(3)向步骤(2)中的混合物中加入氮化硼,二氯甲,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,硼酸,高碱值合成磺酸钙,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,聚α-烯烃后,升温至45-55摄氏度,以800-1000转/分钟的速度搅拌混合20-30分钟后,
(4)在步骤3中的混合物中加入抗氧剂、抗乳化剂,然后投入超声波分散机中分散15-20分钟后,用高速剪切机剪切3-4小时,剪切温度50-60摄氏度,自然冷却至室温,即得污水处理设备用润滑油。
