Abstract

本发明涉及一种麦芽酚升华干燥方法及装置,包括升华釜,其特征在于:在升华釜前增加干燥机,干燥机的底部出口通过管道与升华釜入口相连,干燥机上部出口通过管道与冷凝器相连,冷凝器通过管道连接至出馏槽;a.把来自上一离心工段的麦芽酚粗结晶投入干燥机,通过预先减压方式将干燥机升温至60~80℃;b.将麦芽酚粗结晶中三氯甲烷和水蒸发出来,三氯甲烷和水从干燥机的上部出口进入冷凝器,经冷凝后进入出馏槽,升温结束后,将干燥机中的物料从干燥机底部出口送入升华釜进行升华。本发明优点:减少麦芽酚粗结晶在升华釜中升温时间,既避免了麦芽酚在升华釜中长时间高温的碳化;也避免易冲料影响产品质量,影响生产转化率;提高了生产安全性。

一种麦芽酚升华干燥方法及装置
技术领域
本发明属化工技术领域,涉及麦芽酚生产领域,具体涉及一种麦芽酚升华干燥方法及装置。
背景技术
麦芽酚生产中升华工段是处理粗品提纯加工的一个重要环节,虽然是物理处理过程,但是升华过程是产量得率和产品质量的关键控制点。目前在麦芽酚升华过程中,主要升温到升华需要6小时,由于投料是麦芽酚粗结晶(黄细晶),随着升温熔化,麦芽酚结晶体残留的易挥发组分易导致冲料(物料瞬间冲出),一方面造成设备损坏频率高,另一方面也存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有麦芽酚升华过程中易冲料导致设备损坏频率高的问题,提供一种麦芽酚升华干燥方法及装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种麦芽酚升华干燥装置,包括升华釜,其特征在于:在升华釜前增加干燥机,干燥机的底部出口通过管道与升华釜入口相连,干燥机上部出口通过管道与冷凝器相连,冷凝器通过管道连接至出馏槽。
进一步,所述干燥机优选为卧式耙式干燥机。
一种麦芽酚升华干燥方法,包括原有升华步骤,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a.把来自上一离心工段的麦芽酚粗结晶投入干燥机,通过预先减压方式(真空度不低于-0.08MPa)将干燥机升温;
b.麦芽酚粗结晶中三氯甲烷和水随着干燥机内温度的升高被蒸发出来,三氯甲烷和水从干燥机的上部出口进入冷凝器,经冷凝后进入出馏槽,干燥机升温至60~80℃后,将干燥机中的麦芽酚粗品(固体)从干燥机底部出口送入升华釜进行升华。
运用先干燥,后升华装置,不但保证之前的升华条件不受影响,还达到提高升华效率和产品质量,减少设备损坏目的,大大提高了生产效率,具有较大的经济效益。
本发明的优点:减少麦芽酚粗结晶在升华釜中升温时间,既避免了麦芽酚在升华釜中长时间高温的碳化;也避免易冲料影响产品质量,影响生产转化率;提高了生产安全性。

具体实施方式
结合图1,一种麦芽酚升华干燥方法及装置,具体实施步骤如下:
一种麦芽酚升华干燥装置,包括卧式耙式干燥机、升华釜,卧式耙式干燥机的底部出口通过管道与升华釜入口相连卧式耙式干燥机上部出口通过管道与冷凝器相连,冷凝器通过管道连接至出馏槽。
实施例1
一种麦芽酚升华干燥方法,包括原有升华步骤,具体实施步骤如下:
a.采用卧式耙式干燥机,打开干燥机投料孔投入800 Kg麦芽酚粗结晶,开干燥机搅拌、真空泵、蒸汽加热,在真空条件下升温干燥,控制真空度不低于-0.06MPa;
b.干燥机中三氯甲烷和水从干燥机的上部出口进入冷凝器冷凝,经冷凝后进入出馏槽,当干燥机温度上升至80℃时,停止加热,打开干燥机底部出口,将麦芽酚粗品送入升华釜进行升华,升华结束后得升华产品680Kg。
实施例2
a.采用卧式耙式干燥机,打开干燥机投料孔投入700 Kg麦芽酚粗结晶,开干燥机搅拌、真空泵、蒸汽加热,在真空条件下升温干燥,控制真空度不低于-0.08MPa,
b.干燥机中三氯甲烷和水从干燥机的上部出口进入冷凝器,经冷凝后进入出馏槽,当干燥机温度上升至60℃时,停止加热,打开干燥机底部出口,将麦芽酚粗品送入升华釜进行升华,升华结束后得升华产品685Kg。

1.一种麦芽酚升华干燥装置,包括升华釜,其特征在于:在升华釜前增加干燥机,干燥机的底部出口通过管道与升华釜入口相连,干燥机上部出口通过管道与冷凝器相连,冷凝器通过管道连接至出馏槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种麦芽酚升华干燥装置,其特征在于:所述干燥机优选为卧式耙式干燥机。
3.一种麦芽酚升华干燥方法,包括原有升华步骤,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a.把来自上一离心工段的麦芽酚粗结晶通过投料孔投入干燥机,通过预先减压方式将干燥机升温,控制真空度-0.08MPa以下;
b. 麦芽酚粗结晶中三氯甲烷和水随着干燥机内温度的升高被蒸发出来,三氯甲烷和水从干燥机的上部出口进入冷凝器,经冷凝后进入出馏槽,干燥机升温至60~80℃后,将干燥机中的麦芽酚粗品从干燥机底部出口送入升华釜进行升华。
