本发明为一种用于机磨的含绒面的抛光砂布。目的是解决现有抛光砂布使用效率低下，劳动强度大且材料利用率低的技术问题。包括砂布布基，砂布布基的一面为绒面，另一面涂覆有粘接剂，磨削层通过粘接剂与砂布布基粘接在一起；绒在砂布布基的一面上，砂布布基的另一面也涂覆粘接剂，磨料通过植砂植入到粘接剂中形成磨削层；该砂布在传统砂布或砂纸的背面设置绒面，砂布的绒面容易与魔术贴的钩面粘贴，装卸方便，磨削效率高，可以进行平移磨削或者旋转磨削，满足机械磨削等多种需要；降低成本、减少加工环节从而减少损耗。

一种用于机磨的含绒面的抛光砂布
技术领域
本发明涉及一种工业砂布，特别是涉及一种适合用于机磨的含绒面的抛光砂布。
背景技术
目前抛光砂纸（布）的生产，是先将处理过的基体(纸、布基或者塑胶薄膜)涂底胶后植砂（静电植砂或者重力植砂），然后复胶并固化，完成涂附磨具的制作，使用的时候是手持此产品对金属或木材进行打磨，因而抛光材料利用率较低，打磨效率较低，工人劳动强度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有抛光砂布使用效率低下，劳动强度大且材料利用率低的技术问题，提供一种用于机磨的含绒面的抛光砂布，该砂布在传统砂布或砂纸的背面设置绒面，砂布的绒面容易与魔术贴的钩面粘贴，装卸方便，磨削效率高，可以进行平移磨削或者旋转磨削，满足机械磨削等多种需要。
本发明的目的是通过下列技术方案实现的：一种用于机磨的含绒面的抛光砂布，包括砂布布基，砂布布基的一面为绒面，另一面涂覆有粘接剂，磨削层通过粘接剂与砂布布基粘接在一起。
在上述技术方案中，所述绒面是通过粘接剂粘接在砂布布基的一面上，砂布布基的另一面也涂覆粘接剂，磨料通过植砂植入到粘接剂中形成磨削层。
在上述技术方案中，所述磨削层为植入了磨料的含砂不织布。
在上述技术方案中，所述砂布布基为针织布、机织布、纸、塑料薄膜、经过胶水浸渍的无纺布或是经过胶水含砂浸渍的无纺布。
从本发明的技术特征可以看出，本发明的优点在于：该砂布在传统砂布或砂纸的背面设置绒面，砂布的绒面容易与魔术贴的钩面粘贴，使得绒面砂布夹持非常方便，提高了使用效率，而且利用魔术贴的钩面把持绒面，装卸方便，磨削效率高，本发明的砂布可以进行平移磨削或者旋转磨削，满足机械磨削等多种需要；降低成本、减少加工环节从而减少损耗。经过胶水处理或是材料之间复合处理后的基材不用水洗退浆，大大地节约成本并减少环境污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及实施例对本发明做进一步的说明：
如图1和图2所示，本发明包括砂布布基，砂布布基的一面为绒，另一面涂覆有粘接剂，磨削层通过粘接剂与砂布布基粘接在一起，绒容易与魔术贴的钩面粘贴，使得绒砂布夹持非常方便，提高使用效率。
如图1所示，我们采用粘接剂将绒毛粘接到布基上形成绒面，通过绒与魔术贴的钩粘贴，夹持方便，且容易在机械上实现磨削，另一面涂覆粘接剂，通过静电植砂或是重力植砂植入磨料，形成磨削层。
所述砂布布基为针织布、机织布、纸、塑料薄膜、经过胶水浸渍的无纺布或是经过含砂胶水浸渍的无纺布中的其中一种。
如图2所示，绒可以方便与魔术贴的钩粘贴，另一面通过粘接剂与植入了磨料的不织布粘接，形成磨削层，结构简单方便，且对材料的利用更为彻底，提高利用率，且磨削效率得到提高。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于机磨的含绒面的抛光砂布，其特征在于包括砂布布基（1），砂布布基（1）的一面为绒面（2），另一面涂覆有粘接剂（3），磨削层（4）通过粘接剂（3）与砂布布基（1）粘接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于机磨的含绒的抛光砂布，其特征在于所述绒（2）是通过粘接剂（5）粘接在砂布布基（1）的一面上，砂布布基（1）的另一面涂覆粘接剂（3），磨料（6）通过植砂植入到粘接剂（3）中形成磨削层（4）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于机磨的含绒的抛光砂布，其特征在于所述磨削层（4）为植入了磨料的含砂不织布。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种用于机磨的含绒的抛光砂布，其特征在于所述砂布布基（1）为针织布、机织布、纸、塑料薄膜、经过胶水浸渍的无纺布或是经过含砂胶水浸渍的无纺布。
