(1)按环保设备用润滑油的原料重量份称取各原料;
(2)将润滑基础油,蓖麻油,氟硅油,三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯,磷酸,柠檬酸钠,辛基酚,聚乙二醇,齐墩果酮酸,混合搅拌均匀,放入超声波分散机中进行高频分散,分散温度55-75摄氏度,分散时间20-30分钟;
(3)向步骤(2)中的混合物中加入环氧树脂,氮化硼,多孔碳纤维,硼酸,硫磷丁辛基盐,纳米碳化硅,聚α-烯烃后,升温至45-55摄氏度,以800-1000转/分钟的速度搅拌混合20-30分钟后,
(4)在步骤3中的混合物中加入抗氧剂、抗乳化剂,清净剂,然后投入超声波分散机中分散15-20分钟后,用高速剪切机剪切3-4小时,剪切温度50-60摄氏度,自然冷却至室温,即得污水处理设备用润滑油。
