Abstract
The passenger getting on/off passage of the vacuum pipeline maglev vehicle of the rail transit system effectively shortens the residence time of the train, realizes the smooth getting on/off of passengers inside and outside the maglev vehicle and improves the economic benefit. The device is arranged on one side of the vacuum pipeline close to the platform and comprises a positioning system, an getting-on/off channel system, an air pressure system and an automatic control system. The positioning system is fixedly arranged in the vacuum pipeline, and clamps the vehicle body of the maglev train at two sides of the maglev train. The upper and lower passage system comprises a tubular passage with the rear end fixed to the platform and the front part extending into the vacuum pipeline, and a door butt joint ring fixedly arranged outside the periphery of the train sealing door, wherein the front end of the tubular passage is provided with a telescopic butt joint device which forms butt joint and sealing with the door butt joint ring, and the rear end of the tubular passage is provided with a passage sealing door which can be opened and closed. The air pressure system is connected with the tubular channel, so that the air pressure in the tubular channel is converted between a low vacuum state and a normal pressure state. Background
The vacuum pipeline maglev train is used as a brand new high-speed transportation mode, and can solve the problem of exhaustion of non-renewable energy sources of human beings at present. Compared with the traditional transportation mode, the system has a series of advantages of safety, high speed, comfort, energy conservation, environmental protection, low noise and the like. The magnetic suspension train runs in a closed vacuum environment, is not influenced by air, mechanical friction resistance and climate, and can reach high running speed. Because the vacuum pipeline is in a vacuum state, and the carriage in the pipeline and the platform outside the pipeline are in a standard atmosphere environment, if passengers on the platform enter and exit the magnetic levitation train parked in the vacuum pipeline, the key problem to be solved is to pass through a vacuum belt between the pipeline and the carriage, namely, the interconversion between low vacuum negative pressure and normal pressure is achieved, and the air pressure stability of the transition channel is ensured.
At present, the transition transportation station suitable for the vacuum pipeline maglev train mainly comprises the following two main types: one is that after the vehicle enters the normal pressure environment from the low vacuum environment through the air pressure transition cabin, passengers get on or off the vehicle through opening the doors, and the method needs huge partition equipment to realize air pressure transition (ventilation is needed when entering a station, vacuumizing is needed when leaving the station) and independent space to accommodate the magnetic levitation vehicle, so that the occupied volume is large, the cost is high, and the time consumption is long; the other is that the vehicle is directly parked in the vacuum pipeline, the carriage and the platform are mutually butted through a transition passage corridor with good sealing performance, passengers can get on and off the vehicle smoothly through the passage, such as a Swisssetro system of a Swiss subway, which is used as an underground high-speed magnetic levitation train system, and the passengers get on and off the vehicle by taking an elevator from a ground station to enter the underground platform for riding.
The invention provides a novel passenger boarding and alighting channel of a vacuum pipeline magnetic levitation vehicle. The train positioning mode of the expansion air bags is adopted, so that the parking stability of the magnetic levitation vehicle is improved; the PLC automation equipment is adopted to control the telescopic channel, so that the fault rate and maintenance workload of the control system are reduced, and the real-time online monitoring of the telescopic channel can be effectively realized.

The invention aims to provide a passenger boarding and alighting channel of a vacuum pipeline maglev vehicle of a rail transit system, so as to effectively shorten the residence time of a train, realize the smooth boarding and alighting of passengers inside and outside the maglev vehicle and improve the economic benefit.

The positioning system comprises a pair of cantilevers fixed on the inner wall of the vacuum pipeline, a positioning air bag is arranged at the front end of the cantilever, and an air charging and discharging device acting on the positioning air bag is arranged in the cantilever;
the telescopic butting device comprises an annular butting connector, an elastic sealing ring and a linear reciprocating driving device, wherein the annular butting connector is sleeved at the front part of a boarding passage and forms radial seal with the boarding passage, the linear reciprocating driving device acts on the rear end of the annular butting connector, and the front end of the annular butting connector is fixedly provided with the elastic sealing ring which forms radial seal and axial seal on the car door butting ring;
the linear reciprocating driving device is an electric push rod which is circumferentially arranged at intervals along the outer wall of the boarding passage;
corresponding electromagnetic locking devices are arranged on the corresponding end surfaces of the annular butt joint interface and the car door butt joint ring at intervals along the circumferential direction.
The beneficial effects of the invention are shown in the following aspects:
1. the passenger boarding and alighting channel is only built in a specific place of the platform, can be in butt joint with train doors at a plurality of positions, is locked and positioned, and occupies a small space;
2. when the vehicle gets on or off, only the limited space of the tubular passage volume is required to be vacuumized, so that the time consumption is short, the energy consumption is low, passengers inside or outside the magnetic levitation vehicle can get on or off in a short time, the detention time of the train can be effectively shortened, and the economic benefit is improved;
3. the whole space is small, the sealing operation outside the door is convenient, the air pressure conversion is easy, the problem is easy to maintain, and the cost is relatively low;
4. the automatic control system is adopted to control the actions of the telescopic butting device, the air pressure system and the channel sealing door, the matched module can realize serialization and normalization, the hardware is simple to install and easy to assemble, and the monitoring device can be used for realizing online real-time monitoring.
The invention provides the station transition device with good sealing performance for the vacuum pipeline transportation, and the station transition device has a simple integral structure and is easy to realize.

Detailed Description
The following describes the embodiments of the present invention further with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a passenger boarding and alighting channel of a vacuum pipeline maglev vehicle for a rail transit system of the present invention is disposed at one side of a vacuum pipeline 1 near a platform, and comprises a positioning system, a boarding and alighting channel system, a pneumatic system and an automatic control system. The positioning system is fixedly arranged in the vacuum pipeline 1, and clamps the train body of the magnetic levitation train 2 at two sides, so that the train body is protected in a stable state in the process of getting on or off the train by passengers. The system for getting on and off the train comprises a tubular passage 10 with the rear end fixed to the platform and the front part extending into the vacuum pipeline 1, and a train door butt joint ring 6 fixedly arranged outside the periphery of the train sealing door 5, wherein the front end of the tubular passage 10 is provided with a telescopic butt joint device which forms butt joint and sealing with the train door butt joint ring 6, and the rear end of the tubular passage 10 is provided with a channel sealing door 11 which can be opened and closed. The air pressure system is connected with the tubular passage 10, so that the air pressure in the tubular passage 10 is switched between a low vacuum state and a normal pressure state. The automatic control system is used for controlling the actions of the telescopic butting device, the pneumatic system and the channel sealing door 11.
Referring to fig. 1, the positioning system comprises a pair of cantilevers 20 fixed on the inner wall of the vacuum pipe 1, a positioning air bag 21 is installed at the front end of the cantilevers 20, and an air charging and discharging device acting on the positioning air bag 21 is arranged in the cantilevers 20.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the telescopic docking device comprises an annular docking interface 12, an elastic sealing ring 13 and a linear reciprocating driving device 15, wherein the annular docking interface 12 is sleeved at the front part of the boarding passage 10 and forms radial seal with the boarding passage, the linear reciprocating driving device 15 acts on the rear end of the annular docking interface 12, and the elastic sealing ring 13 which forms radial seal and axial seal with the docking ring 6 of the vehicle door is fixedly arranged at the front end of the annular docking interface 12. Generally, the linear reciprocating driving device 15 may be electric push rods circumferentially spaced along the outer wall of the boarding passage 10.
Referring to fig. 2, corresponding electromagnetic locking devices 14 are circumferentially arranged on the corresponding end surfaces of the annular docking interface 12 and the door docking ring 6 at intervals. Referring to fig. 2, a vent valve 16 is provided at the rear of the tubular passage 10, the vent valve 16 being connected to a pneumatic system. The automatic control system comprises a programmable controller 30 and a monitoring device 31, wherein the programmable controller 30 automatically controls the actions of the air charging and discharging device, the linear reciprocating driving device 15, the electromagnetic locking device 14, the air pressure system and the channel sealing door 11, and the actions are displayed on the monitoring device 31.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, when the magnetic levitation train 2 arrives at the parking position, the positioning air bags 21 outside both sides of the train body are inflated and form a clamp to the train body, so that the train body is kept in a stable state during the boarding and disembarking of passengers. The annular butt joint interface 12 extends forwards under the action of the linear reciprocating driving device 15, the elastic sealing ring 13 at the front end of the annular butt joint interface 12 is propped against the outer port of the car door butt joint ring 6 to form radial sealing and axial sealing, and the car door butt joint ring 6 and the annular butt joint interface 12 which are in butt joint are locked through the electromagnetic locking device 14. Thereafter, the ventilation valve 16 is opened to allow external atmosphere to flow into the tubular passage 10, and the passage sealing door 11 at the rear end of the tubular passage 10 is opened to allow the atmospheric pressure environment 4 in the magnetic levitation train 2, the tubular passage 10 and the external atmospheric pressure environment to be in an air pressure-unobstructed state, and to be kept in an isolated state from the low vacuum environment 3 in the vacuum pipeline 1. After the train sealing door 5 is opened, passengers inside and outside the train can get on and off the train smoothly through the tubular passage 10.
Referring to fig. 1, before the magnetic levitation train 2 is out, the train sealing door 5 and the tunnel sealing door 11 are first closed, and both ends of the tubular tunnel 10 are sealed. The pneumatic system is then activated to evacuate the tubular passage 10, converting the pneumatic pressure within the tubular passage 10 into a low vacuum. Thereafter, the electromagnetic locking device 14 is unlocked to the door docking ring 6 and the annular docking interface 12, the linear reciprocating driving device 15 is started to retract the annular docking interface 12 to be out of docking with the door docking ring 6, the positioning air bag 21 is deflated, the clamping of the vehicle body is released, and the maglev train 2 can run out.
The passenger boarding and alighting channels can be built and installed at different positions of the platform, and the size and the number of the channels are determined according to the sizes of the magnetic levitation train doors and the platform.
