Abstract
本发明涉及一种预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片及其制备方法,由以下组分按质量百分比组成:益生菌冻干粉5~20%、益生元20~50%、果蔬粉0~30%、乳粉10~40%、糖3~5%,压片糖果添加剂适量,其中,所述益生菌冻干粉为长双歧杆菌、动物双歧杆菌乳亚种、鼠李糖乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌和唾液乳杆菌中的一种或多种。其制备过程如下:(1)将预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片的原料进行筛选后按比例进行称量;(2)将称量好的原料进行混合;(3)将混合好的原料进行压片得预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片。本发明的预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片在预防治疗口腔疾病上效果更好,口味多样化,营养价值高。

本发明涉及复合益生菌技术领域,特别是涉及一种预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片及其制备方法。
背景技术
人体微生物菌群与人形成一个共生体,被认为参与人的所有生长发育过程,甚至有人说微生物菌群是人体最大的器官,因为菌群细胞总数大约是人体细胞总数的数倍,其中口腔菌群有300多种微生物组成,总个数达到100亿以上。健康人的口腔中有益菌占优,它们不仅维持了口腔健康,还会分布到肠道和全身,甚至传递给下一代,产生更多有利于健康长寿的作用。然而,由于遗传因素,或者婴儿早期因素如早产、剖腹产、缺乏母乳、疾病等,会导致婴儿体内菌群失调。在人漫长生长发育岁月中,还有很多因素,如生活学习工作环境、生活饮食习惯等也会导致体内菌群失调。口腔菌群失调会进而导致口腔疾病,科学实验已经证明,口臭、龋齿、口腔炎症、口腔溃疡、口腔癌、咽喉炎等口腔疾病都与口腔菌群失调有关。所谓菌群失调,亦即有益菌减少,有害菌或致病菌增加, 以下是口腔疾病常见的病原微生物:变形链球菌(Streptococcus mutans)、牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonasgingivalis)、粘性放线菌(Actinomyces viscosus)、具核梭杆菌(Fusobacteriumnucleatum)、伴放线放线杆菌(Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans)、韦荣球菌 (Veillonella spp.)、中间普氏菌(Prevotella intermedia)、粘性口腔球菌(Stomatococcus mucilaginosus)、幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori)、白色念珠菌(Monilia albican)和人乳头瘤病毒HPV等。如果是有害菌、致病菌占优,它们不仅危害口腔,同样会进入肠道、生殖系统等部位,产生有害难闻的气体(口臭、异味)、其它有毒有害物质、致病、致肿瘤等作用。研究表明,变形链球菌不仅影响牙齿健康还会增加中风风险和脑内出血的可能。牙周病患者的呼吸道疾病致病因子的浓度明显高于一般人,因此呼吸系统疾病比如肺炎、慢性支气管炎和慢性阻塞性肺病会受到牙周病的不利影响,老年人和免疫功能不全的患者尤其明显。糖尿病和牙周病有相互促进作用,牙周病似乎使糖尿病患者的血糖水平更难稳定,而糖尿病患者对感染的反应能力受损,故患牙周病的风险更高。具核梭杆菌是牙菌斑中常见的细菌,研究人员发现,它与结肠直肠恶性肿瘤的形成密切相关,甚至还导致子宫内感染进而引起早产和胎儿死亡。幽门螺旋杆菌是胃炎、胃癌的罪魁祸首,口腔可能是它最先感染的部位。同样,生殖系统常见的病原体白色念珠菌和HPV,也时常感染口腔(HPV是口腔癌的关键因素之一)。可见,及时补充益生菌对于预防口腔菌群失调,保持口腔保健具有重要意义,对于全身健康也有实际意义。
益生菌对人体的有益保健甚至预防治疗疾病的作用,主要通过以下几个途径实现。(1)益生菌产生抑菌杀菌物质,包括多种短链脂肪酸如乳酸、乙酸、丁酸、丙酸,H2O2,细菌素、抗菌肽等,这些对病菌、有害菌强的抑制或杀灭功能。(2)益生菌降解有毒有害物质,减轻其对人体的伤害,同时制造多种营养保健物质,除了上述抑菌物质,还有人必须的氨基酸、维生素等。(3)营养和空间竞争,有害菌和致病菌也需要营养,需要口腔壁、肠壁来附着或定植,当有益菌占优,有害菌和致病菌就失去了生存的营养和空间等基本条件。(4)保护、提高免疫力,人体免疫力是抵抗病菌感染、不良因素侵害的最大屏障,口腔和肠道承担了全部免疫力的80%,益生菌不仅保护免疫系统免受病菌破坏,还有发现和修复免疫缺损的功能,以及激活免疫系统的功能。
益生菌是一类对宿主有益的活性微生物,是定植于人体口腔、肠道、生殖系统内,能产生确切健康功效从而改善宿主微生态平衡、发挥有益作用的活性有益微生物的总称。益生菌主要有:乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、芽孢杆菌、酪酸菌、放线菌、酵母菌等。随着科技的发展,食品科学与预防医学融为一体的研究,使食品具有特殊的保健功能成为食品科学技术的重要发展方向,同时人们对营养的需求不断发生着变化。集科技、时尚、健康、营养于一体的益生菌食品、保健品、饮料、药品等越来越受到消费者的欢迎。
现有的益生菌含片普遍存在的多种问题或不足。首先,菌种几乎完全来自国外。其次,菌种种类单一,口味和功能单一。此外,适口性差,营养价值低等。特别值得注意的是,国内外的大量研究表明,由于遗传、生活环境、饮食习惯等不同,不同族群的人体菌群有很大差别,来自本国本族群的益生菌最适合本族群人体,也就是说中国原生益生菌最适合中国人,那些外来菌对中国人体的适应性差,定植能力差,不能发挥应有的保健作用。本发明的目的是利用来自中国长寿之乡健康人体的益生菌(已经在中国国家菌种库登记保藏, 见保藏号)制作复合益生菌含片,提供一种对口腔疾病具有预防或治疗作用的方便有效的方法。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片,由以下组分按质量百分比组成:益生菌冻干粉5~20%、益生元20~50%、果蔬粉0~30%、乳粉10~40%、糖3~5%,压片糖果添加剂适量,其中,所述益生菌冻干粉为长双歧杆菌、动物双歧杆菌乳亚种、鼠李糖乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌和唾液乳杆菌中的一种或多种。
所述植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)的保藏编号为CGMCC NO.15029,保藏日期为2017年12月7日;所述长双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium longum)的保藏编号为CGMCCNO.15028,保藏日期为2017年12月7日;所述鼠李糖乳杆菌(Lactobacillus rhamnosus)的保藏编号为CGMCC NO.15027,保藏日期为2017年12月7日;所述动物双歧杆菌乳亚种(Bifidobacteria animalis subsp.lactis)的保藏编号为CGMCC NO.15026,保藏日期为2017年12月7日;所述副干酪乳杆菌(Lactobacillus paracasei)的保藏编号为CGMCCNO.15025,保藏日期为2017年12月1日;所述唾液乳杆菌(Lactobacillus salivarius)的保藏编号为CGMCC NO.15701,保藏日期为2018年4月28日。上述六个菌种均在中国微生物菌种保藏管理委员会普通微生物中心(CGMCC)保藏(地址 :北京市朝阳区北辰西路1号院3号,中国科学院微生物研究所)。
优选的是,所述益生菌冻干粉的活菌数≥1× 1010/克。
优选的是,所述膳食纤维为茶叶粉。
优选的是,所述压片糖果添加剂包括以下质量份比的组分:微晶纤维素1-3份、淀粉糖1-3,麦芽糊精1-3份、硬脂酸镁0.5-1.5份、柠檬酸0.5-1.5份,薄荷0-3份,雨生红球藻粉0-1份,加工助剂0.5-4份。
优选的是,所述益生元为低聚糖、膳食纤维、抗性淀粉,其中低聚糖为低聚果糖、菊粉、低聚木糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚麦芽糖、低聚异麦芽糖、大豆低聚糖、水苏糖、壳聚糖、棉子糖中的一种或多种。
根据其中食品原辅料、用途和习惯差异,上述预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片可以做成含片、口含片、压片糖果、压片、咀嚼片、果浆片、果蔬片、奶片、酸奶片、营养片等。
一种预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片的原料进行筛选后按比例进行称量;
(2)将称量好的原料进行混合;
(3)将混合好的原料进行压片得预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片的制备方法采用多种益生菌结合,并附以蔬果粉配合,使制备的预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片口味多样化,功能齐全,营养价值高,适合不同年龄人使用,可以预防治疗口腔疾病。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作详细描述。
实施例1
制备100g预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料进行筛选,并按以下比例进行称量:益生菌冻干粉10g、益生元50g、水果粉10g、乳粉20g、食糖4g、压片糖果添加剂6g,其中,压片糖果添加剂包括微晶纤维素1g、淀粉糖1g、麦芽糖精1g、硬脂酸镁0.5g、柠檬酸0.5g、薄荷1.5g、加工助剂二氧化硅0.5g;所述益生菌冻干粉为副干酪乳杆菌CGMCC15025和唾液乳杆菌CGMCC15701,两种益生菌按任意比例混合,所述益生菌冻干粉的总活菌数≥1×1010/克;
(2)将称量好的原料进行混合;
(3)将混合好的原料进行压片得100g预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片。
实施例2
制备100g预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料进行筛选,并按以下比例进行称量:益生菌冻干粉20g、益生元30g、蔬菜粉30g、乳粉10g、食糖5g、压片糖果添加剂5g,其中,压片糖果添加剂包括微晶纤维素0.75g、淀粉糖0.75g、麦芽糖精0.75g、硬脂酸镁0.5g、柠檬酸0.5g、雨生红球藻粉0.25g、加工助剂二氧化硅1.5g;所述益生菌冻干粉为唾液乳杆菌CGMCC15701、副干酪乳杆菌CGMCC15025和长双歧杆菌CGMCC15028,三者比例为任意混合,所述益生菌冻干粉的总活菌数≥1× 1010/克;
(2)将称量好的原料进行混合;
(3)将混合好的原料进行压片得100g预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片。
实施例3
制备100g预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料进行筛选,并按以下比例进行称量:益生菌冻干粉5g、益生元45g、水果粉20g、乳粉15g、食糖3g、压片糖果添加剂12g,其中,压片糖果添加剂包括微晶纤维素1.8g、淀粉糖1.8g、麦芽糖精1.8g、硬脂酸镁0.9g、柠檬酸0.9g、薄荷1.8g、雨生红球藻粉0.6g加工助剂二氧化硅2.4g;所述益生菌冻干粉为唾液乳杆菌CGMCC15701、副干酪乳杆菌CGMCC15025、长双歧杆菌CGMCC15028和鼠李糖乳杆菌CGMCC15027,四者比例为任意混合,所述益生菌冻干粉的总活菌数≥1× 1010/克;
(2)将称量好的原料进行混合;
(3)将混合好的原料进行压片得100g预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片。
实施例4
制备100g预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料进行筛选,并按以下比例进行称量:益生菌冻干粉10g、益生元39g、乳粉40g、食糖4g、压片糖果添加剂7g,其中,压片糖果添加剂包括微晶纤维素0.5g、淀粉糖0.5g、麦芽糖精0.5g、硬脂酸镁0.75g、柠檬酸0.75g、薄荷1.5g、雨生红球藻粉0.5g、加工助剂二氧化硅2g;所述益生菌冻干粉为副干酪乳杆菌CGMCC15025、植物乳杆菌为CGMCC15029、长双歧杆菌为CGMCC15028动物双歧杆菌乳亚种为CGMCC15026和鼠李糖乳杆菌为CGMCC15027,五者比例为任意混合,所述益生菌冻干粉的总活菌数≥1× 1010/克;
(2)将称量好的原料进行混合;
(3)将混合好的原料进行压片得100g预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片。
实施例5
制备100g预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料进行筛选,并按以下比例进行称量:益生菌冻干粉10g、益生元20g、水果粉30g、乳粉30g、食糖4g、压片糖果添加剂6g,其中,压片糖果添加剂包括微晶纤维素0.75g、淀粉糖0.75g、麦芽糖精0.75g、硬脂酸镁0.5g、柠檬酸0.25g、薄荷1g、雨生红球藻粉0.25g、加工助剂二氧化硅1.75g;所述益生菌冻干粉为副干酪乳杆菌CGMCC15025、植物乳杆菌为CGMCC15029、唾液乳杆菌CGMCC15701、长双歧杆菌为CGMCC15028动物双歧杆菌乳亚种为CGMCC15026和鼠李糖乳杆菌为CGMCC15027,六者比例为任意混合,所述益生菌冻干粉的总活菌数≥1× 1010/克;
(2)将称量好的原料进行混合;
(3)将混合好的原料进行压片得100g预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片。
其它实施例
制备100g预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将原料进行筛选,并按以下比例进行称量:益生菌冻干粉5~20%、益生元20~50%、果蔬粉0~30%、乳粉10~40%、糖3~5%,压片糖果添加剂适量,其中,所述益生菌冻干粉为植物乳杆菌CGMCC15029、长双歧杆菌CGMCC15028、鼠李糖乳杆菌CGMCC15027、动物双歧杆菌乳亚种CGMCC15026、副干酪乳杆菌CGMCC15025和唾液乳杆菌CGMCC15701中一种或多种,可按任意比例混合;所述益生菌冻干粉的总活菌数≥1× 1010/克;所述果蔬粉包括水果粉和蔬菜粉,可以是苹果粉、菠萝粉、水蜜桃粉、芹菜粉,胡萝卜粉,白菜粉,茄子粉,西红柿粉,黄瓜粉等;所述压片糖果添加剂包括以下质量份比的组分:微晶纤维素1-3份、淀粉糖1-3,麦芽糊精1-3份、硬脂酸镁0.5-1.5份、柠檬酸0.5-1.5份,薄荷0-3份,雨生红球藻粉0-1份,加工助剂0.5-4份,所述加工助剂可以采用二氧化硅等,所述益生元为低聚糖、膳食纤维、抗性淀粉,其中低聚糖为低聚果糖、菊粉、低聚木糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚麦芽糖、低聚异麦芽糖、大豆低聚糖、水苏糖、壳聚糖、棉子糖中的一种或多种。根据其中食品原辅料、用途和习惯差异,上述预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片可以做成含片、口含片、压片糖果、压片、咀嚼片、果浆片、果蔬片、奶片、酸奶片、营养片等。
(2)将称量好的原料进行混合;
(3)将混合好的原料进行压片得100g预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片。
上述实施例采用多种益生菌结合,并附以膳食纤维或蔬果粉配合,使制备的预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片口味多样化,功能齐全,营养价值高,适合不同年龄人使用。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (8)
1.一种预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片,其特征在于:由以下组分按质量百分比组成:益生菌冻干粉5~20%、益生元20~50%、果蔬粉0~30%、乳粉10~40%、糖3~5%、压片糖果添加剂适量,其中,所述益生菌冻干粉为长双歧杆菌、动物双歧杆菌乳亚种、鼠李糖乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌和唾液乳杆菌中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片,其特征在于:所述植物乳杆菌的保藏编号为CGMCC15029,所述长双歧杆菌的保藏编号为CGMCC15028,所述鼠李糖乳杆菌的保藏编号为CGMCC15027,所述动物双歧杆菌乳亚种的保藏编号为CGMCC15026,所述副干酪乳杆菌的保藏编号为CGMCC15025,所述唾液乳杆菌的保藏编号为CGMCC15701。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片,其特征在于:所述益生菌冻干粉的活菌数≥1× 1010/克。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片,其特征在于:所述压片糖果添加剂包括以下质量份比的组分:微晶纤维素1-3份、淀粉糖1-3,麦芽糊精1-3份、硬脂酸镁0.5-1.5份、柠檬酸0.5-1.5份,薄荷0-3份,雨生红球藻粉0-1份,加工助剂0.5-4份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片,其特征在于:所述益生元为低聚糖、膳食纤维、抗性淀粉。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片,其特征在于:所述低聚糖为低聚果糖、菊粉、低聚木糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚麦芽糖、低聚异麦芽糖、大豆低聚糖、水苏糖、壳聚糖、棉子糖中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片,其特征在于:根据其中食品原辅料、用途和习惯差异,上述预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片可以做成含片、口含片、压片糖果、压片、咀嚼片、果浆片、果蔬片、奶片、酸奶片、营养片等。
8.一种如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
将预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片的原料进行筛选后按比例称量;
将称量好的原料进行混合;
将混合好的原料进行压片成型,即为预防治疗口腔疾病的复合益生菌含片。
