Claims (8)
1. The equipment for peeling the green-husk walnuts is characterized by comprising:
the device comprises a base (1) and a first support (2), wherein the first support (2) is arranged at the top of the base (1);
the motor support (3) is arranged on one side of the top of the first support (2);
the servo motor (4) is arranged at the top of the motor bracket (3);
the peeling mechanism (5) is arranged between one side of the top of the first support (2) and an output shaft of the servo motor (4);
and the stirring mechanism (6) is arranged between the middle of the top of the base (1) and the output shaft of the servo motor (4).
2. The apparatus for peeling green-shelled walnuts according to claim 1, wherein the peeling mechanism (5) comprises:
the water pump (50) is arranged on one side of the top of the first bracket (2) and used for storing water;
a water pipe (51) is arranged on one side of the top of the water pump (50);
the other end of the water pipe (51) is rotatably provided with the rotary joint (53);
the high-pressure spray heads (52) are uniformly arranged at the bottoms of the rotating joints (53);
the middle of the top of the first bracket (2) is rotatably provided with the first bearing (59), and the bottoms of the high-pressure spray heads (52) penetrate through the top of the first bearing (59);
the top of the first bearing (59) is uniformly provided with the first supporting block (54);
a gear ring (55) is arranged between the tops of the first supporting blocks (54);
the output shaft of the servo motor (4) is provided with a first rotating rod (56), and the bottom of the first rotating rod (56) penetrates through the top of the first support (2) and the top of the motor support (3);
the upper part of the first rotating rod (56) is provided with a straight gear (57), and the straight gear (57) is meshed with the gear ring (55);
the pushing block (58) is arranged at the top of the gear ring (55).
3. An apparatus for peeling green-shelled walnut as claimed in claim 2, wherein the stirring mechanism (6) comprises:
the middle of the top of the base (1) is provided with a fixed cylinder (66);
a cylinder (68) with a hole, wherein the upper part of the fixed cylinder (66) is provided with the cylinder (68) with the hole in a sliding way;
the first spring (67) is arranged between the middle of the bottom of the cylinder (68) with the hole and the middle of the bottom of the inner wall of the fixed cylinder (66);
the middle of the bottom of the first bracket (2) is uniformly provided with a second supporting block (60);
a first fixed block (61) is arranged between the bottoms of the second supporting blocks (60);
the second bearing (62) is arranged in the middle of the first fixing block (61);
a second rotating rod (63), wherein the second bearing (62) is provided with the second rotating rod (63);
a belt pulley assembly (64) is arranged between the upper part of the second rotating rod (63) and the lower part of the first rotating rod (56);
the stirring blade (65) is arranged at the bottom of the second rotating rod (63).
4. An apparatus for peeling green-shelled walnut as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a filtering device (7), wherein the filtering device (7) comprises:
the two sides of the lower part of the first bracket (2) are both provided with a second fixing block (73) in a sliding way;
the second spring (74) is arranged between the top and the bottom of the second fixed block (73) and the lower part of the first bracket (2);
a first fixing frame (70) is arranged between the opposite sides of the second fixing block (73);
the first filter screen (71) is arranged on the first fixing frame (70), and the lower part of the cylinder (68) with the hole is connected with the middle part of the first filter screen (71);
the first baffle (72) is arranged on three sides of the top of the first fixing frame (70).
5. The green walnut peeling device as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a receiving mechanism (8), wherein the receiving mechanism (8) comprises:
the supporting plate (80) is symmetrically arranged on one side of the top of the base (1);
the discharging inclined plates (81) are arranged between the upper parts of the supporting plates (80);
the second baffle (84) is arranged on three sides of the top of the discharging inclined plate (81);
a perforated inclined plate (82), wherein one side of the bottom of the discharge inclined plate (81) is provided with the perforated inclined plate (82);
the discharge pipe (83) is uniformly arranged at the bottom of the perforated inclined plate (82);
the device comprises a collecting box (85), wherein the collecting box (85) used for collecting peeled green husk walnuts is arranged on one side of the top of the base (1), the collecting box (85) is positioned under a discharging pipe (83), and one side of the top of the collecting box (85) is connected with one side of the bottom of a perforated inclined plate (82).
6. An apparatus for peeling green-shelled walnut as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a waste collecting mechanism (9), wherein the waste collecting mechanism (9) comprises:
the top of the base (1) is provided with a containing frame (90) for collecting water;
the upper part of one side inside the containing frame (90) is provided with a blanking inclined plate (91), and the blanking inclined plate (91) is connected with the fixed cylinder (66);
the sliding rails (92) are symmetrically arranged on the side parts of the two sides of the inner wall of the containing frame (90);
