本发明涉及木器漆生产领域,尤其是石墨烯除醛木器漆生产领域。
背景技术
木器漆是指用于木制品上的一类树脂漆,有聚酯、聚氨酯漆等,可分为水性和油性。按光泽可分为高光、半哑光、哑光。按用途可分为家具漆、地板漆等。部分传统木器漆生产过程和使用过程中对环境有不良影响,甚至威胁人类健康。
发明内容
本发明提供一种石墨烯除醛木器漆生产工艺,石墨烯除醛木器漆是一种环保型木器漆。具体流程为:1、混合搅拌;2,质量检测。
1、搅拌:常温常压下,聚丙烯酸脂乳液、氟碳乳液、蜡乳液、聚氨酯乳液、皮膜助剂醇脂十二、防冻剂丙二醇、润湿剂聚醚硅氧烷、消泡剂有机硅树脂、PH调节剂有机胺、抗甲醛助剂石墨烯复合纳米二氧化钛、杀菌剂银离子溶液、附着力助剂有机硅烷、水性树脂醇酸树脂、聚酯树脂、水在配料罐中进行配料,配料过程搅拌速率为1500r/min,搅拌时间为210min,得到混合浆料1,常温常压下,将混合浆料1由管道引入砂磨罐中研磨,研磨98min,得到混合浆料2,常温常压下,将混合浆料2由管道引入搅拌罐中搅拌,加入乳液、纤维素、消泡剂、成膜助剂以及增稠剂,搅拌速率为980 r/min,搅拌时间为190min,包装后得到成品,生产过程均在常温常压下进行,无化学反应发生。
2、检验,主要检验涂料的细度、粘度、耐洗刷性、硬度、光泽度、对比率以及甲醛分解性能。
在检验甲醛分解性能过程中主要分为3个过程:
① 检测涂料中是否含有甲醛
将配置的甲醛显色剂滴加到涂料溶液中,检测涂料中是否含有甲醛。
② 检测涂料对甲醛的分解性能
将涂料均匀的刷在木板上,经过7天的自然干燥,在涂板上滴加甲醛溶液,每隔一定的时间滴加甲醛显色剂,指示涂料对甲醛的分解性能。
③ 模拟自然环境,检测涂料对挥发到空气中的甲醛的分解性能
在封闭的玻璃箱中,滴加一定量的甲醛溶液,再把干燥后的涂板放进玻璃箱中,定期抽取玻璃箱中的空气,检测气体中的甲醛含量。检验过程涂板重复利用。
