(2) The peeled green walnuts in the step (1) are conveyed to the lower part of a fan in a rolling manner on a driven roller, the fan dries moisture on the surface of the peeled green walnuts, the dried peeled green walnuts are conveyed to a sorting device through the driven roller, the sorting device is divided into three layers by a sorting grid I and a sorting grid II, grid gaps of the sorting grid I are larger than those of the sorting grid II, the grid gaps of the peeled green walnuts with the diameters larger than those of the sorting grid I are left above the sorting grid I, the peeled green walnuts with the diameters smaller than those of the sorting grid I fall above the sorting grid II, and the peeled green walnuts with the diameters smaller than those of the sorting grid II fall on a sorting bottom plate;
(3) The skin water impurities in the step (1) flow into a skin water separation device under the flushing of high-pressure water, an upper step water filtering net and a lower step water filtering net of the skin water separation device filter and stay green skin and impurities of green walnuts on the upper step water filtering net and the lower step water filtering net, and green skin and impurities of green walnuts on the upper step water filtering net and the lower step water filtering net which are obliquely arranged are discharged from the bottom end of the lower step water filtering net to fall into a mud skin storage groove under the impact of water flow; the filtered water enters the water storage tank, the water in the water storage tank is conveyed into a horizontal pipeline at the top end of the shell through a high-pressure water pump of the water conveying pipe, and the green walnut is sprayed through a high-pressure water spray nozzle to remove skin and impurities.
