Abstract
本发明属日化领域，具体涉及一种含聚氨基酰胺磺基甜菜碱的精华液。该精华液除了包含有3.3％‑19.3％的常见保湿成份外，还含有1.4％‑3.0％的具有自防腐功效的成份：葡萄柚籽提取物、乳酸杆菌发酵产物以及艾叶提取物,另外，本发明特别添加0.01％‑1.0％的聚氨基酰胺磺基甜菜碱。本发明加入的聚氨基酰胺磺基甜菜碱，能够提高皮肤含水量。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日化领域，具体涉及一种含聚氨基酰胺磺基甜菜碱的精华液。
背景技术
水对正常皮肤尤其是角质层的功能是非常重要的，其关键功能是参加正常脱屑所需的许多水解过程。当角质层水含量降到临界水平以下，正常脱屑所需酶的功能将受损，使得角化细胞粘附堆积在皮肤表面，导致了皮肤干燥、粗糙、脱屑，皮肤屏障功能受损，因此，皮肤保湿显得尤为重要，对于普通人来说，使用保湿护肤品是个比较好的选择。
一般保湿作用可通过两种机制复合来实现，一种是吸水保湿(如透明质酸、甘油等)，另一种是在皮肤表面形成薄膜以减少水蒸气透过(如凡士林、植物油脂等)。甜菜碱是一类强吸湿的两性物质，常用于护肤品中充当保湿剂，通常负离子是羧基负离子，负离子为磺基的较少使用。中山大学陈永明教授课题组通过以下合成路线获得高聚
度聚氨基酰胺磺基甜菜碱并用于生物医用领域，测试表明该物质细胞毒性低。本专利首次将该物质应用于日化领域精华液，并招募志愿者测试其保湿功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含聚氨基酰胺磺基甜菜碱的精华液。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
一种含聚氨基酰胺磺基甜菜碱的精华液，除含有精华液可接受的一般成份外，还含有：
(A)占精华液重量3.3％-19.3％的保湿成份，该保湿成份为占精华液重量1.0％-3.0％的甜菜碱、占精华液重量0.5％-1.0％的吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、占精华液重量1.0％-10％的库拉索芦荟叶水、占精华液重量0.5％-5.0％的仙人掌提取物以及占精华液重量0.3％透明质酸钠的组合；
(B)占精华液重量0.01％-0.1％的谷胱甘肽；
(C)占精华液重量0.1％的尿囊素；
(D)占精华液重量0.1％的抗坏血酸；
(E)占精华液重量0.4％-0.7％的增稠剂汉生胶；
(F)占精华液重量1.4％-3.0％的具有自防腐作用的成份，该自防腐成份为占精华液重量0.1％-0.5％的葡萄柚籽提取物、占精华液重量0.8％-1.5％的乳酸杆菌发酵产物以及占精华液重量0.5％-1.0％的艾叶提取物的组合；
(G)占精华液重量0.01％-1.0％的聚氨基酰胺磺基甜菜碱，分子结构如下：

本发明的有益效果
本发明在配方中添加了多种保湿成份，并特别添加聚氨基酰胺磺基甜菜碱。经志愿者感官评估及MoistureMeter测试表明，含聚合度为8-15的聚氨基酰胺磺基甜菜碱的精华液肤感上可接受(聚合度太高容易产生粘附感)，并且有助于提高皮肤含水量。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
实施例I－IV
以实施例I为例，其制作步骤如下：
1、将4g黄原胶分散在30.0g1,3-丙二醇中，待用；
2、把0.5gEDTA-2Na、1.0g尿囊素、30.0g甘油、10.0g甜菜碱、5.0g吡咯烷酮羧酸钠加入到781.5g去离子水中，加热到80℃，搅拌至溶解、分散充分，搅拌下逐渐加入黄原胶的丙二醇分散液；
3、降温到50℃，加入1.0g透明质酸钠、10.0g仙人掌提取物、100.0g库拉索芦荟叶水、0.5g谷胱甘肽、1.0g抗环血酸、2.0g聚氨基酰胺磺基甜菜碱、5.0g葡萄柚籽提取物、10.0g乳酸杆菌发酵产物、8.0g艾叶提取物；
4、降温到45℃，加入0.5g香精，搅拌均匀、降至室温后真空脱气。
本发明使用效果测试
挑选八名志愿者，处于恒温恒湿室内，1h后，左臂画出5个直径约为20mm的圆形区域，一个空白作为参考(Ref)，另外四个分别涂含聚氨基酰胺磺基甜菜碱不同重量百分数(0％、0.2％、0.6％和1.0％)的精华液样品。应用样品前，用MoistureMeter测5个区域皮肤含水量数值，平行测三次，取平均值。在测试区域涂上0.1g样品，1h后轻轻擦除样品，测试读数，再过1h、2h再测试读数。涂抹样品后测试值/涂抹样品前测试值，记为皮肤相对含水量，相对含水量对时间作图，得图1。可以看出，聚氨基酰胺磺基甜菜碱的加入有助于提高精华液的保湿性能，而且随着加入百分比的增加，保湿性越强。
Claims (2)
1.一种含聚氨基酰胺磺基甜菜碱的精华液，其组分及含量为：
(A)占精华液重量12.6％的保湿成份，该保湿成份为占精华液重量1.0％的甜菜碱、占精华液重量0.5％的吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、占精华液重量10.0％的库拉索芦荟叶水、占精华液重量1.0％的仙人掌提取物以及占精华液重量0.1％透明质酸钠的组合；
(B)占精华液重量0.05％的谷胱甘肽；
(C)占精华液重量0.1％的尿囊素；
(D)占精华液重量0.1％的抗坏血酸；
(E)占精华液重量0.4％的增稠剂汉生胶；
(F)占精华液重量2.3％的具有自防腐作用的成份，该自防腐成份包含占精华液重量0.5％的葡萄柚籽提取物、占精华液重量1.0％的乳酸杆菌发酵产物以及占精华液重量0.8％的艾叶提取物的组合；
(G)占精华液重量1.0％的聚氨基酰胺磺基甜菜碱，分子结构如下：式中，8≤n≤15；
另外，精华液含有占精华液重量0.05％的香精、占精华液重量3.0％的1，3-丙二醇、占精华液重量0.05％的EDTA-2Na、占精华液重量3.0％的甘油，以及余量的去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述精华液，其中聚氨基酰胺磺基甜菜碱是100％季铵化。
