Abstract
本发明提供了一种显示面板及终端,该显示面板包括:透明基体;设置于透明基体的第一区域上的第一显示模组和设置于透明基体的第二区域上的第二显示模组;其中,第一区域和第二区域相组合形成整个显示区域,第一显示模组为主动驱动有机发光二极管AMOLED显示模组,第二显示模组为被动驱动有机发光二极管PMOLED显示模组。其中,由于PMOLED显示模组自身具有较高的光线透过率,所以,第二区域不仅能够为光学器件提供透光条件,而且能够与第一区域相配合进行显示,因此,本发明的方案,解决了现有技术中的显示屏无法在为光学器件提供透光条件的基础上保证其全面显示功能的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电子技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示面板及终端。
背景技术
随着近年来电子产品的飞速发展,手机成为一颗璀璨的明星,无可替代的成为了大众最为关注的电子产品。展望苹果及几大主流手机的发展历程,无不都是屏幕越做越大,外形越做越精致,手机越做越薄、越轻。但是,近年来,手机结构材料的瓶颈极大的制约了手机向超薄、超轻等极致方向发展,因此各类手机结构件的开发成为手机发展的关键。其中,高强度、超薄类、曲面类、弯折类等手机结构零件开始成为市场的焦点。
手机显示屏是消费者感应手机的窗口,对于手机来说,显示窗口的设计显得尤为重要。2D显示屏和2.5D弧面玻璃显示屏的长期使用已经无法带给消费者更多的惊喜,3D曲面屏虽然已经给以消费者强烈的视觉冲击,但是仍不足以产生质的改变。
其中,全面屏是指屏占比接近100%的屏幕设计,其显示模组本身的上/左/右边框均小于0.5mm,下边框小于3mm,有效显示(Active Area,简称AA)区域,远超目前80%的屏占比设计。在全面屏手机设计中,正面的屏占比已经接近100%,没有位置放置光学器件,比如摄像头、光敏器件等,所以,为了将光学器件放在屏下,就需要在光学器件正上方制造一个满足光学器件所需要的透过率的开孔,以便实现光学器件的正常功能,如拍照、面部解锁和光敏感应等。
此外,为了提高屏占比,如图1~3所示,一些设计方案通过在摄像头对应的显示屏位置将有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,简称OLED)显示屏的上玻璃101和下玻璃102上的金属走线绕过摄像头110所对应的位置区域(即如图2所示,source线201绕开摄像头对应的位置区域,如图3所示,横向gate走线301绕开摄像头对应的位置区域302),形成透光区域107。同时在下玻璃102上不蒸镀发光材料,使得上下玻璃完全透明。然后在保护泡棉103上开设第一孔104,在偏光片105上开设第二孔106。此外,玻璃盖板108以及用于粘接玻璃盖板108的光学胶(OCA)109均呈透明态,所以通过上述方式,可以在OLED显示屏上得到一个透明区域,为实现拍照提供了可能。
或者,目前市场上的OLED显示屏和薄膜晶体管(Thin Film Transistor,简称TFT)显示模组为了提升屏占比,大部分采用异形切割工艺,以此为屏下光学器件腾出空间。
然而,以上的设计并不能称得上是真正意义上的全面屏,只是进一步提高了屏占比,因为光学器件对应的显示屏位置并没有显示功能。由此可知,现有技术中的显示屏无法在为光学器件提供透光条件的基础上保证其全面显示功能。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供了一种显示面板及终端,以解决现有技术中的显示屏无法在为光学器件提供透光条件的基础上保证其全面显示功能的问题。
第一方面,本发明的实施例提供了一种显示面板,包括:
透明基体;
设置于所述透明基体的第一区域上的第一显示模组和设置于所述透明基体的第二区域上的第二显示模组;
其中,所述第一区域和所述第二区域相组合形成整个显示区域,所述第一显示模组为主动驱动有机发光二极管AMOLED显示模组,所述第二显示模组为被动驱动有机发光二极管PMOLED显示模组。
第二方面,本发明的实施例提供了一种终端,包括驱动芯片、至少一个光学器件以及如上述所述的显示面板,所述被动驱动有机发光二极管PMOLED显示模组的阴极层和阳极层分别与所述驱动芯片电连接;其中,所述光学器件透光所述被动驱动有机发光二极管PMOLED显示模组取光。
本发明实施例的有益效果是:
本发明的实施例,在透明基体的第一区域上设置AMOLED显示模组,在第二区域上设置PMOLED显示模组,从而通过AMOLED显示模组和PMOLED显示模组组成整个显示模组,共同实现显示功能。其中,由于PMOLED显示模组自身具有较高的光线透过率,所以,第二区域不仅能够为光学器件提供透光条件,而且能够与第一区域相配合进行显示,解决了现有技术中的显示屏无法在为光学器件提供透光条件的基础上保证其全面显示功能的问题。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的实施例提供了一种显示面板,如图4所示,该显示面板包括:
透明基体;
设置于所述透明基体的第一区域1上的第一显示模组和设置于所述透明基体的第二区域2上的第二显示模组;
其中,所述第一区域1和所述第二区域2相组合形成整个显示区域,所述第一显示模组为主动驱动有机发光二极管AMOLED显示模组,所述第二显示模组为被动驱动有机发光二极管PMOLED显示模组。
具体地,如图5和图6所示,AMOLED显示模组包括阴极501、有机发光层502、阳极503、反射电极504、绝缘层505、玻璃基板506和薄膜晶体管(Thin Film Transistor,简称TFT)驱动电路507。其中,AMOLED显示模组的阴极为整面电极,通过内部的TFT驱动电路驱动阳极上面的有机发光材料发光。并且,在阳极的下面通常有一层反射电极,这层反射电极完全不透光,目的是为了将发光材料发出的光反射上去,提高光的利用率。此外,TFT电路的金属走线不透光,而绝缘层可以透光。
从AMOLED显示模组的内部结构可以看出,AMOLED显示模组的内部能够透光的部分就是TFT电路中金属走线之间的间隙,即光线只能够从TFT电路中金属走线的间隙通过,因而AMOLED显示模组的光线透过率较低。具体地,AMOLED显示模组在显微镜下透光图片如图7所示。其中,黑色部分为完全不透光区,白色区域为透光区,由此可见,AMOLED屏的大部分区域是完全不透光的,这样的透过率无法满足光学器件的正常工作。
而与AMOLED显示模组相比,PMOLED显示模组的内部结构相对简单很多,主要是驱动方式不同(AMOLED显示模组为主动式驱动,PMOLED显示模组为被动式驱动)。如图8所示,PMOLED显示模组包括阴极801、阳极802、有机发光层803、玻璃基板804,阳极与阴极相互垂直构成矩阵状,阴极与阳极的交叉点形成像素。以扫描方式点亮阵列中的像素,也就是发光的部位,与AMOLED显示模组不同的是,外部驱动电路不需要TFT电路,而是直接在阴极层与阳极层上施加电流,从而决定哪些像素发光,哪些像素不发光。
由此可知,由于PMOLED显示模组少了不透光的反射电极和TFT电路,相比于AMOLED显示模组,其透过率将会得到大大提高。因此,本发明实施例中的显示面板上设置PMOLED显示模组的区域(即第二区域2)不仅具有显示功能,而且透光率较高,可以满足终端上某些光学器件的透光需求。因此,本发明的实施例解决了现有技术中的显示屏无法在为光学器件提供透光条件的基础上保证其全面显示功能的问题。
其中,需要说明的是,对于设置于上述第一区域上的AMOLED显示模组,以及设置于第二区域上的PMOLED显示模组,二者各自内部的走线互不影响。
优选地,所述被动驱动有机发光二极管PMOLED显示模组的阳极层采用透明的氧化铟锡ITO材料制备,进一步提高了PMOLED显示模组的透光率。
优选地,所述主动驱动有机发光二极管AMOLED显示模组的阴极层与所述被动驱动有机发光二极管PMOLED显示模组的阴极层与位于同一层,从而简化了本发明实施例的显示面板的制作工艺的流程。其中,AMOLED显示模组的阴极层的材质与PMOLED显示模组的阴极层的材质也可相同,从而在加工制作时,将AMOLED显示模组的阴极层和PMOLED显示模组的阴极层一同铺设完成,进一步简化了制作工艺的流程。其中,当AMOLED显示模组的阴极层与PMOLED显示模组的阴极层与位于同一层时,二者的边界区域存在绝缘材料,从而将二者相互隔离开来,而不互相影响各自的显示功能。
优选地,所述主动驱动有机发光二极管AMOLED显示模组的阳极层与所述被动驱动有机发光二极管PMOLED显示模组的阳极层位于同一层,从而简化了本发明实施例的显示面板的制作工艺的流程。其中,当AMOLED显示模组的阳极层与PMOLED显示模组的阳极层与位于同一层时,二者的边界区域存在绝缘材料,从而将二者相互隔离开来,而不互相影响各自的显示功能。
优选地,所述主动驱动有机发光二极管AMOLED显示模组的发光层与所述被动驱动有机发光二极管PMOLED显示模组的发光层位于同一层,从而简化了本发明实施例的显示面板的制作工艺的流程。
优选地,所述第一区域1围绕所述第二区域2设置。其中,对于第一区域1与第二区域2的设置方式并不局限于此。例如,第一区域1与第二区域2还可以拼接形式设置,即第一区域1与第二区域2拼接成一个完整的显示区域。
优选地,所述第二区域2的数量为至少两个,从而满足终端上多个光学器件的布置需求。
优选地,所述第一区域1形成四边形,所述第二区域2形成圆形。其中,对于第一区域1和第二区域2的设置形状,并不局限于此。
综上所述,本发明的实施例,在透明基体的第一区域1上设置AMOLED显示模组,在第二区域2上设置PMOLED显示模组,从而通过AMOLED显示模组和PMOLED显示模组组成整个显示模组,共同实现显示功能。其中,由于PMOLED显示模组自身具有较高的光线透过率,所以,第二区域2不仅能够为光学器件提供透光条件,而且能够与第一区域1相配合进行显示,解决了现有技术中的显示屏无法在为光学器件提供透光条件的基础上保证其全面显示功能的问题。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种终端,包括驱动芯片、至少一个光学器件以及如上述所述的显示面板,所述被动驱动有机发光二极管PMOLED显示模组的阴极层和阳极层分别与所述驱动芯片电连接;其中,所述光学器件透光所述被动驱动有机发光二极管PMOLED显示模组取光。
其中,由于显示面板上的PMOLED显示模组具有较高的光线透光率,所以,光学器件位于PMOLED显示模组的下方时,光线可以通过PMOLED显示模组照射到光学器件上,从而使得光学器件可以正常工作。另外,PMOLED显示模组还可以与AMOLED显示模组相互配合进行显示,因此,本发明实施例的终端,在保证按照光学器件的显示区域具有显示功能的基础上,实现了真正意义上的全面屏,提升整个终端的外观效果。
具体地,本发明实施例的终端具体可为手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等电子设备。
其中,所述光学器件包括摄像头和/或光敏器件。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括:
透明基体;
设置于所述透明基体的第一区域上的第一显示模组和设置于所述透明基体的第二区域上的第二显示模组;
其中,所述第一区域和所述第二区域相组合形成整个显示区域,所述第一显示模组为主动驱动有机发光二极管AMOLED显示模组,所述第二显示模组为被动驱动有机发光二极管PMOLED显示模组。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述被动驱动有机发光二极管PMOLED显示模组的阳极层采用透明的氧化铟锡ITO材料制备。
3.根据权利要求1所述显示面板,其特征在于,所述主动驱动有机发光二极管AMOLED显示模组的阴极层与所述被动驱动有机发光二极管PMOLED显示模组的阴极层与位于同一层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述主动驱动有机发光二极管AMOLED显示模组的阳极层与所述被动驱动有机发光二极管PMOLED显示模组的阳极层位于同一层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述主动驱动有机发光二极管AMOLED显示模组的发光层与所述被动驱动有机发光二极管PMOLED显示模组的发光层位于同一层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一区域围绕所述第二区域设置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述第二区域的数量为至少两个。
8.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一区域形成四边形,所述第二区域形成圆形。
9.一种终端,其特征在于,包括驱动芯片、至少一个光学器件以及如权利要求1至8任意一项所述的显示面板,所述被动驱动有机发光二极管PMOLED显示模组的阴极层和阳极层分别与所述驱动芯片电连接;
其中,所述光学器件透光所述被动驱动有机发光二极管PMOLED显示模组取光。
10.根据权利要求9所述的终端,其特征在于,所述光学器件包括摄像头和/或光敏器件。
