizing turntable 7 senses the existence of the barrel 28 and sends a signal to the PLC controller 17, the PLC controller 17 sends three instructions, the first step is that the electric magnetizing turntable 7 is electrified and then magnetizes and attracts the barrel 28, the second step is that the first servo motor 6 is started, the motor shaft rotates and drives the electric magnetizing turntable 7 to rotate, the third step is that the color code sensor 8 starts to work, after the color code sensor 8 recognizes a specific color number on the barrel, the signal is sent to the PLC controller 17, the PLC controller 17 is provided with a receiving signal to stop the servo motor from working for 0.01 second, and the finding is completed.
And thirdly, the bidirectional oil cylinder 10 and the second servo motor 16 receive the instruction again, the clamping rod 4 and the clamping block 5 repeat the clamping action, the barrel 28 moves one station backward again, at the moment, the PLC controller 17 sends the instruction, and the piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder 18 stretches out to drive the pre-expansion cone module 22 to move downwards and insert into the barrel 28, so that the pre-expansion cone of the barrel 28 is completed.
And the fourth step is that the bidirectional oil cylinder 10 and the second servo motor 16 receive the instruction again, the clamping rod 4 and the clamping block 5 repeat the clamping action, the barrel 28 moves one station backwards again and is placed in the tray 23, the PLC 17 sends the instruction, the air cylinder 24 stretches out of the piston rod after receiving the instruction, and accordingly the tray 23 and the barrel 28 in the tray 23 are driven to move in the same direction, the expansion cone module 26 is inserted into the barrel 28, and then the expansion cone operation is completed.

the second conveying device is arranged above the first conveying device, the second conveying device comprises two clamping rods horizontally arranged above the conveying belt, each clamping rod is connected with a clamping rod driving device for driving the clamping rod to reciprocate, each clamping rod is parallel to the conveying belt, a plurality of clamping blocks are respectively arranged on the two clamping rods in sequence along the conveying direction, each two oppositely arranged clamping blocks form a barrel clamping jaw, an electric magnetizing turntable driven to rotate by a first servo motor is arranged below the barrel clamping jaw at the middle position, the electric magnetizing turntable is arranged between the two conveying belts, one side of the electric magnetizing turntable is provided with a color mark sensor for identifying a specific color mark on the barrel body to detect the position of the barrel, and the color mark sensor is arranged on the outer side of the conveying belt;
the pre-expansion cone device is used for expanding the barrel body for the first time and is arranged at the downstream of the electric magnetizing turntable;
the expansion cone device is used for expanding the barrel body for the second time, and is arranged at the downstream of the pre-expansion cone device.
