Abstract

本发明公开了一种碳氢化合物捕集催化剂,由以下重量份数的组份制备而成:介孔氧化硅SBA‑15 20~30份、活性炭15~25份、金属卟啉3~6份、氧化钼1~3份。所述金属卟啉为四苯基卟啉钴。本发明通过改进吸附成分和有效成分,提高了所得碳氢化合物捕集催化剂的吸附能力以及碳氢化合物的催化氧化率。

Description

一种碳氢化合物捕集催化剂
技术领域
本发明涉及气体吸附技术领域,尤其是一种碳氢化合物捕集催化剂。
背景技术
目前,已经开发出用于通过在低温下捕集/吸附碳氢化合物(HC)排放物并且一旦达到足够高的温度以便在催化剂诸如三元催化剂上进行氧化,就从捕集器释放/解吸碳氢化合物的方式来降低冷启动期间的排放物的碳氢化合物捕集器。目前,沸石由于其独一无二的笼形晶格结构而成为最广泛使用的用于碳氢化合物捕集的吸附材料。在常规碳氢化合物捕集器设计中,捕集材料诸如沸石被涂覆在例如蜂窝状基体的壁上,该蜂窝状基体具有从其中穿过的气体流道或通道。三元催化剂被洗涂(washcoat)在碳氢化合物捕集材料上。当排气流经捕集器时,在冷启动期间碳氢化合物排放物被沸石材料吸附,并且当三元催化剂被排气中的热量预热到其起燃温度时,理论上排气被释放。
然而,一个主要的障碍是碳氢化合物储存材料诸如沸石通常不能保留所有的碳氢化合物直到达到三元催化剂的起燃温度。典型地,在冷启动时,超过50%的被捕集碳氢化合物已经从捕集材料解吸,并且在已达到起燃温度之前已经穿过捕集器。这些解吸的碳氢化合物在离开车辆排气系统之前没有被催化转化的机会。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种碳氢化合物捕集催化剂,以实现碳氢化合物的吸附、储存和催化氧化。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下。
一种碳氢化合物捕集催化剂,由以下重量份数的组份制备而成:
介孔氧化硅SBA-15 20~30份、活性炭15~25份、金属卟啉3~6份、氧化钼1~3份。
进一步地,所述金属卟啉为四苯基卟啉钴。
进一步地,由以下重量份数的组份制备而成:
介孔氧化硅SBA-15 20份、活性炭15份、金属卟啉3份、氧化钼1份。
进一步地,由以下重量份数的组份制备而成:
介孔氧化硅SBA-15 30份、活性炭25份、金属卟啉6份、氧化钼3份。
进一步地,由以下重量份数的组份制备而成:
介孔氧化硅SBA-15 25份、活性炭20份、金属卟啉4.5份、氧化钼2份。
进一步地,该碳氢化合物捕集催化剂通过以下步骤制备所得:
S1、将介孔氧化硅SBA-15、金属卟啉和氧化钼充分混合后,得混合物A;
S2、将活性炭加工成颗粒状;
S3、在活性炭外侧包裹覆盖混合物A,形成直径为8~15mm的颗粒;
S4、将所得的颗粒进行加热固化,加热温度为75~85℃,加热时间为20~30min。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
通过改进吸附成分和有效成分,提高了所得碳氢化合物捕集催化剂的吸附能力以及碳氢化合物的催化氧化率。

实施例1
一种碳氢化合物捕集催化剂,通过以下步骤制备所得:
S1、按重量份称取:介孔氧化硅SBA-15 20份、活性炭15份、四苯基卟啉钴3份、氧化钼1份;
S2、将介孔氧化硅SBA-15、金属卟啉和氧化钼充分混合后,得混合物A;
S3、将活性炭加工成颗粒状;
S4、在活性炭外侧包裹覆盖混合物A,形成直径为8~15mm的颗粒;
S5、将所得的颗粒进行加热固化,加热温度为75~85℃,加热时间为20~30min。
实施例2
一种碳氢化合物捕集催化剂,通过以下步骤制备所得:
S1、按重量份称取:介孔氧化硅SBA-15 30份、活性炭25份、四苯基卟啉钴6份、氧化钼3份。
S2、将介孔氧化硅SBA-15、金属卟啉和氧化钼充分混合后,得混合物A;
S3、将活性炭加工成颗粒状;
S4、在活性炭外侧包裹覆盖混合物A,形成直径为8~15mm的颗粒;
S5、将所得的颗粒进行加热固化,加热温度为75~85℃,加热时间为20~30min。
实施例3
一种碳氢化合物捕集催化剂,通过以下步骤制备所得:
S1、按重量份称取:介孔氧化硅SBA-15 25份、活性炭20份、四苯基卟啉钴4.5份、氧化钼2份。
S2、将介孔氧化硅SBA-15、金属卟啉和氧化钼充分混合后,得混合物A;
S3、将活性炭加工成颗粒状;
S4、在活性炭外侧包裹覆盖混合物A,形成直径为8~15mm的颗粒;
S5、将所得的颗粒进行加热固化,加热温度为75~85℃,加热时间为20~30min。

介孔氧化硅SBA-15 20~30份、活性炭15~25份、金属卟啉3~6份、氧化钼1~3份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种碳氢化合物捕集催化剂,其特征在于,所述金属卟啉为四苯基卟啉钴。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种碳氢化合物捕集催化剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组份制备而成:
介孔氧化硅SBA-15 20份、活性炭15份、金属卟啉3份、氧化钼1份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种碳氢化合物捕集催化剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组份制备而成:
介孔氧化硅SBA-15 30份、活性炭25份、金属卟啉6份、氧化钼3份。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种碳氢化合物捕集催化剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组份制备而成:
介孔氧化硅SBA-15 25份、活性炭20份、金属卟啉4.5份、氧化钼2份。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种碳氢化合物捕集催化剂,其特征在于,通过以下步骤制备所得:
S1、将介孔氧化硅SBA-15、金属卟啉和氧化钼充分混合后,得混合物A;
S2、将活性炭加工成颗粒状;
S3、在活性炭外侧包裹覆盖混合物A,形成直径为8~15mm的颗粒;
S4、将所得的颗粒进行加热固化,加热温度为75~85℃,加热时间为20~30min。
