Abstract

本发明公开了一种电镀金刚石砂带的制作方法,是先在基体上用丝印模版制成所需图形,再用电镀的工艺使工业人造金刚石颗粒有序镶嵌在基体正面上,然后用粘接剂把柔软基布和镀好金刚石的基体背面加温加压粘合牢固,分条接头做成各种规格型号环型砂带。采用本发明方法制成的砂带较现有技术的砂带相比,砂带锋利度磨削效率更好,寿命更高,性价比更好,花型更多,有排削功能,可更有效地磨削各种金属非金属产品。

本发明涉及砂带,具体是一种电镀金刚石砂带的制作方法。
背景技术
金刚石砂带是由金刚石磨料涂附或者电沉积于金属或非金属底材上形成金刚石层,再将金刚石层的底材粘结于橡塑材料基片(基体)上成型。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种电镀金刚石砂带的制作方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种电镀金刚石砂带,由基体、有序镶嵌在基体正面上的金刚石颗粒层及粘接在基体背面的柔软基布层构成,其制作方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将基体置于丝印模版上,采用丝印工艺将基体绘制成所需图形;
(2)采用电镀工艺将金刚石颗粒有序地镶嵌在基体正面上;
(3)用粘接剂将柔软基布粘接在镀好金刚石的基体背面,加温加压,使其粘合牢固;
(4)分条接头,制成环形砂带。
采用本发明方法制成的砂带较现有技术的砂带相比,砂带锋利度磨削效率更好,寿命更高,性价比更好,花型更多,有排削功能,可更有效地磨削各种金属非金属产品。

实施例:
一种电镀金刚石砂带的制作方法,是先在基体上用丝印模版制成所需图形,再用电镀的工艺使工业人造金刚石颗粒有序镶嵌在基体正面上,然后用粘接剂把柔软基布和镀好金刚石的基体背面加温加压粘合牢固(如图1所示),分条接头做成各种规格型号环型砂带。

1.一种电镀金刚石砂带的制作方法,其特征是:包括如下步骤:
(1)将基体置于丝印模版上,采用丝印工艺将基体绘制成所需图形;
(2)采用电镀工艺将金刚石颗粒有序地镶嵌在基体正面上;
(3)用粘接剂将柔软基布粘接在镀好金刚石的基体背面,加温加压,使其粘合牢固;
(4)分条接头,制成环形砂带。
2.用权利要求1所述的制作方法制成的电镀金刚石砂带。
